Run from this property. I relocated from out of state and was warned regarding “meddling old ladies with nothing to do all day” , which doesn’t even begin to describe my experience . IResidents are only permitted to have a dog if documentation from a medical doctor are provided, to the HOA. I provided all required documentation , including registration and vaccination records. These people lost their minds when my dog barked, tried to tell me that I couldn’t park in front of my building, and even a male “visitor” physically attempted to block my exiting the building by pushing me aside. I went to the Livonia Police department as advised and they advised me to obtain an order of protection , and called my experience assault. They came to visit this tenants visitor and thankfully he has not been seen since. The “meddling old lady” Marcia Jones AKA the dumpster and recycling bin police ,however has not retreated. She feels it is her duty to monitor the residents disposing of their trash properly and shouts from her balcony at residents if she feels it is done incorrectly 😂😂😂 Others have apologized for her stating she has mental issues. I can attest to that. I would discourage anyone from actively choosing to reside here, it’s a Stepford wives” community and anything they don’t like, be it your patio decor to the color of your flowers is Hell to pay and not worth it. My money will be better spent anywhere else than here. Truly gives Livonia a bad name . The HOA is a joke! There is NO privacy at this complex, they feel entitled to be involved in everything.
