Value Center Marketplace in other cities:
The grocery store Id great. However, the manager Veanna is Rude beyond! My 17 year old son got Covid and because he didnt return in 5 days as she requested she fired him and had no regards that he was sick and in the hospital due to Covid. I can no longer shop there due to the rudeness and lack of compassion for a sick child.
Every time my mother goes here, the employees and management are a serious issue. They are rude, unprofessional, and call their customers “Karens” when THEY (the employees/management) mess up. Ever since they renovated, prices have gone up and quality has gone down. Food is moldy, out of date by MONTHS, or stale. Today the manager accused my mom of not scanning things, pushed her out of the way to mess with the self checkout, tried to get her to scan something that fell out of her purse that was from a VET OFFICE, and told her to put everything on the self checkout. And then yelled at her when she put everything on the self checkout. Management needs an attitude adjustment.
By all meansValue center is my favorite grocery storeGreat customer service 👏 very clean, fresh fruits and vegetables e.t.cAnd great music 🎶 always playing while Im shopping. Keep up the great work guys you have a customer for life.HazeraP.s posted a picture of my dinner
Even though I like this store a lot, very clean, safe environment, I was in there yesterday and wanted milk which was 2 for $5.00. Unfortunately the kind I wanted was completely out. No 1% or skim. I asked for the manger to see If I could get a substitute, but was told no I couldnt, she was sorry. Some items are up way to high for me to reach because Im short and would need help. Other than that a very nice place to shop.
Friendly staff. Fantastic deli and meat department. Checkout is always fast and they have baggers that do a great jobSince the expansion it doesnt feel cramped anymore and theres still the same amount of displays but theyre able to be spread out now. Strangely, there are things available at this little store that I cant find at the big ones. Watch your expiration dates on the wall of values.
Decent grocery store, but theyd be even better if they did right by their customers. Meaning watch your receipts and check the dates on great sales!! EVERY time I go, I have to go to the customer service desk. Theyll get an attitude when and if you catch being overcharged (theyll refund it but not in a pleasant manner about it-take a snapshot of the signs because they will remove it - they acted as if I was seeing things because they removed the sign or just go with them to see it) or tell them Michigans Law. When youre over charged, youre due back what you were overcharged plus a % up to $5!! I only care about that because they have an issue with correcting their prices when its advertised. They also need to label expired food thats still FOR SALE as such... EXPIRED!!But its a BEYOND great deli area and its workers. Their service will keep you patronizing this location. Meat department isnt too bad either.
I have been shopping here for years. It is always well stocked and so nice and clean. The prices are competitive and the meat selection is really good. They seem to have everything you want and more, the deli is staffed with good people that want you to be happy with your purchases. Always friendly checkout cashiers and baggers. The lot is cleaned and carts are picked up all day. And it is never as packed as the other stores. A real gem!
Best grocery store in Livonia. The tore is always clean and well-staffed and the shelves are always well-stocked. Deli counter has great meat selection and potato salad. Value Center doesnt always have everything you can find at some other grocery stores, but for food and drinks theres a decent chance youll find what youre looking for.
Nice staff that are really helpful. Prices can vary but are usually reasonable and fair. Store is super clean and smells like it is always kept up. Their shelves are always really really well stocked and organized. All around good store. Reminds me of Famer Jack from back in the day.
Most if not all the food they sell is expired or about to be. Unfortunately they do not clean anywhere near enough considering still being in a pandemic. people coming in and out and touching things all day long, putting things back and returning things..I have never worked in such a negative environment, from being stalked/harassed by another female employee.. to the higher up manager searching me two days in a row trying to find my phone on me. She still didnt believe I didnt have my phone on me and made me clock out .. followed me to my locker and made sure that my cell phone was inside my locker. If its not on me then its not on me, I couldnt believe they think they have the right to go through my stuff to ensure my phone isnt in my pocket during my shift. Then the same manager left an OPEN drink in the employee refrigerator in front of my bag of stuff, as I was leaving one night I accidentally had grabbed the opened coffee drink. I was in a rush to get to my ride, at the time I did not have a car. They fired me for that... and wrote me up sounding like I intentionally went through peoples stuff. I offered to pay for it , apologized and explained it was an accident and I threw it out when I realized because it was already opened. But no I apparently am a theft.😂🤡 some decent prices, sure to expired food. Check your food & the dates before buying!!!
I love this store been going here for quite a while I go here regularly its a mom and pop store However todayOne of the managers Started braying me about a situation she was wrong about and very rude however a young man who was at customer service and was involved with the situation and tried to intervene was also ignore d poor manager and there are other mom and pop stores in the area who would appreciate our neighborhood business without the disrespect
Lived near this place for over a decade! And this was the 1st time visiting this fine establishment, I was totally taken by how clean and well stocked the entire store was! On top of that, the meat looked Excellent & the breads were stocked with all the great brands Im always looking for. If you need to go shopping, do yourself a favor and go shop at this great grocery store! It wont disappoint!
Be careful of what you buy from here! Their products on the shelf are CONSTANTLY past date. In one shopping trip, I saw an entire shelf of on sale applesauce that was past date and pretty much all their Oikos brand yogurt was past date. One of the yogurts I bought from there, after checking the date was still good, had mold all over the top when I opened it. This makes me wonder about their refrigeration. Some things are a bargain, but Ive also noticed a lot of product is more expensive here than Kroger or Meijer
The first thing that hit me about this place was how immaculate it was. Its super clean, and very organized. They have everything I need without being overwhelmingly huge. But its still pretty big. Its staffed well too, so if you need to ask a question theres always someone there to help. Nice deli, fresh meat with a butcher. Good selection of craft beers as well as the assembly line beers. I switched to Value Center from Kroger to change things up a bit. Its nice to go to a grocery store thats this dialed in, and not part of a giant chain. If you check this place out, Im sure you will be satisfied. 👍👍👍
I am livid. I went shopping...that was fine. I had 11 items. All the manned check-outs had long lines and customers who were buying a lot of groceries. The self check-outs were virtually empty, so I headed over there. An employee stopped me and wanted to know how many items I had. I told her 11, and she wouldnt let me check out there. She made me leave and go into the manned lines. Thanks for the public shaming. Much appreciated.
I have been shopping here for several years, and recently there has been a remodel. Since its newly organized, sometimes its hard to find the product needed. But, there are always helpful people willing to point me in the right direction. The staff is friendly and always willing to make your experience positive. Prices are decent and quality is good. Overall, Value Center is my primary grocery store.
Very impressed with the place. Very good layout. There is some pride put into the appearance of the place on how well stocked the place is. They had pretty decent variety, especially for the size of the place. Good quality products. The prices were also seemingly pretty fair. Had a lot of good deals. Would recommend.
Expired foods and a strange adherence to policy.I went in for a few items today for dinner and ended up grabbing some cleaning supplies too. The two checkout lanes that were open had long lines so I headed over to the self checkout. Six stations open, zero customers checking out. A no brainier. I was informed that I had more than 10 items and I would have to wait in line. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me the policy was not to allow anyone with more than 10 items to check out in the self checkout. Even when there were 6 stations open.I left my cart there and walked out, never to return. I hope that following policy gives the staff comfort. If anyone was waiting I wouldnt have asked for an exception. But six registers open and I cant check out with my 20 items???Avoid this place.
This is a great grocer. I hate grocery prices in general but they always have decent sales and variety in whats on sale. They have some of the best produce, its always fresher than the competitions. Their bakery and deli are fantastic. The employees are all friendly and helpful. The store is clean and inviting.
I have been shopping at Value Center Market for over 10 years. They always have great deals and specials going on. The majority of the employees are very helpful and friendly. The only issue I have is at the location in Clinton Township oh, and that is the fact that the produce needs to be tended to a little more and also things in the deli arent always fresh as they should be. They have another location in Livonia which is absolutely amazing
Worked at this store for over 13 yrs until getting in a car accident. Due to the way insurance companies have so much leverage over everything it was 2 yrs before I was able to receive the back surgery I needed. After recovering and being able to return to work I was told that I was no longer needed! I could understand this if it wasnt for the fact that they kept my name on the schedule the whole time I was off work, leading me to believe I still had a job to go back to, and also for the fact that they put up a sign hiring for night stock (the job I used to do there) only 2 days after I brought them in my release to return to work!!! Yes, they have great deals and I personally wouldnt buy meat from any other store but their employees would be able to tell everyone about the negative side of this store which is why theyve had a sign up for more than 6 months for deli/bakery help.
I love this place! After I moved to Waterford from Livonia I decided to try the Value Center Market on Highland rd in Waterford/White Lake (The Manager is a wretched little man THAT DOES NOT CARE. It will be interesting to see if he cares about my $500 every other week). I WILL ALWAYS AND I MEAN ALWAYS GO BACK TO MY VALUE CENTER MARKET AT 5MILE AND INKSTER....yes its worth the drive😁
This is absolutely my favourite grocery store. I will happily drive past any other grocery stores just to go here. They always have lots of lanes open. Theres hardly any waiting. The baggers always ask if I would like help loading my cart or even just getting the cart to my car since is usually over flowing. I love all the great deals and sales they always have. The deli has a huge selection of wonderful food and very little wait if any to get the things I need. I love this store and have been going there for over 20 years.
Best market in town. Superb deli, great atmosphere, family owned, family friendly. The heated food section is great if you want to skip cooking for a night. Very clean and well maintained. There is also a great smoke shop next door!I dont know of anywhere in the metro Detroit area that can beat their prices!
Expanded and remodel.High end. Bakery and deli food is very high. Clean even in the return bottle area. Do Not have look for carts in the store instead of parking lot.On cane one of store employee collect ing carts in parking lot brought one over to me.Cashier and people who pack your food are very special treat the and each other with respectGod is still alive 🙏👏 🙌 in his creation ☝
Okay.. I loved this place for a long time... there are SOOOOOO many expired items here. I just went shopping the friday I checked multiple things and 10 things i purchased were expired. This isnt the first time. Im very forgiving and understand that one its 2020 and things have been crazy. Two I understand not everything is perfect and dont expect it to be and I also understand that sometimes there will be expired things... its a store things happen but in seriously every grocery trip i come i have many expired things. Its gottento the point Im making a review becauseits just not okay . I dont have time to keep coming up to make a return on food that I just purchased. Again this store has a great variety of things and I love that its close to home. But get a handle on the expired products please.
A fantastic store, great sales, very clean and I never bag my groceries, ever. Plus love the value plus program. It pays to be loyal. I love the meat dept., they are always very helpful and nice and will help me out no matter how busy they are. Also the check out clerks are always glad to help along with the baggers.
Use to be my favorite store.... i went to the u-scan lane the lady was nothing but RUDE RUDE RUDE she should be fired useless employee. The scanner quit because I didnt put my groceries correct on the bagging area, I had to get the manager before she offered to help and then said it is for 10 or less items I had 8, is was the 3rd time she pulled stuff like this with me. I will drive miles out of my way before I go back there. Such a shame it was a good store. I would give a zero if I could.
Used to love it, now it’s too much, chaotic, busy and frenzied like. They expanded and it changed a lot of things, most notably the staff and attitude, it seems they used to hire neighborhood teens and people in the community to handle stuff, during my last visit to didn’t have that vibe at all.The workers seemed overwhelmed, some a little rude, and some were just chatting with friends. When the staff evolves from being “there for the customer” to being “there because of the customer”, it’s gonna be a bad deal for all and it shows here.
Great deals and selection but keep an eye on expiration dates. Also the entrance often smells like cigarette smoke because customers and sometimes employees smoke near the entrance and it is sucked inside. I blame this mostly in the tobacco shop next door and poor placement of ashtrays. Use the far entrance if you are sensitive to smoke
If you want to get the best value on groceries (especially fresh meats), this is your store. With todays economy, everyone needs their budget to stretch. Weve found that in this market. The meats are fresh quality and great portions. The meat department and staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The butcher will cut your meat how you want it. Great place and our one-stop shop.♥️
Value Center has good quality meat for reasonable prices. They have great sales and good quality meat and cheese in the deli as well. Non-perishable items can be on the expensive side, but the store brand items are usually decent. Its easy to find deeply discounted items.
I like the prices but the employees are always in the way, stocking shelves. You feel like they are going to run you over if you dont get out of the way. They check you out fast and they are usually friendly.Be careful of the dates. Ive bought stuff and got it home to find it expired. They have sausages that are 6 months past their use by date.
This store has the BEST deli!!! The prices in their deli are far below the other area grocery stores. Their items are cut to order and always fresh. Because of this you may have to wait a few minutes for service but they have well trained staff, so it is truly only a few minutes. Their produce is often overpriced and not the best quality.
Just bought a coconut. Dumb of me I know but didnt look at use by sticker. Drained and broke open coconut and ate a piece. The coconut was nasty so then I looked at the use by date. Today is 11-11-2020, use by date 10-29. Thats just disgusting. That has happened to me at Value Center so many times. And has never ever happened at Kroger or Meijers. What a shyster operation they run at Value Center.
Staff all friendly, deli department is great. They do have some great sales at times. BUT BEWARE OF THE DATES MOST ARE OUT. Some of their prices are high some are low. Depends on what you need. The Butcher even got concerned seeing my son standing away from us and insisted he come back to me. Then he asked and gave my son a sucker., was very nice. Great selection of frozen items and even can find specialty items throughout the store.
I love this grocery store. But, with all due respect... The baggers need to be shown how to bag groceries. Its not hard, dont cram 5 boxes of cereal into one bag.. With the bag having no handle. Do not put cleaners into a bag with raw hamburger meat. This is my only complaint, and its not like this a once every now and again, it is every time I shop there. Canned goods thrown in with bread. Please take the time and show these kids how to properly bag items.
Value center has nice food but expensive! My biggest problem is they make a fortune but treat their handicapped customers terribly! On average I hVe to wait 40 minutes to an hour for a handicapped cart as they only have 2! They used to have 4 but apparently see no reason to fix the 2 that are not working. Also if you cannot ambulate to look in the parking lot for one you are out of luck. I will be looking for a market that cares. Handicapped people spend a lot of money. I will encourage an alternate grocery to all.
I live locally and I love Value Center. Theyre renovating at the moment, which is really exciting and cool to see. They have a new beer walk-in cooler and so many different drinks to choose from. They have a deli that has many different selections. My favorite is the crab salad. A great place to go to get what you need and more!
This place is not bad if youre trying to get last minute things for dinner or lunch in a hurry and dont feel like driving to the big stores like Walmart or the nicer price stores like all these but this place can be kind of expensive kind of pricey and sometimes overpriced but the store overall is very clean there is great finds that you would not expect although the layout of the store is a little weird very confusing at times otherwise like the store also like the value market member that they have but then again you have to get so many points which is almost impossible unless you just shop there
Unfortunately I had to leave a star, when I wanted to leave NONE... I come here very often and that new manager George is really rude, and non helpful... as in I asked him for help and he walked away like I wasn’t there. 😤what happened to that one guy, the short one jimmy. He was really nice, and courteous. I will no longer be coming back as long as that GEORGE is there.
Clean great place. I shop here often. Great meats and deli. Great choice of products you may not get otherwise. But two things I noticed and the reason for a less star. Watch eggs and expiration dates on products. Everyone loves going here but as long as your aware, great store.
Certainly you can get some great deals here. They always seem to have a large number of items for $1 which is great. I love how there are no u-scan machines here, and the employees are friendly and helpful. Be prepared to pay more for a few things like coffee seems to be way expensive here. I also love how there is always a bagger and they take your basket from you and put it back while you are in line. This is how all grocery stores should be.
This store is the Best with the best sales.I make a practice to go at least once a week to catch the great sales since Im a sales shopper an there sales run for 2 weeks. Staff very friendly and helpful. Large selection and will special order item if you ask. I have to drive a little out of the way to get there but its worth it.,
Value Center Market is the best. I never have to wait in long lines ,the shelves are always stocked and the prices are good. I feel safe shopping there no matter what time of the day or night it is.Also I get points for the items that I buy. After so many points I get freebies. I have recommended Value center to my friends and my neighbor.
This grocery store was very clean and neat and organized in the cashiers including the people that bagged the groceries were very polite The groceries was just kind of expensive They also have some type of membership for their store not really sure what it is didnt get it
Best grocery store in the city. the staff is always friendly and helpful . i love the prices and variety of food that goes on sale. I have only had a few problems in the ten years I have been going there, and the managers are always quick to help resolve any of my problems,
I have been coming here since 1970 A.D. and for the last 50 years, I have seen a many grocery stores come and go here. Value Center Marketplace has been good.... although they are trying to be too fancy and get away from the things that made them Value Center Marketplace. They tried to make the produce area fancy with the black ceiling and odd layout of isles. They also have put in some U scan lanes. This place was always known for having plenty of cashiers and all lanes open....so, I will never use the U scan, not even if I have one item. You lose a star for the U scan and black ceiling trendiness garbage. They have good red meat, sausage and adequate poultry.
Im usually purchasing alot of Absopure as soon as the store opens on the weekend and even though its very early in the morning, Cashier Shannon is always very engaging and pleasant. Its hard to find genuinely nice people, especially first thing in the morning. Keep up the good work Shannon!! You provide excellent customer service!!!
I’ve shopped at the Livonia value Center for more than 23 years until the beginning of 2019. All of the registers were full with people with full carts. I only had 15 items and there was not one person in the self check out lanes so I figured it wouldn’t be a big deal to use one of the 6 being that I’ve done it before. As soon as I stepped up to start scanning my items a punk stock boy on a power trip decided to make an issue of the fact that I had more than 10 items and the manager on duty decided to back this employee and lie to my face by telling me the self check out lanes won’t accept more than 10 items. This is obviously a lie being that I shopped there all the time and I have used the self check out scanners with more than 10 items several times since the store was renovated and put them in. I will never patronize the store again seeing as they hire punks and liars!
I am a combat veteran and Im missing a lung. I have serious breathing problems and unable to breath properly with a mask on. I was chastised a few weeks ago by 2 different employees for not wearing a mask and was told by a deli person they wont serve me unless i wear a mask.. I went along with it because i needed food, but i wont be back until they change their bs policy. They have no legal authority to deny me service for not wearing a mask and Im not legally obligated to explain my condition to anyone at value center.CHANGE THE MASK POLICY TO OPTIONAL BEFORE YOU CATCH A LAWSUIT AND LOSE MORE CUSTOMERS!
When sales items are out of stock, another option should be available at similar savings. Rain checks are just a ploy to get you back in the store without knowing if the rain check item(s) are available. Better inventory controls and satisfying customer needs WILL insure loyal customers. Advertise your changes and get ready!
Shopped here for 18 years and they usually had great prices. Shopped the other night and it was fun to see the renovations but the store was scorching hot, heat blowing from every vent and prices were too high. Didn’t get half of what we needed because of the heat and prices. Don’t want to but will be forced to shop at other stores. ☹️
This is the best grocery store in terms of service. Checkout lanes actually have cashiers and baggers which saves a ton of time. Being a smaller store limits their selection on some items, but you can also get what you need very quickly. Their prices on meat and deli items are better than surrounding stores. I drive past other grocery stores to get here and still save a ton of time.
I’ve been shopping here as long as they have been in business. It’s always clean the employees are always helpful with a smile. Their prices is remarkabe. I tell everyone I know about this store and everyone thanks me for introducing them. I am there walking billboard. I just love this place. ❤️😇
I was leaving the store today 9/9/17 at 12: 05 and noticed a young lady (...an employee ) having lunch on one of the outside benches.A teenager was bringing in the cartsbut I guess he wanted to impress his co-worker by approaching several of the customers and complimenting them on their dress,or the car they were driving but would mumble under his breathe to the girl, what he really thought. I may have a talk with the manager. ( It seems like its always our people that want to act foolish when given an opportunity to work.)
Visited the store on 2/23/2019 with my mother. We chose to use the u scan in which we had all of our items in one basket together. Apon reaching the u scan the cashier stopped us to count the number of items we had in which I had to explain to her that it was two separate orders. While my mother was scanning her items the cashier again counted her items and let her know she had 11 items instead of 10 so I had to the 1 item and add it to my bill in order for my mother to keep using the u scan because its 10 items or less. So I asked the cashier if she noticed that a few other customers were scanning more then 10 items in which she just walked away. If youre going to enforce a policy make it for ALL CUSTOMERS and not selective. I will not be returning to this store and its relatively close to my home!
I have been going to this store for many many years. Over the last few years however I have noticed that there are some workers there who has a tendency to treat me as a non Caucasian person with a not so welcoming demeanor. I have called the manager maybe five times or more to express my experience when this happens. Today it happened again and again I called the manager. Nice young man said he would talk to the cashier. The cashier was unfriendly, snatched my money had no conversation for me while at the check out. Behind me was a Caucasian woman, oh the cashier had tons of conversation for her. The cashier asked if I had a value card, I said no, that was it. when the lady behind me turn came up, the cashier asked the same question the lady gave the same answer as I gave, no. The cashier went into full details on how to get one told her where to get it and how to get it. I politely asked the cashier, why didnt you explain it to me like that? Her answer was, I dont know. I politely said ok and me and my family left the store with our purchase. I dont know if this cashier has a problem with just being polite to me or if it was because of my skin color, I dont know, but I do know what I saw and how it made me feel. Please train your workers to be more diverse and to treat all people with kindness and respect. Thank you.
The place is clean and well stock with assortment of different items and some are in reasonable prices, some of the fruit ,@ vegetables, are higher for where you think it would be a bit lower ,other than youre staff are very helpful and try to keep the shelves well stock ,keep it clean . I think you should fix the restrooms a bit more for the attire of the female look, and the mens same attire suitable for them ,over all I do enjoy the store so keep up with youre clearness and tidy parking lot . we again enjoy the store,
Self check out limited to 10 items… come on…2 regular checkouts open both with customers with over stuffed carts, then getting harassed by employees for going to Self checkout with 14Items!! This is at 8:30 am Sunday too!! I used to like this place.. Its a shame Ill be moving my business to Wal-Mart.
I went to the 10 items or less checkout had 16 items ok no big deal the store was empty and I was the only one in line..after the cashier rung me up still no one in line...She then told me in the future You need to use the other checkout..once again no one behind me or coming up..why is it a issue? ..you got a sale!..told the short curly hair lead on the shift about the situation..she told me she wasn’t supposed to help me because someone could have come behind me..Really?..Lost a customer...
Wouldnt give it a 1 but was forced to. I bought a pork loin 4 days ago with a sell by date for step 1st. I put it in my fridge and opened it today the blood was yellow and it stunk I took it here to exchange it out but since I did t have a receipt I cant. The tag clearly says the name of the store on it. Who buys food and keeps the recipes for days. I dont its food. I will never ever come here again. This place is a joke. Guess I will be calling the health department too.
Value Center has an excellent deli consisting of a big cold cut and cheese selection as well as many prepared salads and entrees. The meat selection is also very good as are the prices.Ive shopped at Meijer/Kroger and Value Centers grocery prices are pretty much on par with them. Theyve even got their own points card similar to Krogers card.Even when the place is crowded, the check out lines seem to move along because theyve got plenty of baggers. If you havent shopped at Value Center yet, give it a try. You might just be pleasantly surprised.
I’ve been ordering cakes here for the last 8 years never had a issue until Sunday July 14. Iam pretty disappointed in the 2 bday cakes I ordered. First they both didn’t say what I asked to be wrote on them, the lady laughed it off said ,”doesn’t say it on the paper.” To which I pointed out yes it did! I was already in a rush to get to the party venue so didn’t have time to argue or let them fix it when it should have already been done. Also the frosting was wrong on both and not the kind I asked for cake designs also looked sloppy. Hate to say but a waste of $30 next time I’ll be getting my cakes from else where
Dont shop here ever... I bought produce that was infested with nats and they said they couldnt help me... This is the second time ive had a bad expierence here... The first time i got food poisoning from steaks we bought there. We gave them the benefit of the doubt an juat quit buying meat from them... They dont care about what there selling most of there 10 for 10 deals is on stuff that expires in the next week so NEVER. Buy bulk from here... Save your money and dont come here
I love shopping here I really do. Prices are nice and most of the time people are friendly. The only thing that bothers me so much is that they keep putting my Deli meats in with raw meats. I tried explaining to them that they could get my whole house hold sick if you put deli meat that doesnt require cooking, in with raw meat that could be leaking. They done this once with raw chicken meat and also beef. I get exhausted trying to explain. My mom been fighting esophagus cancer. She had half of her esophagus removed and part of her stomach. She cannot be getting sick like this and they seemed to have no care for it. I have to pay 100% on where my food going and no matter how far I separate them they still end up that way if I get distracted with the cashier.
I would give5stars,but coming in the door Thisemployee, that same toknow the regular, customers.Wasvideo taping as I came inthe door,so obvious youdidnt, ask my permission. And he was calling, the customers by name good. But I could not get over him taping people with, his sale, phoneHow unprofessional. He should be concentrating on working, not video, tapingthats, werd, because youdont know how he willuse that footage, not cool.At the Value Center Market Place on Six mile rd. 2022-02-25We had a good memorable outing at Value Center, we love this store. Clean, easy to find items, and very pleasant staff. Prices alittle high. But I wont go anywhere else.

2022-02-02Great local grocery store and Ive been going here for years. Bakery and Deli counters are fantastic, and the meat department is really good for a local grocer. The store is extremely well stocked with great deals. The staff is really responsive and very helpful and Ive never encountered any staff members with an attitude issue. All-in-all a wonderful shopping experience!

2021-10-23I had driven past this store several times before actually shopping here. Great experience. Fully staffed, great selection of food and a rewards program. The store was clean, parking lot was clean and the staff was friendly. Its a full service grocery store with reasonable prices, especially since its close to Aldi and Spartan Foods too.

2022-03-02We stopped here on our way home from work to pick up milk. What we found was a super clean store, stocked shelves, an open deli and wonderful bakery! We ended up spending $70!I normally shop at Kroger but am seriously considering changing my shopping day from the weekend to a weekday on the way home from work. I wish I lived closer. The cashier was very friendly and they actually had staff to bag groceries too! THANK YOU!!

2022-07-21One of the best grocery stores in the area. You pay a little more in price but in return you get speedy service, a clean store, and fresh food. They have plenty of cashiers available to ensure you dont have to wait in a terribly long line after shopping. I love that!

2022-04-09The market is very nice. However you have to really watch the expiration dates on the foods. The bread only gives you about one week. The deli lunch meat goes bad fast. And I purchased some Jimmy Deans breakfast meals 5 for $5. Only to see the dates expired in December 2021. They are the kale, sausage, sweet potatoes.

2022-04-22Their price are a little higher than I want to pay. Why would I pay over $5 for coffee mate creamer when I can get the larger size for $6. I paid 3.64 for the 32 oz size. I will say the store is very clean and neat. I liked that.

2022-06-25Used to love shopping here...until today. Rude snotty cashier. Told me to go shop at another store because I had a couple more than ten items in the express lane, even though there were no other customers in the express lines. She got in my face, pointing fingers, calling me names. They only had two regular registers open, and they were lined up with people with full carts. Express cashier made racist nasty remarks to me. Ill gladly take my business elsewhere.

2022-05-24This place is very convenient for me always in and out unlike other grocery stores but some of there prices are just eye boggling. If ur shopping for a month or a couple weeks. I wouldnt recommend. But a thing or 2 this place is perfect.

2022-05-22The deli in this store is great for getting sliced meats and cheeses. They have a great selection to choose from. The checks are very friendly and helpful as they slice the products!! Great place!
