I went in there once because I needed information about how to remove a stereo from my car. I had purchased a new one that had better sound because I saw it on sale. On line.Not satisfied with ridiculing me until he made me cry in the store, he said he would never help anyone like me, he followed me out the door, still yelling at me.When I called the store back, 30 minutes later, to try to get an appointment with someone in service, he picked up the phone, realized it was me, called me a name and hung up on me.Horrible horrible people.UPDATED:I called back because they were the people I had always trusted and my family had always bought stereo equipment from them.I am not in China, not sure why the owner thinks China would be so interested in him.You can see how nasty they are from their reply to me, almost two years after the incident.

Vandenberg Stereo always does a great job for any of my auto or home audio needs. Recently, Jake from Vandenberg came out to my house in Grand Haven on very short notice to help me adjust trouble-shoot the settings on my television and external components. He did a great job as usual and everything is now back functioning perfectly! I highly recommend!!

Just went in to ask about inline fuses. The guy dropped the product on the table and was very rude in his replies to my questions. He started speaking to another customer before i was even done talking to him. I will never come back and i will make sure none of my friends do either.

Good store but stopped by today at noon to pick up some cables and they were closed. Sign says their open till 1 but the open sign was off and the doors were locked. Guess Im not buying local today.
