Horrible exchange policy. Actually. There is none. Do not go here! I purchased a Yocan Evolve XL, 2 days later it stopped working. Apparently the coil burnt out. I went to go exchange it and the owner actually made me purchase new coils instead of swapping out my device. Unreal.I always go to the Puff Factory but it was late and this place was closer. Never again. I’ll drive hours before walking into this place again.
Every time Ive been there has been a treat. If Im in a rush Ill go to a smoke shop, but that is definitely not the same experience as this establishment. The staff is friendly and helps out with everything you need. The juice selection is through the roof as compared to some of the other places around me. To top is all off, Ive never been there and them not have something I needed. Fantastic B&M. My go-tp place for quality.
Chris went above and beyond. He helped me find a device to quit smoking. Gave me a great price on a glass pipe and a grinder. Spent time teaching me how to properly operate all of my equipment. Will recommend and return.
All the top disposables brands, prices are good for the convenience of walk-in products. Organized and trained staff.
This place is a rip off. Vapes are sold for more than anywhere else around. Terrible customer service! My vape was broke and didnt work from the beginning. The owner turned from being friendly and helpful during the sale, into a super rude *beep*. Im trying to explain the problem and he constantly interrupted me and was telling me how this defect was my fault and a user error! Then he had his employee bring a part out of their own stock, and this was broken too!!! After back and forth he was willing to exchange it for a device that was about $10 cheaper and instead of refunding the difference, he tried to charge me for it! This guy is all about the money! Super rude, dont fall for it! NEVER EVER coming back, and certainly will tell everybody about this scam!
Stopped going here after they ripped me off on the Mag kit and sold me batteries that weren’t even packaged. The only saving grace there is Brandon who knows his stuff and honest. The other two guys working there suck. Especially the white dude who acts like he’s the coolest guy on earth.
I receive texts about current sales. I received a text, that there was 30% off happening for 420 weekend. So I went in, and asked about a device and juice. Here is a breakdown, of what I paid .Device -39.99Coils -19.99Juice -19.99Juice -19.99This totals 99.96 I paid 90 and change, including tax. This was after the owner played with the register. Creating a illusion that I was getting 30% off. 30% off of 99.96 is 69.97. I was overcharged twenty dollars.I have always known this place was overpriced, and the people were only in it for money. I thought Id actually get a good deal, with the sale going. I will never return here again.
Vape Smart deserves nothing less than a ringing endorsement. No other local shop can match it in either knowledge of the vape industry or dedication to customer service. Youll also be hard-pressed to beat the prices and the regular consumer-friendly deals that it offers.

This is the best vape shop in Metro Detroit. When it comes to overall service, quality, variety, staff knowledge and familiarity with the products and industry as a whole, Vape Smart outshines all others.The selections and overall product offerings are remarkably broad. They have virtually everything and anything that you could think of it when it comes to this line of work. Moreover, it is more than just a vape shop. Vape Smart offers a number of different products (CBD, Kratom, etc.) which may be very useful even to those who dont use vape products. Additionally, the customer service is excellent. All of the staff here are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to assist customers. In particular, Chris has always been a wonderful help; he is patient, takes his time explaining everything and will answer all questions, and does his best to ensure the customer is more than satisfied.And while there are many great shops all over, Vape Smart is definitely the best among them. While I am sure other stores also take care of their customers and have good selections, etc., you might as well go to the best. That way, you know what to expect and can ensure a favorable experience.
All of the employees Ive dealt with have been really kind, were knowledgeable about their products and were able to give suggestions/recommenations. The left side of the story is where they carry a huge variety of vape products, pens and pods and a growing variety of CBD products for both internal and external use, including tinctures, gummies, honey sticks, one time use and refillable pods/pens, lotions and even dog treats. To the right of the store is all glassware and accessories. Theres additional parking in the rear of the store. Ive been told theres a discount given when you buy two or more of the same type of product. Id recommend this store based solely off of the positive experiences Ive had with their employees so far but have also been pleased with the stock they carry!

Love this place my brother has come here for years and has always wanted me to try it out finally five years later I come here to get a banger for my job break and they have such a wide variety on glass pieces and everything else I would 10 out of 10 recommend this place
Best vape shop in Detroit, had the pods I needed and gave me a good price on juice. Highly recommended if you are from out of town, this guy will take care of you.
The man that sells is very nice but he sells expired vape juice. my friend got juice that expired in 2016 and one in 2017. no wonder he gave us a buy one get one free deal. very great store otherwise. always smells like magic inside and i love the wide selection of items and juice. outside of the store there is always sourin carts and juul carts.
The various variety of products that they have here is something to behold and astonishing. Good customer service from good people. Make the trip up here if you can. Its worth it.

Came into this store with no knowledge pertaining to vaping, but after only a few minutes with Allen I felt comfortable enough to make a purchase. He was able to explain the health benefits compared to smoking an actual cigarette and how the machines work. He was even able to set up my personal vape, show me how to fill and use it, and invited me to come back if I have any issues. I will be coming back and recommend this store to everyone.
I came in here yesterday needing advice on what kind of juice to purchase. Im new to vaping, just recently quit smoking cigarettes. The guy who helped me was extremely helpful. He made a great suggestion based on what I was looking for. Im more than happy with the juice I bought, and they were so friendly and helpful at this establishment that Ill only be buying my vape juice here from now on.

While the prices are amazing the best thing is their willingness to answer any questions and even help you set up/troubleshoot your vape and any issues you may be having. 2021-07-21From 2015 to 2021 this beautiful Vape Store is always evolving. Down to earth owners, awesome customer service. Chris has found me accessories that I could not find anywhere else. Has everything you need, and even that piece you’ve been eying for months. Amazing selection of all the top brands to go along with a one of kind setup. Very clean, organized any questions you have they are more than happy to take care of their customers. Long time customer because of their consistency, and prime location (Right across the street from Hunter’s Square on Orchard Lake Road).

2020-05-27Staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, and provide relevant recommendations. If youre worried about getting a new device at this time and like to keep things simple call ahead. They were nice enough to help me find a better model and show me basic new features. (Please keep in mind the store is small and everyone is trying to be mindful of distance so even if you dont believe in wearing a mask be understanding and use curbside if you dont)

2020-08-03Update: Owner Jimmy is helping with warranty request and potentially helping me out if it gets denied. This is what I was hoping for. Review rating revised. Would still rocommend going forwardMy initial work with this shop was solid. Good vape juice and they hooked me up on a mod and tank in beginning of July for $~200. Come August 1 my mod gets a short and wont light my coil. I came into the shop because they told me when you buy local you pay more but they stand behind the product. Their response to my visit today: go search online for a fix or buy a new one. So I guess I will go and give my patronage elsewhere. Shame, was a cool experience until now. Not saying dont come, just be warned the shop wont stand behind the product. .
