Comment: This really is a bad company. As the same group company with freightliner dealer in south California, they cheat customers with bad truck. They declare they sell trucks after the trucks are fixed, but they dont. They just clear the fault codes and release the trucks. If you find it they will never fixed as they said. They are bad cheats. Watch out these liars and keep away these cheats.

Comment: We have been buying tractors from Walter with Velocity for over a year now. Every deal was clean, the truck have been mechanically sound with almost zero issues. Walter has done everything he can to assist in every deal. I would strongly recommend buying from Velocity and ask for Walter.

Comment: Waste of time I fill out all the papers, I choose the truck with a bed then the application says pending, crazy to tell you after one night that there is no truck with or without a bed. Too bad youre in a hurry and they leave you waiting for more than 20 hours. Hey, this is not a game, you know what it costs to have a pending load to deliver and to have tons of miles missing. They are rental places, why dont they have one???? 😠😡😡😡😡

They will rip you off whenever possible and when it comes they will do it in the name of IFTA... Comment: One star rating is too much for this unscrupulous people they sold me a truck with a bad engine.. the truck impossibly had just past the. DOT inspections I even have the paper work I used the truck for a week till notice oil leak the oil is coming out from the oil dip stick call them up they and their respond was too bad all our truck our sold as is..this is a 35k 2014 freight liner truck now Im out of the money and losing money every day..with out my delivery truck .. Im going to sue them for lose revenue and malpractices..

Comment: I returned a rental truck back to this facility 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting to get my 5000$ deposit back. They told me 7 business days but it has now been 3 weeks. Liz in credit also doesn’t return calls I left 3 messages for and I had to physically drive to there facility to talk to someone. this is crazy!!!. I do not recommend this rental facility go to ideal lease no deposit required and cheaper rentals.

Comment: Biggest mistake walking in this place. After a 4 hour wait walked out. Called Rush Peterbilt and rented a truck in 15 minutes.
