My Mothers name in the Free Press was submitted incorrectly and was never changed. The flowers we ordered for the casket were incorrect, they we going to have the viewing without any at all on the casket , we had to ask them to put the misordered one there until the correct ones arrived, which never arrived. They did take the flowers off the bill. After the prayers the Minister stood in front of my Father in Front of friends and family waiting for payment.I found this funeral home to be very unprofessional and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE. It will only make your pain even worse.

We just had our mothers service at the Clinton Twp. location and had a very bad experience. The coordinator (Barbara Kunter)made numerous errors and when they were brought to her attention she put the blame on others, mostly my sisters and I.I dont think Ms. Kunter is best suited for this position when compassion and understanding is of utmost importance at such a time.I would definitely not recommend this funeral home with this representative.

It is inconceivable that a funeral home could forget to post an obituary, but that is what happened to me on the day of my Dads funeral. A huge disappointment. Apparently no one double checked each other to make sure all the is were dotted and the ts crossed. Well, lesson learned for the staff. Mr. Joseph went a long way to help me over this disappointment. On the flip side, Dad looked great and everything else ran smoothly.

We used Schultz Funeral Home in conjunction with Simple Funerals for my mom when she passed in February. The staff and the funeral home exceeded my expectations. They were so accommodating, helpful and attentive. I would recommend Schultz Funeral Home. They are exceptional!!

Not only were numerous errors made during my mom’s funeral service and funeral arrangements, the attitude of the person in charge was outright unprofessional. She tried to blame us for her mistakes and never apologized when she knew the truth. She couldn’t even set up the DVD with pictures for us! Unfortunately this left a sad departure with us...
