Lawrence A., District Manager at this facility was very pleasant, helpful and patient with me as I tried to remember passwords. He was also very knowledgeable of Verizon products.I got what I went into the store for--no pressure. Purchasing a new phone today was a very satisfying and informative experience. 5 Stars!!!
I came in during a busy period, was greeted promptly and told my approximate wait and given a choice to receive a call when someone was available. I chose to stay and wait. The staff expertly moved through all the people currently receiving assistance and I was seen ahead of my expectations. The gentleman who assisted me was able to fully address the matters that brought me and had excellent subject knowledge allowing him to make very good suggestions for future concerns. I left with a brand new device, case, car mount and care tools. 10/10 would come back.
District Manager, Lawrence was just outstanding today in helping us resolve our issue of not getting credit for turning in our old phones. Not sure of exact reasons for the initial problem and delay in getting the credit, but after numerous calls to Verizon and now TCC Livonia,Lawrence stepped up and resolved a very frustrating problem!Big shout out and thanks to Lawrence!Good Job!

Had to get a new phone, was totally Dreading it, as we all know how long of a process can be. Gabriel took care of me. Awesome guy, knows his stuff and made the process bearable. We were out of there in no time. If you live in the area and are in the market for a new phone, I highly recommend you go see him. 👍
Chay was amazing. So patient with me throughout entire process. She helped me pick out the best device for me taking into considering my budget. I had so many questions, she answered them all. Extremely polite and professional. Went over what to expect on next bill as well as what Id be paying today (I hate surprises when it comes to my budget!). Great experience. I was very nervous about upgrading but Chay made sure I had everything on my new phone before I left so I had nothing to worry about. Thank you! This is my Go-to Verizon store now!!
CharI would like you to know about the extraordinary customer service l received from this person today Thursday September 16. She was very courteous and knowledgeable. She patiencely addressed my concerns. She assisted me in restoring apps, emails etc. As an older person, l can find the smallest technical thing overwhelming. Char made my day. Thank you again Char.
Gabriel was very helpful and patient with me installing my new phone. He was able to transfer all my information from the old phone to the new phone. Assist with formatting all my settings. He should get a raise and/or promotion. He should be a trainer for new Hi-Res the company.
I wish I could give a 0. The people who work there are a bunch of jokes. They sold me a brand new phone that they knew was defective. I have been trying to get the phone exchange for 2 weeks and I have been given the run around. I was placed on hold for 15-20, only to get hang up on. I called back the guy told me the phone is not here. Checked the tracking number and it says the phone has been delivered to their store 3 days ago.This is the worst verizon store.
Wish I could give a 0. My mother-in-law , B.F., traded in her iPhone 8 on July 17, 2021 for a $699 credit towards her new iPhone 12 mini, which was $699. The rep said it would take one to two billing cycles to show, well we’re on our 3rd billing cycle and a REAL Verizon representative shows no trade in what-so-ever. We were informed by Verizon that they require paperwork to show the model being traded in, trade in value that they are giving for the phone and serial number. She received none of these things on paperwork received, so there is nothing Verizon can do until they correct on their end.After several contacts with the store, they produced a receipt that gave an $85 credit for the phone, which they stated this is what we always do when she asked why it is not $699. Needless to say, we just received a $85 credit to our Verizon instead of a $699 credit for the phone. We will be up there today to get this straightened out, or we will be going to the Livonia police department, as they stole a phone from a senior and haven’t made it right in over two months.Fox 2 Problem Solvers and Hall of Shame have been contacted to disclose what this company has done. Do yourself a huge favor and go to an actual Verizon store to avoid this nightmare!
What an extraordinary experience that I had while visiting the Verizon store located in Livonia, Michigan off of 7 Mile Road.My mother passed away recently and I had to have her service shut off. After several attempts at reaching the Verizon automated number from the internet and with no success at reaching anyone, I decided to take a trip to an actual dealer.I walked into the store where a very professional and pleasant young man greeted me, his name was Gabriel Woods. I spoke to Gabriel about my mothers passing and that I needed help in shutting off her service with Verizon. I explained to Gabriel my frustration in regards to not being able to get through to the Verizon automated system. Gabriel replied and said first of all, I would like to extend by condolences of your mothers passing. Then he politely explained that there was nothing they could do for me from the store location, but rather that I needed to call a certain bereavement number at Verizon in order to disconnect the service. Gabriel could sense my frustration and he asked me to wait patiently while he called his Verizon Representative to see how he could assist me at the store. Gabriel used his personal phone to contact his Representative as well as to contact the proper department at Verizon to shut off my mothers service. Gabriel took care of everything for me right then and there and he was very sincere in helping me take care of this matter. It seems like a very small gesture at hand, but when you are dealing with an Estate and all that needs to be taken care of, this was a very huge help to me.I would like to thank the parents of Gabriel for raising such a beautiful young man and I even mentioned to Gabriel that his parents raised one wonderful man. Thank you Gabriel for taking care of me and giving me extraordinary service. Keep up the good work and you will go far in life; trust me. Bid Hugs!!!
I had upgraded my phone at another Verizon store (which sent me home without an activated phone) but my phone wouldn’t activate when I got home. I pulled up to this location in Livonia the next day because my phone still would not activate no matter what I tried or what the customer service told me to do. Gregory and Gabriel got me together! They were super nice and made sure my phone was activated before I walked out. They did a great job, was super patient and professional. Thank you!
Had the pleasure of meeting Gabriel and their associate at this location. Thankfully with their help, I received fantastic customer service and conversation while they upgraded my phone after I chucked my previous one like a toddler with a temper tantrum. 10/10 recommended this location.
Great customer service at his best! I walked in with a broken phone and these guys took care of me hands down. They were polite, understanding and they took their time with me and got me what I needed. Best customer service Ive ever experienced and I am happy that I got to meet Adrianna, Charmaine and Gabe. Today Gabriel had helped me out and was quick and so personable. I was at another Verizon store and they couldn’t help me, went to this one and they solved my problem quickly and promptly. I’m very glad I made the switch to Verizon and will tell all of my friends and clients to go to this store specifically. Ricky also promptly greeted me even though he was helping another customer out and made me feel I was important. 10/10 experience.
They’ll tell you whatever you wanna hear till you sign up then not even care after. My bill was more then I agreed on and there were 2 activation fees never discussed and a 300 dollar rebate I never received. After talking to rep 2 they sent a rebate which I filled out accepted only to be declined by rep 3 on some other hidden misinformation. If I could go back two months ago I would’ve save money and a headache and kept driving.
I went to this location to get a new phone for my birthday. Lawrence help me with my new iPhone 11 and made the experience very smooth. He was very patient as my phone had over 17,000 photos on it which made the transferring process take about 40 minutes. I appreciated that the staff was practicing proper social distance and wearing masks. They even had hand sanitizer for customer use. Lawrence applied my screen protector that I brought with no complaints and did a great job. This was the best new phone experience that I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this location!
Visited the store on 7 Mile in Livonia and had the pleasure of working with Robert. He is AMAZING!! He was SO busy, and remained cool, calm and collected. He provided excellent customer service, and even though he wore a mask, he was always smiling. He is an asset to Verizon. He deserves huge kudos!!
The store was clean. Friendliness all around with the staff. Everyone was polite and made sure they spoke to every customer that walked through the door, letting them know they would be with the as soon as they can. Very positive vibe. Ricky worked with me and my family. He was very patient, knowledgeable and hardworking to get me and my family phones. Explained the detail of our bill, answered all my questions. Most definitely will return to that location.
I was so impressed with the outstanding service that the staff at this store provides. They were knowledgable, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me with upgrading my phone. I had the pleasure of dealing with both Carrie and Lawrence. They were both knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Despite the numerous customers that came in while I was there, I never felt like I was forgotten or put aside. Truly great customer service. I will definitely go there for all of my Verizon needs!

I know he was ready to go however he made sure everything was taking care of before I left the store. I went to this store to get a new phone and was assisted by a young man named Robert.I had gone to another (a different)Verizon store the day before to buy the Samsung s20 plus 5G and the verizon associate there wouldnt budge on the price. So the next day I drove to Walmart on 7 and middlebelt.Walmart had the phone for $200 less than that store, except they had no Verizon rep to assist me. Someone there suggested I go to the Verizon store at the entrance of the shopping center complex (at the Walmart store on 7 and Middlebelt) so I did because the person spoke very highly of the store.I drove the short distance over but the door was locked. They were only taking appointments due to the covid-19 virus but Robert invited me in and offered to assist me.Not only did he give me great customer service but he also sold me the phone for nearly the same price as Walmart - saving me about $200.Robert was personable, professional and knowledgeable. He helped me move all my info from the old phone to the new one quickly and was friendly while assisting me.I dont live that close to the particular Verizon store (there are 2 closer to me) but I will drive all the way to 7 and middlebelt from now on.Also, the store was very clean and comfortable.The associate who was working with Robert while I was there was also fast and helpful while helping another lady who was buying a new phone.Overall I had an excellent experience at this store.
Arrived and there were three people being helped at the counter and one person in front of me. No problem. Half an hour later and two workers who were more interested in chatting it up and drinking smoothies than doing their jobs and I was done. Not acceptable. This is the second time Ive stopped at this location for the same issue and I still havent been helped. Go literally anywhere else. Worst Verizon Ive ever been to.
Waited over an hour in the car for our appointment then called to see how much longer. 15 minutes they say. Then we watch someone show up for 5 minutes call in to be put on the list and then they go straight in before us after not even waiting. Now its been another 20 minutes and we are still waiting. Poor service they said we were on a waiting list to go in...how did that person make it in before us. Yes, they apologized but thats not the point.
I have to give praises to Charmaine and manager Lawrence today!! They went out of their way to help me with my order. They had 2 phone lines and Charmaines personal phone and my phone calling customer care to try and get my problem solved and after 2 hours Charmaine got it done!! Thank you for being patient and not giving up on my problem! These 2 deserve to get christmas bonuses!!!
I walk in to add a new line and change my existing line. The rep at the counter named Ahmed was extremely dismissive with any question that I had and if I asked the same question for a better understanding he became rude and condescending. This is the second time coming to this store where I felt the immaturity is on display. Theres a very relaxed vibe with 0 sense of urgency. Just a whatever feel which I seriously doubt thats what Verizon stands for. They tend to put off a you need me more than I need you feel and its uncomfortable.
Went to your Livonia, MI store on Monday 1/13/20 and purchased a new phone. Also purchased a glass screen protector, the guys there installed it. Next morning I noticed a bit of dust and a bubble under the glass, figured this was no big deal and i would just take it back and have them correct it. After a little bump in the road with the screen protector, I received a call from Lawrence who is making sure this problem gets fixed. Lawrence is very professional and seems to truly care about customer experiences. Thank you Lawrence.
These guys Lawrence and Ricky, were so amazing and so well knowledgeable about assisting me with my phone!! Lawrence walked me through questions I had and showed me throughly. I love this store, this is my favorite Verizon store to come to, and I actually I have another Verizon store near my house. But....this is by far, the Best! Lawrence, and Gabriel were the best!!! Everything went smoothly, Gabriel stayed an hour after closing to help us! Kari on the other hand was very rude to my entire family and made us contemplate going to a different verizon store until Gabriel came out to greet us!! Thank you guys.
I really like shopping around this place. The main reason I am their regular customer is because I get something that is needed immediately. That said, they do have a variety of selections to chose from and you do have the advantage of touch and feel before you buy. I would not dare shop anywhere else.
My mom was trying to purchase a phone and get added to my account. The guy said only 1 person at a time even though we both had masks and gloves on. So basically I go in verify everything then she go in pick what phone she wants then I go back in to make sure everything is good. Then she go back in to get her phone and so on until the transaction was completed. That is ridiculous. Im not doing all of that. When we both had on PPE.
The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They didnt try to sell us the most expensive phone like other places we have gone. They listened to our needs and recommended an appropriate phone.I strongly recommend this location to everyone looking for great service!
My husband went to this location (7 mile in Livonia) to get me a phone for Christmas. He picked a phone that ended being on back order. He still went ahead with the purchase.The phone was on back order until Feb. 10. The initial order was 12/22 (received email).On 2/9 I received a email about a hold because our bill was due. It was paid immediately.On 2/11 I received an email that the order was shipped.On 2/13 I received a text alert that my phone arrived at this location.On 2/18 we went to pick up the phone. It was around 7:30p. We did not know the hours. They were closed. We pulled off to leave. Then we noticed the employee came to the door. We drove back to ask about my phone. I told the guy we were trying to pick up the order. He looked at us like it was unheard of to have something shipped there and said no Im closed. Why come to the door!On maybe 2/20 my husband tried to pick up the phone. We were told we could not get our phone. That the promotion had been cancelled. Unless we wanted to pay full price, no phone.On 2/21 I called this location. An associate said it had been resolved and that I could come in, get my phone and get the promo offer.I couldnt make it until 2/24. I explain the situation to the same guy that wouldnt give us our phone originally. He looks at me again like Im crazy or something. He says he cant do anything. Someone has to be contacted.... I was already told by another associate that it was resolved by supervisor and whoever else had to approve.I now have to wait until Monday for whoever to approve the promo again?I wanted to cancel but did not have my husbands card.The process between Verizon & this cellular store has been a horrible experience. The associate made me feel like an a crazy person when I was explaining my situation. Ive been a customer since 2000. Im disappointed at how terrible this transaction & service has been.

Manager has an etiquette, and attitude problem, very agressive and rude. Cut throat sales, real shady. Will not be back. I got a WAY cheaper/better deal on Verizion at Best Buy. Aint that something? If the manager hadnt been such a jerk I never would have thought to check Best Buy.
If you want to buy a phone or want service on your current phone, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! First time I was in this store I was ignored, but I thought to give them a second chance. I bought two iphones here, and I had problems with the alarm clock so I wanted to go in to ask them a question and found their doors locked 15 minutes before closing and their salesperson staring out the window at me from the desk. thanks for the help guys. My wife had a problem with the wifi on her phone and they threatened to charge us 650 bucks for the phone (when we bought insurance!). We went to the Apple store where we were treated very well. Finally I thought that they couldnt screw up replacing the screen protectors on our phones, but no got two phones with nicely bubbled screen protectors. Go find a real Verizon store, this one isnt it! I would have given them zero stars if the software would let me.
Went to the 7mi. Livonia store , had an issue with my phone from verizon. I was not receiving my emails on my cell phone. I was told that they couldnt help me . He said you will have to get at&t to help you. I later mentioned my phone issue to a friend who straightened the issue out right away.Oh, by the way. My friend dosnt work for at&t.They , unlike Verizon was just willing to help.Just so you know about the store.
Verizon is offering a 250.00 Visa as a promotion. We were promised the visa aug 19th but they will not send it. Be careful when you sign contracts. Get it in writing. Check out internet as others have warned of this scam. I do not blame this retail outfit but i do blame verizon for providing false info.
Pretty much a useless store. Friendly workers but if you purchase an item/start a plan through a corporate/main store, you can only return to a main store to be serviced. These franchises are basically good for nothing unfortunately. Especially considering a corporate store is so close by.
Completely horrible experience! They LIE to the customer who are upgrading and tell them that this bundle is included when they are purchasing their phone. Then they sell you an OVERPRICED case, OVERPRICED screen protector, and some BS insurance thing in case your phone gets wet!! When my husband saw right through the guy, and asked for the the price of JUST the phone minus this bundle the guy literally said: he didnt know, they dont sell it that way, he got his manager on the phone, my husband gave him a piece of his mind on the unethical sales practices, and then and only then were we allowed to buy just they phone without the other inflated BS! I understand that the add-ons are what make the profit in the cell phone business, but outright LYING to the customer, NOT COOL. STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY!
Hands down the WORST experience Ive ever had with any kind of retailer or business.We went in with the intention of getting 16gbt iPhone SEs, we have already figured out our bill would be $160 per month including all fees and phone payment plans, a sales associate named Norris insisted we could get iPhone 7s AND. Sumsung tablet. We insisted we didnt want the tablet but Norris told us there would be zero charge, including a charge for the line. That was a lie. He also insisted we would ONLY pay a bill of $160/per month for both iPhone 7s and the tablet. Also a lie, our bill is $260. $100 OVER what I was promised. I had been in contact with Norris and his supervisor Rob within the 14 days we wouldve been allowed to give the devices back, tried to return the devices but were met with promises that the bill would quickly be adjusted. It wasnt. Now, almost 3 months later weve had to take he issue to cooperate as they wasted our time and money.Save yourself the hassle and find literally ANY other verizon store to work with.
Absolute worst store in the entire world dont waste your time going here, they sell you crappy cases and saY they have a 30 day return policy but will not return it! Terrible customer service. Never waste your time at the place!!!!! I have never had such a problem anywhere I will go elsewhere for any business I have in the future, its sad because I live less than a mile and many people I talk to, I always wondered why this place was never busy now I understand!!! Absolutely awful! Id give them zero but it requires a star! Save yourself the wasted trip and never go here!
Very worst store, during thanks giving verizon offered $300 trade in and $250 promotional gift card, I got 2 lines, they said we would get $250 promotional gift card. after 3 months,. so far I did not get anything. I should have gone directly go to store rather than agent shop
I have been there 3 times and their employees have no clue of their own products.. I ended up explaining the differences between phones to them... They didnt even know what plan would be best for me, I called the usual Verizon store I deal with (On Crooks, just north of Big Beaver) and got exactly the support I was looking for, and advice on what plan would save us money... Until they train their employees to know their products, I would avoid this Verizon location...
I was there about a month ago I paid 400$ cash never got a receipt and it hasent showed up on my phone bill now can anyone tell me names of ppl who work there? I live far up north and cant get back down there and if I hear the name I will recognize it please someone help I have to call the fraud dept back again :(
I agree with everyone here. They lie, over charge, are very rude, and we as customers have to clean up there mess and pay out pocket to fix problems they have caused. Stay away . I would rather wait 2 hours at the Plymouth Rd store then go in this store and deal with all the trouble I have had to deal with in this location
Beware!!! This is Not A Verizon Store!!!!! Only go to Verizon Corporate Store!!!!! These so called Authorized Dealers...Do not awnser to Verizon, And I was told by Verizon Customer service, that Verizon cannot police the activities of any store other than the Verizon Corporate stores...These fronts, Will Not tell you about using your insurance, or about being able to go to another store, to get exactly what you want......
Its only 2 people in the store, and then after it is your turn after waiting almost an hour you will be lied to telling you a $35 activation fee is required to set up PREPAID service no matter where you go, so I almost believed it, but Im glad I followed my 1st mind and said wait a minute let me call Verizon , and they told me no its not 35 bucks to set up PREPAID SERVICE,

2022-05-19Lawrence made the device upgrade process easy to follow and described everything. I felt very welcome by everyone in the office and was happy they even stayed late for my phone, without any complaining.I will definitely be back for any future needs.

2022-05-17OMG! Char just saved my life by bringing my phone back to life!! I raced into her store just 2 minutes before closing and she immediately said, Hi, How can I help you? There was no hint of any attitude at the fact that I literally just waltzed in there expecting help on a beautiful day when everyone is about to lock up and go home to enjoy it in exactly 2 minutes. She was an absolute doll; courteous, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She fixed my phone instantly and I practically dropped to my knees in gratitude. She even shared a few iPhone fix secrets and gave me information I needed if I had a problem with my phone again. Char ROCKS!!!!

2022-01-01Came in at 4pm yesterday, they closed at 5 but the doors were already locked and the store was most definitely full of employees. So I called to see if they were open and they said they were closed....ok....its a holiday enjoy your new years eve.... I come back today at 10:15 am, store is suppose to open at 10am.....everything is dark. No cars in the lot. Im back at 11 and there is 1 person working and 4 people waiting for service.... getting service at this place is a nightmare normaly.....this is just gross unprofessionalism. 🤣😭..............UPDATE! HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 57 MINUTES AND NOT 1 PERSON HAS BEEN HELPED....... I feel bad for the one employee here honestly.
