Steve and his team were great to work with! They are patient, very knowledgeable and honest. They went above and beyond to help my husband and I switch over from a different service plan. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a new phone or switch over to Verizon.
Such a great customer service and very helpful people. They advice and explain everything that you need to know about the device and the plan. They are so patient and dont rush you to anything at all. Beautiful place,clean and organized.Friends,family and I are all dealt with Steve and Sean. Just don’t go here. See previous comment below from the “owner” who is rude to his customers by saying I don’t know what your issue is. They are thieves and will say the fee is due to taxes and do not provide a receipt. They are charging you for a case that is 100 times more than it’s worth. It’s amazing how some people can take advantage of people and sleep well at night. Don’t go here!
This store is AWESOME. I’m a stickler for good service and these guys were nice and helped me through every step of the way. I got my new iPhone 8 and didn’t lose texts, voicemails or anything thanks to them. The store is well-kept and looks good. They helped me pick a plan that worked for my job and even put my screen protector on for me (I’m awful at those). I will continue to come to Sean and Steve for all of my cellular needs!
If you are looking for excellent customer service, look no further. I was having issues with my phone and I went to multiple Verizon stores and they were not able to help me, But finally I came to the Verizon store in sterling g height and Sean and Steve were able to help me out! Not only did they help me either issue I was having but they went above and beyond and checked in ny account and saved money on my mo they bill. They were very courteous and professional. They earned my, my family and friends business.

I have been dealing with this store for over 2 years, now the owner Steve and his brother are alleyways there when you need them, and they always look for the best deal for those customer, they always go the extra mile, this time they delivered the phones to us, and set up everything, thank you guys and keep up the food work.

Went in to get the new IPhone. Probably one of the best experiences I have had with a cell phone store. Very professional, Freidndly and made sure I understood everything before I walked out. Talk about going above and beyond to make sure the client is happy. Sean the manager did everything for my family they have a big selection of phones, accessories and tablets. Used to go to the Verizon on 17 and mound but they tried to charge me $20 to transfer contacts over to a new phone. Came to Sean and he hooked us up with 4 New google pixel XL and 3 new galaxy tablets for free. Also the biggest discounts on all cases and glass protectors best store in town dont waste time going anywhere else.
Steve was extremely friendly, honest, and helpful. He went over and above to help me out and make sure I was getting the right plan and phone for me. Will definitely be back thank you so much!
I bought iphone12 pro from them they should have charge me only $60 for tax only but instead they charged me $180 when i called them they told me they have charged me for charger case and screen protector so $120 FOR THE Accessories!!!!!!They are thieves dont buy from them bcuz when they talked to you is way different than they do!
One of the best customer experiences I have had in a long time. Steve and shawn both helped me and they were amazing. So nice, so helpful, and know what the heck they are talking about as well. They really seem to just want to help you vs. Just out to make money. They understand if their customers are happy then their business will be better too. I had a small issue with a screen protector but shawn hooked me up right away - I went in mad and walked out happy as a clam with a smile on my face thanks to shawn. I live in sc and still want to use this location only as my family is in Michigan. Much appreciated guys !!!!Amendment to this review is that actually they have very poor customer service and wont even give me back 50 dollars for a screen protector (price gouging anyone) that doesnt even work. They put two different ones on and they literally pop off by themself. Real good protection for the 1000 phone they want to sell you. And then admit to selling a poor product too but still refuse to give back money for the product. And then they wont even call me back to deal with it lol. Beware. I shall never return or use this store ever again. Strictly online for me. They are very nice people until you complain then all of a sudden ur just a bother to them.

I thought these people were nice until they tried to scam us. Went in cause VZ had a buy one get one deal. When we went in we were told that we’re going to get charged taxes activation fee by Verizon and the store was “throwing in free screen protectors” so we agreed and our bill went over a $1k and I didn’t even think of looking at the receipt at that time to break down why it went up to that amount and assumed it was taxes and fees. When I went home and looked at it, it appeared that they charged us $55x2 for our screen protectors that they claimed they’re throwing in for free.Apparently they thought we were so stupid not to look at the receipt at all since we trusted them at that time and didn’t questions to break down the amounts.I was furious and contacted Verizon customer service at that time since the store was closed and Verizon is escalating a complaint against them for falsifying information and being unethical pretending to be a good sales person.I did go back to the store and they refunded the $116 that they over charged me. My whole family was going to this store since we have 7 lines on our account but unfortunately they just lost our business for being liars.

Best Service in town. Hands down for the employees that works their. They make my life easier when I switched from sprint. I recommend everyone to this store. They treat you like family.
I find it suspicious that I went in to pay my bill with cash, but I was given a receipt printed from the website and the payment method was shown as an American Express card. I dont even have an AMEX card to my name, so I know there wasnt one saved to my account. Im not sure if this is how they conduct business, since none of this was told to me, while I was there, and I didnt notice until I left, but Ill just stick to going to locations with kiosks where I can handle my own payments.

Was told I needed to pay fees/taxes on my 2 Iphone XSs ended up getting charged $206!. taxes on 2 iPhone XS are not $206, activation fee of $30 and upgrade fee of $30goes thru Verizon, as I was billed 3 days after, not sure what the extra charge of $85 was on as owner/employee failed to provide an explanation as well as refused to reimburse my money and provide a receipt. But if you are a customer visiting this store make sure you ask for your receipt as this store likes to upcharge.

2022-05-03Cant say enough great things about this Verizon store location. Sean was a huge help trading in phones and adding a new line to our plan. Very straight forward, helpful, and friendly. Definitely worth the added miles to come to this location.

2022-02-22Went here back in December to get help with a new plan. The attendant girl there said because of some kind of company reorganization or such, I could move up several GB in data per month and keep the exact same basic billing amount I already had. I thought that sounded too good to be true, but gave her the benefit of the doubt and switched to this set up. Well, as it turned out it really was too good to be true. My bill went up significantly. I dont mind so much if the bill was more than what I was already paying, but at least be honest. Either she didnt know what she was talking about, or was just a plain liar. I wont be going to this store anymore.UPDATE: Below they respond asking to check my account to see where the mistake was made. Obviously they dont comprehend well. There was no mistake that can be verified by looking at my account. I had already called the company to check things for myself.Its just that you dont get anything for free, so you shouldnt lie and promise such (or be content to be staff ignorant of your job). Train employees properly, and dont hire/retain staff lacking in integrity and/or common sense.

2021-05-30Very dishonest.My phone was broken and I was locked out from my work account because I need my phone to pass the two-step verification. So, I was pretty desperate to get a new phone asap. I bought a used iPhone X from this shop. When I tested it at the shop, it seemed to work fine, only later that I found out the screen was faulty.There was a thin column of dead spots in the middle of the screen. You would not notice it when you use it for a brief moment but will discover it after you use it for a while. Obviously, they either did not check their used items thorough enough before selling, or even worse, knowingly selling their faulty products by taking advantage of their customers desperation.Either way is bad, but what makes it worse is their refusal to accept return used items without letting me know when I bought it. How convenient!Even though the manager Sean eventually agreed to put in an order of another phone to replace mine, nothing happens after 4 weeks! I called them a few times and the guys excuse was it took time to order another used iPhone X because no other shops have it now. Well, at least call your customer to keep them posted! No, like a drop in the abyss. Luckily, I took my phone to the Apple store and they replaced the screen in an hour.Step on your gas pedal if you drive by this shop!
