The store was conveniently located and had ample parking. Simon was my salesman today and was very knowledgeable about the product line. He did the switch over quickly and accurately, set up the new phone, and explained the pricing options to me thoroughly. He did the entire transaction while I bombarded him with questions and showed him pictures on my phone. He is an expert multi-tasker. Todays experience was excellent and I highly recommend the store and it’s people.
This location was in the middle of renovation so not real appealing to the eye, but the service more than compensated and the attention to the details that matter to me were explained thoroughly. Between my 3 visits Dillon and the rest of the crew went out of their way to help everybody that came in, sometimes effectly multitasking 3 customers at a time.
Had the best experience in purchasing new phones at this Verizon store, we recommend you try them out, particularly ask for Ethan. Ethan made the process easy, stayed on top of the various promotions Verizon had running, and ultimately saved us a significant amount of money on purchasing 4 phones. He is very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and concerns, and when one phone in black did not arrive in time had two alternative phone colors available for us to choose from. It was a pleasure to have Ethan handle our transaction.
Ethan was amazing! I went to 2 Verizon wireless stores before coming to this one and was completely dissatisfied, until I was referred to Ethan at this location. He made the process so simple and easier to understand what I was signing up for. Didn’t feel like I was talking to a regular, boring sales rep just trying to sell me a product. He assured me I was getting the best products and service for the best deals, while leaving T-Mobile. Very professional, and makes me happy to know there are still good people willing to help others out. Thanks for everything Ethan!
I traded up to a new phone and had my daughter’s phone transferred to my old phone. Ethan did a great job, found me the latest discounts and upgrades available, gave me constant updates on how long the process would take, and just did an overall awesome job. Highly recommend this store and Ethan!
Ethan is fantastic and an expert in what he does. Ethan is sincere, very knowledgeable, and personable. I went in thinking I was going to simply upgrade my device, but I walked out with a better priced plan that I actually understood, more data, and other rewards that had been sitting on the table unknowingly.Ethan went above and beyond to make an appointment with me when my phone arrived. He made me feel very valued as a customer as I found out later it was his birthday, and he ended up working later so that I could pick up my phone.If you have to be stuck in a phone store dealing with phone stuff, I highly recommend working with Ethan - he makes the whole experience better.
Be aware that as of December, they still do not have an updated lobby and the only display phones they have are the newer Iphones. This is supposed to change early next year. Other than that, I couldnt be happier with Ethans service, he is passionate about his work and kind. Expect him to take care of you as a customer, the multitude of reviews mentioning his name are not for nothing.
Overall I had a great experience over here with Simon. He was able to switch me over from another great company from AT&T to Verizon explaining every detail for my safety of my iPhone devices! I highly recommend switching over to Verizon and dealing with Simon and this location

GREAT EXPERIENCE - GIVEN THE CIRCUMSTANCES. AFTER BEING TURNED AWAY AT THE LAKE ORION LOCATION, MAKING AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE OTHER AUBURN HILLS LOCATION ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY ALLOWED ME TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR AFTER HOURS, I CALLED AT 6:15 ON A FRIDAY AND WAS SURE I WAS GOING TO BE TURNED AWAY AT THIS LOCATION AS WELL. I WAS TOLD IT WAS NO PROBLEM AND TO COME IN AND WE COULD BE HELPED. MY HUSBAND AND I NEEDED TO SWITCH HIS PHONE FROM AT&T AND GET ONTO MY CURRENT VERIZON PLAN. DAVIS WAS WONDERFUL FROM THE TIME WE WALKED IN UNTIL THE TIME WE LEFT. HE SPENT ALMOST TWO HOURS TRYING TO GET HIS NUMBER PORTED AND SWITCHED OVER AND NEVER ONCE SEEMED IRRITATED OR UPSET WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A QUICK AND EASY PROCESS. IN THE END WE WERENT ABLE TO GET IT PORTED BUT HE CAME UP WITH A SOLUTION OF JUST GIVING MY HUSBAND A NEW NUMBER SO HE COULD USE HIS NEW PHONE AND NOT HAVE ANY MORE HEADACHES - ALL WHILE STAYING PAST CLOSING TIME. WHEN I ASKED IF THERE WAS ANY WAY I COULD MAKE HIM KNOWN IN THE COMPANY FOR BEING SO AWESOME HE SAID HE WOULD APPRECIATE JUST A GOOD GOOGLE REVIEW. My phone decided to stop working on thanksgiving, and after a long chat with Apple support they couldn’t get it fixed so I decided to come in to Verizon and was able to get a new phone set up for me in less than an hour. It was great, quick and friendly service all around.
Incredibly poor customer service. The salesman was completely unprofessional in how he handled customer questions and concerns. Went in for a new iPhone, the prices they were quoting me were about $200 more than the Apple Store (where I ended up purchasing directly from). I recommend you shop elsewhere to find the exact same, easily accessible products at a fraction of the cost.
My wife and I both had our phones upgraded at the Auburn Hills Verizon store. Our service agent, Charlie, was patient and considerate. Making sure that all our apps and data were transferred and that we could use all the key functionality of the phone. He was also very detailed in his explanation of our billing. An excellent experience!
Tonight I switched from an android to an IPhone 12 Pro. As well as switched from a corporate account to a personal account. Davis was absolutely fantastic!! In my 50s, I am not tech savy at all.It took a bit of time dealing with ‘corporate’ Verizon to transfer my number. He did it with no fees attached, secured a great rate for my trade in and I left not paying anything! He was patient, explained what I needed to know and how to operate my new device. Other customers came in during my time there and asked for Davis. He multitasked, while we had to wait on downloads. His customers were all satisfied. The staff is honest and genuinely cares.
Rick, the Assistant Manager was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and professional. His customer service was well over the top and I will highly recommend Verizon Wireless and this particular location to my family and friends! He has a great sense of humor and he’s so personable with the customers. We had a great experience!
I wish I would have read the reviews about how shady this store is before I went it. Dont waste your time here. Only 1 kid working and I waited over an hour. Then he overcharged me for a phone and wouldnt honor the online price of that phone. Definitely do your Verizon business online or a real corporate store instead of here. I will give credit to the one kid working by himself for trying to help everyone in line.
This has to be one of the worst stores in Michigan. I pre-ordered the Note20 Ultra one of the first days that it was available for pre-order. The store called me the day before the phone launched to tell me it was in and we set up a time for me to come in and pick up the phone. The next day when I arrived there were 3 people working and one other customer in the store, it took them 10 minutes to acknowledge my presents. I was then asked for my name and account password. I was then told that they did not have my phone and I must have ordered it from another location. I returned to my car to get the paper work I was given when I pre-ordered the phone and they magically found it. The employee was rude and on a personal call the whole time he was dealing with me, he was talking about a personal trip to Las Vegas in September, he was so engaged in his personal conversation that another employee had to take over for him after I sat there for 15 minutes with no help someone noticed and took over for him. At this point I had been there over an hour, then came time to trade in my old phone which was paid off they took the phone and never gave me credit for it, they claim I spent it in the store but all I paid for in store was the tax on the phone a case and a screen protector r correct. I have the credit card statement to show what I purchased. They also did not give me a receipt with my purchase, I had to call Verizon to have them issue me a receipt. I never spend the time to give bad reviews but this time it crossed the line, they basically stole a perfectly good phone never gave me credit for it,and was on a personal call the whole time. So if you want to have terrible customer service and be taken advantage of then by all means shop here. Unfortunately, I had to learn the hard way. They also did not tell me that since I pre-ordered the phone I had 150 credit from samsung.
Came to this location an hour or so before they closed after going to a different location the day before an hour before closing and was not helped. This store got me a new phone set up and sold to me within 20 minutes of walking in. We were helped by Simon who was easy going and knowledgeable. I only write reviews if service is exceptionally good or bad. This store is the place to go for your Verizon needs hands down.
This place is great! Went in to get upgraded to a new phone. So I decided to go to this Verizon store in Auburn Hills. A young man by the name of Joe greeted me and he was great. Very nice and patient with me. Showing me all kinds of different phones I can upgrade to and the features it had. And you can tell the kid knew his stuff. He made upgrading a great experience. If I ever have any problems when it comes to phones I will being going back guarantee!
As Paul indicated he should have read the reviews, so should I have. I was charged more than the online price and was told it would be credited on my next bill or two. When I called Verizon, that is an indirect store and can charge what they want for a phone. Everything that I was told at the store does not match the website or the information from Verizon. At no point was I ever told that this was not a direct Verizon store as they are suppose to. Do not get a screen protector - $59.99 or a case - $39.99. I was told the screen saver was free. The only thing free was the transfer fee which is supposedly $35. Also, they will sign you up for a protection plan that you need to cancel after 30 days. Was never told about that. Go directly to a Verizon only store for your service.
We had excellent customer service at Verizon! My husband and I came into the store to look at some phones and Louis provided us with great service, and not to mention they were very busy and He still managed to to always check on us while the switch was being made to our new phones.
Ivan was my blessing today. He single-handedly made me & my son’s Christmas! He is so knowledgeable about the deals and offers and truly got me the best deal in town. Ivan explained everything thoroughly and truly looked out for my best interests. His intention was clear... to get me the best deal possible. I urge you to shop at this location. I will be taking my parents back after the holiday to hopefully switch them over and upgrade their phones.
Went to upgrade phone in store. Advertised price was $27/m for 24 months but after leaving the store my account showed $37. Went back to the store for an explanation and was told that I got $200 trade in for the old phone and another $60 credit for something else and I needed to wait 2-3 billing cycles to see the new price, the salesperson seemed to think I should be grateful for this even though the new price would still be more than the advertised price (was told 2 different prices $31 and $29). So I asked to return the phone but was told I would have to pay $50 restocking fee!!!!!!! Make sure you know what you are getting before you leave the store, Im convinced they purposely confuse you and manipulate the numbers to improve commissions and/or sales figures. NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE OR EXPLANATION!
Great experience and friendly staff. I went in to this store because I was frustrated with my current phone. I had been going back and forth with Apple and I wasn’t getting anywhere, so I wanted to stop into a Verizon store to see if I could get any better service. I met with Alex and he was beyond accommodative. I’m sure he could tell I was fed up, and he made every effort to make sure I didn’t leave the store unsatisfied. We actually connected because we both had a background in personal training. He went the extra mile and found a discount on my plan and saved us money on top of having more unlimited features. All while getting me into a new phone. Alex - thank you for everything you did to help. I highly recommend this store. The rest of the staff was also very knowledgeable and the environment was relaxed and not salesey like other stores can be.
I went into your Verizon store in auburn hills, and just wanted to ask about your service. I had sprint and I was paying a lot for my services. First of all, when I walked into the store I was greeted warmly by one of your workers. His name is John Morales and he had a nice smile that made me feel comfortable talking to him. I asked many questions and I loved the fact that he was very patient with me even when I repeated questions. He is very knowledgeable about the phones but also with the plans that were right for my family and myself. I have already told my friends and family about your store and about your employee John Morales.
I recommend avoiding this store. When purchasing a cell phone, the manager, Ivan, at this location stated that he could not produce a paper receipt. After completing my transaction, I received my emailed receipt only to notice that the price of the purchase had been increased by 20% not accountable to fees or taxes (I was able to confirm this in-store). I also noticed that an extra item was added to my purchase that I did not make (nor was it an item that I had mentioned or interacted with at the store). Walking back into the store from my vehicle, I requested that the bill be corrected. However, the staff would only remove the extra item and refused to correct the increase in price for the phone. Upon requesting a refund for the total purchase, I was required to pay a $50 restocking fee. This transaction was intentionally fraudulent.
IVAN, STORE MANAGER, VERY ARROGANT AND HAS NO MORALS. AVOID STORE. No ethics or morals while dealing with customers in need of assistance. NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED. IVAN, Store Manager LIES, does not follow Verizon proper standard operating procedures. IVAN LIES about what he and his staff are able to do. I see multiple comments on here about Ivan very similar to mine. I should have checked on here first. Ivan does whatever he wants, there are no checks or balances to stop him. The area manager assigned to store is as arrogant as IVAN when it comes to customer satisfaction. VERY DANGEROUS. Luckily for me Verizon Corporate stepped in and made things right. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with Verizon Wireless. IVAN HAS NO MORAL COMPASS AND WILL LIE TO YOU ABOUT WHAT HE CAN ACTUALLY DO AND WHAT IS WITHIN VERIZONS GUIDELINES. PLEASE AVOID. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT A REAL VERIZON WIRELESS STORE, IT IS A 3RD PARTY STORE.
Went into the Verizon store today simply to inquire about getting my 10 year old a phone and ended up leaving sprint & walked out with 3 new phones with Verizon. Dan Foley was the gentleman that assisted us and he was excellent. Very nice and professional and took very good care of us. Its nice when you leave a store and not feel like you may have been taken advantage of. Definitely give Dan and this store 5 stars!
BEWARE of this store!! All of the negative comments are true. This is a 3rd party store. They scam and add lines and device payments to your bill that you did NOT ask for. I talked directly to Verizon and they said 3rd party stores are allowed to add their own fees but they need to make it known that they are being added by the 3rd party and not Verizon. This gives you the OPTION to go to an actual Verizon store and not pay the extra money. They charged me an $100 just for upgrading my phone and told me that I didnt have to pay it but could instead get a free phone case and screen protector...which of course costs exactly $100. Verizon just removed $120 from my bill in unauthorized charges. Shame on these people. And they are most definitely getting reported to the BBB!
Nicole was very, very helpful and very patient with us. We upgraded iphones and she made sure that we walked out the door with fully functioning, backed up phones and also applied screen protectors for us. Very good customer service and would highly recommend this store!
So disappointed in the outcome of my interaction with this store. I have always had great experiences here until my most recent one. I ordered a phone on Sunday and was told that I would receive it on Wednesday. I know that shipping can vary so I was patient with that. However, there is a clear as day signature and reception transcript both on my Verizon account and the UPS order summary saying that someone signed for my phone on Wednesday afternoon and yet it is now Thursday night and I still had not received my phone. Multiple people tried to argue against both Verizon and UPS saying the phone was delivered and signed for. Thankfully, they canceled the order and nothing further happened on our account. But my goodness, the attitude received when they were questioned about their shadiness turned any great experience there, into unsatisfying, horrible experience. Hopefully, they clean up their act for the next round of people needing to order through them.
I came into this location, and dealt with sales rep by the name of Rob. He was a very great help. I came in to upgrade my wifes phone to a iPhone 7. I also ended up upgrading my device to a s8 plus. Then I was very happy that rob went over the $1.06 promotion for my new Samsung tablet I took advantage of. I would highly recommend anyone to go to this location for anything. Rob did a wonderful job, and I will continue bringing business to the store. Thank you.
The transition of upgrading a phone can be intimidating and frustrating but Davis and the Staff at the Verizon store in Auburn Hills made it incredibly easy, and made both myself and my fiancée feel at ease while upgrading our devices. We both highly recommend this store when making any decisions regarding wireless services with Verizon!
Was at the store on a Saturday evening. Davis was the only representative. It took over an hour to complete our purchase even though he did a great job of serving 3 customers at one time. The criticism is for the store,which should have had another representatve to enable processing customers in a little more timely manner.Also the technical changes that verizon requires a mandatory replacement of an older phone or a change in provider may be necessary but feels like Ive been ramrodded. We have liked Verizons service and will continue with them in spite of that.
Nothing but the best! Angelo has helped me and my husband purchase several pieces of equipment form start to finish! everyone in the store is polite, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere when you walk in is welcoming and fun. Although these visits can take time I never feel as if Ihave wasted my time and or the employees are not working their best to make sure I am taken care of. They took the extra time and effort to fix a mix up with a rebate and called to make sure I actually got it, above and beyond!This is the only store I go to for my phone and wireless needs.
Customer service at its finest - John Morales helped my wife and I save money, get the plan we needed, and helped set up our new phones. He showed integrity while reviewing our current plan and actually dropping our package down vs trying to convince us to stay paying a higher rate. Thanks, John!
Nicole Galdi is simply fantastic! I went to the store with a dead phone and needed help with a replacement . Nicole pleasantly greeted me, LISTENED to what I needed, and presented me with options. The phone I chose was not in stock , so she personally went to another store to get one. She went out of her way with regard to everything to make certain I was satisfied . Excellent Customer Service, my every expectation was exceeded thanks to a great employee. THANK YOU NICOLE !
I lost my phone in the Clinton River while kayaking. I’m a physician and I’m on call so I need a phone right away. Rick at the store set me up fast and easy. Kind and efficient service. New phone up and running with a couple hours of losing my old one and back on call for my patients!
Our visit to the Auburn Hills location was a refreshingly good experience due to all the great help from Joe and Kyle. Their incredible knowledge, assistance and professionalism answering all of our numerous questions in person and via email prompted us to make the switch to Verizon. They worked diligently switching 7 lines for a very smooth uncomplicated transition from Sprint to Verizon. We will definitely be referring friends and family to that location. Thank you for the fantastic customer service!
Absolute crooks! They lie about what Verizon forces them to do. Truth is that they are independently owned and they make their own rules. You’ll also pay more for Verizon products here then you will at a corporate store. Don’t trust these guys. Call Verizon first and know what you’re purchasing before talking to them. They can’t be trusted.
The staff is courteous and efficient to a fault, and the store itself is well maintained and equipped to handle most any cell phone need. The stores selection of cases and other odds and ends for phones is a bit small though.The only negative is that the store will sometimes call or text customers who opened an account or made a device purchase there to inquire how you and your device(s) are getting on, which can be a little off-putting if youre not expecting it.
Went into this store because it was close to my school and I only had a certain amount of time to get an upgrade. Was greeted right away by an employee, Vian, and she was very helpful and patient with me. She explained what my options were with my phone because my contract was over. I was also shown the different phones and sizes that I could choose from and which one would be best for me. After choosing, she went over all of the prices for me and let me know what my fees were. I needed a certain password to move my data from my old phone to the new one and I had forgotten it and she remained very patient and let me try different passwords over and over again until we figured it out which was very nice because this took up a lot more time than I expected it to. We transferred over my data and she completed my upgrade with a smile on her face the whole time, I love my new phone and loved he feed back she gave me about the phones. Highly recommend this store and Vian to anyone! She’s great
Davis helped my family and i backup our devices and transfer allll our information to our new phones....he even saved all my brothers contacts/pics/apps despite him not knowing his icloud information!!!! davis was also very funny and made the hour and a half enjoyable. this Verizon location was very well trained with a large range of knowledge about phones and apple especially.
Ethan was not only accomplished in his knowledge of Verizon products, service and phones. He also recommended an awesome set of Samsung Galaxy Buds+ , which he did not have in stock but guided me to another location in which I was able to acquire them...great recommendation! I will be certain to send all of my Verizon friends to his location.
John Morales, the store manager in the Cellular and More store in Auburn Hills was extremely helpful and attentive to my educational and problem solving needs with my new Moto G7 Android cell phone. He is respectful, friendly and understands how senior citizens may not have had a history of learning these kinds of electronic phone programs the way younger folks did. I am one of those seniors and had to be taught some things step by step. I recommend him highly for promotions in this career at Verizon Wireless.
I had an amazing experience working with Nicole Galdi at the Rochester location. She was very thorough, informative, and explained everything to me so well. I am going to go see here at the Auburn Hills location when I am ready to make a purchase to upgrade my phone. Verizon you have a great employee. Highly recommend working with her.
Shady things happening here.From reading the other reviews, it seems this isnt the 1st time either. I went in 3/19/20 to purchase a new ipad for my work from home environment. They were so helpful and kind. The sales rep also suggested a gizmo watch as well that was a great deal....I dont have kids so the answer was hard NO to that.Left happy with my iPad deal. Fast forward and guess what I noticed I am being charged on my bill for, a gizmo watch. Luckily Verizon was very accommodating and helped take it off and refund the charges.This store has many complaints of mysterious charges suddenly appearing on bills. Save yourself the time and headaches. Go to an actual corporate Verizon store or Best Buy.These guys are shady scammers.
Horrible experience. We were due for an upgrade. Salesman Barry found us a deal on an LG. He put it in a case for us and applied the screen saver. Very happy with the phone. 1 week later we get a call from Barry saying we didnt qualify for the deal he offered. We either had to give the phone back or pay an extra $20 A month. We chose to give it back.Salesman Marcus said they would waive the restock fee since it was their error. When Marcus took the phone out of the case...and took it into the back room...he came back and said the back of the phone was damaged. We would have to pay the $50 dollar restock fee. We told him it was IMPOSSIBLE. We never touched the back of the phone....Barry put it in the case, Marcus took it out. Either they damaged it or it was delivered damaged and they didnt notice. Needless to say Marcus didnt believe us. Also they would notreimburse us for the screensaver they applied. So we were out a $50 restock fee and a $49 screen saver and no phone. Will never never never go into this store again. Worst experience we ever had.
I dealt with Joe at this location. He sold me some accessories and answered all my phone questions. The service I received was great and Joe had a charming smile on his face the whole time as he helped me. Definitely gonna be going back to Joe for all my Verizon needs.
Having history with this place, I couldnt think of a better bunch to keep me posted on the latest techs. The staff are very knowledgeable and make things for anyone at ease. Whenever, minor or major concerns arise, I have the staff to thank for keeping things professional. I have nothing but respect and gratefulness for these wonderful folks here. I called the store about a month ago to upgrade my phone because it had stopped working correctly. The lady on the phone, Vian was very patient and helpful. I asked if I could come in to upgrade my phone in person and she told me to come in before the store closes that same day so she can assist me herself. Once I walked in Vian greeted & helped me right away. I traded in my old phone, and even got the exact color I wanted for my new one! The process took shorter than expected. Vian was very positive, helpful, & energetic! Now I know where to go and who to call for anything I need. Thank you again Vian!!
In order to buy a phone they required us to buy a $160 bundle of accessories. Called Verizon and was told that they could not make you purchase the bundle and the phones can most certainly be purchased separately and was told to return the bundle. When returning the bundle, we were told that it had been past the 7 days that accessories could be returned, even though it was the 7th day and on their receipt it clearly stated 14 days for both devices and accessories. We were first told that you can only get returns sent to you by mail in check form but then all the sudden could magically return it on the credit card. When I went to go pick the phone up they tried to make me purchase the bundle again, making up a story that we had been asking for 20% off our phone order and just complete lies. A terrible experience. Reported incident to Verizon. Only go to CORPORATE VERIZON STORES. This place has scam written all over it. Never going back here again.
This will be the only Verizon store I return to! The only reason I switched to Verizon is because my husband added me to his account. I have been to a few stores previous to this one, and ALL of the service reps were awful and provided a terrible experience. THIS stores customer service was AMAZING, and the only reason I am not switching services is because of Ivan :)
Love this location. They have great service and everyone is very friendly. If youre picky like me I highly recommend asking for Nicole Galdi. She is super knowledgeable about all the products and has helped me to pick out products that Im confident are the best. High quality is super important to me and she has helped me multiple times to make the best investments for my money which makes me a happy customer 😊
When my iPhone 7 stopped working in the middle of a workday, I had to stop in and John Morales took care of me. He made some valiant attempts to revive my phone.When reality hit and my phone was not ever going to function again, John walked me through my options, set me up with a new phone, and exchanged my dead phone for valuable accessories.What could’ve been a painful and annoying hour turned into a positive experience.Leslie has also been super helpful in the past and this is definitely my Verizon store!
Not happy with the service I received. It basically turned into a yelling match. One person serving many people. This was my third attempt to get help with my phone. I found the man who claims he was the owner to be rude, nasty and very unconcerned or caring about having to wait. He basically said he didnt care and I left again. I will never step in that store again.
I came in with a problem with my phone, only to find out that it was not going to be able to get fixed. The sales reps were very friendly and efficient. I was told that I may not be able to retrieve my photos or contacts but some how they were able to make it happen. What a relief that was. Kudos to everyone that helped me during my time there. You guys were awesome!!!!!!!
Absolutely Fabulous!!!Sold me what I needed didnt sell me stuff I didnt need. Compared to the Verizon store at Rochester and Tienken! Kevin and the owner there are so not business savy. Kevin tried to sell my 17 year old daughter a new cell. She just needed a new charger. Kevin was also asking my daughter inappropriate questions. We will never step foot in Verizon at Rochester and Tienken!
Wish I could give this place zero stars, I call to ask questions about switching carriers and upon speaking with an agent, he was loud and rude Stating that he couldn’t help me with any question. because his store was to busy and it was very loud with a lot of people talking in the back ground, but thats why I called during the pandemic /covid 19, April 18,2020 when clearly the governor of Michigan stated that it is very dangerous time to be in a crowd and the band has not lifted, he was so rude and he hung up on me. I will never shop at this location.
Robert was such a HUGE help! He went above and beyond in getting me some devices quickly and putting them together all before I needed them. He stayed in contact frequently and updated me as to the status, so that all I had to do was walk in and pick up the new products! Thanks Robert!
Bad experience all around. Told one thing, but much different on the bill. Took several months and numerous chats with Verizon to get the situation resolved. This place is not an official Verizon store, but a Verizon retailer, not the same thing. My experience with Verizon has been good. With this store, bad.
Kyle Taylor gave me the best service I have had in years and I worked in retail for 35 years. I could not ask for a more helpful, friendly, and courteous employee. When you have real problems, he went out of his way, took the extra step to do everything to make it right.
I had an excellent experience with Sales Consultant Marcus Russell. My Samsung Galaxy 6 had a major meltdown and I was concerned with getting my old Nokia running until I was ready to purchase a new phone. He was so patient with getting all the necessary info into the old phone and was determined to make things serviceable. The best part of the visit was when he found that all the photos that I thought were lost had been sent to the cloud and were still accessible.Without his knowledge and will to succeed, this would have been a very bleak day.
John took advantage of my wife by telling her if she bought a phone, the iPad would be free of charge. We were charged for the iPad and monthly for the data. He also added a Car Hum to our bill. We never even saw a Car Hum, or know what that is. We were also charged monthly for that. Very deceptive transaction! Now we are stuck haggling with Verizon. Go elsewhere.
Be very cautious and make sure you understand everything you are being charged. We had many hidden fees we were lead to believe were different charges and we weren’t even given a receipt til I called back to ask for one. I reported this store to Verizon and they are looking into this location.
I went in to have them restore my icloud account to my new phone that I had gotten a day before at a different Verizon location. Rather than figuring out what the real problem was or trying to help me, the lady I worked with (didnt catch a name) continuously said, if I were you, I wouldnt have left the store until things were completely working. Obviously my phone was working prior to leaving, its not now. After trying to explain what my problem was the lady said that she couldnt help me and that I should try an Apple store if that will even help. The entire experience was horrible and I will not ever go to that store again. The worst customer service Ive ever had at a Verizon.
I went in today to enquire about a deal on a verizon wireless plan on a latest device. The store executive Lorado was super aware about the deal and was able to answer all my questions. I was not expecting the level of awareness the guy had about the deal details because the deal just dropped fresh today. So it was literally Day1 of the deal but the executive Lorado had all the details. I should add here that I am a very curious person ...so I asked him lots of questions to Lorado until I had all my questions answered to ky satisfaction. So thats pretty awesome !! I walked out of store with all the answera and I loved it !!
Do not buy a cell phone here. We ordered a phone and had it shipped to the store. The phone was delivered yesterday, but when we tried to get it from the store, they claimed they never received it even though we have proof of delivery. They graciously canceled the order thinking that was being helpful, but we are still out a phone, and they are being very untruthful.
Had the best service from Shana both today and a few days ago on Saturday. Took my daughters phone in on Saturday to get a Sim card. Shana was such a big help and so apologetic that it was taking a while (that was beyond her control). She then tells me that I qualify for a free tablet but does not pressure me, she let me think about it.I decided to go back today and get it. Again, wonderful service from Shana!

I had att for 8 yrs.one day i was visiting family in Rochester hills michigan i told my wife lets stop and talk to someone at verizon so we stopped in a verizon store we sat down with the best salesman ive ever talk to so perfessional and its hard to find one.this gentleman name john Morales asked can i help u people remember i have att i told my wife i will never leave att. John Morales sat us down pointed to some nice iPhones.gave use a real good promotion deal. I told him about my att plan he laughed and i said why u laughing.he said i will beat out ur att plan i said u cant.he got on his tablet showed me and my wife a great plan for 2 phones me and my wife looked at eachother and said lets do it.i left his store very happy. I drove home to ny told my family anf friends and coworkers i met this gentleman in Michigan good salesman now i have Verizon.now 5 months later we drove to Michigan from ny to visit family we drove to the Verizon store john Morales was working at he got transferred to auburn hills michigan.so a verizon salesman from Rochester hills wanted to help me i said nobody is better then john Morales we drove to Auburn hills today for the first time just to sit down with mr.Morales he smiled we smiled and said we left att as soon as we got to ny told all are friends family and coworkers about u he was so happy and i said to him man to man u made this happen thank u.i want people in Michigan to go to the auburn hills location for john Morales u will be so happy when u leave.
You pay more at this location because its not a corporate store. Go to the corporate store. 1) They wont screw up your account and can do more for your monthly payments 2)They have a wider selection of accessories for ALL cell phones that Verizon sell what a concept and 3) the employees are treated better at the corporate store which means theyll take better care of you.
Well I dont know where to start. For the past 6 years Ive always purchased my phones from this location or the one by Great Lakes Crossings. This time I went to another location (Best Buy). I had the worst experience with Best Buy and had to come back home to Verizon.I had the best experience at this Verizon location!! Not only did they straighten out the debacle from Best Buy, but Dan helped me to upgrade my whole family phones. I got my Note 8 problem solved, upgraded my mom to Samsung and both my sons to the new Moto Zs.By this time the whole crew jumped in and got us taken care of. Cases, screen protectors, headphones and all data transferred on each phone and no one lost anything!!! It cant get any better than that!!! BE FOREWARNED. THIS STORE IS A PREMIUM RETAILER OWNED BY WIRELESS NETWORK COMMUNICATION. IT IS NOT A TRUE VERIZON STORE. THEY APPEAR TO FOLLOW THEIR OWN SET OF RULES.My son went in to purchase a new phone. After he had picked out a phone, he was told that he had an upgrade - FREE - on a Jetpack. Of course, he took it. It was FREE! He WAS told at the time that the restocking fee was $70. Came home really happy ..until I said I was trying to let the contract lapse. I DID NOT want to be stuck with another 2-year contract on a Jetpack. Then I asked him if he knew that there was a $10 month charge. He did not. And what about the activation fee? Told him to go back right then and cancel. I guess I expected them to say, Okay. We know you made a mistake. You know...maybe go above and beyond to make a customer happy. I was wrong. He came home and explained that they were going to charge him the restocking fee anyway. I called and spoke to the manager, who also happened to be my sons salesperson. My question: First of all, what are they doing offering to upgrade anything other than the phone that he went there to purchase? Its MY account. I was told: You have him as an authorized user. If you didnt want him to take the upgrades then you should remove him as an authorized user. Excuse me? (Later, when I went to the store, he said that their job is to sell. How are we supposed to know that he wasnt authorized to take that upgrade? I just think it was a little shady.) I called Verizon and spoke to a very nice customer service rep who agreed that was the WRONG approach to take with a customer, and he assured me that the restock fee was $35 NOT $70 and that Verizon would refund it. I went to the store, waited until I could talk to Anthony (the manager) and CALMLY said I was there to make the return. He told me there was a $70 restocking fee. I pointed out the lines I had highlighted on the return policy: A restocking fee of $35 applies to any return or exchange of a wireless device, and a $70 restocking fee will apply if you return or exchange your Tablet. He said, Yes, but we consider a Jetpack to be in the same category as a tablet. What? But the customer service rep said it was only $35. And then he said, BUT WE ARENT VERIZON. They are a Premium Retailer and not a Verizon corporate store, and, apparently dont have to follow the same policy rules that Verizon sets. Again...WHAT? When I asked for the name of someone else to speak to, he said, That isnt going to happen. He told me that basically the buck stopped with him, and the only person higher up was the owner, and He doesnt talk to people.. So...I was charged the $70 restocking fee minus a $20 credit for the SIM card. Came home and called Verizon again. Spoke to another customer service rep. He verified that it SHOULD have been a $35 restocking fee. He spoke to his supervisor and filed a complaint for me and got confirmation that they would reimburse me the amount I was stuck paying. If this Premium Retailer is representing Verizon, then they are doing a poor job of it. So...again...BE FOREWARNED. MAKE SURE YOU ARE DEALING WITH A VERIZON STORE, NOT A PREMIUM RETAILER. THEY APPEAR TO FOLLOW THEIR OWN SET OF RULES.Now I am going to google WIRELESS NETWORK COMMUNICATIONS who owns this store and find out how to complain to them.

I am not tech savvy but he made a great effort and really helped me understand how to use my phone and the features included in my plan. Alex was amazing! Without him I would be clueless!

2022-08-11Customer service was definitely above and beyond our old service through ATT just on day one, so Im pretty confident moving forward with service through Verizon. Davis was very understanding and so patient as we had our 4 month old with us because service is in my name. Im not sure we wouldve been able to get everything done without him! Hes definitely a keeper at the squirell road Auburn Hills location 🙏 thanks so much Davis! I really hope the company takes good care of thier employees that go above and beyond for their customers because its very rare to come by these days!
