Was referred and am very pleased with everything. The office sits on Telegraph, but google directions because theres no entrance off of Telegraph. The entrance is off a side street. There is no right turn between 4p and 6p.When u go into the building, go up the stairs. You will b greeted with the beautiful smiles of the front desk staff. The office is immaculate.The assistants and the hygienist all complement Dr Vertin.I had an appointment for x-rays and 1st time visit. They had a cancelation for later that day, so I was able to get my cleaning done 4 months early.😊😁Excellent customer service.I recently went for my fillings and this went smoothly as well. They use the latest technology so you are able to see ur x-rays while you are in the chair.Love, love, love my new dentist and office.

Had all my teeth pulled out and after the stitches were out there still is some tooth pieces in my gums very painful would never go back. He MESSED up my impressions for my dentures then I wanted a realignment then he said I would have to pay for it total nightmare

I have been a patient at this office since I was a little girl and I’ve never had a bad experience. The whole team treats our family like their own. I would encourage anyone who needs the best of the best to take care of their dental needs to come to this office—Professional, kind, caring, and genuine. Dr. Vertin made such a good impression on my grandparents and parents that I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for my dental needs now. Keep up the great work team!

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Vertin and his staff! They are professional, yet personable and really care about your health and happiness.The office itself is very new and state of the art. Working with Dr. Vertin and his staff is always a pleasant experience! They are great about working with busy schedules and they always follow up with sincerity and thoughtfulness after my family’s procedures. I greatly recommend working with Dr. Matthew Vertin!

I just went in for a tooth ache and I needed a needed a new dentist. Let me say this building is amazing inside. He even had an elevator for handicap access. I am not a fan of dental work but the staff and service here was beyond wonderful. The front desk was prompt and I was treated with care. I had to have a root canal and I was quite unsettled but the procedure was amazing. Painless and very professional. Thank you very much and I recommend Matt to everyone. What a great experience.

Super Friendly Staff. Excellent dentist. Me and my family have been going there over 20 years. Dr. Vertin is the best he can take care of any toothaches. I highly recommend.

Dr. Vertin has been my dentist for years. My last two dental fillings turned into my worst nightmare. I have spent over $2,000.00 to get out of pain and correct Dr. Vertins work.

If you are in for cleaning they have a very good Hygienists, However, I highly NOT recommend Dr. Vertin to perform Filling or Root canals. Dr. Vertin did a filling on my molar, it felt unconfortable after filling and food kept getting stuck in my tooth, I went back to him, he said it need to be redone, he refilled it, however, this time Im not able to eat on it or drink cold or hot liquids, throbbing pain is constant every time I try to eat on int. Not to mention it took him 2 dentist visits to get the bite adjusted.I waited 2 weeks thinking that the tooth was sensitive to the filling and it will get better by time, it was still painful after 2 weeks so I revisited his practice only to find out that I need to do a root canal done at a root canal specialist and at MY OWN EXPENSE to fix the tooth and get rid of the pain!!The tooth was perfectly fine with no pain before the filling. Im highly unsatisfied with the service, my wife, brother, father and 2 friends that I refered all will quit going to this practice. I just want to be honest and put my review before this happens to someone else.

I dont mind making the drive since I moved because Dr. Vertin and the whole staff is so friendly and very professional. I have been coming here for years and twice tried other dentists but I have never been as happy as I am here. I highly recommend Dr. Vertin and his staff.
