Comment: We worked with Vic as our lender when buying our first house and had a great experience! I am a spreadsheet person. I love talking numbers, I love seeing different scenarios laid out next to each other, and in most situations I make a spreadsheet like that myself to help me grasp the whole picture. Vic makes that kind of spreadsheet himself and they were SO extremely helpful to us as we were sorting out how much we wanted to thin out or stretch our budget. Theres a ton of information packed into one of those sheets but Vic was always willing and openly offering to schedule time together to go through each detail even though he himself has a very busy schedule. Despite all this he was always finding ways to accommodate us and when we needed things clarified he did a great job of breaking down what the numbers meant and why it may be advantageous to pick one scenario over another. Put another way, he really helped educate us in the loan process and language, rather than just giving us one number we were stuck with, so now thanks to him were much better equipped going forward if we ever need a loan again or when we refinance.For our specific purchase things got a little wonky at the eleventh hour because it was a limited authority probate sale, but Vic rolled with the punches smoothly, he kept a cool head, took the time to carefully explain our very unusual situation, gently advised us which path would be best to follow, and then quickly turned things around in time for closing and got us a great rate given the current climate. I dont believe another lender would have been able to pull off such last minute changes in the middle of escrow but Vic kept the process rolling on through the finish line! After closing, it also seems he sends out a little newsletter in the physical mail that has some housing news and a little blurb about what hes been up to in his personal life which I think is really sweet. Wed definitely recommend him to others when theyre looking for a lender and well also be speaking to him again when we eventually refinance. Thank you so much Vic!!

Our realtors told us he is the one they go to when things are sticky; that he has the creative solutions when other brokers hit a wall. Comment: Vic is one of the best! I have worked very closely with him and Althea on several deals. Though every step of the way, they hit it out of the park. Vic is clever, brutally honest and a consummate professional when it comes to closing loans. Even though Vic has a ton of experience, that isn’t the main reason I like to work with him. The biggest reason I like doing business with him is that he is a man of his word. He will always tell you exactly what’s going on – without any spin. Because of this, I’ve enjoyed working with him tremendously. As he is a broker, he also has access to lots of options that other lenders may not. That’s a tremendous advantage when you’re dealing with any clients that may be slightly outside of the norm. I’d encourage everyone to make Vic a part of their team – you will be glad you did. ;~)

Comment: I just finished refinancing my home. I have done that previously several times. My experience with Vic was amazing. The entire process only took a little over 6 weeks, with Vic doing most of the work and doing it in a professional courteous and capable manner. It was obvious he loved his work and was very good at it. I have refinanced with different banks and lending agencies in the past and was left feeling depleted. Unbelievably, that was not the experience this time.

Comment: I got my second mortgage through Vic, and later a refinance through him as well. He saved me a lot of money, was completely upfront about his fees and the banks fees, and came through with everything he promised. On one loan, the bank baulked at a clause in my ground lease (nothing that Vic was at fault for) and the during the delay, interest rates when up. Vic found me an alternative lender and made up the rate difference to me during closing. Just this year, I bought property in Montana and was looking for a third loan. Vic is not a licensed broker in Montana, and he told me so up front. But he said that hed be happy to advise me on the rates and terms I was being quoted. I sent him some info and he ran a spreadsheet for me with price points, loan rates, break even numbers etc - all for a loan he knew he wasnt going to make any money on. He is that good of a guy. Look him up and trust that Vic will made the transaction a win-win for both parties and be totally upfront with you about costs.
