Comment: I’ve been with State Farm for almost 5 years now and before that have never had any problems with my policy, etc. UNTIL recently- I’ve never been more upset with a company. They stated that I was still being penalized for ONE ticket I had received in 2017, amongst other issues with this location, I decided it was time to shop around. As MANY other insurance companies started giving me quotes, I later come to find out that my ticket back in 2017 was off my record and was no longer a factor into my rate/quote. So why was State Farm still stating my ticket was still relevant, thus making my rate much higher?!Long story short, they’re inconsistent and work with a second party insurance partnership which makes things messy. So save yourself the trouble and make sure to do your research on this company.
