Im very meh about this location. They rarely ever have bigger sizes in stock, size large and sometimes its hard to find certain clothing in a medium size. Dressing rooms are almost always cleaned out, if you ask for opinions or to be sized they will help you.
Wonderful service for my teen daughter! They treated her like a princess! It was her first time going there & they measured her, gave her, her exact bra size & showed her many different styles & examined the sale items, etc! Very impressed with the staff!
Have been shopping at Victoria’s Secret for years now but today they really rubbed me the wrong way. I Have been a card holder with them for a few years and recently stopped using it to track my finances better, letting the account close. Today I was told I could reopen my card and save $15 and since I spend a lot of money here I decided to reopen. After reopening my card I was told I can’t use the $15 off until I receive it on the mail. Left without the items I was trying to purchase and don’t plan on returning.
They got me cute. Excellent customer service, helped me find everything I needed. I would have been lost without her help.
I went into this store to return 2 items I purchased online and the lady/cashier (1454097) who assisted me was unacceptably rude!! She asked if I was all set, I walked up explaining what I needed/was doing. She stated that she didnt know how to return the items and that I shouldnt have done the return over phone, than proceeded to explain again she did not know how to process the returned items and that I could just keep the items easily. I then explained that I am trying to do the right thing. She made me feel very uneasy and that the phone return was wrong of me to do. I then explained that if it was too much of a hassle I willing to take the items back and return them by mail again with an attitude she proceeded to say its not the issue you could have easily just came into the store to exchange the items and once more didnt not know to to process the transaction. She then called over another worker/ manager explained what happened and the worker said oh yes this is what you do pleasantly!! The worker then proceeded to be snooty with me until it was over I am genuinely sad this happened because the store was so beautiful and had a lot of nice things however this employee was soo rude. She didnt not show good customer care anprobably will not be back to that location. If this lady would have explained she was new or is unsure of doing the transaction due to never dealing with this type of situation I would have not had given this review. However due to her actions I hope this young lady is retrained/ properly trained therefore this doesnt occur to others because she was not pleasant!!
This is my happy place! They had $15 bras and I got 2 sports bras that are gosh darn awesome. The ladies who work there are real life Victorias Secret Angels❤. It smells like the way a beach in the Caribbean would smell. Everything is made to last. I have bras from this place that are older than some of you alls children. They last!!!! Love it and nothing can change my mind.
As a man I am totally lost in a woman store. The staff was very helpful and patient with me. As guy that doesnt shop this took all my stress away. Pleasant experience. Feels if you getting something for that special one and she is not with shop here
First off this store is usually pretty messy , cant blame that on the workers thou cause most of the people that shop there are pigs that just throw the clothes wherever. The girls that work on the floor are usually pretty friendly , there are a couple of cashiers that are nice as well but then there are some that are just rude as hell ! I will not shop at this location anymore .
I went to buy some body mist and I went to pay I start asking question in Spanish I ask the cashier for few bags for my gifts the lady that was next to her start speaking English and said don’t give more bags to her thinking that I didn’t speak English. She was so nasty after making a long line to paid and receive this treat it was horrible. I didn’t bought anything because I was so upset. They are so racist. I love to speak Spanish lady and I think you come from a Latin family too.
I often accompany my friend Amanda on her Ventures to Victorias Secret for a mans opinion. Was there today Rachel took care of a couple exchanges and was absolutely perfect. As well as his staff on floor we done with Alexis shes very helpful with finding our exchanges
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Semi annual sale is going on right now lines are ridiculously long which is alright these are pretty good deals got a new sweatshirt! Customer service was very unprofessional, Cashier got a smart ass attitude and rolled her eyes at me throwing my bag on the counter!!
Love this store! This is the only outfits as casual wear that wear! So comfortable!. I just had back surgery, I had a spinal fusion and the clothes just wear so comfortably across my back!
Never get fitted for a bra here, they try and push sizes way bigger than you really are. They tried to tell me I need a bra 3 cup sizes up than what I really was and I was swimming in it and the lady was trying to push me to buy my bras in that size saying the fit is much better than the one I currently owned
The single star was added; we saved a good amount of money.Also Shelly the bra expert specialist was very helpful and professional.The long line did not bother either of us.My friend waited about 4 minutes in front of the cashier not being acknowledged as the cashier put clothes away from the back counter. A bra my friend was buying did not have a price tag on it and the cashier made my friend go look for an equivalent bra with a tag instead of typing in the bras number; a separate sales associate told my friend the cashier could do it.Ive gone to this location at different times of the year, every time I have left with a bad taste in my mouth. Finally, I have made a review.
I have always worn VSs bras and today it made me so angry cause I purchased some pjs and the sale associate Says Oh you get a $20 gift card as much money that Ive spent I should get one. SHE LIED $20 IF YOU PURCHASE $50. IM LOSING MY CONFIDENCE IN VS
The worse customer service. Apparently if you’re waiting in line for a waiting room, their policy is to walk right pass you like you’re not even standing there. Racism perhaps? I’m sure. Last time going there. Go figure why that place is so empty. They can’t keep their customers

2022-06-30Went to pick up my favorite perfume and took note at how well maintained ,stocked and laid out the Westland store was.Everyone that worked there was super kind+helpful.Amazing customer service all around,and Im a tough sell,as I work as a csr.Thank you VS staff Westland!Other retailers can take some lessons from you.

2019-11-15I fell in love with this store today!! The employees were soooo professional, caring, and helpful. All because of this one employee, (I think her name is Raynel)I was able to get the CORRECT size bra not only for myself but also my daughter. She sized us, showed us a great selection of bras and we walked out with a total of 5 bras and a pair of underwear! I also recieved a cute pair of slippers FREE. This store is beautiful and smells wonderful. The decor is amazing and I wish the fitting room was in my house. Their merchandise is EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY and I would recommend this specific location to any women looking for a great selection of bras, panties, lingerie, etc... Also if your not sure of your size, no problem they offer measuring services free. Good customer service is very important and I cannot stress enough how, if it was not for this young lady I would have browsed around then left. I am extremely cheap and she persuaded me to purchase MULTIPLE bras almost $200 worth (that I did need but was too cheap to spend the money) for myself and my daughter... Great job, I will be back to use my coupon I got today.

2021-03-02Went into the store at Westland Mall today to return something I got online and saw the new color selection of my favorite bra!A lady by the name of Jay greeted me and asked if I needed help with anything.I told her I was just returning something.I returned the items but I couldn’t stop staring at the new colors of those bras.I went to find Jay and she helped me size myself again since I lost 30 pounds and she also taught me how to measure myself for future reference.She was such a delight.After the measurement lesson, she showed me where to find my size bras (36ddd) and they actually had every color in stock!She even went above and beyond when she helped me look for the 5/$30 panties to match the 2 bras I was buying.She was such a delight and if you need any help, ask for her because not only is she informative but so pleasant.Thank you Jay for your OUTSTANDING customer service!

2021-04-13I was disappointed on yesterday. The lady at the door wasnt friendly 😒 disturbing. I had seen some bras on my phone on sale at Victoria Secrets and she rudely told me they didnt have clearance items. I have spent a lot of money at this location but after that Im not sure I will return to this location.

2020-03-02I dont shop at the mall for Victorias Secret but this day I wanted to stop in. There service has improved 100%. I was well taken care of. The floor person was wonderful. She assisted me and was so pleasant. I would definitely stop by very soon. Great job Victoria Secret personnel. 😃😃
