They were always so polite, starting with the courteous and friendly initial phone calls. John, Mike, Derrick and all the guys (sorry Im missing some names here) explained everything to me thoroughly and patiently. I really appreciated the updates they gave me throughout the process. Comment: Wow I was impressed at how quick and easy it was to get my car bumper repaired here. The staff was great at going over the process, providing the estimate and contacting me on the progress of the repair via text and phone. My car was repaired much earlier than expected, (three business days!) When I went to pick up my car not only was the bumper fixed perfectly, I noticed that they even washed and vacuumed my car, it was such a great touch. Definitely recommend Victory Auto Body if you need to get your car repaired.

The staff at V.A.B are kind and professional. They’re also cool to talk to. The pricing seemed fair. The repairs were quick, and they were very helpful with assisting me with my rental car.I’m going to start slowing down because I don’t want to have to get anymore repairs done, God forbid, but if I have to I’ll be going back to V.A.B. I highly recommend this shop for anyone with a Mazda. They replaced everything with the dealership parts. I’m very satisfied with the work they’ve done.

Comment: I had the strangest and weirdly most pleasant experience with victory auto body. I took my car in for windshield and roof repairs at the recommendation of my insurance company. It took a while for them to replace the roof and windshield, but they were really kind every step of the way, from communication to scheduling to answering any questions I had (Jonathan is a great guy!). The two brothers helping me out, Harut & Karo, were also awesome.When I got my car back, I noticed there was other cosmetic damage to completly different parts of the car. Needless to say I was furious, but I contacted my Insurance and brought it back to Victory autobody the following week. One of the two amazing brothers that works there, Karo, was really upset and super apologetic. He said this wasnt the kind of work they do, which my insurance agent had also said. He said theyd take care of it and to not worry at all. After about a week they replaced a window, inner panels, buffed out scuffs, and touched up everything. At no extra cost, and with nothing but smiles.This place is really fantastic and while I had a bit of a weird experience up front Id definitely recommend them to anyone. They stand by their work and its no wonder they have such a high customer rating.

Comment: Victory Auto Body is my bodyshop of choice. This is the second time I have trusted them with taking care of my vehicle and they have exceeded my expectations. Previously, it was for a minor repair, but this time, I brought my vehicle in for multiple repairs on 3 of my 4 doors (dents, scratches, etc). After a few weeks of repairs, my car as a whole looks just as beautiful as the day I purchased it 5 years ago. The team is excellent and very thorough. They did a fantastic job and seem to genuinely care about their work and their relationship with their customers. I will trust them to handle my vehicle again in the future and will be recommending them to others.

Comment: I am really glad I chose to have Victory Auto Body (VAB) to fix our vehicle. From the moment I made the call everything went perfect. My insurance gave me a list of body shops and VAB is by far the best. John helped from the very first time and accomodate us on a timely manner to bring the car to get the bumper fixed. When we brought the car John had an amazing customer service and Derek followed up with status of the repairs with awesome customer service as well. I really hope I do not need a body shop anytime soon but believe me when I say that VAB is amazing. I will not hesitate to bring my car again if I need their services. Comment: I called in because we had our catalytic converter stolen from our car and our insurance (who has a contract with this shop) refers them to us. When I called they were very helpful and wanted to set up an appointment to check out the damage done. They even told us that the part was out of stock and we would most likely have to wait from 2 to 3 months. We thought that was fine just because we needed to get the ball rolling on the repair. After talking to the insurance rep at the shop and looking at what the policy was going to cover, they just blatantly told us that they werent going to do the job. Almost as if they werent satisfied with the pay they would get from the insurance. The guy I spoke to even went as far as to tell me that the shop Doesnt like to do those kinds of jobs. I was really hoping to work with them since we need our car. Too bad this had to happen. Hope this helps anyone in a similar situation.Edit: this is the place I called. The one on Magnolia. Im not sure how the owner would just assume I called the wrong place.

Comment: Never use this shop ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️Very bad service Mike was so aggressive on the phone. And unprofessional guy.I took my car to this place to get fix after the somebody hit me. They fix the body but they didn’t make sure that the vehicle wasn’t have any mechanical problems. So after almost one month there, they call that the car is ready to pick up, but a week later the check engine light came on. So I call them again and they check my car and order the part that it needs to fix. They said that they will call me when they have the partAfter many call from me to ask them for the part to get my car fix (a month ) they said that I can bring the car to the shop and it’s going to be a couple hours to get fix. I left the car thereThey took almost 3 days to get fix. So I lost 2 days of work that nobody is going to pay me because Mike said that is not his problem. Even when He said that is going to be only for couple hours to get fix. DON’T USE THIS SHOP IF YOU DON’T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU!!!

Comment: The people that helped me in the office were pleasant however they returned my car back with its cargo cover missing and didn’t even realize they still had it after three days. The following week I had to have a passenger in the backseat only to find out that these guys made the seats unusable. They had gotten the seatbelt buckles stuck under the seat and didn’t notice or didn’t care to fix it. This was a major inconvenience and the car should not have even been returned to me without these issues being corrected. I’m already in a difficult situation dealing with my repairs and insurance, I can’t even pick up my car without having issues?

Comment: My car came back restored and cleaned, and they fixed my tire pressure, all of which is very appreciated. However, I found the customer service lacking. I had an appointment to drop my car off and was told Id have an estimate the next day. When it didnt come after two days, I called to inquire and didnt get a call back until I called my insurance company on day four to complain. On Friday, day four, two hours after talking to State Farm, Mike the manager called and said theyre getting started that day and Id have my car on W or Th; it would only take three days. On Tuesday, I finally get the estimate I should have gotten the previous Wednesday and my car was estimated to be ready on Friday or Saturday; they were just getting started that day. My car was ready Friday evening. Im not upset about how long it took; Im upset about the dodging of my calls and lying to me. Its disrespectful and poor customer service.

I always spoke with Mike; he is so professional and friendly. I got regular updates by email and text letting me know how it was coming along, and it was done a few days before their estimate. And the repairs look beautiful (just wish the rest of my vehicle looked as nice now!). Would definitely use them again if I am ever in need of similar work.I also got my vehicle back cleaner than when I took it in, and I noticed that since they had to paint most of the right side of my van, they filled in a few chips that were on my hood as a bonus. Very highly recommend.

Comment: Best experience with a body shop! I was merged into by another driver who accepted responsibility (shocking) and went to a couple of different body shops. Of course, all were annoying and one even stated he needed to keep my car for 15 days without even seeing it in person- the gall! I decided to go with Victory after meeting with Michael. He was straightforward and honest. I dropped my car off the next day (Saturday) and they started working on my car right away. It was ready and PERFECT by that Friday, as promised. I was kept informed of the work and progress all throughout, which I greatly appreciated. This was my second visit to a body shop and I went to a family friend prior and had to take it back as they screwed it up royally- I wish I knew of Victory before as it would have been evident that they would have gotten it right the first time. Great Job, great service, dont hesitate- they are awesome.

The results were better than I was told to expect!I first saw Victory Auto Body’s 5 star rating on Yelp with more than 650 reviews! I wondered how that could be possible. I brought my Nissan van in for a front bumper repair, got a free estimate, they ordered the parts and they came the next day. My Toyota Prius C had major bumper damage from a collision: Armani saw to it that every detail was attended to, and he returned my car with a shiny new bumper, beautifully painted and looking great! My cars windows were smashed from a break-in, and Arman and his team quickly took care of it and made the car look like new. Arman even battled with the insurance company to get them to approve of an issue from the break-in that became evident months after the initial repair. Since then, Victory has taken care of all my auto needs, including repairing a dent, and smaller issues such as re-affixing my license plate. From the second i stepped on the lot i was greeted and reassured they will make my car like new. Will see how the repairs go but so far so goodUpdate 5/2018:Had to return three times to get the suspension shop they used in NoHo to tighten bolts and fix camber. Car was dangerous to drive in the first week almost crashed was all over road. A year later bolts lose again. Paid 80 bucks to have a no name guy to fix it and is finally okay now...

The sliding door on our minivan broke and my mechanic across the street was unwilling to look at it, saying it would be a big ugly job involving removing body panels, so I drove it here. They had it good as new in hours for $80. Fast, friendly, and helpful people. They could have gouged me for a few hundred bucks and I would have just paid, not knowing any better.Obviously, I have no real idea how theyd do on a major job, but I certainly left with a good impression.

Not only were they rock solid on the repairs they worked with me when I was called out of town on business towards pick up date. Though I hope you never need, I highly recommend them. Drivers side rear door all better, and they did an amazing detail, which was a challenge since we had just been on a 40 day trip!

Mercury insurance worked with them to send me emails to track the repairs of my vehicle as they progressed. They included an estimated finish date which helped me to figure out how long to borrow another car. They beat the estimated finish date by 3 days.
