Walked in just to browse and inquire about trade-ins and was immediately greeted and helped. Jonathan J was my sales associate and we ended up leaving with a new car. It was never overwhelming and he was easy to talk to and full of knowledge to answer our questions. Molly in finance was a rockstar and probably the nicest person Ive dealt with in that position. Even the GM Juan introduced himself. Multiple people congratulated us and it was very welcoming for my family. Will be purchasing from here again, thank you everyone we are ecstatic!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Harrold Ford or any Ford dealer in the Victory Automotive Group that owns Harrold Ford! This includes Harrold Ford, Downtown Ford, Folsom Lake Dodge... & Auburn Honda in the Sacramento area and I STRONGLY suggest to avoid any other dealer within the groups control. I placed an order on a vehicle and agreed on a set pricing on said vehicle. The vehicle finally came in and they tried to raise the price $15,000 OVER MSRP!!!! Theyre conducting SHADY business! BAIT & SWITCH TACTICS!! Every employee I spoke with there had NOTHING good to say about their sales practices! Khaled Kohistani (the General Manager) was RUDE and didnt care about contracts or what the customer agreed upon and FLAT OUT LIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO MY FACE!!! He even said that they had to contact buyers all day and tell them that MY ORDERED VEHICLE wasnt going to be available like they promised it was even though my vehicle was only on their property for less than 24 hours. He told me that it was normal practice for them to sell the vehicle off to any interested buyer if the vehicle isnt picked up within 24 hours. Yet they still hadnt had it there for 24 hours yet AND it still had to have dealer install items installed onto it!!!STAY AWAY FROM ANY DEALER IN VICTORY AUTOMOTIVE GROUP AND ESPECIALLY HARROLD FORD!!!

This review is for SALES only... Dan was awesome with my whole sales experience and got me a good rate and a decent price for my trade .. Im sorry to say I wont take my truck in for service there... Ive had a few not so pleasant experiences there.

Very pleased I was able to get an appointment for 20k maintenance the same day I called.After I picked up my car, I found the fan made a strange noise. I had to go back for a guck repair. All other work was great.

This is in addition to my prior comments on long wait for my appointment. Victory Toyota promised a complimentary car wash. After leaving the dealership I went to my banks ATM. When my window was down I felt the outer molding in the window track. It was BONE DRY. Not what should be (wet) after a car wash. The windshield also had a film outside of the stroke of the wiper blades. Makes me wonder about the other services I paid for. ??

Tried to use this dealer for some recall work on the Toyota. I stopped in and spoke with a service writer. They couldnt promise me a loaner car, no matter how far out i offered to book. The did say they would take me to work in their shuttle, but thats all the way in Ann Arbor and i didnt want to be stranded for a day w/out a set of wheels. They also told me to just drop it off and didnt ask for the VIN to pre-order the part necessary for the recall. I ended up going to a Toyota dealer closer to work, who was able to provide all the things mentioned above.

This dealership is awsome. Very frieldly sales and service staff. Excellent cafe for clients while they wait for car service or to secure the best financing options. Sit back and watch some tv. Grab a hot coffee and fresh baked cookie. Fresh fruit. Maybe a delious made to order sandwich. Even cold bottled water, compliments from victory for their customers. Service wait time was extremely fast with my appointment I have had twice now. Overall a solid dealership with excellent selection and great staff. Thanks victory you scored one just for me.
