The staff was really nice and had a good sense of humor about everything. My car is a nightmare and was realistically pushing sludge internally for a month. Was it the package a little pricey? Yes. Did I have a coupon? Yes. But did the service significantly help my car? Absolutely. No regrets, and would definitely recommend them to others.
First time here and what a difference. The two staff that were working were upfront and advised there would be a wait, if you consider 5 minutes a wait. Both were personable, friendly, and went above and beyond. The one technician that actually started everything was the manager. It was great to see a manager and team working together. I will definitely be back for any routine maintenance that I need. If you you live in the area or even on the outskirts, make the trip. Great job guys.
Got charged for using my credit card They did not inform me. Yes a noncash charge, who does that any more?1 Angry that I sign for one price but when I get cc stmt its now more money. Is that legal? I have the receipt.didnt fill the empty reservoir with windshield solvent (its winter!) & didnt know air pressure for tires so they ask me!? ugh! Not going back, been customer for yrs too. Very professional. Quick service and even pointed out various possible problems that could come up. I get two oil changes a month due to the amount of miles I drive and these guys were very good. Ill be going back if need be

The 3 technicians that were there,were very organized and communicated very well not only with me,the communication between the techs,I felt very comfortable with them opening up my vehicle for the oil change,they checked everything under the hood as well as under carriage,I would like to thank your company for the proper training these young men have adapted too

The best experience Ive had for car maintenance hands down. All the technicians were polite and friendly, and the manager Travis made sure to call someone to verify the best method to clean my fuel injector. He also gave us a maintenance rundown on our new car! Absolutely top notch service from beginning to end! Thank you Travis and co. :)
I wasnt given the price before they started to drain the oil. When I got my bill of 92 for an oil change I was un shock! I didnt even get an air filter.... oil and filter that is it Transparency is everything. I will never go back!!! My dealership that does so much more was only 62.00. Shame on this place! The people working were very friendly.
So far, everything is good. I havent went back yet to have the fluids checked again to make sure theyre all topped off. Great bunch of guys.

DONT SEND YOUR DAUGHTERS or any one that can be manipulated.I usually service my daughters car, but since I was busy I told her to take her car to Victory to get ONLY AN OIL CHANGE. Well they tried to sell her EVERYTHING. They claimed her battery needed replacing, even though the battery is less than a year old. They wanted to flush her coolant which I know isnt time yet. They recommended a transmission flush despite the transmission being rebuild less than 10k miles ago. Flustered, my daughter calls me and I can hear the lady in the background trying to sell her a $20 air filter. I told my daughter to stick to her guns and JUST GET AND OIL CHANGE. I assumed we were good until I get a call from my wife stating my daughter paid $62 for an oil change! I told her I would look at the receipt when I got home. Well I get home, look at the receipt, and low and behold they managed to sneak in engine oil treatment and some vague labor fee that I still dont understand what that entailed for simple oil change. I ask my daughter how this get passed her. She stated. They told her they were running low on the oil type that her car uses, but had a better oil too supplement the rest. TALK ABOUT SOCIAL ENGINEERING! I was going to go up there and make a scene but felt it wasnt worth it. They just lost another local customer.
I was taken in right away with no wait. The serviceman was very friendly, and had a lot of patience with me when I didnt know how to open my hood (just got my car a couple months ago). When he saw I was hot and uncomfortable he offered me a cold bottled water, which I thought was very nice.Most oil change places just direct you into the bay, ask what you want and give you your receipt and sticker, or try to upset you 100 things. Neither of which happened here.10/10 🏆
Was my first time at this location. My experience was incredibly extraordinary. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. They even fixed my hood. I highly recommend this site for oil change. Thankful for quality men out here.
I came through for an oil change in the early evening a couple of days ago and they were slammed. Every window had a queue when I pulled up. Mike and Aaron were the individuals on duty and they were very professional, very poised. I appreciated their guest service. They honored a coupon I wasnt even sure was legitimate, as well. Awesome experience. Telling all of my peers how great this location is.
I dont even live in the area anymore, but I still go to this location. To me, it is worth the trip. The staff is very kind and professional. I never feel like they try to sell me things I dont need. I have gone to other Victory Lane locations and none of them are like this. They are good guys!
I stopped in for an oil change. They were very friendly and helpful. My only problem with the service is a tiny one. The guy who put air in my tires forget to put my valve stem cap back on my tire. When I woke the next morning my tire was at 24 lbs. The cap was a special cap.

2022-07-02Everyone was extremely friendly, efficient, and very helpful! I’m not a car person, but they explained everything very well so I understood what was going on. I actually enjoyed my time there, rather than just sitting for an oil change waiting for it to be over. The crew joked with each other and myself quite a bit, and did well providing excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be using them for all future oil changes.

2022-07-06Came in a for an oil change and my left rear brake light was out. I was pleasantly surprised that victory replaces the tail lights as well so I didn’t have to make a second trip to an auto store.They showed me my filter and fluid levels as expected. It was a good an experience overall.Price was higher than I thought for everything. $132 for oil change and light replacement.

2022-03-03I love coming here, the guys (and ladies) are always so nice and talk to you like a friend. It helps if you know your preferred PSI in advance (you can find the factory rec in your door when you open it) especially for the ladies because I know it feels weird when they open your door and look at your waist basically. The only thing I really have an issue with is the cost, I have baby Jeep that takes 3.5 quarts (I do full synthetic so I know it’ll be pricier) and it’s usually just over $100 after fees and everything- feels like it should be a little less (I don’t do any of the add on services like wipers or air filters and such). But to me, the service makes up for it. Never had an issue and it’s never been too tight for me to get off myself if needed which is usually the issue when other people change your oil I feel like. The guys are always nice and super respectful. I’m sad they don’t do trans flushes anymore but I suspect there’s a reason lol

2022-03-01They got me in within 15 min of arrival which is fine. I got an oil change that cost me $84! Synthetic oil, some sort of oil additive they said had to go in and a synthetic oil filter. Have always had synthetic oil in this can and never paid that much. Not even the last time THEY changed my oil. Feeling a bit ripped off

2022-02-09Everything was great! Until I got the bill. I know I needed synthetic and I needed a oil flush. So I gladly spent 140. But I spent an extra 30 on some other fluid. But I do believe the tech made a mistake after he already charged my card. So he made amends on letting him take care of me next time. Well see if they remember me in 3k miles lol.Overall, not a bad experience.

2022-03-15I was having an emotional break down because this car belonged to my grandson who was killed last week. The guy who assisted me was great he consoled me and assisted me with opening the hood among other things.Thank you For excellent customer service.

2022-04-16Sooo. I usually go to the lube shop on Belleville road. Which btw I love, and is half the price as this place. Long story short, their oil is double the price (the cheapest one they offer btw). Their Google “menu” does not match their menu in person, and I did mention this. Like obv if I knew it was double what I usually pay I wouldn’t have stopped in, but their online menu is apparently outdated. Well ok thanks. And then they tried to change my filter (prob 6 months old only). And then told me my battery is from 2010 but I just got a new one 2020 lol. He chalked it up to bad eye sight. Listen, I know I’m a girl, but I’m not dumb. Anyway, end rant. Not a fan.
