I never imagined purchasing a car from a car dealer could be such a pleasant and easy experience…from persistent, patient texting info from Meghan, who understood our needs, to test driving with sales associate Melik who sold us (without being pushy) on purchasing, and lastly to Molly who led us through the paperwork, painlessly, then explaining their maintenance plan that came with the car. Wow. Thank you all. And happy new year 🎉 we will see you again.
Unfortunately my vehicle died on Mothers day and I was in need of a new vehicle quickly. I was lucky to find the perfect vehicle at Victory Toyota of Canton online. Meghan was responsive in setting up a test drive for the next day that worked with my schedule. Houda was my sales representative ,She was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Her and Molly the financial manager made the whole experience pleasant and pain-free. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had and will be sure to keep them in mind for all future car needs.
Helped me buy a car on Saturday. Gave me great numbers up front and the staff was very friendly and transparent. My salesman Jonathan was quick and efficient answered all my questions and helped me get my finances in order so I was able to just walk in and sign .I did discover a small chip in the windshield after I purchased the car within 24 hours and sent them a message to see if they will help even after the sale was made. Will update this review once that is resolved and update star rating accordingly. As of right now this is the toyota dealership to get your toyotas from. Highly recommend. 2 years worth of maintenance included in purchase and great inventory for everyone.A class service I would compare victory toyota to that of a cadillac dealership. Took care of all my needs and went above and beyond every time.
My girlfriend purchased a vehicle here in November… they promised her it would be in by a certain date and it was already on the way… it wasn’t. They kept continuing to say it wasn’t available, which is fine, supply chain issues… but don’t guarantee it’ll be there by a certain date and say that it’s already on the way to the dealership. Strike 2: she has great credit, they complimented her on her credit, she was eligible for the 1.9% interest rate, they said oh that’s no longer going on (even though on the website it was until the end of the year) and they gave her a 5.6% interest rate. Credit score of almost 800. When I spoke to the finance manager she played dumb and couldn’t explain why the interest rate was so high. There were other options that was on the paperwork where she could have had a lower payment with lower interest rate and less time. Strike 3: We just found out that they didn’t deflate the tires and they left them at 50+PSI when giving her the car.I’d use a different dealership. We will never be going here again.
Amazing experience, Juan and Deborah were truly superb. Although circumstances were a challenge, both came through and provided best customer service in purchasing a new 4 Runner. I recommend Victory to any one looking for a new car or truck. I am extremely satisfied, and thank you Juan and Deborah and do not want to forget Brian as he was also instrumental in the early process.
I had a great experience at Victory Toyota of Canton when I purchased my 2022 Camry XLE AWD. My salesman Dan Armstrong was exceptional, amazing and knowledgeable in his field of expertise. He knows everything including the latest electronic features of cars. Likewise, Molly Kao, Finance Director was friendly and provided useful tips for the upkeep of the car. Juan Banos, the General Manager was very helpful and accomodating. He reached out an extra mile to help me own my dream car despite the recent time’s crisis. I highly recommend Victory Toyota of Canton MI. Just the best! Hats off!❤️👍
Meghan, Steven and Molly were a lot of fun to work with. I dont think I fall into your typical customer persona and they were patient with me and my dry, borderline-inappropriate humor. It really looked like I wouldnt be able to buy or order a Tacoma but after working with me and understanding my weird needs (manual transmission) Steven pulled a rabbit out of a hat and found a great 2019 Tacoma for me. I really appreciated that they both stayed about an hour after closing to help me finalize my purchase. Molly remained composed and professional in the presence of her most handsome customer to date. No but seriously she worked quickly getting through the loan information and explaining it all to me in idiot-proof terminology. After all the paperwork was signed, Steven helped me empty out my trade-in and get settled into my new ride. He didnt even mutter any expletives under his breath. It was really excellent customer service from both of them. Thanks again.
Worked with Jackson Tanner at Victory, Jackson was attentive to the detail that I want on my Prius it had to be ordered. Jackson was with me the whole time... He frequently communicated with me until my car came in, and Im very happy with the service I received. An extra shout to another team member Molly for outstanding service on completing the paper work process... Very smooth Molly. I highly recommend Victory Toyota of Canton! Thanks- Phil Price
Dan Armstrong is the best! This was my first purchase of a new vehicle and I was worried that it would be a hectic experience. That couldnt be further from the truth. We told Dan exactly what we were looking for and what our budget was and he did everything he could to make it work. We are in LOVE with our new Tacoma and are so grateful to have Dan as a continued resource. Thank you Victory Toyota!
Melik and Molly great team workI santo thank Melik Williams (salesman) and Molly Kao ( finance manager) for their help with getting me the car I wanted and getting me the best deal for it. They made me feel like family and that I was dealing with a friend not a salesman. Their knowledge of what the customer needs is key and making the process easy going is very important for me and that is what you will receive from them.I will always recommend Victory Toyota Canton to anybody. Thanks again for everything.
Salesman Melik and Manager Molly are the absolute best! They were very open and honest about how long it would take for a car to come in the current market. Both so kind, treated me like I was family, I feel like Ive known them for years- and got to catch up with some friends. The buying of my future car has been very easy to understand, easy to ask questions and very smooth thus far!!
What an pleasant experience! I will say visiting a dealer ship is quite overwhelming, but I was beyond impressed with the Toyota of Canton team, not only did they accommodate my many questions & walk me thru in detail, they took the time to make my very inquisitive 6 year old feel as if she was part of the process responding to her questions as well! My family walked out with a beautiful new vehicle and phenomenal experience highly recommended working with Johnathon, Juan & Molly! Very much appreciate the team!
Fully understand the difficulty in inventory in the current market. Three time tundra owner. I am interested in a new truck and have contacted multiple dealers. All other dealers let me know what they had and didn’t have available through email, text and phone. I reached out online about a 2022 Tundra 1794. Within an hour I received a text from Megan to set up a test drive. I took a day off from work, drive two hours each way and burned a full tank of gas to make it happen. I figured if I liked it I would buy it that day as I have a high value trade in and excellent credit. When I arrived Megan was off and Dan took over. After about 30 minutes we walked to the vehicle to test drive. To my surprise it wasn’t the same vehicle I inquired about and when I asked why I was told because they have no Tundras available for purchase. This approach to sales is unethical, lacks empathy and I will be buying a GMC Sierra. Buyer beware as I don’t want you to waste your time like I did and who knows what else they are willing to do.
I just bought my second car from Victory! Huge shout out to Dustin(who got my car considerably earlier than promised) and Molly (who got me the best interest rate) Lawrence (who always takes great care of me when I’m in for service) The service department is really where they have earned my loyalty! This entire operation is the real deal!
My first Toyota buying experience could not have gone better. Deborah Lee helped me through each and every step. She kept me up to date with the supply chain issues and was up front about everything. Thanks to her, theres a new Highlander in my garage. Go see her. You wont be disappointed.
Not sure who thinks they’re getting their “routine maintenance” (oil/filter change) completed “fast” here. I wish I had just dropped off my car and had a ride planned out. I ended up sitting in their dealership from 11am to 2:30pm for a 15k mile routine maintenance that I could get done at a quick oil change in 10-15 minutes. Asked 3 times on a status update and got “they’re just wrapping things up now…” every time. I managed not to lose it on these guys but this is the last time I deal with a dealership for car maintenance. Don’t literally waste your day/time at this place.
Awesome rock stars !- If I could give more than 5 stars I would. A special shout out to John Jamrog and Molly Kao. John and Molly treated us more like family they were friendly, professional and efficient. We were greeted with a smile and lots of positive energy. They gave 100% attention to my daughter and I and were genuinely happy for us upon the approval of the loan. It was late and I am sure they were very tired but you would never have known it. I would recommend all of the people I know to go to this dealership not only because of the quality of a Toyota but the staff! John and Molly you both are the best and it was a pleasure to have met you. Thank you again for making our experience wonderful and easy. Your hard work and dedication to customer service was very much appreciated. Great Team work. John I know you will continue to do well - you are special.
I’m so disappointed Victory Toyota’s best asset has left. Jordan Burns was the best employee. He always went above and beyond; his customer service was unmatched. No other employee at Victory have ever treated me with the respect and care that Jordan displayed. He is and was the only reason I took the drive to Canton. He helped to change my outlook of Victory’s customer service. I’m extremely sadden that he has departed. Employee’s like Jordan are a rare find. It’s definitely a lost for Victory.
I came into Victory Toyota to trade in my Corolla and met Deborah Lee and Brian Badrak. They were so helpful and made, what could have been a very stressful situation so pleasant and easy. It was a pleasure getting to know Deborah as I waited for the deal to get done. I couldn’t ask for a better experience from a car dealership. Thanks guys. Really appreciate the great deal and customer service!!!
Absolute JOKE of a dealership! Come in looking to finance a new car, spec it out online to what Id like the car to have. Mind you I understand dealer markups, tax and so on so i get the price will change when i come to purchase the vehicle. Go to talk with a sales representative, they waste my time not getting me where I needed to be compared to there listing price. THEN through basic math I add up ALL there costs, interest, tax, and grand total and somehow were almost $20,000 over grand total with cost they cant explain, say my mateh is wrong (even though I did the math in front of them), then try to say well you know how covid is when it comes to cars these days. What is that even supposed to mean? Because cars are in demand youre trying to sneak an extra $20k in charges on top of grand total of a vehicle?Next run in, go to look at a different car they called me about (even tho I said dont call me again after there pricing run around, decided to give them a second chance) then they tell me the cars not prepared to be viewed....THEN tells me itll be sold the day I ask to come check the vehicle out....heres the kicker, they then call me AGAIN, YES AGAIN to come and view thee SAME dang car they said would be sold when I asked to schedule another appointment to look at the car.... what a waste of gas and time. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Get the message this time and actually RELAY the message when I say DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN! Just a bunch of scamming, time wasters at this dealership. Save your pitiful Google response, Im not making another trip out to this JOKE of a dealership.
Honestly THE WORST Toyota dealership you can visit. They’ll waste your time looking for other things to fix instead of actually completing the job you requested originally. Me and my partner wasted four hours (not even joking) for an oil change and battery service. They never performed the battery swap. Hell, we weren’t even made aware of the battery not even being changed. We had to find out on our own after leaving. But they felt like it was fine to make us wait four hours to do a multipoint inspection (we didn’t even want this) so they can try to charge us over 3,000$ worth of services. Let alone the service advisor (Trey) trying to charge us for a service we DID NOT doContacted their service manager (Robert) and he was nothing but rude and disrespectful. Learn some communication skills and the ability to actually fix the issues your team caused vs blaming the customer.Save your time and visit the Toyota dealership in Dearborn. It’s one of the reasons why they are so backed up due to actually honoring the credibility of Toyota themselves.
Best experience Ive ever had finding a used car for my daughter! They went above & beyond Replacing everything the car needed before we picked it up saving us a few grand in future repairs. Even a 90 warranty! Who does that? Victory Toyota Thats who !! Thanks Dan ! Great way to do business Very Happy
My salesperson was Jonathon Jamrog. He was amazing. He gave me exactly what I was looking for and came to the perfect agreement to make me happy. Molly was also really helpful and made the financial process really easy. Thank you Victory team and thank you Juan for all that you did.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Victory Toyota of Canton. I was looking for over two weeks for a car in the same time i was renting a car it was so stressful until i got to Victory Toyota of Canton where i met Jonathan Jamrog the product specialist who gave me an excellent service to find my future car, a great guy. Also, i met Molly Kao the finance manager who was so helpful she helped me a lot, i am being honest i felt so good at Victory Toyota of Canton best dealer i ever have been. I highly recommend this dealer, great dealer, great service, great people.
Katie was very patient and waited until I was in a position to purchase a newer CR-V. She referred me to John who did a wonderful job of explaining everything for me. It was a little above my price range but it is a beautiful car with so many features that it was making my head spin listening to John explain all the numerous features. I think I got a very good deal for my money. It is going to save money in the long run. I am very happy with my purchase and am glad I took the time to go out to Victory Honda in Canandaigua.Marilyn Tagliaferri
We had an amazing time with Dan A. as our salesman. He was fun, personable, and down to business all at the same time. And Molly did a great job with the finance end of purchasing my 2022 rav4. Go to Dan if you want to have a car salesman that really wants to make you happy, and take care of you. PS, There is a chance you could could go on a fishing trip or boat ride.
This is a great place, very professional and honest. I previously visited Golling Toyota of Warren, which was a nightmare, but Victory of Canton restored my faith in Toyota. Jonathan is a great salesman straight shooter who gave me substantially more for my trade-in return calls promptly and service with a smile
Recently bought a 2022 TRD off road 4runner and the experience was amazing, I got exactly what I wanted and wasn’t pressured or lied to. The process was seamless and Dan A, Deborah Lee, and Molly Kao were all pleasant to work with. Even the tech who prepped the vehicle did a fantastic job and had it ready in no time. 10/10
After speaking with 4 separate individuals in the span of 24 hours I finally sat with a sales representative who did little to actually try and assist me as a customer. I had been assured there were vehicle models on site and upon arrival they had been purchased. Poor salesmanship regardless of the reasoning and miscommunication. After making a second sales attempt with mild negotiation and a cash offer I was presented paperwork at a much higher offer than discussed. On numerous occasions I had to remind the sales representative that it was a cash offer and not a finance and to not run my credit since I’m also purchasing a house. This particular sales representative gave no indication to hear her client or pay attention and instead simply behaved as if we were a burden. It is also highly dishonorable to offer service members and veterans 500$ rebates and still expect a “handling/filing fee” over the amount of 1000$ As well as dance around a sale. This salesperson poorly represented this dealership which appears to NOT be service member OR civilian friendly and cares mostly for quick profits.
I bought a car through victory Toyota about a year ago and since day one I have had transmission issues. I have brought this to there attention many times and they tell me “ohhh nothings wrong with it” after one of their service people drives it around the parking lot. This car is my daily driver so you would think the person that drives it everyday would know if something is wrong with their vehicle, I have paid thousands of Dollars for a warranty that I STILL have and they still won’t replace my transmission! But yet they want me to PAY them for a all kinds of flushes on my car. I wouldn’t recommend buying a car through them.
Wow wow wow. I myself work as a solar consultant and I am a part time auto broker. Being in the sales industry for some time, I have to say, I never experienced such a phenomenal experience. I was in the market for the new Toyota Supra, but due to car shortages, it is very difficult to find one at a very good price. However, I came across Victory Toyota. I reside in Southern California and when I found this car out in Michigan I quickly inquired on this car. Meghan who works on the internet department, guided me through and gave all proper numbers without any hesitation. Juan the General manager offered to hold the car for me until I arrive. Keep in mind, the price they listed for was the lowest in the nation. He could have easily sold to another buyer in the area. I quickly bought plane tickets with my significant other and flew out the same night. We arrived 18 hours later and that is when we met Deborah (aka Momma Dee) who greeted us and picked us up at the airport as we landed. WOWOWOW, I have so much respect for her, she offered exceptional service and deserves a major raise. This was no bait and switch BS, I arrived and car was ready to go. Paperwork took 10 minutes thanks to Molly. She was very professional and answered all the questions I had. Despite me being a car salesman, I never worked a deal out of state, so she assured to answer all my doubts. THANK YOU. We drove my new Supra home from Michigan down back to California. I will never forget this wonderful experience. Thank you Juan, Meghan, Molly, and the best Momma Dee!!!!!! If I one day wanted to open my own dealership, I would have this team in a heartbeat. Beyond grateful.PS: thank you momma dee for the nice letter!!!!
Overall the service was mediocre. Very dissatisfied for a number of reasons, including 1) them requiring you to purchase aftermarket items instead of giving you the ability to opt out, 2) we had no washer fluid even though the car was brand new, and 3) we chose to get a hitch added but they didnt fully install it before we picked it up so it required an additional trip to get it finalized.
Don’t shop with this Dealership, Jackson Tanner was my Sales Person, who lied to me right to my face, He told me that any vehicle that I purchased from here WILL INCLUDE An ADDITIONAL $5000 package that I don’t want. I went into this dealership Because I was looking for my Tundra Limited with TRD Package. $60,0000 with TRD. This dealership is trying to steal, in my opinion an extra $5000 from me by adding an additional package to my vehicle that I do not authorize.I immediately told him that I do not want that additional package on my vehicle. He states every vehicle come with this additional package. This dealership is a Dishonest Dealer, in my opinion. I would never shop at this dealership again. And I WILL NOT RECOMMEND any one else shop here as well.Purchasing a vehicle should not result in the Con or Scam! RUN 🏃1) Toyota of Ann Arbor is the best Toyota dealership in Metro Detroit.
Very cool first experience (especially since it was my first time buying a car in a dealership). The sales lady that was helping me get the car (Houda Maarouf) was very nice and extremely patient, especially when it came to purchasing the vehicle. She offered water, snacks, etc. I would definitely recommend. If you ever come to this dealership then you better hope you have Ms. Houda lol. For those who are wondering the car I got was a red mazda (very nice car).
I bought my first car in the US from Victory Toyota at Canton, and it was a great experience. The sales person Houda Maarouf was the best thing about the buying process, she helped me understand the nuances of the car, was easy to talk to and gave me a deal that was too good to be true! (It was true btw :) ). 5 stars all around.
I took My 2019 Toyota Tundra in to this location during the great recession. I usually go to another Dealership in Dearborn Heights but thier master technician was no longer employed there. Therefore I wen to the Canton Toyota dealership and was greeted by Trey (an excellent Service Advisor). He looked at the issue and made sure my tundra operated the way it did when I first purchased it. His communication skills, professionalism and personal experience in working with people is above par. I highly recommend this location and that you ask for him. Sincerely -Neal aka Mr. Ricketts
I just wanted to share my experience at Victory Toyota and the person who helped me purchase my car Huda, she was wonderful and worked very hard to get me my car even though the wait was supposed to be long, she did her best to get me the car as fast as possible. She was kind and understanding and working with me and my family about everything and explained everything very throughly. Huda was great to work with overall.
Beware!! They will steal your money and will give you false information first and when you will be there to purchase/pickup. They will run your application and will say: Sorry your credit is low and you will be charge extra $20 month what we discussed. LOL! Beware with their Finance Team they will talk to you super rudely.
Walked in to look for a new car with my husband. All of the employees were having a meeting in glass room to the side and could see us waiting. We waited for 15 minutes +. Then us and another family walked out. Terrible service, heading to Farmington hills dealership instead. Suggestion: have sales meeting before you open.
I had the worst experience at this dealership are highly don’t recommend. The car sales person (Latin or middle eastern female on JULY 4, 2022) tried to force me to take out a loan when I had already mentioned twice that I was preapproved by a credit union. They also tried to charge me $4000 for a protection package which they could not give me any detail about what was included in the protection package. She basically accused me of stealing my RAV4, had poor soft skills and was deaf. The service department wasn’t even open to evaluate my trade-in and they quoted me $10,000 less than it’s selling price. They don’t have any cars on the lot. It’s a complete scam the cash buying price was 37,000 versus the loan price which was 28,000. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!
My wife and I drove almost an hour to see Gina Soulliere at Victory Toyota and it was well worth it. She was great to deal with and didnt pressure us into anything. My wife fell in love with a 2016 Highlander and Gina helped us take it home that day.If you are thinking about a Toyota, go to Victory Toyota of Canton: from Gina Soulliere in Sales, to Molly Kao in Finance, to Brian Badrak the Manager, these are the people you want to buy a vehicle from.
Low-balled on our vehicle we were trying to sell (due to extreme medical complications).Red flag - when I walked in and saw the dealership owner using his building as a storage place for his vehicles that werent for sale. Thats not the best way to have your employees sell cars..
This dealership is ripping off people. They wanted to charge me $2000 for processing my lease buyout in addition to taxes, doc fee, license fee, ... Also, they tried to sell me a service package and extended warranty for around $5000. I’m buying out my lease out directly from Toyota and they charged me $0 other than state tax. Be careful!! In addition, they screwed up with fixing my fuel tank recall. I recommend to look for other places for service.
I have purchased 2 new vehicles from Victory in 7 years. Victory is incredibly penny ante. The desire to save a few pennys has cost them a customer. The predatory practice of highly inflating the price of new units, along with being treated like a fool by Brian has me going back to Dunning.
Absolutely love this dealership! First time experience buying a car. About 1.5 years ago Dan A. helped me get my Toyota RAV4, he was very knowledgeable, helpful, and honest about the whole process! Now that some time has past I asked about refinancing my car (again a new experience, didn’t know much about it). Dan got me connected to the right people, and whole process was as great as great as my first time in there, If not better!- They got my interest rate cut in half :))!!!..Molly who handles the finance is amazing! She is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions and I felt very comfortable about my $ after talking with her.On top of that, I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with their service department as well! Charles has helped me understand and know exactly what is needed/being done to my car every time I go in for service!I love these people! All around absolutely great dealership!!I sincerely would recommended to any friends and family, they are the best of the best!!
Dan is a great salesman. But they wanted to charge 10% extra on top of full MSRP . They say it’s not markup but just mandatory maintenance plans . So I ended up not buying from them. The reason for the 10% upcharge was Covid . Blame everything on Covid. You may be sleeping less cars , but you are asking more per car , so don’t complain about your commission. If tomorrow I loose job , Toyota or Dan is not going to give me a free car or discount. So why should I pay my hard earned money on them .
We visited the showroom about a week ago, inquiring about 2 vehicles. The purpose of this visit to determine if RAV4 and Venza fit in our family budget and also big enough for our family. After the visit we saw a new Toyota Carolla Cross, that caught our eye. We called and left a message for our salesman, and he did not return our call. We also chatted online with your dealership and both times we were told someone would reach out to us, and no one reached out. We finally got an email from your dealership and replied that no one has reached out. We were just trying to view the Toyota Carolla Cross and finalize which vehicle would be our next purchase. The salesman was annoyed that we were not buying today but didnt want to understand that this is not a toy we are buying, and a decision takes time after some consideration. We will never be back to your dealership for our auto needs. We visited another dealership, and they were much more helpful in assisting us. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO CARE FOR CUSTOMER NEEDS!!!!
I had no idea buying a car could be so personable. I had a great experience working with Deborah and Molly. There was no pressure when I came in to look at the Tacoma that I ultimately purchased and I felt like I got a good deal. The whole place has a pleasant aura, I look forward to having my truck serviced here for as long as possible!
I had an excellent experience with Victory Toyota. I was inspired to begin when Dan from sales did such an incredible and thorough job in consulting with my mother regarding her options for purchasing her next vehicle. Although he recommended that she take advantage of superior pricing out of state (due to a MD tax rebate - nothing to do with Toyota prices), he lost her sale. However, in doing so, he helped to gain one for his Toyota branch, because the commitment to customer service and welfare was demonstrated to be excellent, sparking me to see about fixing my upside down vehicle situation. I had the pleasure of working with James from sales on this and my experience was fantastic. James has a way of connecting with people and meeting them at their level. He makes a genuine effort to make every part of your car buying experience comfortable and enjoyable. This was especially helpful, because I was a tough customer in this instance given the fact that my financial situation made getting a deal done challenging. Despite this, he still put 100% effort into getting me into a vehicle that Im incredibly happy with and that I know will maintain value enough for me to come out positive in the coming years. I especially appreciate that when youre working through the financials that you know exactly what youre going to pay by the time you go to the back of the house - no surprises. It actually turned out that a rebate they offered was lower in reality, but they amended this mistake by discounting the vehicle to keep the price the same. Further, they were able to getting the highest possible appraisal on my vehicle, which ultimately is what allowed a deal to get done. I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.
This is very unfortunate, as I have been taking both my wifes and my car here for the past 5 yrs as well as having purchased another vehicle through them. I have always enjoyed the staff at Victory, I know most by names and they know mine so its always a friendly and personable experience. This year our Prius V began having a reoccurring power issue where it just shuts down in the middle of driving and becomes completely unresponsive. Victory worked with Toyota for 4 months trying to find the cause, after wasting $1100+ total, with $200+ in new parts that did nothing and the car failed the very next day, after specifically requested them to test the car thoroughly. The manager refused to offer any credit/reimbursement. So sold me new parts for nothing. Google does not allow the length of my full review on this issue - which I will be filing a BBB complaint. Then theres the following problem:So when I took final delivery of the car after the inverter replacement (the real problem from the get-go), the interior was covered in soot/grime/dirt. Dash was covered with a brown layer of dust - apparently from when they were taken and left out during the interior teardown. Every single floor mat was covered with dirt and boot prints (similar to the pictured floor vents). At the time we decided to just let it be, the car is finally back and we didnt want to deal with taking it back for something that I can clean up myself. So I scrubbed each mat and gave the car a spring cleanup - thus no photos of the dirty mats. Then low and behold, I discovered tint on 3 of the 5 windows had been damaged - and I know for a fact that they werent before, the tint is not even a year old. Its not too serious but just enough to piss you off. So I contacted the service manager (yes, Richard) again, and only response I got was my tech said he didnt do it. You couldnt even bother laying down some paper mats, or least clean up your dirty boot prints and Im supposed to buy that you didnt scratch up my windows when you were pulling the seats and panels in/out of the car? If you dont care enough to keep dirt/grime off my floor mats, youre in no position to tell me you didnt scratch up my tint pulling large interior pieces out of my car. That was pretty much the last straw. Not an offer to clean the car up for us, not an offer for an oil change, not even a basic apology. So as much as we like the guys there, and there are quite a few Ive interacted with, the management level there is far from ideal (and Ive dealt with a few of them past and present). Spoken to their district manager and have been recommended to take my business elsewhere. Needless to say, unless they make this right (and they can decide what that is), Ill be going to a cross-town competitor, theyre no farther out of the way than Victory. Im sure Victory isnt going to miss one little old customer like me, but thats all a consumer can do. I work around Toyota owners everyday, word of mouth can be powerful. After all, the whole reason I went with Victory when I first moved here was because people recommended against that particular cross-town rival. Id give it 1-star if not for their friendly/professional staff because I dont want this to be a reflection of them. The management though can use a little (a lot) training. And judging by the recent wave of bad reviews, Id say they could use some personnel rearrangement.update (09/18): A rebuttal from service manager Richard to my BBB complaint was that they returned my car in the same dirty condition as when it arrived. Which is completely comical because as you can see by the photos, the footprints are on top of the rear floor vents under the front seats where we had child seats so no one ever sit there, and even so no one could reach with the front seats on blocking them. Just shows the character he is. If you can lie and not man up to small things like dirty footprints, just think what other responsibilities he could dodge. Manager.
I recently had the good fortune to be able to buy my lease at the end of my contract with Toyota, and I got the chance to work with one of their sales associates Houda Maarouf. She has been very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, and made purchasing my vehicle a pain free experience.
Understanding there is chip shortage doesnt mean you will do price gouging. You are selling cars on MSRP and than u are asking for more than 10 percent extra. Adding forcefully some charges which should be a customer choice. Well your profit making strategy might work for a year. Store manager should understand its just not making money like a leech but a long term relationship. I guess Victory Toyota is looking to cash all golden eggs in a year.
I had a great experience today getting a 2020 Toyota Camry ! I love the car ! James Labrie was my salesman. He was so genuine, honest and just very welcoming ! I recommend everyone to go see him ! He made the experience a great one. The staff were very helpful and made you feel very welcome. Molly was very informative and great as well ! I wish I had went to this dealership a long time ago.
Went there to check out on 2022 Toyota Sienna. Worked with Mr. Brad. They were very professional and patient with my questions and choices they also appraised my tade in vehicle. I left a deposit with them to reserve the vehicle. The anticipated wait time for the vehicle was 12 weeks but then I got new project in South and moving soon. I just called and spoke with Brian that I will not be able to purchase the vehicle, and they refunded the deposit immediately. Overall, they are very professional and customer centered.
I just had a fantastic experience with Dan and Meghan at Victory Toyota of Canton. Our vehicle purchase process went very smoothly without issues, drama or frustration.Despite limited vehicle availability in the market, Dan and Juan found the exact vehicle that we were looking for and had it available for us within two days of starting the search.Every employee that we worked with at Victory Toyota was professional, helpful and extremely courteous. Our family will absolutely be shopping at this dealership again in the near future.
The best customer service hands down from sales to management. Eat lunch while you wait for your car to be serviced. Individual who prepares for you is the sweetest lady. Service guys amazing. All in all a great place to come for business if your looking for a new car.
While I did end buying a Volkswagen from this location it was not a good experience. All the staff are polite and its clean. I like the car I bought and the price as well but this dealership is dishonest. They did not detail/clean the car. My check oil light and Inspection Now! Alert is on. I recently received an alert through Carfax that I need to get an oil change. I was told the vehicle would be inspected and taken care of it, it clearly was not. They also supposedly ordered a new tail light since back one is cracked and so have yet to hear from ANYONE at the dealership about it. Its been a week now. I will not being taking this vehicle to get serviced by their facility since theyre okay with putting a car on a lot that hadnt been inspected, cleaned or replaces a cracked light which seems simple enough and then lied about all of it on top.of that.
Outstanding service! James was very knowledgeable about each car that we stepped into and made the car buying process simple and easy. Dan also assisted me and it was a pleasure to work with him. Both James and Dan went above and beyond expectations and I am very satisfied.
I walked in and found the car of my Dreams. Molly the finance director . And Jackson the sales representative made this all possible for me. They really do care about each client and are very dedicated to make sure all your needs and wants are met. I have a brand new Rav 4 hybrid. Im so happy with it. Thank you for making this all possible for me.
I was going to pick up my car and no one showed up to help me. I even called the dealership to send someone out to help me out and they didn’t. I was only going to pick up my vehicle. I waited a very long time and I even paid $1420 for alternator and band to be replaced. Never coming here again.2 weeks ago my husband paid $3000 and the noise on his car didn’t disappear the way they had said it had.
Great experience. Meghan was focused on making the sale, but in a way that really helped me. Very customer oriented. And, I got the deal I wanted.James, who delivered the car, did a superb job of training me. He spent over an hour doing so. You could tell he personally was in awe of my Sienna Platinum. In summary....a great team. A great experience. Highly recommended.
Had a Appointment yesterday to get my Toyota Venza serviced and I’ve been coming for a While but yesterday I met a young man who blew me away with his customer service and how he treated my vehicle! Kyle Turmon got the 60k maintenance done and even had my vehicle washed and vacuumed!! He definitely went above and behind and Victory you have a WINNER with this guy! Thanks so much Kyle I’ll be back to do service again with you!
I had a very good experience dealing with Victory Toyota. Even though I ended up going with my local dealer, I would recommend Victory to anyone. I was contacted by Meghan after I had filled out a quote sheet on Truecar. She kept in touch through the process and even beat my local dealers price. I appreciate theyre time and professionalism even though I went with someone else.
Deborah Lee is a great sales person. She has years of experience and tried to work with my budget.I highly recommend her.I went through the whole purchase process until talking to the finance department. I walked away, simply because they did not have the updated information on security deposit feature, that Toyota financial offers. They are willing to offer it now, but I am not willing to move forward with someone who has not done this before.
I recently purchased a Tacoma double cab 2wd truck at Victory Toyota. The experience of working with GM Juan and sales pro Jackson helped make purchasing a new vehicle through victory toyota an everlasting awesome experience. They were more than fair with helping me find my way behind the wheel of my dream truck. I most appreciated the incredible customer service i received any time i came into the dealership. They made me feel like i was important. I find it rare that a GM or sales staff would set himself as the first person who greets his guests at the front door when arriving. The attitude and disposition of the people i came in contact with all the way to the nice finance lady Molly, helped make the experience of owning my new truck so much greater. This had to be the first time in purchasing my 3rd tacoma everything and more was fulfilled in making this truly the truck of my dreams. I am sold on being a loyal customer to victory toyota. Its all about the people who make it special and Juan and Jackson have that velvety way of getting anyone behind the wheel of their dreams.Thank you both again for everything it was fun and personable experience. Looking forward to seeing you all and catching up again.Sincerely, Michael
Thanks to Meghan, Ali, Molly and Brian for making our van purchase so smooth. We took advantage of an end of year sale that felt too good to be true. We felt that we could purchase with confidence because of the guarantees and warranties that went with the purchase. Everyone was helpful in answering questions and getting the vehicle ready for pick up. We put the van to the ultimate test on the multi day drive home by driving through a wicked winter storm. It handled like a champion!! The long trip gave us time to get familiar with the new features and navigating system. The van cleaned up beautifully when we got home. I am so glad we have the right vehicle to start the new year! Thanks Victory Toyota of Canton!
Absolutely amazing overall experience. Great service, extremely personable and professional. Everyone we encountered was very kind and went above and beyond the realm of what I have previously experienced at other dealers. The team should be proud of the exceptional work they do in making buyers feel welcomed and valued. Great job!!
I found this dealership hard to contact and dishonest, every time I have called I got disconnected during a phone transfer. The part that really makes me unhappy with their services is I was told both times I contacted the dealership that the service I needed was covered under warranty. When I arrived at the dealership the service writer told me it was not covered and a new key would cost me over $500. In addition, I purchased the platinum extended warranty through Toyota when I bought my car and my issues was specifically covered under that warranty. I have worked in the automotive industry my entire career and I have never owned a new car because I have always thought new car dealerships were a scam. love my 2021 Rav 4 and it is an amazing car, but I guess dealerships aren’t not held to the same standards as the cars they sell.
We just purchased our third car from Victory Toyota in Canton, and once again we were very pleased with the dealership. It started one day last January when we were driving by the dealership and decided to just “window shop.” We weren’t ready to buy, we were just glancing at cars on the lot, thinking ahead. A sales associate (Kevin White) came outside and asked if we needed assistance. We explained that we were just looking, but he did help by answering a lot of our questions (such as regarding newer safety features). We exchanged contact info, and we promised that when we were ready to buy we would ask for him. After that, he never bugged us with annoying pushy calls. Finally, seven months later, we were ready to make a purchase, and we are very glad that we were able to work with Kevin. He listened to us, answered lots of questions, and he was very patient with our multiple test-drive requests. We were really surprised when, thanks to the efforts of Kevin and others at the dealership, we were able to drive home that very day with the exact vehicle we wanted. Kevin was friendly, polite, yet very professional throughout the process. Just like when making our previous purchases at Victory Toyota, it was quick and painless! One reason we returned to this dealership was because of the excellence of their service department (with a shout-out to Jordan Burns). We highly recommend Victory Toyota and sales associate Kevin White.
I just purchased a new Tundra here, and I was very happy with the service. Deborah was very helpful and made you feel very comfortable with the entire process. Also, had a great experience with her buddy Dan, these are the 2 sales people you want to be involved with when purchasing a new vehicle. He explained a lot of the features with me, and was very helpful in setting up everything in my new truck. And when it comes to the actual line by line payment details, Molly goes over everything, and I mean everything. She will work those #s to your advantage.
I would never go to this location again. I went with an intent to purchase a vehicle and communicated my needs and budget to the agent before hand. I told them that I had only 45min and I am coming with an intention to purchase. I got done 1.5hrs early at work and so I reached there 2.5 hrs before my another appointment. The sales agent was not informed about my requirements at all. They were not sensitive to my requirements and timeliness needed due my next appointment, which I missed because of them. No sensitivity to their customers requirements an needs and above all no respect for other peoples time. I had gone with an intention to get the car by paying them upfront but they donot deserve it. I would give them zero star if I had an option.
I’ve only bought new cars in the past. My salesperson Kevin made buying my first used car stress free. He allowed me to drive it home and keep it over night to allow my husband time to check it out in a more relaxed environment. He has been only a phone call away when I had questions both before and after my purchase. I don’t regret making the trip all the way to Canton to visit Victory Toyota. Great customer service!
The staff was friendly, professional and efficient; went through the hassle of providing a new car that was not originally available on the inventory, took the time to go over all the details of the transaction and proactively changed the loan to a different bank with a lower APR for a better deal. Special thanks to Deborah, Molly and Meghan. Unfortunately can not give more than 5 stars!
Searched remotely for a vehicle for a graduation gift and found that, Victory Toyota of Canton had the best price for the model/make I was looking for. First contact was with Meghan - online service/sales director who listened to what I wanted; however, I was out of the state and could not come to the showroom, so Meghan assured me the vehicle was able to be purchased and set a certain level of comfort to buy car unseen, without a test drive! Once my husband visited the showroom, Meghan introduced him to Dan Armstrong - another great sales representative who showed my husband the car, explained the paperwork and details of the car. My husband was very pleased with this dealership, all the way down to the financial director, who too, was very personable, explaining the paperwork in a knowledgable manner. Everyone was there to help us!This is without a doubt one of the better service teams and dealerships we had experienced! Highly recommend to anyone in the car market!
We had a great experience with Toyota Freeway specifically with Russell Coyne. He treated us like we are family, addresses our concerns and ensured that we had a great deal with the purchasing of our vehicle. In the beginning we were hesitant because we were burned by car sales before but, this dealership is professional, ethical, and trustworthy. They would tell you what you needed to know every step of the way. I recommend this dealership by far and if you want the best ask for Russell you will not regret it. We will definitely come back thank you so much for a amazing service.
I have been a loyal Toyota customer since 1979, and bought all my cars in California - until yesterday. The negotiating process in California is generally long and arduous. A lot of back and forth. But not so in Michigan. Not at Victory Toyota. The process at Victory was very straightforward, to the point, and relatively pleasing. I worked with Dan Armstrong and somewhere in the process of discussing fishing, world travel and retirement, I ended up trading in my 2019 Corolla for a 2021 Corolla - and at a price point below where I thought I would begin the negotiations. As for the staff at Victory, I worked with Dan Armstrong. Dan is a kind and decent man. Not your typical in-your-face kind of sales person. Youll like him. I was also assisted by another kind person, Meghan Mair (who got me in the door in the first place), and the ever smiling Molly Kao, (who kept the endless paperwork to a minimum and made me smile with memories about Disneyland !)The car is great. The price was great. The atmosphere of friendship was great. Give them a try the next time you are looking to buy or lease a car. I think youll like them too.Unlike some dealerships where the customer usually feels like they have been overcharged and neglected, this one is different. I guess thats why they are called Victory - because thats how you feel once you leave. Like you actually accomplished something. You succeeded. You were victorious !Thanks Dan, Meghan and Molly !
New way of selling they dont pressure you until youre ready to leave. Salespeople were nice. The Toyota RAV4 is really nice. The strange thing I found was the lot was full of cars but told us only one could be sold. All others were sold. I didnt understand that. Why are they not having sold signs on them? Strange.
Surprised and disappointed so Im updating my review. While the workers are polite, the business practices are questionable. I bought my car brand-new 2 years ago and it has a little over 25,000 miles on it. I have never had any issues with my Toyota Rav4. I knew my free oil changes were over, but since they were polite and professional in my previous encounters I wanted to take my business there. I went in for my appointment and they said my Toyota care coverage period is over (which I knew) and this service is much more extensive. They recommended a bunch of things and stated the price would be $906.00. I was baffled and said that cant be right. Then they stated if they got rid of some of the bigger services since I probably didnt need them it would be $200.00. Then I noticed a chart on the desk with the recommended service at the 30,000 mileage appointment. The chart said $688.00, which is still ridiculous, but much less than what they quoted. I cannot entertain any of those prices for something routine. Im sorry, but Ive been a car owner for over 13 years and never have paid this much for any routine or maintenance service. I want people to be aware of this outrageous price increase on your first oil change after the free oil change period. Find another place to take your car after the free 2-year service period is over. I CANNOT recommend this business and there is simply no way to justify paying a price premium of this much for routine maintenance. Those prices are not fair and reasonable. I wish I was aware of that before I drove the 30 minutes out there.
My appointment was at 10:00 am for tyre rotation and the guy who assist me was Mr Kyle Turmon. He forget my car got ready ,when I ask him he wake up from his flexible chair to bring my car out at 11:45 am, very disappointing to come and get service here at canton location getting worst every time management need to take serious action on this. I wish I can give zero star for his service.
My encounter with Jamar , the service consultant , was great. He was professional and handled service call quickly. He is a credit to your dealership. I would recommend your dealership and service to anyone and everyone. I had a bad experience with a dealership in Dundee, so its wonderful to go a dealership like yours that is as great as the Toyota brand. Keep up the good work and give Jamar a raise!
Avoid this dealer if you value your time!!I made an appointment to see a car and to get a test drive and after they confirmed the appointment the day off, when I got to the dealer the car was not ready to see or drive, when the confirmed the appointment hours before the scheduled time.I had to drive 50 minutes each way just to be told that the car wasn’t ready, a complete waste of my time.I ended up buying a car from a different brand.
I called to get an oil changed and tire rotated. They said they were booked for this Saturday. Instead of turning away one of their customers they squeezed us in and got the oil change and tire rotated. I had left my car there for the day. Most places would have said no can’t take you come back another day. Victory Toyota did not do that.
I will not be returning to this dealer. I went in with the intention of pricing out my options, and tbh I was really rooting for them. I have no brand loyalty, I just want to enjoy what I am driving- that said, I LOVE the Rav4 Hybrid style and that its a hybrid. We were greeted by a salesperson who smiled while I spoke about my situation, but then turned to my husband and asked him if he fished. Then invited him fishing. Then continued to bring up fishing and how he would take my husband fishing after we bought a Rav4. He asked my husband what he did for a living. He showed my husband all the paperwork and pricing. Did I mention the car was for me? Also, fun fact: my husband doesnt even know how to get into our bank account because I handle all our finances, investments, retirement, stocks, etc. Beyond being treated like the little lady who was getting a new car because her husband was allowing it, it took FOREVER! We had just come from VW where we did two test drives and got finance and lease pricing for 4 different cars/price points in 45 minutes. It took near 2.5 hours here to do a drive around the parking lot, and get a lease and finance quote for the Rav4 Hybrid. We told him how we had a hungry kid waiting for us and that I needed to return to work still...but before we left he took another 15 minutes to make a copy, in actuality he went back to someones office and spoke to them. I know this because my husband is very tall and could see him over the cubicles. He then came out and said, if someone leaves without buying its either because of the car, the salesman or the price, and I think your issue is the price. Couldnt be more wrong. It was for sure the salesman, but also the price. I have a credit score of 794, but the pricing given to me was at a 10% APR, which is...ridiculous! Might also be why he followed that up with, this is a starting price, not an ending price. As I thought to myself, nope, thats an ending price. I received a voicemail from the GM, Juan, on Monday and had family in town so I called him back today. He answered, asked what HIS initial call was about(?) and I told him I had been in there last week but he left the message and read a bit of the transcript back to him. He hung up on me when I was doing that. Im absolutely dumbfounded. At the end of the day, I wouldnt buy a pack of gum from this place, but I will be visiting another Toyota Dealer in hopes of a better outcome.
James Labrie really pulled through for me. Already had the car picked out, but he made the process super straight forward and got us a great deal. Got the papers started at the end of the day and walked out with they keys the first thing the next morning. Will definitely be back.
Super disappointed to finally get in their office and find out Certified Preowned Vehicle prices are all actually around $997 higher as a certification fee. There is absolutely no mention of this on their website. The sales guy told us this is their way of getting customers in the door. So to stay in my budget frame I was shown more options. Found another car same make, model, year, with 5000 more miles on it priced just under $15K. Thought we were making progress until we were told this car could NOT be certified at all due to the price(Huh?). Molly instead offered a $2000 Platinum Plan. Something just didnt sit well with me. I went with my instinct and decided to leave. Called Toyota Page in Southfield the next day and asked if all advertised prices are accurate and if certification is included in the price. Both were correct! Finally have the car I was looking for at the right price! Didnt go over my budget at all! Please follow your gut when car shopping and also call and get all of the specifics handled before heading in! Itll save you tons of time and money. I was quoted $17,000 with them. Ended up getting the same car for a little over $14,000 out the door with a warranty! ;)
Brad and Molly are very respectful and knowledgeable genuine folks. Very good environment and I was pleased with 2019 Tacoma 4x4 purchase. Looking forward to sharing this with others. Service professionals technician, I am looking forward to experiencing when time for follow up oil changes. My wife and I are well pleased. I recommend purchasing from Victory Toyota,Thank you Mr. Brad B. and Mrs. Molly! Outstanding
I would recommend Victory Toyota of Canton to anyone looking to buy a new or used Toyota anytime.I delt with Meghan,Molly and James and it was like so family oriented they just make you feel so comfortable and at ease.I would like to say to them thank you for your hospitality you guys rock.
I have bought a couple of vehicles here for our driving school. It is critical when teaching new drivers that we use excellent quality , well maintained vehicles and that’s what Victory Toyota of Canton has provided our driving school. We also purchased the car doc programs and get all of our routine maintenance done here as well. Molly in financing was great to work with on both purchases and all of the guys in the service department are extremely accommodating. Occasionally there is a bit of a wait with service if they are short staffed but not enough of an issue to not keep coming back.
This was easily the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Dan made my entire purchasing experience smooth from start to finish, he is truly committed to making the customer happy and ensuring they understand the entire process from start to finish. Mollie in the financing department is great and extremely helpful and really cares to make sure the customer is comfortable and enjoys their time. I very highly recommend this dealership
After getting approved, my salesman was discussing numbers when someone started turning off all the lights. I could barely see the sheet of paper in front of me as he spoke. I arrived on time and I didnt understand what was more important than closing a sale. This was extremely rude and a sign that they dont value my service. I literally drove across town and passed multiple dealerships to be treated this poorly. The salesman smiled and asked me if I could return tomorrow and get the earliest appointment. The next day, I went down the street and purchased a brand new car from their competitors. They offered me twice the amount of rebates once they found out how horrible Toyota treated me. I believe this was a blessing in disguise, and a sign to never support Toyota for how poorly they treated me.
Ive been going here for the maintenance on my car since last year. and on that side of things I get amazing service from them and any issues i have are dealt with quickly and professionally. they are a little more expensive than a random car shop but they explain everything that is going on before and break it done by individual price. they also lay it out in clear terms of what needs to be done & much it will cost & what they suggest I do and how long I can put something off due to my budget. on top of that i feel that the guy i talk to goes above & beyond to give me a good experience and address anything I feel i need to know about. so if you can i highly recommend Lawrence Stevenson as he facilitates the 5 star experience I had.
I could not get a hold of a sales person. I tried for 3 days, calling and emailing, and on the third day I went in person. When I arrived, there was only the receptionist and not a sales person to be found (there was also other customers there who had made appointments that had waiting for 30 minutes or more). The receptionist did ask what car I was interested in, but when I showed him the car I had found on their website I was told that they did not have that car. Apparently all 4 models of the car I was looking for were actually at other Victory Toyotas across the country, not sure why their website said they had them. This entire experience was pretty poor, and Im planning to purchase a car elsewhere.
I just purchased my first car from Victory Toyota of Canton last week and I couldnt recommend them enough. The sales staff was immensely friendly and helpful. They were real people not just trying to get me to buy the car. Dan was a great sales consultant and Molly (in the finance office) was wonderfully friendly. If youre looking to buy a car, Id recommend Victory in Canton!
So I wanted Victory Toyota to purchase my lease since I wanted to get out of it because it was at a point that i could not afford it due to this pandemic. I bought the lease from them. My car is still in the same condition as it was when i bought it. I have no tickets no insurance claims nothing period. I took really good care of my car and still do. I went into the dealership looking to get my car appraised at a decent amount and I wanted to pay less out of my pocket since I am on a tight budget. I was approached by a person named Juan Banos. He was quite disrespectful from the start. He kept saying that he will be doing me a favor by buying my lease. He kept saying that multiple times and his tone was derogatory for my entire conversation with him. Now i called him to ask him to increase the price since its was a 400$ difference, on a single income with 3 dependents in these times is kinda difficult. When i called him he was more rude, i told him hey its gonna be a good buy for you and his response was dont tell me what is a good buy and what is not, this is my job and do this all the time so dont teach me to which i was surprise to since when i was leasing the vehicle they were laying on the floor for me. I declined his offer and contacted Carvana and trust me that is one of the best experience i have had so far. They offered me way better price for my purchase and im quite happy with that. I would not recommend this place to buy, lease your vehicles, since when you buy after that they treat you like garbage. I was surprised that a Toyota dealership does not provide a better offer than the competitor... such a sorrow for Toyota.
I was out of town and my check engine light came on. I was able to immediately book an appointment online and came right in. Lawrence took care of me and I felt at ease. His communication was excellent. They also have a free sandwich bar which was basic and delicious. They also drove me up to 30 min away where I needed to go and picked me up when the car was ready. Would definitely go back if needed!
Victory Toyota is the best Toyota dealership in metro Detroit. Great sales and service. Friendly staff. Great selection. The showroom and waiting area are neat and clean. Sales manager Brian is always honest pleasent and always a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.
Having grown up with a dad who worked at a car dealership, I have a very high standard for car salesmen that I will work with. Dan meet and exceeded my expectations. He was honest, transparent, helpful and kind. He didnt try to push us into anything, and was very patient and accommodating with everything we needed. I would absolutely recommend Victory Toyota to any of my friends or family.
The dealer, Kevin White helps me a lot to get my vehicle. He explained to me, not only about the features in the car, but also what I need to be prepared when I buy a car. He was great help to get my car ready earlier than expected date, therefore my mom was able to see the car before she fly back home. I appreciated it!
My wife and I had a unique situation for buying a vehicle. We were planning ahead because we were traveling from out of state and only had a few hours to finalize the purchase. We used Truecar, and the price wasn’t amazing but it was fair. Our salesman, Dan, was responsive, helpful, and answered all of our questions. We made it to the dealership and closed in a couple hours. So why not 5 Stars? When we arrived to the dealership, we were informed that the vehicle did not have floor mats included with the price. To add floor mats, it was $169. After asking, the dealership did not offer a discount on any “add-on items”. This seemed extremely greedy to us. We are spending $35K at your dealership and you can offer 10%-20% for the add-on items aka floor mats. If the dealership had offered a discount, we would have purchased a couple additional items (cargo liner, door edge guards). We settled on just floor mats at the MSRP because you need floor mats.
Was sold a car with missing lug nuts and maintenance work not completed (break pads, rotors, leaking axle etc). Followed up numerous times but had to speak with two managers to rectify the issue months later since they would never call me back. Disappointed is an understatement
Found a used truck online and inquired about it. I received an immediate response from Ed Hall. Ed was a pleasure to work with and he made sure I had all the information before driving to the dealership the next day. It was the quickest and most pleasurable experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle from the first email to financing. I would recommend anyone giving Ed a call. He was upfront and honest about all aspects of the used truck and made sure everything was taken care of as promised.
We were in the market for a truck, we were just wanting to test drive a bunch of trucks before committing to buying. We went to the Chevy dealership and we were not impressed by the sales team or the trucks, to be honest. Our next place was Victory Toyota, we were just expecting to test drive. We test drove some really great Tundras but when I test drove our Tacoma, I knew it was the truck for me. I am a small 120 pound girl and myself and my spouse loved the car. From the moment we walked in at Victory Toyota. We were greeted by Ed Horn, who was just the type of salesman we were looking for, he was warm, inviting, friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us in purchasing our new truck, he got us a great deal and threw in some extras too!Molly was the one who helped us with our financing and she helped us get a great deal and we were treated with the utmost respect and felt well taken care of. She was also willing to help us out with anything we needed! Thanks Victory Toyota for everything! We love our new truck! We will always refer people here for great service! 😁I also had to get new tires for our new truck and new leather seats and Robert Riffle and Jamar were the ones to helo us in the sevice area and they were knowledgeable and quick with what they could find out for me about my truck! It had to be sent out to another dealership to get the leather seats and they communicated every step of the way and called when my truck was able to be picked up! Plus they had free rentals! Which was sooo helpful! Only thing was that the rental was disgusting, fyi. It smelled terrible, so might want to get your rentals detailed or maybe an air freshener. Other then that, my spouse and I are super happy with my service all around at this dealership!
Bought my car here in 2017, a year and half later I came to have my tires checked because they looks worn out. The people there says it fine so we brought the vehicle home. My tires blowed up a couple months later while we were driving with the kids. I brought it back and they said that my warranty is out (we drove a lot) because we just went over the mileages mark for warranty. I the have to spend $1000 on 4 new tires for a $50,000 vehicle that is less than 2 years old. Fast forward to today, I brought my vehicle in again (almost 2 years old tires) because I noticed that the tires is worn out unevenly (on the side of the front tires shows no tread left) they also said that it is not a warranty issue that my wheels might not be aligned right. Ohh guess what I did paid for alignment when I bought the tires a year and half ago with them. The manager the told me that it is recommended to do your alignment every year. I asked him if he do alignment on his vehicle every year, and he said no. He insisted on selling me another set of tires instead of doing what right and warranty my tires out.The day before this, I brought it in to Bell Tires to have my tires looked at and rotated and they said that my tires need to be replace and that it should be a warranty issue and told me to bring it back to the dealership to have warranty done.Overall, the place is horrible. They are so nice when you is buying but once you paid for it. Everything is your problem going forward. I will never spend a dime at this place going forward and strongly advise anyone who is looking to get a new vehicle to consider it twice before coming to this place
The place is nice. With a nice lady who will make you a sandwich as you wait for service to be finished.Lawrence helped me in the service department. He seemed like the most kind natured person in the service department, many of the people didnt even acknowledge my existence. My wait time was 40 mins over the estimate. Service is expensive. Dealership area is nice with people who greet you when you walk in. Still driving Toyota.
Made an appointment over the phone to see a vehicle the next day. Found car to be marked as sold on carfax and car no longer on their website the next day hours before my appointment . Called in to see what was up to find that the car was sold and no one was planning on calling me to let me know . Without me doing my do diligence I would have went to the appointment and been told that the car was no longer available wasting an entire evening . Keep your customers updated . There is no excuse , there is email , and I had consented to text and call.
I usually keep around $150 in cash (bills and coins) in the center console of my car. The bills were missing after I took my car for a tire change to Victory Toyota of Canton. I found out that the money was missing within an hour after I picked up my car so I drove back to the shop to let the management know. I talked to a service manager. He said this is an important matter and suggested that I talk to the store manager. He then went ahead to call the store manager but came back without him saying that the store manager was in a conference call! He still ensured me that they will investigate the matter and will get to the bottom of it. I have not heard back from them since (three months so far). I also called Canton Police the same day and informed them of the potential theft but I did not file a formal complaint. It was not that much money after all. It is a matter of trust and preventing this from happening in the future and to others. I am not going back to this service center/dealer.
My husband and I went to visit Victory two weeks ago. We went on a weekday one hour before the dealer closed. Dan was spectacular , he stayed late with us and went with us for a test drive. Before we left he showed us all the car details. He went out of his way all the time. That day he stayed one hour late and on the day that we brought the car he did an amazing job showing everything to us one more time. He wanted to make sure that we would use the full potential of the car. He also helped us bring the car home. After we bought the car and he has still been doing an amazing job on post sale and customer service. Also the place is nice, they have a good customer service room. It is the best dealer in Canton and the region.
My husband and I had a great experience buying a pre-owned car at Victory Toyota. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. Our sales person, Paul Adams was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and secured the price point needed to stay within our budget. Molly handled the paperwork efficiently and had an upbeat and cheerful demeanor. I definitely recommend this friendly and competent car dealer to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The car salesmen are slimy and the finance lady Molly Kao, is equally as slimy and will RIP YOU OFF. I bought a car from them months ago and they screwed me over not only on financing but they also haven’t filed any of my paperwork so the car I’ve paid them thousands of dollars for doesn’t belong to be in the eyes of the state. Therefore, I cannot renew my tabs. They have my registration and title STILL. Its been 5 months. DO NOT RECOMMEND. THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP IN MICHIGAN.
This place is not TRUSTED. I just had oil change with them, I drop off my husband car yesterday and pick up this morning. My husband found out the cash around $500 he kept inside the console was missing, even the an unopened Marlboro light . I just read the review from other customer, he had same experience on this dealer. UNBELIEVABLE, how can their staff steal customers belongings when customer bringing in their cars to do the services? How can customer able to trust their service too? Definitely not recommend any of my friend come here!!!
Had a fantastic time flying up to Detroit and getting picked up at the airport so I could buy my 2022 Prius that I could not find anywhere else in the country!! Was picked up by Melik and got to Victory Toyota; where I got to meet Meghan who was instrumental in working out the details to buy the car. Also met Molly who did most of the paperwork so I could finally leave Victory Toyota in my brand new 2022 Red Prius and head back to St. Louis. Melik helped me with some instructions on operating my new car and all three (Meghan, Molly and Melik) were so very helpful and friendly they made me feel right at home in Canton, MI. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a Toyota to check out Victory Toyota; I know Im certainly glad I did!!
This review is for the service department. I moved to Canton recently and was looking to get my highlander factory required maintenance here as this was very close to where I live now. Called the service number to schedule an appointment- but was on hold for 15 minutes and two - three people answered how could they help and I told them trying to schedule an appointment and back on hold. Setting an appointment should be easiest thing but it was not here. I decided to drive 30 min to old dealer in Farmington hills to get my car serviced. And please repair your phone lines - that Static hurts ears.
Service department is overwhelmed. Waited almost 15 minutes before anyone came to check me in for service. I was told they had parts to fix my car then was told they did not. No one seemed to know what was going on. Frustrated with the lack of service to get recall on my car taken care of.
Super dealership always willing to help you with a problems. Go out of the way to make your sales or service experience easy and comfortable. Dan Armstrong is a super great guy to deal with there is no problem that he cant solve with the company if they cant he goes out of his way to solve it himself. Everyone there is worth buying a car from this dealership. Everyone gets a 10 from me.
Steve Boswell from sales is awesome to deal with. if you come to Victory, ask for Steve, he will take care of you. Our family has been buying Toyotas from Victory since 2010, and being taken care of by Steve at Victory is definitely a great representation of how a dealership is supposed to take care of a customer!
This place does not care about the customer. Had an appointment to sign on new car, waited over 1 hour after before they were ready to sign documents for a new car. Then interest rate was 2% higher than discussed. Able to get better on my own, without their help. If you are financing, do it on your own. DO NOT rely on their finance department.
I am a BIG customer service person.. And its NOT just about while Im there Spending Money.. I was with my daughter about June 9th to get her a car.. Unfortunately her previous car had been rear-ended and totaled out.. All while we were there trying to get her a car.. It was a nice experience..BECAUSE money was being spent.. WELL her car was scratch TERRIBLY and it is VERY NOTICEABLE Before we Left the lot.. during the detailing.. And we are STILL TRYING to get it fix.. Since we were TOLD it would only be a few days and she could bring it in..ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS!...Customer service DOES NOT STOP once you get my MONEY!! and since I will be buy a NEW. Car very soon... I WILL NOT be coming back THERE!!!
Absolutely terrible experience today with this dealership... I took a day off work drove over 2 hours up there to purchase a truck I emailed on from the website and they assured me we would work out a deal on only to find out the truck wasnt even on the lot and had been sold. Immediately when I arrived there I thought it was sketchy they were showing me all these other trucks used and new but not the truck I emailed on which I could see on the salesmans computer screen when I first arrived and was talking with him. Then after they show me four other trucks I said well where is the one that I came to buy that we were emailing about. Then begins well well well I think that might have sold today I dont see it...Then he goes back to talk to his manager yep its not on even on the lot and I took off work and drove from Ohio to Michigan to buy it because I was told it was there. I even rode a street bike up because I planned on putting in the back of the truck and driving home. Then I was told oh well we can get one in two weeks theres one coming never offered to knock anything off for the trouble they caused me until I said something about is he going to give me some kind of discount for all this then he went and talked to the manager again and they offered to knock $1,500 off MSRP get out of here I wasted a whole day of running around for this.He said it would be here around two weeks and then when I asked what is the actual day is it going to be here... beginning of August Im like its the beginning of July right now. Thats four weeks not two.I asked to speak to the sales manager he never came out they kind of skirted around that. he never even came out and personally apologized for putting me through all this BS not once. I went directly home and called Toyota customer service and let them know exactly the experience I got and thankfully Toyota corporate is going to work with me on getting an actual good dealership to get me a truck.I would never recommend dealing with these shady folks.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Victory Toyota and could not have been happier with the entire experience.Back in August I went to look at vehicles at the dealership. I left without purchasing one because I felt the salesman was not willing to offer me any incentives, and was not really interested in selling me a car. When I returned to Victory this December I had a completely different experience. The salesman, Paul Adams, was very professional and made the car buying experience stress free and easy. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership Mr. Adams apologized for my past experience. He also had the car I was interested in purchasing waiting for us to take for a drive. On the drive Mr. Adams answered our questions and talked about all the different features of the vehicle verses another model we were considering.Once back at the dealership Mr. Adams turned us over to a manager who explained all the plans Toyota and Victory offered. She was not pushy and did not pressure us to purchase anything we felt we did not need. The manager was willing to match the discounts other dealerships were offering, and offered us a fair trade in price on our vehicle despite it having a bad transmission. After locating the vehicle we wanted out of state, Mr. Adams arranged for me to have a free loaner until my vehicle was delivered. Unlike most dealerships the loaner was not an old stripped down model. The vehicles Mr. Adams arranged for me to drive was a 2014 RAV4 that had tons of nice features.Mr. Adams called and updated me on the status of my new vehicle several times during the week leading up to its delivery.
Service treats customers like royalty. They are super nice and accommodating in replacing my radio, which I pleased to learn would be free, because it was still under warranty.Expect that they will be busy and plan accordingly. They do have complimentary homemade sandwiches plus fruit, cookies, coffee, water!!!Jordan Burns was especially helpful and nice to work with. This was my first time actually going to the dealer for service. He followed up with me and made the whole thing painless. He will go far with his stellar customer service. I will definitely come back here!
I bought my current vehicle here. I was not happy with my purchase process and my sales person was very new and it showed. They didnt have the vehicle I was looking for, despite their website saying they did. They were also very rude about helping me get one from another near by dealer (not my sales persons fault, but their boss). The sales manager did finally help to locate the vehicle I wanted, so I ended up sticking it out. As far as going there for Toyota Care, the service center is great. Tons of open appointments, even on short notice. The waiting area is very comfortable, even had complementary food and beverages. The wait is always very quick, and I have no complaints beyond the actual buying process.
Test drove a RAV4 here about a week ago, had a great experience. The salesman was very knowledgeable, courteous, and not pushy at all. He even kept our 4-year old entertained while my wife and I checked out the inside of the vehicle (A shoutout to Kevin M!). Ultimately we went with another vehicle, but if we ever decide to buy a Toyota we won’t hesitate going back to this dealership.
Great experience from start to finish. They did not have the Tundra I was looking for on-site, but the sales person I worked with, Sean McCook, found exactly what I was looking for and delivered within a day. He also delivered a fair price for my trade-in that made for a seamless process top to bottom. Even the paperwork was a quick and painless process. Overall, top notch dealership to deal with and Ill be back in the future.
I just spent the day on the phone with several dealers, and I have to say that Lawrence in the service department at this location was by far the best person I’ve talked to at any dealership. His customer service skills and patience are amazing! And I will definitely be using this location again in the future. Thanks again Lawrence!
I wish there was a way to give 0 star…Took an appointment on 5/7/21 9:30 am to test drive a used RAV4 XSE. Drove an hour to the dealership for the sales representative to tell me the car was sold the night before. Petty business practice to get customers in the building…. I’m also sure I’ll get a generic apology..
Victory Toyota provided me with excellent service. I had a head gasket problem in my car that would have cost me half of its worth and needed a new car ASAP due to school and work. Juanita worked tirelessly to get me in a car with decent payments. In addition the staff was very helpful with my first time buying and they were able to get me all set up in just two days. Huge thumbs up and thank you to this place and its employees. Keep up the great work.
Get your azz to Victory Toyota of Canton TODAY! They have the best complimentary snacks and food and superior customer service. Best Toyota dealer I have been to. Its worth the drive for the free popcorn and cookies. Come early though they go quick. Very good experience. I wish I had bought my car from here a few years ago. 5 stars fantastic. Wow they even make you a Free sandwhich!!!!!!! And its cut at an ANGLE!! FOR EASY CONSUMPTION!!! I love this place! The Asian lady making it deserves a big raise. A really big one. She makes this place go above and beyond the rest.
My wife’s Sienna van was subject to a major recall (fuel pump replacement). I had taken her car to Victory Toyota in Canton before for a standard oil change and tire rotation and had a good experience. This time? No.As soon as I received word of the recall, I called to see how soon we could bring it in. Because of the nature of the recall, I was anticipating it would not be and in&out scenario, so it came as no surprise that I had to make an appointment one week in advance. No problem.I got there first thing in the morning as soon as they opened on the day of our appointment. The person who greeted me told me the expected wait time of around 5 hours which wasn’t surprising as again this is a major recall. I indicated I would probably sit in the waiting room for an hour or two before my ride would show. I was already informed over the phone a week prior that due to COVID, there is no shuttle or loaner cars available. Again, no problem. I expected this and made the necessary arrangements beforehand. So as I was stepping out of the car, as an aside, I thought to ask the guy who greeted me, “ Out of curiosity, are you going to have to empty the fuel tank?”His response: “I believe the tank has to be 3/4 or less.”“Hmm...” I responded. “I think we are ok. Let me turn her back on and check.”I go in, turn on the van and I see the tank is just under 3/4. “Okay good,” I said. “Looks like we just made it under.” The guy, whose name unfortunately I did not get (medium height white man, dark hair, maybe late twenties/early thirties), was looking over my shoulder at the fuel gauge and said, “Well let me just double-check on what it really needs to be.”He goes into the office for a few minutes and comes back and says, “Uhhh yeah it has to be 3/4 or less.”“Okay. So we are good.”“Oh no, I meant it has to be 1/3 or less.”“But this was never mentioned to me over the phone and I made this appointment one week in advance and set this time aside to get all this done.”He didn’t seem at all sympathetic or apologetic and without actually saying it, basically implied with his demeanor, “Not my problem. You are just SOL”.Unfair enough. You won’t be getting our business henceforth. What I don’t understand is, what would have happened if I never thought to ask about the fuel-tank? I am not a car-expert by any means, but it had just occurred to me while I was driving there that this might be something they would have to do, so I just thought to ask about it only because I was curious. I had no idea that they would need to have the fuel tank below a certain level, because, again, I was NEVER told this over the phone. I was just wondering out of curiosity if emptying the fuel tank was part of the procedure. In fact, before they can even start the repair, the fuel tank has to be below a certain level. If I hadn’t thought to ask, maybe hours would have passed before they realized they couldn’t do the repair. So good I asked and bad on them for never thinking to tell us long beforehand. In any case, if this is the way your front-line employees are in the service department, then I am thankful this warning sign was placed before us before we established an ongoing relationship with you guys.We are relatively new to the area, and your location is super-convenient for us, but we have no need for sub-par service like this. We can travel a few extra minutes to any of the number of Toyota dealers in SE Michigan who I am sure can provide service consistent with the legendary Toyota brand-name.Goodbye and good-riddance.
If possible I would not even give one star rating. These guys deserve a zero rating. Our experience with the sales department here was bad enough and now the service department is worst. We are just sad and annoyed that we still have one more year of lease to get by with the car from this dealership. I hope we never have to get back to this place during this remaining one year.
I found them dishonest. I requested the advertised incentives and was told that it was only valid on a different car. I asked to see that car instead and got a different answer for why they would not honor their own advertised deals. Got a great deal and car at Honda the same day. My advice, avoid this dealership.
We had a very pleasant experience. We only went into test drive a used Rav4 but it had been sold just minutes before we got there. Paul was fantastic and brought around a new model Rav4 for the same price and it was perfect. Needless to say we bought the vehicle. He worked hard to get us an amazing deal and we walked out with the car and the full service package within our budget.Guy was fantastic as well. He was extremely thorough on everything we signed for. He went over the Platinum service package in great depth so that we knew all that we were getting, which honestly for a used vehicle is an amazing deal!I highly recommend Victory Toyota of Canton. Paul and Guy were both fantastic! Thank you so much.
Update:The day this issue occurred (July 5, 2019) I sent an email to the Service and Sales Managers and I received a response later that evening from the Service Manager Richard. He was very nice and apologized for what happen. He explained that he was the manager but not the person I spoke to on the phone and offered to fix my license plate the next day. I went back the following day and Richard did fix my license plate. So although I did have a bad experience I am happy with with managers response and resolution.__________________My car was damaged when I brought it in for an oil change at Victory Toyota in Canton Michigan on July 5, 2019. I was there from 2pm to about 4pm. While I was waiting the service rep told me that there was an issue with one of the bolts on my license plate and that it would cost about $90 to repair. I declined the service and just got an oil change, tire rotation, and front light bulb. When I left the dealership I drove about a quarter mile to the nearby Target and after I left Target I saw that my license plate was literally hanging off of my car attached my only one bolt. My plate was not in this condition when I took it to the dealership.Around 6:20 I called the dealership and asked to speak to a manager. I explained the situation and he responded that no one would have messed with my licenses plate and that it may have gotten broken in the car wash. I told him that if that happened I should have been told. He responded that he doesn’t know if that happen but it’s the only thing that he can think of. He then told me the repair that would be needed to fix it and that I would be charged. I responded that I shouldn’t be charged when they broke the plate and he said that he didn’t know that the plate was broken by the staff and that no one would have done anything to my plate.I pointed out that he’s just completely speculating and that he hasn’t even asked me my name or spoken to anyone about what happen. He responded that he can ask around but he doubts that they did anything. At this point I told him that it’s very obvious to me that he doesn’t intend to take this seriously or look into it so I’m not going to continue the conversation with him or bring my car there again. He responded by saying “cool, that’s fine.”

2022-08-03My family is very happy with our purchase at Victory Toyota of Canton! I called to ask about our ideal car on Monday (it was not available at any other dealership) and the next day Meghan told me that there’s one available, we drove home the car by that very Friday! Dustin talked with us and he was very nice and helpful. Molly was awesome helping us with finding the best financing plan.

2022-05-21A big thank you to Jackson Tanner and staff at Victory Toyota! Very professional, friendly, and most importantly efficient!! I live almost 2 hours north of their dealership and Jackson worked with me via text message to get a lot of the paperwork done the day before I made the drive down, it was extremely helpful and he got me into a beautiful Tacoma and I was on my way back home in less than an hour. Will be shopping for a second vehicle in the fall, and I will definitely be reaching out directly to Jackson again. Thanks again!

2022-01-27My salesperson, Dan A. was very helpful throughout the buying process. Due to the COVID supply chain issues, Dan understood Toyota’s timeline for ordering a new Tacoma, much better than several other dealerships I talked to in SE Michigan area during my search. All the other dealerships told me it would take about 12 weeks for delivery of a Tacoma with a 6’ bed. It was as if Dan knew all the right things to do to get delivery of my Tacoma in 6 weeks. There were some issues with the pricing of some of the accessories that were not added at the port. But working with Dan and manager Brian, they were able to make it right in the end.I very happy with Dan and Victory Toyota of Canton, and I recommend both.

2022-03-16I just wanted to share my experience with Victory Toyota. Unfortunately my car was totaled in an accident, of course its something you dont plan for. My salesman was so helpful and made the process so much easier. They put me in the perfect car and even took the time to go over all the vehicles gadgets before leaving the lot. I also had an amazing experience with the financial Department and also with the Sales Manager Brian, he worked even harder with the Financial Department to get me the best rate to make the car affordable. The service department was hands down one of the best experiences I have ever encountered. Lawrence was amazing always very inviting and helpful. I went in for a routine oil change and he even made sure I was out the door in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Victory Toyota of Canton. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Dont hesitate, if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle call them you wont be disappointed.

2022-06-29My wife went in for an alignment on 6/28/2022 after I had replaced the tires on her 4runner. The advisor claimed that the technician said this bolt was seized. This bolt (and all others used for alignments) moved just fine 1 day before and was torqued to factory specifications based on a Toyota full service manual. These bolts are rust free, move in the bushings/bolt holes, and have zero issues. My wife also mentioned that the service advisor Trevon Thompson had quite an attitude when she first spoke with him. He claimed the vehicle wouldnt be done before end of day (alignments only take 30 minutes at most if the technician is competent.) This advisor blatantly lied about our 4runner being put on the alignment rack, and said the technician said the control arms were seized. This is not the case, based on the events, and having worked in service at a dealership, its obvious this advisor simply walked back to a technician, asked if the car would have problems during an alignment, and tried to sell $2,000 worth of unnecessary work just to keep it overnight, or get her out of the door.I am a Subaru Master technician, but did not have the time to do an alignment on the vehicle myself, so I had her take this into service and get it sorted, as it was easier this way. This is the second time using Victory Toyota of Canton, and its definitely our last. Id rather drive the extra 10 minutes to Toyota of Ann Arbor where I know for a fact we will be taken care of.

2022-06-10I recently bought a 2019 RAV 4 from Victory Toyota. I came with the intention of purchasing a vehicle and they helped me find exactly what I wanted. John was great and made sure we found a vehicle that exceeded my needs. Molly was also great, she gave me a very detailed explanation on the financial plans that I was agreeing to. She also clarified multiple questions we had regarding the services and deals they provided. She was very patient and made sure I was more than happy with my purchase. Juan was also very welcoming and assured that my purchase was exactly what I wanted. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in a new/used vehicle.

2022-04-06I appreciate Jackson Tanner for the exceptional service he provided me. I had to wait until my vehicle came in and Jackson kept me informed. Jackson was up front thorough, and honest. Thanks Jackson I will be back and will refer future business to you. I also would like to thank Molly the finance manager. She was very thorough and made the paperwork simple. I like how she went over all the numbers with me. I was also impressed by the gentleman that greeted me he knew my name when I walked in. Thanks….

2022-04-27Great dealership! Houda was my dealer and she was awesome throughout the whole buying process. Things are really crazy now because of the supply chain stuff, but somehow Houda managed to get me exactly what I wanted in less than a month! There was no pressure to upgrade or get anything I didnt want. Even the loan officer was really friendly and made that part as painless as possible as well. Overall a 5 star experience. I definitely recommend these guys!
