Comment: We have lived here for five years and it’s been great. Albert, who it’s our maintenance person is absolutely amazing. We have had very few things that need to be fixed, but when they do it’s quick and none invasive. He is very personable; this makes an in home issues a none issue.

Comment: I used to have a five star review but I had to delete it after moving out. I lived here for nearly three and a half years and it was a great place to live. Unfortunately there was a management change prior to me moving out that has changed this place. Its very apparent now that they are trying to get as much money out of each resident as possible.

Comment: These people are SCAMMERS!! My fiancé and I have excellent credit and are Doctors of Physical Therapy with not one bad mark in our backgrounds. I called them on Tuesday afternoon and they told me the apartment was available for rent, no other applicants yet. I put in the application online and paid the fee. The following morning I called and they said my landlord had to fill out an evaluation form, I emailed my landlord who was traveling back from Spain to fill it out and send back ASAP. He had it submitted by Thursday morning before they opened. I called them as soon as they opened and the lady could not tell me when I’d hear back about moving in the apartment because another person who was handling my case was not working (weird-why could she not look up the status herself?) she said she would call me back. I called them back later and no one would answer the phone during business hours. I called the following morning as soon as they opened and they said someone else had moved in the apartment that day. We were furious!! We told them we wanted our application fee back due to the situation, and they would not give us a phone number to speak with their manager!

Comment: I have lived here for over 3 years and it is truly an amazing place to live. Leia the manager is extremely helpful and personable. She puts on fun free events for the residents like taco night, paint night, donuts in the morning, and other holiday activities like door/balcony decorating for Christmas or Halloween parties. I have had very few maintenance issues and when I did they were fixed in a few hours. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. Its a quiet community filled with mostly young professionals. It is very reasonably priced and the grounds and apartments are both well kept and updated frequently. The complex is gated for additional security and safety. The location is what originally attracted me to the complex because it allows me to get anywhere in town in less than 15 minutes. I have been in a few other complexes in town and they were poorly maintained with terrible management, Villa Mondavi is definitely my first choice!

Comment: I have lived here for a few days now and had a maintenance emergency in the short time I have been here. Albert, maintenance, responded immediately and rectified the issue within 15-30 minutes of my calling about the emergency. I sent the request, received a call 5 minutes after, and he was here shortly after to do the job. He was so speedy and kind. Very trustworthy and helpful! I have never experienced such an efficient service. Thank you Albert for your work, you are appreciated!
