Voran Funeral Home in Dearborn is the epitome of love, dedication and professionalism. A family run business that serves as an eternal landmark for those of us that have lost love ones and had so many dear friends and family gather to join and celebrate their life. Our family thanks Funeral Directors George and Eleana, who are the most wonderful human beings and experts at what they do. The logistics, incredible communication, the worry, the tremendous work and all of the things that go into making funeral arrangements were done in perfect harmony with every other detail. Jennifer and Elaine made sure the visitation went smooth and most excellent. We can’t thank them enough. We were recommended to your family owned company by a family friend and I cant thank them and you guys enough for how amazing everything was. Patrick made everything so easy! He was so easy to talk to and compassionate, he made this process something that I felt I could handle, not a big scary thing. Having multiple locations was so nice, we originally wanted the Taylor Chapel but sadly that wouldnt work with our schedule and Patrick was more than willing to move the service to the Dearborn Chapel and was able to meet us the next day to finalize everything. There was never an ounce of pressure to do or purchase anything we felt we didnt need. Jennifer was also an amazing help! She was so helpful and always available on the day of the service. With COVID we knew a service was going to be hard but Voran was so accommodating, they allowed us to bring tables and tents and chairs for outside so we could still sit and tell stories about my Aunt Linda while there were people inside paying their respects. There was another extremely helpful director there whos name sadly I dont remember, but she was spectacular! Every 20 minutes I saw her come in and wipe handles down and spray chairs down and make sure things were as clean and safe as possible for our family and workers at the funeral home. She even recommended to pour the water out of flower pots before putting them in the cars! Talk about customer service. I will totally be recommending this funeral home to people who are looking for a compassionate and professional and personal funeral.

Every staff member was warm, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. In a very trying time , loss of our daughter, they made the paperwork and decision process very clear. Highly recommend.

I lost my son over a year ago, and I still think about how kind and respectful everyone was at the Dearborn Voran Funeral Home. I contacted them via email in the middle of the night and someone called me the next morning to set up an appointment. That was so very helpful.

They were very helpful when my husband died, and then when my brother died two weeks later. I recommend them. They are reasonably priced, caring and guide you through the process completely.
