My family has been using this funeral home for years. The staff are all very caring and pleasant. They make sure you have all the help you need when making funeral arrangements. During the viewings they check in on the family to see if there is anything they can do to help. I have been to other funeral homes and did not see the staff checking in on the family like the staff here does. If they have to pick up a deceased love one from their home, they are very respectful, patient and informative. Through the years staff may have changed but the level of service, comfort and caring for grieving families has not.

The Taylor staff is wonderful. Donna, Pat, and Freddy all went above and beyond to ensure that our family had the very best experience.Pat is professional, caring and kind. Donna is always willing to help and does so with a friendly smile! They are true gems!The staff kept the building very clean/ sanitized and followed all of the necessary procedures to ensure everyone stayed healthy during the pandemic.Our family has unfortunately experienced 3 recent losses and we were a bit nervous about attending a funeral during the covid-19 pandemic, but your staff made us feel comfortable and safe every single time.We greatly appreciate everything Voran Funeral Home does to honor the lives of our loved ones and to make our lives easier. Patrick and his staff were caring and considerate throughout our entire experience with Voran. Unfortunately, we faced two difficult losses within two months, and Patrick acted without missing a beat. He treated us like family, and happily accommodated each request -- even when they were last minute. As someone who has an intricate understanding of the funeral industry, I can confidently say that Voran Funeral Homes and the Downriver communities are lucky to have such an outstanding and professional team.

My grandmother was laid out here for one day, and the staff was exceptional!! Soo many ppl showed up it ended up being standing room only. The staff were all so very nice and accommodating to whatever we needed. Thank you to all the staff so very much for giving my grandmother Kathy Maddix a lovely funeral. 💟⛪💟

They did a beautiful job on the memorial service for my grandparents. We had the memorial for both at the same time because they passed on close together and that was their wishes. They helped my parents with all of the planning and helped my mom during a very painful time.

Your interactive website for donations and contact doesnt seem to work right. Trying to donate to a tribute fund is a pain in the butt.

Wonderful staff. Neat clean and well kept. Nice dining area including vending machines that proceeds go to charity. Made a nice experience in a very distressing time.

Beautiful place but definitely lost me when the workers were speaking through the entire service. A lot of people attended the service so many of us had to wait outside the room and they were loud enough to understand their conversation. Not cool.
