Everytime I ome to this location, all of the employees are super helpful. This last time, Shelby made a real impression on me, going above and beyond her job duties to try to assist me. When the item wanted to buy in multiples in order to qualify for a sale was out of stodck, she found a way to include me regardless. Making CVS look like a bunch of amateurs!!
Attendant that has worked there for more than 7 years (she had told me) said that my package was not in the facility even though FedEx said it was delivered. Another attendant then found the package and apologized. Was not the best experience.
I go every Sunday to get the newspaper after I get off from work. I buy the newspaper to get the coupons and the TV guide. I used to get at work because it had one of those little stand to pay $2.50 but my job took it out. At the same time I buy gloves for my job and home. Whatever I need. I clip coupons through my phone. I save a lot of money. Walgreens is close where I live. Also Im a rewards member for over a year. One of the cashier Eric haves patience with me. He always ask me if a rewards member. He tells me step by step what to do. He greet me with a smile.
Dnt go in much but everytime I do Im treated nicely ... I do have a question tho n cant find anywhere to ask n cant gt help on phone not sure why but how long does a covid result take to gt back to u? Just curious
I love this place. The pharmacist there are amazing. When I had a cough I couldnt get rid of after going to ER a few times, the pharmacist told me to take something different and gave me the combination of meds I would need. I took what he said and got better within days.
If you want your prescriptions refilled on time, dont take them here. VERY unreliable when it comes to having your prescriptions ready when promised. Ive had to make up to 3 trips to the store to pick up 1 prescription, even though Ive gotten an email saying it was ready. Ive also had prescriptions that needed my doctors authorization for a refill, and I ended up having to call my doctor for a refill, even though Walgreens said they would call. I transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy because I got tired of having to go through all the hassles just to get a refill.
Well pharm techs playing God with mental health scripts. Delaying release and not understanding that A, I suffer from panic attacks and depression. I just hope she payed back in full. Not ok....

2021-12-21Was greeted by a very long line at checkouts, drive-through, and indoor pharmacy counter. Very long vaccine line; one gentlemen expressed that he had been waiting for over two hours and the half hour or so that I was in line, I watched numerous people who had just arrived get called before him even after he expressed his concern. When it was my turn to pick up my prescription, which is a controlled substance, my identification was not required or requested, nor was I asked my birth day, nor was my signature required. All three of which I am typically required just for my eczema medication, let alone a controlled substance!

2022-01-04I feel so bad for the pharmacy staff! I had a 4:45 appt today and they couldn’t find me in the system. I could see the guy was flustered. He had a line up in the drive through and in person. He seemed frustrated with me, even though I did nothing wrong and legitimately had the appointment, but I feel bad for them! They are short staffed and what is being expected of them is actually ridiculous!! So pharmacy guy, I see you! You are working hard and I feel for you! I told you I was sorry because people who are truly paying attention see what you are going through! One person at a time is all you can do! Thank you for being a NOW front line hero! I told you I hope your day got better!

2021-11-04The chick with brown hair and glasses working the counter at the pharmacy around 5pm today was awesome. Helpful, and cheery, even with being short-staffed, and dealing with one of the most difficult customers Ive seen in a while. Kudos to her. You need like 10 more of her.

2021-09-19In line way to lo g at the drive through. The male employee couldnt same name of drug . Didnt know other name of drug. Said he doesnt know how to find it I felt highly uncomfortable with him getting my prescriptions. They should have knowledgeable employees.

2021-09-11After waiting in line for 40 minutes, I was told they only had a partial of my prescription and to come back the following day. The following day I called the automated line and it said my prescription would be ready after 10:45 am so I arrived around noon. After another 30 minute wait I was then told by the agent that it would be about a 15 minute wait. When I asked why so long, she went to talk to the pharmacist then I was told it wasnt in stock and wouldnt be available until Monday, 2 days later! She told me I could not transfer since I was already given a partial. When I called to complain, they lacked empathy or didnt provide any solution other than to say it would be there on Monday by 4:00pm and that if another pharmacy had it I could transfer to a different pharmacy. Which I was just told I could not do!In the very least I should have received a courtesy call stating there was an issue filling my prescription and let me seek alternative pharmacies rather that risk blindness for an untreated severe eye infection.

2021-12-20Pharmacist filled wrong dosed prescription, when asked for him to call doctor to verify the right prescription he said he would but didnt. When asked to do it a second time he said he would if he got around to it and acted as if I was an annoyance. What a joke.

2021-11-02Got a covid test here a week ago for my son and just found out they freaking dropped the ball and never sent it into the lab! Idiots! One of the only local free testing sites and they can’t even do it right! So frustrating as this is effecting my income until I get these results back which now I have to take my four year old to be retested yet again!

2021-06-29We have lived in several states and we are very, very blessed to have Walgreens of Adrian, as our pharmacy. We could go to closer locations but I will never change up our pharmacy because of the helpful staff at this store. We highly recommend Walgreens of Adrian, as your pharmacy.

2020-10-14I have an infant so I cant go inside, and every time I come to the drive thru its a minimum 15 minutes. Why does it take this long? Do you need to train people or do you just not care? This place has went way down hill or was a good pharmacy now its terrible. I was in line for 40 minutes today with no apology or explanation they acted as if it was normal.
