Service desk employees lie about return policy, won’t provide proof of policy (because they can’t— I know the policy,) and won’t contact a manager about it either. Will not be visiting this location again. Take your money somewhere else, because if something goes wrong, they’ll not give it back and lie to your face!
This is the worst store in michigan! Today there was only one cashier available and one self serve and the line stretched to infinity! Selves needed to be restocked. Employees walking around talking and doing nothing. If you dont like your job quit. Theres one employee short with long fake breads who keeps talking about a picture she saw on the internet pointing at me why? This is ineffective negative communication and most embarrassing for me. This creates a strain relationship between staff and customers (me) and its bad at this store. Hopefully management will get a handle on it before i have to report her attitude to the corporate office.UpdateWent here yesterday to pick up some items. Only one cashier open and the self serve line. Employees walking around doing nothing talking on their cell phones. Again here is this lady with the breads talking about this picture she downloaded from some website. Did management ever talk to her? HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!
I work on the area so I visit quite often. Im a union supporter so it pains me to visit but I have to admit that Wal-Mart is a one stop shop. Ive gone to get lunch, by household supplies, by snacks for work, by vitamins and nutritional supplements, and even get wave grease and a du-rag for my hair. During the times I go Im usually in and out.
Your average walmart. Most shelves/aisles needed to be stocked. Store was a mess. When I worked at a grocery store we had to face the shelves. In other words, pull the items that were pushed in the back up to the front of the shelf so people could reach them. This store DEFINITELY needs some work when it comes to that.. Kinda had the sketchy vibe in there at night time. Ive seen better walmart and Ive seen worse 🤷🏼♀️Update: still a jumbled mess of a store. My standards for cleanliness are set pretty low for walmart, but even so this store is pretty dirty.
Housewares/home deco is so good. Although usually messy and unorganized they always have modern and popular pieces at very alluring prices. They also always have the necessary hardware and pieces needed (i.e. the retention curtain rod for the curtains your interested in) The clothing takes a Long time to sort through but the same goes for that dept as well, never purchase online I ignored the reviews once and they literally sent me a completely different item than pictured and described. The groceries seem to end up having a fraction of the shelf life from those at meijer, a loaf of bread is likely to mold after 3 days for example. But every single dept except grocery blows nearby/similar department stores out of the water.
Friendly staff. Ive occasionally found some good clearance stuff over the past year, marked and unmarked. Location is mostly clean and organized, and easily accessible off M59. They could use some benches in the shoe section though and it looks like they got rid of the price scanners, which is too bad.
I am a door dasher I was trying to pick up food twice for two different customers. The pickup department had me wait 35 for the first order before I unassigned myself the 2nd time that I was there they had me waiting almost 45 mins then they canceled the orders. I realize everyones short employee s but it felt more like they were trying to pick who they wanted to help. Very disappointed with this store. I work hard for the money I earn.
Worst store ever tried to tell me procedures for returns are handled differently at every store. Coach Mike from the front end is absolutely the worst. I mean zero care for his job. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a manager so unhappy about his job. Just quit mike if you hate your life and job that much.
I was disappointed with my experience at Walmart. I was there to follow up on an insurance program, and several employees sent me on a wild goose chase. I was there literally for nearly an hour to do a pickup and to purchase on my insurance card. Thats way too long for an elderly person to wander around getting wrong information.
DO NOT DO ORDER PICK UP HERE. I’ve tried twice, two times to save me some time and make my life just slightly easier. Order pick up, seems simple enough right? I work ten hour days, it’s so hard for me to find time to do ANYTHING let alone grocery shop. First order I placed they left out all my cold food, after a 15 minute call to customer service I was refunded THREE DAYS LATER. Today … I placed an order for pick up (order placed Monday for Tuesday pick up) my pick up time was 7-8, I get a text at 7 saying “we’re very busy, your order is still in progress. We’ll update you when it’s ready” no biggie, I have to drive there it’ll be ready by the time I get there. I check in and speak with a worker who approached my car and let her know it says they are delayed and she informed me “that means we’re not done picking but we do close at 8:00” …. I politely said well if you find anything out in regards to my order can you let me know? She goes back inside. I’ve been waiting now probably 30 minutes, it’s 7:55, no sign of anyone so I call the store 3 times and get the voicemail, I call back again twice and the line just rings … SO NO ONE WAS GOING TO TELL ME MY ORDER WOULD NOT BE READY TODAY?! Finally I call customer service, that was another 30 minute conversation that ended nowhere. I say just don’t do it. It’s not worth the headache.
There were only two people to check out customers. They did open another lane however, the cashier never turned her light on, served 3 people ahead of me and asked me to let people know I was her last customer. I get the staff is working hard and doing what they can. Wheres management? Is there a reason managers and assistant managers cannot step-up, open a register and help get the lines down??? What about teamwork making the dream work? Thank you.
Horrible customer service... customer service Coach Mike needs to be trained in customer service... very rude... I understand its the day after Christmas... you should be prepared for people returning items. I worked for Walmart in the south for many years... this kind of service is unacceptable. Checkout lines were to the back of the store... I believe my next email will be to Bentonville... they might need to revamp Rochester Hills.
There all the same, Walmart is by the Democratic Party,how do you think they stayed in business since 2019 when everybody went out of business,and Im not being bias I dont care who owns it but when I come in to pay money I expect to get a good qualities, and there employees they can hire monkeys to do a better job.
Just stopped in to get a automotive battery. I was surprised that the core fee was only $12, about half of what the auto part retail stores charge. The battery was also significantly less than what auto parts stores charge for one with similar power and similar life span. I did not shop the rest of the store having entered and exited through the door right next to the automobile department.
Service desk was fast and efficient for my return but the cashier was not very customer oriented, not a hello,, no how is your day, no thank you,, no check for all my bags... and also didnt give me all of the items I purchased from the bag spin table. I did not know until I was already all the way home but she didnt try to catch me at all. I think the customer behind me may have got my things.
I will NEVER go back to this store again! They had 2 checkouts open other than self checkout. Lines were from one end to another. The cashier I got came out yelling at some people in line after we had stood there for about a hour. He told them if they didnt like it they could go somewhere else! These people didnt say one word to provoke him. Then I found out he was supposedly a manager. Shame on you Walmart!
The only good thing was we were able to complete all our back to school shopping in 1 trip to 1 store. There was also one amazing employee in the school supplies area who was extremely helpful with finding what I was looking for. Then came time to check out. There was only 2 check out lanes open and the lines to both were wrapped around the entire check out area and into the aisles. So although I couldnt see the start of the line, I stepped in back of the one closest to where we were shopping. I finally got to the check out and the cashier scolded me for having more than 20 items in the under 20 line. I politely informed her that the sign was not visible at the back of the line which I got into 50 min ago and she didnt say another word to me as she checked me out. She also told the customer about 3 behind me that she was closing her lane and the remaining 20 people behind her were SOL. 2:30 on a Saturday and only 2 check out lines open 2 weeks before school starts!
I had the best customer service in the tire center today. There were two ladys and one young man that took the best care of me. I thought it was a nail in my tire and know one could fix it bit when they took my tire off to put a new one on they found out it was a tack in my tire and no damage. My lucky day. Thanks a million for amazing service. 😊😊
Waited 1 hour and 13 minutes to check out absolutely ridiculous. Need more help. I could have used the self check out faster with a huge cart of groceries. 20 lanes 1 unlimited line open and a 20 or less. Absolutely ridiculous.. they should close the doors if they dont help. I know there had to be more people that could have helped check people out instead of run the two cashiers to death.
Watch your auto repairs! Went for basic oil change they charged me for a filter yet didn’t put it in, I asked for specific oil they didn’t do that either then acted like they were doing me a favor by putting in the filter after I already paid for it and was on my way! Scammers!!!
This store never has enough lanes open. I see more personal shoppers working the floors than cashiers working the registers. If you purchase ice cream it will be melted by the time you make it home. My family spent 40 mins in line today with 4 people ahead of me. The Express lane would make it faster but with a large order, not allowed. I will now drive 15 minutes out of my way to avoid this store.
Worst experience ever! Every time I try to give this place a chance, the storw fails at the simplest things. Nasty bathrooms, the workers are so rude an couldnt care if you were on fire. Need to make a return or anything else at the service desk.....nope not at the Wal-Mart in Rochester Hills they dont do customer service. They have a customer service desk but its just there for a few employees to stand and sneer at people needing service. So agian we are off to drive the 20 min away to the White Lake store. Its a dam shame this place use to carw about there customers.
We waited in the one open line for 20 minutes only to have the manager close the line in front of us. There was no were to go. Self checkout was open and had about 50 people in it. No other lines were open. How can you run a business like that? We left our basket as well as the 3 people behind us and spent no money at the store. We will not be returning.
I think everyone understands that stores are understaffed these days. The least that management could do it set out CLEAR guidelines as to where/ how the customer lines will run. Weaving in and out of clothing racks is a little confusing.I’m telling you, this is how fights happen.
Went here last night to get a few items, the parking lot was full of litter and looked like syringes, the store inside was out of a lot of items and the checkout line was ridiculous. I wont be back unless Im really desperate. Its unfortunate that you cant provide a cleaner more fully stocked store in the middle of Rochester Hills. The prices are good but the consumer and employees at Walmart pay the price for that.
This is the worst store in Michigan, even corporate customer service says the same. I go to another store where the service is so much better and the employees know what theyre doing there. Its too bad this store Is so bad because it could be a great store but #1 is the management, #2 when the lines are halfway down the store almost to the electronics department the management there seems to think thats all right and they dont even want to get a cashier up there to open another check out line up, they usually only have three that are open including the self serve. If the employees there dont want to help cashiering than they need to find new employees, and that goes for the management there too, they can be a cashier if they dont have enough, how they become managers? I had one manager tell when I asked them to be a cashier he told me had to get change for one register, I told him that doesnt take a half hour then once he put the change in the register he turned around and went and hid in the back room behind customer service I couldnt believe my eyes when I saw that. There was about a half a dozen of us complaining about what was going on and they all look and each other which are managers and passed it on to somebody else , Thats what I call bad management.
I cannot speak highly enough of the automotive center team. On Easter Sunday, our car had a catastrophic flat tire on I-75. We were able to limp to Adams on a donut, and on a chance decided to see if Walmart was open. It was! But it was 10 minutes after 5:00. Too late, I thought. But the young man (Ken? Of Asian descent, probably in his 20s) working possibly his first job that day was FANTASTIC. He said they would of course take us on, as it was an emergency. He then advised use on the appropriate tire (not the most expensive but not the dirt cheapest either) and had it re-mounted and ready to go. His attitude, and that of his coworker, was excellent. I cant say enough good things, and to see a young fellow being coached and obviously well-trained in customer service is a real treat. Keep up the great work, and pay these pros MORE if you want keep them, and your customers, happy.
What can I say about, Walmart experiences. They are just that, an experience! Some times, funny, most time not if you have a kid with you! Overall in relation to Walmart, Q Im biased since I own stock. But I would say 3.9 out of 5 for price and supply chain capabilities. I do like their, business model and platform.
I had the worst experience at a Walmart store ever. I purchased 2 skateboards and a pack of orders. I didnt inspect the skateboards properly and one of them was missing a wheel. It wasnt until I was delivering the skateboards that I noticed the missing wheel. I immediately called the store but there was no answer. I traveled 40 minutes back to the store to find the customer service counter was down due to a system error. I was then told by an employee wearing a yellow vest to return the next day for a refund. I asked how was I supposed to know if the system was up if no one answered the phone? I asked to speak with a manager and was told there was no manager available. Totally unacceptable. I will not be returning to that walmart and any other walmart if I can help it.
Is that what they call customer service? You need to fire almost everyone at this location. I was returning a TV that was broken when I received it and NO ONE would help me. A very large women standing there doing nothing said no one is available to help you in a very snotty tone. Finally I found a very nice guy (Jamir) doing carts in the parking lot that was not only friendly he carried the TV all the way to customer Service for me. Once I got to the so called customer service girl I tried to be friendly but got nothing, NOT A HELLO, NOT WHATS WRONG WITH THE TV, NOT SORRY FOR YOUR INCONVIENCE....NOTHING!! She just threw the receipt towards me and walked away, I never shop at Walmart but my son ordered the TV for me so I had to go there but I will never ever give them one dime of my money. Rude and the store was filthy. I will be call headquarters Monday.
Update Nov 2021 - I get store delivery now. Usually from Shelby Twp store. Figured Id place an order with the Rochester hills store since its closer. ORDER NEVER SHOWED UP. Sorry your delivery has been delayed That was the end of the communication🤔Never have this issue with the Shelby Twp store, ever. On time, messages, great delivery staff.*DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS HORRIBLY RUN STORE IN ROCHESTER HILLS*.This is the worst Walmart within 25 miles. Also the prices are much higher than other Walmarts even ones that are only a few miles away. Never any cashiers, nobody ever in any of the departments except automotive.
Have done grocery pickup & delivery a handful of times. Its usually hit or miss, sometimes delayed by hours. But yesterday they did not deliver my groceries at all. Called two departments, no answer. No notification of delays in app. Store is overwhelmed apparently. Dont offer a service you cant handle.
Stock is never up to par. My son who is of legal drinking age came in to purchase alcohol. They wouldnt sell it to him even though he had valid ID because he had his 19 year old sister with him and wanted her to show ID too. I went back to Walmart and took her with me and bought alcohol and asked for a manager. I asked them how come theyre not asking her for ID now? How do they know Im not buying it for her? They dont know. You cannot just Target people and assume they are buying alcohol for minors. Where is it written that everyone that comes in the store with you has to show ID? Someone can come in with you. You buy your stuff and they buy theirs. When you eat at a restaurant and want to order alcohol they dont ask everyone at the table for ID. They only ask the person thats ordering the alcohol. Whoever worked service desk 11/13/21 between 9:30am and 10:30am needs to be fired. You should not call for an hour straight back to back and no one ever picks up the phone.
To start this off, I hate shopping at Walmart. But it was right there, and I only needed a handful or things. The line.... the store had 1 register and 4 a handful of self checkout lanes open. The line waiting to check out stretched across the entire front of the store and down an aisle. Easily 40 to 50 people. I said screw it, left my cart and walked out. Then I believe he worked there, but the kid getting carts with the cart trolly who was in a purple Avondale football t shirt decided to leave thr cart caddy almost directly behind my truck when I was trying to back out. Was able to just squeeze around and went to meijer where I had no wait.
Worst wait in line. This location is becoming worst day by day. I had to wait ~1hr in line before I could check out my stuff. I prefer to go to Meijers instead which is 10X faster than this walmart. Although I am a regular at Walmart but I am not looking forward to go back here.
Terrible Doordash/ pick up services. They have taken well over an hour to pick up 1 item before. It would be so much better if they allowed us to go pick the order up ourselves like other grocery stores. The doordash/ pick up manager is also incredibly rude and not helpful at all. Overall bad experience.
Every time we go there we leave without 5 - 7 things on our list due to no stock on the shelves. Not as bad as the Wentzville location but its really gotten bad. Weve tried to shopping at different times on different days but its all the same. Snacks and chips are empty, cheese slices, Completes Meals, Fajita spices, Bananas, you name it they dont have it.These personal shoppers with their huge carts blocking the aisles. Sometimes I see items Im looking for stacked on their carts but nothing on the shelves.Think its time to shop at Schnucks and Aldis.
Walmart...well there are some definate good deals to be found. It also can hold a very interesting time for people watching. So, to make your visit there positive... dont expect it to be a Pa Pa Joes... just make your purchase, you may see a few things to chuckle about and take it for what it is...its Ok.. oh and ware a mask and uses your sanitizer on the way out!! Stay safe
I really thought I had low expectations but boy am I wrong. As trashy as trash can get. Disco club out in the parking lot playing annoying...music? No carts in bay area. No hand baskets. Long like for self checkout and people using self check out while clearly having two carts of merchandise, not enforced so people like myself with 3-5 items have to wait 20 minutes. Terrible experience. Only thing they have going for them is the cheaper retail prices.
This store has been going downhill since last year. No sanitizer or wipes for the shopping carts. The bottle return area was filthy. Cans and bottles stacked all around the return machines. 3 out of 4 return machines were broken with the 4th machine not recognizing walmart bought returns. The womens bathroom was filthy. Soap dispensers ripped off the walls 3 sinks not working. I spoke with manager who said he couldnt do anything as they were short staffed and he just found out the bottle return machines were not working. I called corporate and left a complaint. Never heard back from them. I will not shop there again.

In my opinion I would hope the proper Uthorities would investigate walmart.com. This Walmart building is very nice and large. The biggest issue is their check outs. I have been noticing this for sometime now. They only had 3 registers open and all the 6 or more so self check outs were open. The lines looked like black Friday. I am considering shopping eles where from now on like Meijer. Its sad to see the stealing and wastefulness in this Walmart. There were products opened up and eaten, drank and stolen. The shelves looked like they were ransacked. Walmart needs to really think about their business plan and compensation for better staffing and more staffing.
I get it that it’s near impossible to find staff to operate the check-out lanes but I think money should be invested in eliminating half of these check out registers and putting in either you-scan lanes or using an app to check out with like Sam’s Club has. It doesn’t make sense to run in for an item and spend the next hour in the check-out lane.
Worst Walmart ever! Every time in here the lines are so long I end up walking out. The line at the one set of self- check registers wraps clear around the produce department. The second set isnt even open. Theres 2 employees standing in front of the exit. Put one if them on the self check and maybe some of the checkout lines wouldnt be 15+ carts deep. Never again!!! Guess they dont want my money once again
I checked out and asked the cashier if they sold reusable bags. She pointed to where they were but since they arent near the register, I would have had to get out of line and stand in line again to get the bag. So I decided I would just carry my items. On my way out the cashier and the greeter were standing by the checkout exit talking and I had to get passed them so I said excuse me and squeezed by them. The greeter turns and says are you going to get a cart orrr??? And I said I already bought this stuff and she said Nuh uh and I said The cashier just watched me. You just saw me leave the self checkout and she put her hand out and I said Are you asking for my receipt? And she said Yep! SO I gave it to her and she handed it back to me without breaking eye contact. She didnt even look at it.First of all, put the reusable bags near the checkouts. Second, tell your employees to treat customers better. And stop checking everyones receipts as they leave, it makes us feel like criminals just for shopping.
Lines were super long and someone cut in front of me after I did the line and I told the cashiers at self checkout and the cashiers sided her because they were the same race. I was discriminated and my soap that I payed for and forgot but I immediately went back for was kept. The cashier that was rude lied and said she was the manager when I asked for one. Then ignored me the rest of the time and She refused to give me her name and call the manager and give me my soap. I have called for 2 days at different times and have not once got the phone picked up on. I will never shop at Walmart again.
Well keep in mind that it is Walmart afterall. Im not sure whats supposed to be expected but I dont hold Walmart in general to very high standards. So it was exactly what i expected it to be but with a twist... Ok i dont go to Walmart very often so it had been a while since my last visit. Well my wife asked me to go so i did. Of course I did. What would you do? Say no? Not me. I went. And after I grabbed what i was asked to grab, I decided to look around a little and to my surprise, in aisle K7, do you know what I found? Can anyone say CLEARANCE? Yup it was the clearance section! And do you know what I found there on clearance? Ill tell you... FISHING GEAR! yeah there was lots of other stuff too but I couldnt what it was. I found 60 dollar fishing rods for like 15 bucks! 7 and 9 dollar lures for 3 or 4 bucks. An employee told me that I had missed out, that i should have seen it when they had just put stuff on clearance, thats theres not much left anymore and here I am thinking I hit the jackpot.Overall the store was about middle of the road. Same Walmart shoppers, same emloyees. Place was decently clean. Im sure ill be back soon to load another cart full of that stuff.
Store was a mess. Merchandise in the isles. Long checkout lines. Stood in line in the self checkout and watched customers scan only half their basket. Wal Mart is getting ripped off blind expecting one clerk to monitor 6 to 8 stations. They think it saves labor but stealing is rampant.
Ive gone to this store only about four or five times since moving to the area. I much prefer Hollywood, or Meiers over this store. Messy isles, poor deli, missing products, different prices for the exact same items located in different places. No carts on one trip. My last time there.
This place never is stocked. There was my one bib on the shelves in the Abbas section. It has HORRIBLE service. There are never lanes with actual cashiers open. Only self serve checkout. Do not use their package pickup. I waited 20 minutes until I went and talked to an associate who then said it was not her job. I pointed out that she had a headset on and could probably contact a manger to get us help. She finally contacted someone. When he came he just asked out names...even though we had all checked in, and then took off again. There were 5 of us waiting for package pickup and some for thirty minutes. I am not shopping there again. Unless I can have items delivered from Walmart the trip is lot worth my time.
This place is a wreck. Even before Covid-19 I hated coming here. Its like a cesspool. I have had some pretty friendly cashiers. The lines are ridiculous. Just take your patience with you when you go. My last visit I had to hunt for a shopping cart in the parking lot in the rain, there was no one retrieving carts. I visit this place as minimal as possible.
Ordered item from photo department never received email that item is delayed. Tracking shows item was delivered to store on Dec 31 but there is a delay. Doesnt make any sense. Then I call today to speak to someone about it and no one answers. The store is always a mess. Never has stock. Terrible customer service. The only reason still open is because there stuff is cheap.
Awful store. Its 3:00 on a Sunday and this store have absolutely no carts available inside at either entrance. currently its a mix of rain and snow outside so none of the carts outside are dry. When I walk into go talk to customer service theres at least 15 carts just full of garbage go backs. And I asked the manager and all she said was I dont know Ive asked that kid three times to go get cards. everything was so disorganized and jumbled up I couldnt find half of the stuff on my list. And check out was a disaster. They only want had half of the self checkout registers available and three actual cashiers. Nobody cleans or organizes or takes back things that are in the wrong spot because theyre pop coolers or 75% empty of what was supposed to be in there and filled with random curtains of orange juice and gallons of tea.I was pretty excited because this store is massive, it was not worth my time and its not worth yours.
The store was/is in constant disarray, especially the grocery and mens shirts section. I couldnt find a handful of what I was looking for. The romaine lettuce was brown, the avocados were half way over ripe/borderline rotten mixed with ones that were hard as a rock. Its clear to me when going in there and seeing the people that stock the shelves, lets call them the 13%, really dont care about their jobs. In my opinion the management staff needs to be let go as do the people that dont care about their jobs. I dont want to hear some guy rapping with his headphones in while hes doing stock and a customer is trying to ask questions. This isnt the first or second or even third time that I have had an experience like this and I only keep going there because its the nearest to my home. Its been over a year that Im aware of that this particular Wal-Mart has not improved at all. What I seen today I would expect to only see on black Friday. Overall the staff (not all) are unpleasant and unprofessional, and if the prices on the animal products I use werent so reasonable in comparison to other stores I would say I wouldnt return to this store again.
I placed my first pickup order here and will never do it again. Next to Target pickup, it does not even compare!!! I came into the store, put my info in the kiosk, and literally waited 25 minutes. I had Customer Service page a “pick up” worker. I even asked another worker for help. No one could help me. Finally I randomly stumbled upon an open door where I noticed workers inside, so I asked them. They had my item inside that door, where they were just hanging out, chatting, with one workers drink on top of my box. That box was my order! You need to be more organized. Your pick up service is a joke. I was in a hurry and literally stood there for almost a half hour. Never again will I waste my money here, when I know that I can get less than 5 minute pick up service at Target. ✌️
This Walmart is always severely understaffed. They clearly dont care about their customers. Tonight on one of the busiest shopping days of the year they had 6 out of 19 registers open along with the self checkout lines. It took 35 minutes to get through the line. 35 minutes! Before you claim Covid excuses, this is nothing new. They have always been horribly managed. Ive had to call customer service from the checkout line to get them to open registers. I will continue to avoid this store at all costs.
Tonight we tried the order ahead grocery pick up service and it was amazing. We were met by such wonderful and polite employees, there were very few substitutions and what was substituted was more than favorable. Very happy and will definitely be back. I mean, even the produce was outstanding.
Everyone here was super nice and help out whenever needed! Lines were not too long compared to 99% of other stores at this time, might be because the checkout ladies actually know what they’re doing! They kill it and honestly it is why I shop there whenever I need some little things.

2022-04-14I had a problem with the app and ordering pickup. The customer service in store was super helpful.It seems like lately people work harder NOT to help you. I found that not the case here. It was super easy and convenient

2022-06-12Very dirty. Shelves did not make sense, so it was difficult to find items. Staff not very helpful. There were only 2 active registers and only 1 of 2 self check out stations opened. The lines of people waiting to check out were tremendous. This store clearly needs staff... However there were ample of staff on the floor Not assisting customers that couldve opened registered for a smoother check out process.

2022-04-06Dont bother with the customer service here.I filled out a Return to Store return for an online order. The service rep. is supposed to box and ship the item.Instead, they handed me a shipping label because she didnt know how or want to deal with it. So...I have to box and ship the stupid thing on my own.I dont usually complain about that nonsense...but thats pretty bad. Ill use a different Walmart in the future for CS.

2022-06-10Such a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE place. IT never fails to disappoint. Every time I try to give them another chance, I am met with a 3rd World experience! Dirty, no carts, endless lines, unmarked items, no price scanners in store, poor employees... shall I go on? NOTHING in stock! Even my recent online order was cancelled by Walmart, 5 days after it was supposed to be delivered! Such a GARBAGE company. We deserve better.

2022-03-27Walked in last night to buy a Xbox series S and some other gear for it. No one helped me talked to two employees they said they didn’t have keys had to call someone so they got on loud speaker and called nobody ever came sat there for about a hour walked up to only register after waiting 30 minutes just for her to tell me she doesn’t work back there. This place is a dump bunch of workers doing whatever they want. I basically could’ve stole the whole store and walked out and nothing would’ve happened

2022-03-09Stood in electronics line where I watched a single associate assist and elderly white man for 10 minute. I guess good compassion. But after loss prevention a district manager and two other associates arrived. And I still was in line two minute while they stared at me.How did I forget to take a photo. I will never come back to this Walmart. Full of negative vibes. You have more people following your customers then you do helping your customers.

2022-06-07Need to clean the store. Was in check out for 20 items or less. Two men in front of us both had well over 20 items in each of their carts, cashier didnt say a thing they ended up putting everything from both carts on belt and cashing al together, Total $409 and change.

2022-06-13I’ve been to a lot of Walmarts in several states. This is the first one where someone was stealing products out of packagings and putting them back on the shelves. I bought my usual chamomile tea and tossed it into my basket. Didn’t realized until I got home that it was tampered with. Missing 4 packs out of the box. I didn’t bother taking it back. The gas I’d waste on taking it back wouldn’t be worth the hassle. I had seen some other products that had been tampered with, but I kept walking. Probably was the same person. They need more secret shoppers, or more cameras, or something.

2022-06-192 checkouts open on a Sunday afternoon. The self- checkout line extended all the way to the back of the produce department. After waiting 30 minutes the cashier said she was only taking two more customers so we just left and cut the line off right in front of us. Will never go back to this Walmart.
