I like doing things in an email - that way there is a paper trail. All agents at Walt Waggener are very thorough and professional and they have promptly helped me with adding additional vehicle to insurance plans, purchase of new vehicle and making changes.Recently, I sold my car and I sent them the title transfer certificate that was 3 months old. They backdated the removal of the car from my plan and offered me a refund for the months I was paying extra. That is great customer service!Highly recommended!!!

They have not tried to do anything to right the fact that they have not paid anything for my totaled vehicle and were completely fraudulent in what protection they told me I had.But even when its stated that coverage should have been on the policy they double down and say they still wouldnt pay even if it were in place because it was a hit and run so obviously nobody knows who the other driver was.After they have been taking payments for multiple years and are giving no services in return I would not recommend anyone wastes their time, money, and security at this business. What a terrible neighbor.

I would recommend going to another State Farm agent if youre looking for an agent that you can count on.Their office also takes for ever to get back to you over the phone or by email. I needed to renew my $1m umbrella policy and found out 2 months later it was about to be canceled because there office never submitted my paperwork. If it was not for the other agent I switched to my policy would have been canceled and I would have had no idea.I had my policies held for 5 years under Walts branch of State Farm. There has been high turn over for what ever reason. Never a follow up email from Walt, no phone call explaining whats going on or who will take care of me after the many agents before Ashley left. For 5 years I had my policies there I only ever got a call from Walt once. That was when I first started with them. For someone that says there in the office everyday I never spoke with him or got a call back, never even an email.I wanted to provide an update to my review as I saw what Walt had written in a response to my short post/review trying to make up for my negative review. I also believe having insurance is very important and its just as important to work with an agent you can count on.
