Wash Multifamily laundry systems in Livonia
What an absolute joke! You cant load money to the cards ever, debit card machines dont work to load cards, washers shut off, customer service refuses to help and then they say they dont see that their reloadable machines are on site and i have to download an app . Are you kidding me? My daughters clothes are wet in the machines and i have no way of drying them. They probably let this happen to make more money considering they wont refund customers. Steer clear of these people
I have had a broken washer that just needs switched out sitting here for over a month. Every time I call no one can give me a time frame or any useful information. I called to speak with a manager/supervisor and they said all they could do is send the manager a message to get back with me and here we are a week later and have been on hold for 30 minutes....o wait they just answered and said we have no reports of anyone calling. This is just crazy.
You guys don’t even deserve a star !! Worst company ever!!!I have been calling for dayyyyysss to get the washing machine repaired and it took them 2 weeks to send someone to fix it !! 5 minuets after the guy left I tried to turn it onAnd surprise WATER LEAKING all over the place .Calling them and asking them to send the guy back and when they finally answered they said he has other machines to fix so it may take few daysss !!And I’m talking about water leaking and electricity all over the place !!
If I could rate 0 stars I would. They are a complete joke. No american customer service reps. They cant seem to fix the machines right the first time. I have not only wasted money but it has gotten to the point to where I would rather break my lease to move to a place that isnt serviced by this pathetic company.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.Do not waste your time or money with this company. If you need your washer/dryer serviced plan on waiting at least a week to see a technician.

We have their washers and dryers in an apartment building where I live. They do not answer the phones anymore you have to download the app and you never ever get any of your money back this is the last time Im doing my laundry here
Horrible customer service...been over three months without a working washer or dryer. Every time I call they say they will be out...they have came twice to fix it,but neither of the workers could empty the machine.just rudr and unpleasant all the way around
I rent a stackable at my apartment complex. Overall good quality used machines, flexible with payments and have an affordable monthly rate, friendly customer service.
The worst company you can ever imagine, they are a bunch of liars. Customer service it’s zero. No wonder they have 2.1 stars in reviews. I never do bad reviews but these guys are terrible at providing service. IT’S ALL A BIG LIE
They do not care about their employees or their safety. Vehicles are never serviced. Causing accidents. And then leading to have the employee fired. Y’all don’t even deserve a 1 star!!!

2022-02-02Stay away from any place that uses these machines. They consistently do not work, but still take your money. Additionally, they make the process is so convoluted to refund your money. Over the course of a year, I have lost about $40 to their machines not working without getting a cent back. This company is a SCAM.

2021-12-26The last 2 apartment complexes i have lived at used this service and there worthless. I see them come get the money from the machines but they dont fix the one thats been broke 4 months they. Ficed a washer and raissed the prices a dollar to 2.50 and then it broke 2 weeks later. No apartments should use these guys. There a scam.

2021-08-26ATTENTION COMPLEX OWNERS:DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THIS BUSINESS IF YOU VALUE REVIEWS ON YOUR OWN BUSINESS. 10 YEARS DOWN THE DRAIN.Dryers break very often. Repair person doesn’t repair machines properly and puts a sticker stating repaired. Residents use units as stated but dryers leave clothes moist and damp after 1-2 hours. Dryers won’t turn on occasionally.GOOGLE OTHER REVIEWS AS WELL!

2021-10-272 sets of washer/dryers was delivered to my complex on Friday October 22, 2021, upon arrival they realized they had gas dryers and we need electric (they had delivered to our complex for over 15 years). Here it is Wednesday and they answered my email from Monday telling me they are coming here tomorrow. It was there fault that this happened and they could care less about my tenants. WHAT A SAD COMPANY

2019-04-02Worthless warranty and product service. They will disappear after the sale. This is a classic case of the consolidation in an industry. I purchased 3 top loaders from Great Lakes Laundry. Less than a year WASH buys them out. No one will return my service calls, and 1 of the top loaders needs a new motor less than a year after purchase.

2018-08-15This company is great at taking your money with outrageous laundry prices and incredibly inept at customer service. They farm out their call system to a center and when I asked to speak with someone they hung up with me. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in this company. Their website states that they are out most of the time in 12 hours or less for a service request. I have lived here for 8 months and the washer and dryer have broke 4 times each. Each time it takes over a week for them to get fixed. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

2019-10-26As smaller regional dealers get eaten by these large national companies, the qualityof service drops off significantly. I used to do business with a very good regional company that got purchased by Wash and Ive had nothing but trouble since. I cant find a single locally owned company in this business to work with, and I dread every single interaction with Wash Laundry. If you have any alternatives to these ponderously large and unresponsive national companies I suggest you use them while you can. Youll be sorely disappointed by the level of professionalism and service you receive from Wash and its management.

2020-01-03If you rent an apartment and they have these machines, good luck. Washer/dryers are always breaking. The cards you Insert to pay for your wash/dry is a joke. If machine breaks or machine stopped reading your card, Inconveniently, you have to send your card in the mail to Rancho dominguez Ca, in order to get a new card with whatever balance you had on it. Which takes almost a month to receive back. Plus, if machine breaks half way through your wash/dry cycle, its just a problem trying to get your money back.Surprisingly, the laundromat is better than using these machines at your apt complex.

2020-04-19They got only 30 day labor warranty on a brand new equipment. Paid 30K for dryers and few months later one of them had a bad computer. I had to pay for labor for swapping the computer board because they won’t sell you the part.

2018-08-14This is the worse wash company ever. Horrible customer service. The machines in the building are always broken. No one comes to fix them... its been over a month since I requested a refund from one of the dryers not properly drying my clothes and they continue to give me the runaround about my refund. I WOULD NOT recommend this company at all absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Coin Mach is waaay better
