Been going to this place for many years. The owner Paul been doing random store closing many times for few years now, like today i stop by and saw a note posted at the front door saying he will be back in 20min. I waited for over 45 min. Many customers came and left when the door was close. The owner still did not come back yet. This is not the first time and won’t be the last time. Owner is unreliable so i will go somewhere else for my water from now on. Wasted my time, if you put a note telling customers that you will be back in 20 min then keep your word. Bad business practice.
The new owners are great. I recently visited this site and noticed when I got home my wallet was missing. I called the store and sure enough they found it on the ground in the store and immediately locked it up for me. Kudos to this team.
Purified Water To Go is a great company to work with. Not only do they have outstanding water quality and we can drink with no worries about what were taking in, but they also have incredible customer service. I have an infant in a carrier, which makes hauling the 5-gallon jugs in and out of the store with the carrier extremely difficult. The owners and staff actually come out and have done all my transactions as I sat in my car so I didnt have to drag the baby around. I cant express how much I appreciate the extra mile they go for me.
I absolutely love this place. I go there all the time to fill up my 5 gallon jugs and they are always very helpful. They actually go out get your empty containers, take them in, fill them up, and take them back to your car. The bearded guy working there is absolutely chill! I recommend you all go there. Its so much cheaper and environment friendly to go here then at some grocery store and buy very expensive refills or 24 packs of bottled water. Darry says, GO!!!
I give it 5 stars, have known the young owner Paul since he was an employee prior to buying the business from his boss who retired. Paul is a wonderful super friendly people minded young lad.
Went to the outside vending area during this past winter, paid and pushed the button to dispense and nothing came out. Okay, I thought, its been really cold so the water line must be frozen, no problem Ill call the phone number posted and leave them a message. I called, left a message with my name and phone # explained the situation and asked for a call back. I didnt hear back from them. I went in the following week and I spoke with a young man, explained the situation and he couldnt help me, hed have to speak to the owner/manager and theyd get back to me. Guess what? I have yet to hear back from anyone! Really poor customer service. I now travel out of my way to go to the Shelby Township store where I have always received excellent service.
The staff is amazing here and help you get your containers from in the store out to your car. The prices are reasonable and the water tastes great.
This is a great place. The only thing better than the water is the staff. Paul is a real people person with an awesome family.
The woman that works on the weekends is always helpful and friendly. The water card they offer is a great deal.

2022-04-07This water is great Ive been drinking it for years the people that own a really nice its a lot cheaper than bottled water plus it takes a lot less room in the refrigerator that bottled water the employees are very courteous and the place is kept clean

2020-08-07Best prices under the new ownership and 2 super fast outdoor filling stations if you prefer not to go inside or go after hours. Takes coins (except pennies), $1 & $5 bills. The station can fit up to 5 gallon bottles, but if using it, make sure you bring your own caps or reuse old ones.Nowhere else can you get 10 gallons of great tasting water for $5.Friendly staff too!

2020-09-25They are usually closed more than open. They should hire a dependable worker. Machine outside does not give correct change at times.*** UPDATED 9/25/2020Since the new ownership the water 2 go business at Schoenerr and 15 mile is legit and extra delightful to visit now and get my water. Store employee is most friendly and will offer extra service and help to ensure your time is valued. I am so grateful for the new owners and no more wasted trips to closed doors.

2019-09-15Been getting water from here since the store opened up over 10 years ago. The water is completely free of the tasted and odors in the regular city water due to the chlorination process. Its great for drinking, cooking, coffee, tea etc. The owner, Paul, is a great guy and always gives me great service.
