Comment: Zoeb and his team shows great customer service. Unlike other companies, they were able to work on my tires as soon as I showed up for my appointment. Waiting time was minimized with their efficient team, they also provide alignment in house to make it a one stop shop. Their competitive pricing, flexible scheduling, beats anyone out there. Comment: Im a part of the Tesla Owners East Bay club and WD Garage is highly recommended by club owners and many members within the group. I can definitely see why.They do great work, have a wide selection of tires at the best price of any place Ive seen throughout the Bay Area.I went there back in December wanting a second opinion after Americas Tire told me the tread was too low to rotate my tires one more time and they confirmed it would be pointless to rotate and to change them out before the rain hit.I wasnt ready time-wise that day but told them Id be back in January. Initially, I was going to replace the Continentals I had on my Model Y Long Range but seeing I barely got 23k out of them, I wanted tires that lasted longer so I bought the Hankook EV Ion tires. And I got an alignment.So far, Im glad with the decision because its noticeably quieter in the cabin. And I actually have a great 50k warranty on them. But this is not about the fires, its about WD garage. My alignment was way off, probably because I hit a pothole at some point and they took the time to make sure it was perfect.And Im covered with them for rotations and any nails since they installed them.Im very pleased with them and this will now be my go to place. I just hope they open up shop on weekends because sometimes its hard to get time off to get there during the week from Hayward or Pleasanton.

Comment: This is the best tire shop Ive been to in the Bay Area. Their prices are competitive, they really know the products, and service is fast and efficient.I was able to call on a Monday in anticipation of new wheels arriving on Tuesday and they worked around my schedule to get me into the shop the same week. They had to order the tires, but they had them ready for me by the next day.The tire tech was friendly and genuinely happy to help me get some fresh rubber on my new wheels. He offered some nicer valve stem options as well, just in case I wanted to complete the look. I liked that I didnt feel pressured and I did end up going with some chrome metal ones.The parking situation can be challenging because its a popular shop, but otherwise it was a smooth experience. I anticipate coming back the next time I need tires, too.

Comment: I’ve bought summer tires from here for my Subaru twice now. First time was a great experience so I went back next time around. Their truck driver got my order wrong and delivered the wrong tires. The shop manager went above and beyond to make things right and even stored my wheels and tires for a whole week for me because I couldn’t pick them up after the mistake was corrected. Even though I live pretty far (50 mile drive) I will be coming here for all my track tires needs and will recommend this shop to anyone. Not to mention, at any given time they have a half a million dollars + worth of cars in their parking lot which speaks volumes.
