They did a terrible job on my phone when I had to fix a cracked screen. When I got my phone back they didn’t screw it all the way so when I set my phone down my whole screen came off but nothing was cracked. I later go get it fixed to find out my phone is missing half the screws and then when I went back they said it wasn’t their fault and told me to leave if I didn’t like it and there’s nothing they can do about it. Would not recommend.

James was awesome. I went to sprint to get my port fixed since it wasnt charging and they told me I broke something in the port so I need to get a new phone. James looked at the inside of my port and fixed it within 5 minutes. Great customer service and a great personality. I will be back to this store. Thank you so much James.

My iPhone 6 had water damage and for a day and a half the speaker wasn’t working. It seems to be fine now. I called 2 cell phone repair places & explained what happened. Both said they have to open the phone to see if there’s any damage to the mother board etc. that could cause problems down the road. The charge was $29 to look at it & clean it, but it could be more once they took a look.When I explained exactly the same thing to Nick at Batteries + Bulbs he suggested I wait a few more days to make sure it’s still working because it should do nothing but get better. He said if he opened it he could unwittingly cause damage. I sincerely appreciated his integrity & honesty. He won me as a customer for all my battery, bulb & cell phone repair needs in the future.

Had 2 repairs done on my samsung galaxy s6 edge (charge port and battery replaced) took about an hour and my phone works excellent. Very good pricing as well.

Amazingly fast, very friendly, and followed up quickly. It was easy and fast to come in and get my phone fixed. The price was fair and the staff followed up as they promised and was great to work with.

Fixed my charging unit on my iphone for free by doing a good cleanout job. Bought a new battery for an iphone that is much cheaper than the Apple store. Very nice guys working there.

Did a terrible job. Their replacement battery only lasted a few months, and they did t seal the phone properly:the back keeps trying to pop open.
