This place is a nightmare. Was admitted on. Tuesday. By Monday still had no had all my meds. Daveloped urinary tract infection yet could never get test results back. Never could get proper mask for my cpap. Was left with sam and wrong oxygen tubing from hospital since 12/18 and got their 12/29 suppose to be changed weekly. Medications were hours later. One night they thought cute give me water pill at 10pm. Gave me food many times I could not eat and had to order and pay for my own food. Stole $78 and refused to give me just under $400 worth stuff ordered for me to make my stay comfortable lying saying no John works their and no Amazon had been delivered. From 3PM to 7AM STAFF IGNORES CLIENTS. OFTEN HAS ONE NURSE ONE AIDE 100 PATIENTS. My last night their called pollice because of the abuse and neglect and trust me they disnt like that. But when transfered guess what miracously shows up Amazon order with their address.
Big disappointment my mother who is 91 years old and in early stages of dementia as noted in her chart was not given a shower for three weeks and their excuse was she refused I asked my mom and she said she never refused I think that is their out when they are in the wrong, to deny. Who in their right mind would not give a 91-year-old woman a shower for three weeks that is totally wrong. She was terrified to use her buzzer because she said the second shift worker was very mean to her when she did use it to complain of leg pain they also gave her too many liquids when it was noted in her chart she had kidney problems now her levels are so low she is in danger of a stroke she has to go to Quest to get more blood work done because of the incompetence of the staff at Wellbridge some of the dayshift workers were very nice but the supervisors were horrible they did not help us in resolving any of our concerns she will never go there again and I would advise other people Who have complaints to post them in the reviews it seems the only good reviews are the ones from the employees
WellBridge has been and continues to be a wonderful care facility/home for my mother. From Management to the Nurses, Physical Therapy, the Aides, the Cooks AND Housekeeping .. All do a fantastic job. Mom loves this place, which gives mine and my families hearts...piece! A Special Thanks to manager Jessica and Accounts managerJo!Sincerely, Robin & Randy Stewart
Please don’t send anyone you love here! Facility is beautiful but looks are deceiving. NO nursing at all, just give meds. Mom walked in and continually declined due to poor care. We had to call management and threaten lawsuit to get any tests. Mom no longer walks and can barely talk. Please don’t let this be your mom!
Well-Bridge of Grand Blanc was the best REHAB FACILITY that I have ever Re-Hab in. When I left on January 22nd my endurance and my strength was totally improved. My Therapists (all of them) were tough on me. But without their hard work I would not be able to walk as I do now. My Surgery was a month old February 9th. Now I am able to walk and help myself.Once again thanks to Well-Bridge for my stay there. I am hard on names. Thanks to Jason and each and everyone in the Re-Hab department. Thanks to Michelle my LPN for making my stay a comfortable one.I would recommend Well-Bridge to anyone I met. The facility was not only beautiful but clean. Thanks again, Bethena Thomas
This rehabilitation center was built and opened in the summer of 2018. I recently joined this amazing organization. Im extremely proud to be part of such a great team! This is a team of caring, dedicated, and compassionate people. Please stop by any time to see this EPIC center!!! This is one of the cleanest and brightest rehabilitation centers I have ever toured. The staff make it an EPIC experience.
I have been with the Wellbridge Group now for 4 years, and have had the pleasure of working at our Romeo, Fenton and now Grand Blanc facilities. I am so proud to be a part of such a great company! I love my team and so appreciate the opportunity to work in such an EPIC setting. The staff here truly embody the characteristics required for high quality of care and customer service.
Just letting everyone know my 85 year old mother was just in wellbridge for a little less than a week she was admitted for rehab of a hip replacement my mother waited many times to get off the toilet took herself back to her bed she was left alone many times to do her own breathing treatment only found her in a chair with no wheelchair locks and no breathing treatment being done. She was over-medicated I took her to the hospital as of today at Genesys hospital her system was toxic she has pneumonia and is septic do not take your family or loved ones to this facility they will be left to fend for their self they will be over medicated they will be treated as if they dont care if they make it another day. the hospital facility did a tox screen on my mom which showed that her system was totally over-medicated and all of her numbers are totally out of whack they told me that if I would have not brought her into the hospital today she would have been dead tomorrow. please be advised that anyone entering into this facility would be an entire mistake.
My mother almost died here please do not send loved ones there. Lots of people were overmedicated our mom was under medicated and has now been in hospital over a week.service and care was very poor waiting over hour for call lights while employees sat around on cell phones please beware before sending love ones here.
We appreciated the tour and education of your new and beautiful facility. We were all very impressed! The only problem is that we didnt want to leave and neither will your patients. Thank you for your hospitality! Congrats on your facility!Tammy Withey, OTR/LAscension/Genesys
They didnt do a correct inventory of my mothers belongings and someone stole most of the money from her purse and then they tried to make it seem as if because my mom didnt know the exact amount that was stolen that she may not have had the money in the first place even though 2 people saw it in her purse prior to her stay at Wellbridge.

2022-05-20I would not leave your loved one here. The things that I heard from a former employee was very disheartening. Straight neglect, they should be shut down! Your loved one could be on the floor 40 min with call light on before anyone would come and help. Bed sores on patients who shouldn’t have bed sores. One diaper change a day. One nurse 40 patients to tend to and serve food. These were just some of the things I heard that made them quit. Unbelievable and shameful. I had to write a review this is not okay!

2022-06-15I’m writing this on behalf of my mother who doesn’t have a gmail account to be able to leave a review, but we both are so grateful for everyone at Wellbridge. My grandmother has been a resident for 3 years and the staff have been nothing but wonderful to her and my mom in managing her care. They always go above and beyond.

2021-09-03My mind and heart were at ease! Having my dad in this facility after his hospital stay and knowing that he was so well cared for means the world to my brothers and I. When we had a concern late in the evening, we were able to reach nursing administration and talk everything through. It is hard when your loved one has to be away from you, but the administration and nursing staff has supported him every step of the way. Also, hats off to the therapy department...he is getting stronger every day.

2021-10-08My extremely healthy and active elderly mother tripped and broke her shoulder and elbow. The next day she had a stroke on the opposite side. We had to place her in a rehab facility for complete care after a hospital stay. This facility is beautiful and we thought she would receive good care, but we were sadly mistaken. During her 6 day stay, there were several serious concerns that I had to address with the administrator in meetings. Finally, when I introduced a family member to the administrator rather than apologize for the issues and reassure him that these issues wouldn’t occur again, she chose to scold him about an issue he had with a rude door attendant! That was the final offense! Their priorities are not with the patient and the families. I promptly had my Mother moved to a wonderful facility. A huge difference. She is finally resting and we are finally relaxing. My Mom had informed me of many times that she was verbally abused by them, and I had witnessed one of them call her “a fibber”. My Mom is a Christian woman and does NOT fib! Obviously this facility is understaffed, and those who are working don’t have very good job descriptions! It’s horrible to think what is happening to those who can’t fend for themselves. Don’t use this facility!

2021-06-29Please think twice about this one! Horrible experience! My mom was sent there for rehabilitation for a joint replacement. She arrived on oxygen needing some help getting up in using the bathroom. They were not outfitted to help individual patients and off the record a nurse assistant told us that there was one nurse for 55 patients that evening. Eventually our mom was able to call us outside the facility and we were able to call within the facility to get her some help to get to the bathroom. On numerous occasions ringing your bell was a 30 minute wait. On her arrival night they forgot to bring her any food. Bringing ice for swelling in medication was a complete disaster and very inconsistent. The kicker was on a Saturday night they were told there was no running water in the facility which lasted until Monday. My mom spent eight days there and did not get much in the way of any rehabilitation but we were glad that she was leaving. This place was unsafe, and caring and the administration team was mean to say this politely.

2021-09-03I am not one that takes the time to write reviews. That said, here I am, because working for this company compels me to let others know about Wellbridge. I have worked in several facilities as administration and had hospital experience as an RN as well, but I have never experienced a company that supports employees the way Wellbridge does. This is a crazy time in the medical field and yet, I have every faith that my Executive Director and Corporate will stand with me and face all of this head on. This is a gorgeous building with amazing staff...I feel blessed to call this my team!

2021-10-07If you have a a loved one who needs care and you are considering Wellbridge of Grand Blanc, dont let the beautiful facility fool you.Dont walk RUN away!!They are severely understaffed and mismanaged .My apologies up front to the minority of good caring staff members who are there but others are borderline abusive and cruel. If you think addressing it with management might help, Think again, theyre even worse and the obvious architects of this facility wide attitude problem. How in the world they get a 3.3 rating on Google is beyond me.I do see several 5 star reviews from staff members and can only assume theyve been directed to do so.Shameful

2020-11-22Turn and run as fast as you can to another facility, I wouldn’t allow my dog to stay there, in fact, my dog gets much better care at her kennel I would have given zero or negative stars if it were an option. My 81 year old father spent time there recently after having a stroke and this place is horrible on every level. POOR communication, care, understaffed, and staff that is there doesn’t seem to care. My father got pneumonia while there from neglect and was ignored for many hours at a time. After that he got COVID from an employee that tested positive. Need I say more......I could go on all day

2018-12-15If I could give this place a zero star... I would. This is the absolute worst place you could put a loved one in.The aids here have zero care for the actual patients staying here. I have personally heard an aid here say shes only here for the money. That alone says something about a care facility. I have come by to visit my bedridden grandfather here and on many occasions found out he has not been given any water to drink all day. I have come here to find him soaking wet in his clothes still in bed because the aids did not come help him go to the bathroom when he pressed his call button. They have brought his food into his room and left it out of reach making him unable to eat, then come in when he is sleeping and take it away. Now the facility as a whole, only cares about the money. If youre not paying out of pocket for your loved ones stay here, they treat you like youre unimportant. If youre loved one is here on hospice or medicare, then they will be thrown at the very bottom of the list for care, if on the list at all! We have had our hospice representative and our attorney call management here multiple times, leaving messages each time, and not once has management called them back.If you have a loved one that really needs to be taken care of... do NOT admit them here!

2019-05-07This place really needs to be closed down. If you value your loved ones life, I would seriously consider not checking them in to this facility! They way over medicated my Mother and came pretty close to ending her life today. They told us she was doing much better, when we know for fact she was declining greatly..She was left in the bathroom multiple times for over 17 minutes. Being given way too much medicine and had overdosed her to the point where she became very toxic.By afternoon she was seriously not able to breath and they said she was just fine!On one occassion my sister went into the facility and found her almost falling out of her wheelchair, was on able to even talk. They DO NOT take good care of their patients. They are left un attended for way too long, when the patient needs assistant. They over medicate them they dont listen to the patirnt or their family members who know her best.Often times when we went to find an aide or nurse they were no where to be found or they were clear on the other side of the facility. On one occassion today, Mom needed to go to the restroom, when I finally found someone, told the CNA My Mom needs to go to the bathroom and they looked at me with a disgusted look and relied We are passing out meals right now, shell have to wait. They had also over medicated her to the point that she was toxic and had way to much potassium in her blood which typically always means over medicatedI honestly and seriously wouldnt take my ailing pet guinea pig or dog there!!!!This place literally told me at 9:15 a.m. my Mom was fine and doing much better today! When in fact she was very very close to death! She was so sick after only being there about a week that she is now in I.C.U. fighting for her life!!!Please be very careful about choosing this facility!!!Day 2- My Mom has been critical since coming out of this place andcstruggling very hard to even breath! If we would not have taken her out she would not be with us but struggles to even get a half of breath in and I will never put my loved ones in any nursing facility - EVER!!It is my opinion that this place should be closed.. Immediately! If this was the last place available, I would never agree to place anyone in here and they havent heard the last of this. Not even my rabid guinea pig!Third day - Mom still struggling very much to breath. Pnuemonia still invades her right lung - which this facility kept telling us she did not have any more - yeah thats why shes still in critical care and they are working hard amd long to save her!People beware of taking your loved one here
