Slowest drive-thru on the eastern seaboard. 40 minute wait with only 1 car ahead. Now I know in this day we are short workers. But this is outta hand.
The drive through is tight as hell in my truck but my foods were all fire even tho they were staffed short and a little slow.
New location for me to travel too. Excellent speed and accuracy through backed up ( 8 cars )drive thru.

My fries was very salty on May the 4th 2022 my bun and my Burger was hot as a brick I took it back and They did not wantd to take it back told me I needed a receipt they didnt give me a receipt the Manager was rude as hell as so was the employees they do not have good customer service they have very poor customer service their food was terrible all I asked for them to replace my order not to give me my money back but now that they wouldnt replace my order I would like my money back I would not have fed my Fur baby nothing like that they need to be shut down for customer service
This store needs an update! It is antiquated compared to other Wendys. They didnt have all the sauces for the nuggets and the only had diet coke and no coke zero sugar. They gave me home fries instead of French fries. The French fries were what I really wanted. Asked for the manager, but Dennis never came out. The drive thru workers were trying to be accommodating.
Worst wendys I have ever been too! I ordered the new big bacon cheddar burger first time trying it. By burger was cold and dry like it has been sitting in the grilled for hours. The none of the cheese was melted slice or shredded! I will never go here again 😒
Worst Wendys ever. In line for 15 minutes, paid and was told to pull up. Sat there for over 10 minutes as everyone else was getting their food. Finally knocked on the door and told the guy I had been waiting for 10 minutes for my food. They had completely forgotten about my order. Waited another 5 minutes to finally get my 4 Jr. Bacons. No apology, let me refund your money or heres some extra stuff for your wait. Got home to eat them and raw bacon. Avoid this location unless you like to wait forever for disgusting food. This location has been consistently bad for years. They should knock it down.
They only gave me 3 nuggets instead of 4.They didnt have any salads.My burger was stale.
Inside still closed even tho it says open but no big deal to me, only issue I have is the drive threw and how slow it is. Expect to sit at least 20 minutes just to get to the speaker and thats with 2-3 cars Infront of you. Slow before pandemic and slow after
I work for door dash. I had 2 orders at the same time, BOTH ORDERED AT THE SAME TIME, which is very common,, and the manager would only let me get one at the window and made me go back to the drive-through line which was very very long to get the second order. All I could think was the customers were waiting an an hour and 1/2 to get their food... horrible horrible business sense! I now refuse any orders going to that store
Really kinda hit or miss. Its common to be out of a lot of food. Staff is ok, and the order is rarely if ever messed up.

They was rude and obnoxious while taking my order, if you don’t want to be at work then you shouldn’t be working next time I won’t be so nice and just leave the drive through be blessed!
I ordered 3 combos 2 of the combos I asked for cheese and sour cream the other two combos I asked for fries . The potatoes only had chives no cheese this has already happened a few times now in a short time of coming here. I told them at the window I was missing a fry the girl at window tells whoever was making the food ,She comes back and sayshe said its in there ...I said, are you saying Im lying would you like to check my bag ??? She said yes. Like Im going to lie about missing a Fry when Im paying over $50 for this order. The last mess up they asked me to drive all the food back that they messed up or they wouldnt replace my order!!The service here is terrible multiple times here lately. I dont know if there is new management but, this is terrible customer service.
I love Wendys but the location thats closest to my house I go to once every couple of weeks my five-year-old granddaughter loves the kids meals but theyre always out of a lot of things like for instance for the kids meal they were out of juice bags toys they didnt have frosties they had no chicken nuggets
We left the drive thru window because they literally had nobody there and it took about 20 mins to wait for only one car to go forward. Then it took over ten minutes at the order menu, so we left. Just bad
If I could give no stars I would. Customer service rude employees didnt have no gloves or and mask on. When getting my food I was missing some of my food. I was at the window at least 5 minutes before they even look at me again. They didnt even said sorry or anything. You didnt have no diet pop or even chocolate frosty come on your wendys your famous for your frosty. The food was cold. When I was at the speaker the lady was rude saying you need to speak louder but she said it rude she wouldnt repeat my order to make sure she got it right. She said of course I got it pulled up when your down. I think wendys to send your workers back to training for Customer service and also for health training. I should report you guys to health inspector so they will pop up on you guys or secret restaurants inspector.
Taking 1 order at a time through drive through. Took 20 mins just to get through the line. The lady on drive through seemed to have an attitude. Not friendly service not even remotely acceptable service. Lady said about 5 words to us while we were at the window. Not going back.
Again, you order the 2 for 5, you only leave with one burger :) Then you get home and you realize you only got one. Not the first time it happens to me and 100% will not be the last time. My last visit ever! enjoy that classic chicken! Wendys ;)
Asked to be patient because they were only staffed with 2 employees. Order my food and it was old. Fries were soggy with grease but cold and limp. And the $4 for four drink size is ridiculously small.This pandemic is teaching me to just be patient and cook at home
Horrible charger me 13.00 dollars for 3 jr bacon cheese plain.../ cold..no bacon on 2 of them..didnt give me fries. ..a lemonade. That was so sweet no one would drink it. Also didnt give me fries that I paid for.. worst meal ever....couldnt find my reciept... worst meal ever. We gave buns to birds because it was cold and hard bun. I was going to give you no stars thats how bad it was. This was sunday ..about noon... never again. Also meat was cold and hard..cheese not melted.

Terrible food quality and terrible service. I stopped going to this location about a year ago. Recently returned to see if there were any improvements and they are still just as bad as before. Food was cold and the workers were uncooperative. Food was ordered ahead and one of my orders was not ready. Instead of them telling me that it was not ready they tried to send me back to the drive-thru a second time rather than have me wait by the door. Needless to say, the experience was poor and I cancelled both orders. This location is not worth the time or your business.
Went there but wish I didnt, burger was old and dry bun wasnt even toasted, fries looked and tasted boiled not fried it was all terrible and of course they parked me for some food Im sure took 2 minutes to prepare. Terrible place puts zero effort in making good food

Update: went down to 1 star. Store often is out of items. Pay extra for something and don’t receive it. I’ve been calling the store for 10 min now and no response. This happens far too often. I don’t know why I keep coming back here.Food is often good. Staff is typically pretty nice. Only giving 2 stars because anytime I order a burger it seems they forget to remove the tomatoes when asked. I have an allergy to raw tomatoes so it’s inconvenient and wasteful when they don’t remove them.
Garbage no sauce on the spicy chicken or Jr bacon un salted and over cooked fries they didnt give us straws or spoons for our drinks and frosty then we went back around the lady was rude so we finally get our straws and pull out and the soda has absolutely no syrup

After waiting in the drive-thru for 15 minutes, just to order Frostys, the line didnt move and cars were lining up but not one order was taken. A few mins later, I actually got out of my truck and asked the cars behind me to move so I could back out and leave. As did 2 other cars.
Don’t order door dash through them they’ll send you your drinks and some cold fries than not approve your review!!! Beware of these scam artists.
When I rolled up to the drive through I was informed there was no chicken patties, baked potatoes, Sprite, hi-c, bacon, tomatoes, or chilli. I worked with what was possible I was excited to get a coke til the woman handed it to me and it looked like dirty water. Why dont they just close if they have nothing available? Its a mystery
My original Wendys spot. I used to live in inkster so I would regularly frequent this establishment. The turnover rate with the staff is high, but it keeps the employees on their toes. Cannot beat the two for five on the spicy chicken sandwiches, and I usually order them plain with a slice of cheese, just so they make it fresh!
Absolute trash compared to any other WendysWent back six months later just figured Id give it another go maybe they got new staff.. dont waste your time youll wait over 20 minutes and end up throwing the food away
Doordash should not have to wait 45 mins in line to pick up delivery orders. There should be a designated area where they can bring it out or only have the lobby open for dasher and 3rd party delivery services!
This place Does not deserve any stars. Im giving it a negative negative 1 star!!!! Ordered a baconator, checked the sandwich it had no bacon a piece of meat that they tore off an put it on the sandwich..please tell me why you want 15dollars an hr?? To continuously get our orders wrong
I just ate the best chicken breast sandwich from Wendys Ive ever eaten. I had the Homestyle Bacon Jalapeno Chicken. It was cooked awesomely. Juicy as could be, absolutely delicious. It would have been a 5 star rating except I had the worst French fries ever. The fries were lukewarm, they were limp and soggy from the oil. The only crispy parts were the tiny pieces, the crumbs.
Absolutely the worst, both burgers were COLD, warmed one up at home and immediately had stomach cramps and......ONLY ORDER FROM HERE IF YOUR CONSTIPATED.HEALTH DEPT. NEEDS TO DO A SURPRISE INSPECTION ON THIS PLACE.
Drive thru only. It was a long line, and saw a lot of workers chilling outside, smoking. Each vehicle took 5 to 10 minutes to order. Upon driving up to the speaker, I can hear the worker yelling for help in the background. Driving up to the window, Ive noticed gloves werent used and a lot of employees didnt wear their masks properly. High risk of transmitting COVID.
Didnt mind the long wait expecting accurate service but got a 3$ burger for the 6$ I payday for a diffrent one... not to thrilled with the service but my business is struggling to with keeping fully staffed and get new employees trained so I hope this is a one off shot Cuz ever other time has been golden specialy with breakfast

Just got an order fry oil is old and fries were cold and nasty. Got the new pub burger and bun and meat was cold and did not even have all the items that were in the picture. I don’t expect it to look like the picture but Wendy’s is usually ok with getting the meat on the bun.

Could barely hear the person who took my order they didn’t get the order right, got to the window the person getting the order together fixed the other person’s mistake. Then wile they were getting the rest of my order the manager came out to change the drawer with no mask on an the one of the employees that was getting my food didn’t have a mask on either won’t ever go back there again
The drive thru went very slowly, probably because of a new worker. The manager was talking down to her and being rude where I could hear him. His negativity trickled down to the way she spoke with customers.
Apparently they dont bring out curbside even though you can order it on the app. After getting in massive drive through line it took over 40 minutes to get a burger and fries. Mcdonalds is across the street...
You go through the drive thru and wait forever to order a classic burger and 2 junior burgers. You leave with 2 junior burgers. You get home you realize that you have 2 junior burgers only. You go back wait forever and then get your classic burger with a sorry. Food is now all cold. Thank you Wendys :)

I go here more often than not as I do enjoy their baked potatoes in the morning. However, the parking is particularly terrible among some other things like prolonged service. Honestly, though the food is usually excellent and I do enjoy their workers as it seems like many of them has been there for a while.

Update: this location does not adhere to covid restriction. None of them wore masks, and literally laughed at me and slammed the window in my face. Do not go here!!!!!!!This might actually be the worst Wendys. They either give you horrible service, disgusting greasy bacon grease instead of actual bacon, and forget half your items.

I give the food 5 stars (most of the time, sometimes they give me flat pop and i drive away or they forget something in my bag.) I love Wendy’s, it is the best fast food! This location typically always has super nice employees, sometimes it makes me feel like I’m at Chick-Fil-A. This is the closest location to my house so I always come to this one. However, last time I was there, I went with a group of my friends and ordered on the inside. The guy taking our order was super creepy to just ME and made me feel very uncomfortable. Kept saying weird comments and asking if I had a boyfriend while I was standing away from the counter waiting for my food. I can’t even imagine how I would’ve felt if I was alone. Very very unprofessional and I haven’t been back since because of how uneasy it made me feel. Do better :( I shouldn’t be getting cat-called while visiting my favorite fast food place.
They didnt have any chili. I ended up getting a single and fries. it was immediate that we felt like the fries were undercooked and the burger had too much mayonnaise so I tossed most of it away. What a waste of 7 bucks in 10 minutes in line.
Great staff. They get you in and out no matter how long lines are. The strawberry lemonade is very addicting and food always delicious.

My Bf And I decided to go here for a fast dinner and I decided to get a garden side salad, we sit down and I go to open the side salad and start putting my dressing and croutons on it and I find a dead fly. They gave me an issue about giving me a refund even though I had the receipt. They just wanted to give me another salad. After a bit of arguing they finally gave me my money back. I dont even want to give them one star..

I have yet to get my order right here its like no matter what I order their going to make it wrong and even on a remake it wont be right its just impossible to get anything special ordered and expect it to be how you wanted it or should say ordered it !! The manager was understanding and said shed remake it but when I came in for remake I came inside to be sure that the 4 sandwiches were properly made and nope each one was different and I ordered all the same things for each sandwich yet all four were differently made ?? Idk how that happens but whatever idk what else to say Ive tried to find the good and the workers are nice but it dont fix the food prep ?

This Wendys is near our house... The staff is always rude, the burgers are always cold & always wrong. We just left there & ordered two single cheese burgers with ketchup, mustard & onion they put everything like tomato, mayo, pickles, ECT... They were also cold. I cant stand this Wendys weve been there 3x this week & nothings ever right plus get this they never give u a reicept. 3 fries 2 cheese burgers & a medium coke was $22 thats ridiculous.
Customer service is great but always check your food!!! I go during busy times i know because its lunch time from work and i get the wrong food. Today ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got back to work in a hurry and its a baconator burger....dont care for red meat but guess this is lunch since i cant leave again to get it fixed....always check food!!!
It took me about an hour to get my food through the drive through. When we finally got food the fries were cold. They never apologized for the excessive delays. The burger was hot.

I was there on Saturday night. There was a heavy set, light skinned black lady with a dirty uniform on working the drive thru. She was so rude towards me. When I pulled up she didnt greet me or tell me my total. She just took my money, handed me my change and said nothing. She looked irritated that I looked at my order, which was not correct. I will not be going to this location again. Im not eatting at any restaurant that have employees working there with an attitude. Im over these restaurants hiring nasty employees who are doong things to our food.
Mostly a quick drive thru slow in the inside on certain days do to there is usally 1 cashier. Frostys are good. Food is ok better when freshly cooked(especially the nuggets). Fries could be better there always cold& hard.

Last night was the first time we went to this place. But It is definitely not the last. We enjoyed the evening very much with the courteous service, with the superb cooking and booze and with the honest payment. We will no doubt return there again.
Went there the other night after work. They were out nmm of EVERYTHING. they had no lemonade, no chocolate frosties, no cookies and no cheese to put on their cheese fries, and no tea. Management need to get it together and order what they need
So we go there tonight at 8pm and first they wait 5 min to take our order, whatever they might be busy OK, then we have to pull ahead because its not ready, still ok, THEN we get our food and they have DUMPED grease and black pieces of char all over both the #2 sandwich and the #8, the frosty is chocolate milk and the fries were stone cold and hard. Neither of us ate it and when we called the phone just rang and rang. I dont know what kind of joke they are playing but I spent almost $20 for that and its in the TRASH. Peoples food is not a game. I will be following up because this is BS. Never had such disgusting garbage passed off as food. We took photos so when I get the manager or maybe his manager on the phone you kids can put them on your board over there and maybe learn what NOT to do.
Wendys is horrible and has poor customer service. You have to wait 15 minutes or longer before someone will take your order. They stare and just look at you knowing youre waiting to be served. I see why the parking lot is always empty. The management service is poor, horrific and embarrassing. I stopped coming to the Wendys on the corner of Cherryhill and Inkster Rd. years ago, just happen to stop by because my mother wanted a bake potato. Its really sad because Wendys use to be considered as one of the better fast food chain stores but not any more. You dont deserve a rating. Whoever the owner is of this store needs to come out more and see whats going on and why your ratings are poor.
I love this Wendys, and now they have breakfast, I wish they would have taken into consideration the people who have to be at work at 6am!!! We like to eat also, being open at 5am would help, so Ill have to try Wendys breakfast on one of my off days 🤔🤔

The cashier could only do one thing at a time. And after she forgot my sauce, I went back to the counter where only ONE PERSON was waiting for their order, and before I could speak, she said ONE MINUTE MAAM. All I wanted was a sauce, which she could have provided while she stood there waiting for the other customers burger. Never going back.

Drive in line was long and not moving much. Guy taking order would take part of order and then have a long pause. When I thought he was waiting on me I continued with my order only to get yelled at. Got to window to receive order and dude was checking messages on his phone and moving painfully slow.
The line and the wait was long I thought my nuggets would of been piping hot instead barely warm with one nugget so hard if thrown it would of drawn blood.

They have a lot of young people that need some additional training in customer service. The employees need to learn greeting customers properly, smiling and thanking customers for choosing their establishment.

I was out most of the day so I had time to stop in for a meal, so I set down to eat a meal and as I started eating I noticed in my food which looked to be a hair so I quietly approached the cashier asked for another of the same. The cashier loudly said I dont see anything thats the cheese when it melts So I raised the fork and pointed to her and said Thats not just chesse its hair mixed in it! She looked again and said Oh Im so sorry I didnt see that I was looking under that! Then told a worker to get me another I replied no problem and went to set down to eat my replaced meal. After eating it I just took the rest to go. I should had never been in debate! I brought a full tray of it to the counter! even if my food wasnt hot enough I have the right to get another one without debate. Imjustsayn

Every time I come here my order is wrong or Im waiting a freakishly long time. I dont understand how you cant count to 6 to give me a 6piece nugget but Ive managed to get 5 the last two times! Dont bother to under spicy or regular nuggets because they will give you want they have available at the time. Very unfriendly and not professional at all!

Literally everytime I go through this particular drive through its either raw friend chicken, or rubbery pieces of chicken. I gave it three chances and I’m done with this tomfoolery. One drive through lady always looks exceptionally miserable and clearly does not enjoy her job. Her response to “have a nice day” was slamming the window in my face and going on about her day. Awful place that clearly lacks any managerial or ethical standards.
Baconator is so bad for me, but I cant help but to give into that bacon monkey on my back, and stop in. This Wendys was pretty nice. I was caught off guard because the drive thru attendant was surprisingly nice.

Service fast my order on time people were nice to me.
Visited this location for the first time today.. granted they were a little busy but the employee Lawanda was very aggressive.. rushy.. rolling her eyes. Not friendly service at all.Actually had to add to my review... because once I got to the car I realized half my food is missing..
If two people (men, women, etc) come into a restaurant together snd someone is standing behind them after the first person is helped dont skip the second one because you assume they are together. Ask before you help the person behind them and please (spot) clean the lobby counters and floors especially in the summer when its busy. Also be sure that items are freshly prepared if the same is requested. Two stars because the potatoes are always good
Go here regularly for me and the kids. Me and my husband are super picky and normally oit orders are spot on. However today they got my order completely wrong, the lady cheryl, only handed me 3 drinks for 5 meals then got an attitude and rolled her eyes at me and slammed the window in my face before another gentleman came over and apologized for her and said he would bring them out. Thank you Frankie for being polite and trying to make up for cheryl, but cheryl is rude damn near every time Im there over everything. If you dont like people cheryl, working with people probably isnt the job for you. Thanks for ruining my lunch before work
Got chicken nuggets they were cold and I got 8 of each right st lunch time not very good the chocolate frosty was soo good but they are always

Very slow service with extremely forgetful employees. Told them what I wanted three times....get home and its not the right sandwich. Going inside to get food takes longer than drive thru.
They had some extremely confused, angry and inept cashier working on Halloween 2018. she looked like she had recently ran out of meth and decided to smoke 6 packs of menthol cigarettes a day to to soothe the scabs on her arms and oozing sores on her gums. its a Wendys right? so we need to remember that they serve food. the food was like any other Wendys and a different cashier also knew that this lady was looney and trying to keep his distance from her while keeping her from exploding into a complete rage. he was walking a razors edge and if it wasnt for him this Wendys would get a 1 star review. he was obviously a hero. the food was ok and fortunately seniorita mccracken attacken was not allowed to touch the food at any time.
Im sad to write this becuz I want write good thing about stores that have a lot of black forks workingThere i Went to cherry Hill an inkster Wendys went inside store I firgued I could see if they missed up my order I placed my order rite after I young woman in the lobby brought back a double stacker with bacon ab said c dont it pork I thinking. Myself I dont either a gud 4 minutes later they gave me my food got home an they had given the burger the young had brought with bacon on it an I dont eat pork either so I took it back bought time got back all my food ice cold I never go to this Wendys again.
I usually have no issues, but recently, Ive been going there for ceaser salads and whoever is now the salad maker on 8/9/18 has no idea what they are doing. Dont serve food to someone you wouldnt yourself eat. Ive been getting nearly my entire salads full of nothing but black and brown and soggy lettuse and today I actually went back up there to exchange it for fresh non rotton salad. I ordered two salads and got them both remade. The same thing. Mostly brown, or black rotting lettuce. Smh. Seriously, how hard is it to not use bagged lettuce that was chopped up a week ago? Also, if you cut it and store it overnight, you have to blot it with paper towel before putting in the fridge or this is what youre gonna get. Someone needs to train them.
Got my order totally wrong. Asked for fresh nuggets got nuggets that taste like old grease. Wont return unless store manager is at the front.
Food seemed a little dry and overcooked. Or it could be that the food was sitting under a heat lamp and not fresh like the company said it supposed to be. I give three stars because the staff that waited on me was nice. But I did not bother to complain because I will not go there again.

This establishment needs to step up on their housekeeping. Behind the counter I noticed the floor was wet. Employees precariously trying not to fall. Definitely a safety violation.

The worst Wendys ever every time I go here is issue its even the system went down Or they dont have Something on their screen.i dont see how this location is still open.
They were very slow and getting my food and other customers theirs. I was there during the breakfast hours and it took more than 10 minutes for me to get my order. I dont think thats very fast food do you

Extremely slow. Strawberry lemonade was flavored water. I returned it. Paid to have bacon put on sandwich they didnt put it on there but charged me.
Where to sit?? At the table with trash on it or next to the staff member at lunch listening to headphones singing along to music out loud..The community katsup bin has a lid I could open and put trash in if I felt inclined to do so.My fries are cold during the lunch rush..and if you need to use the bathroom the angry and busy staff member can buzz you in...I know its a wicked world but its downright oppressive at this location.

I have been to about 2 million Wendys and this is the only place that actually asks to see your frosty Keychain and for that 5 stars. All proceeds of the frosty Keychain go to charitable causes so for those who try to rip off Wendys with them youre also ripping off charity. A+ to this Wendys for doing like theyre supposed to be doing!!
This locations is hit and miss... Somtimes its good and sometimes its not so good. Over all the staff are friendly however prone to mistakes on orders.

I asked if I could have fresh food and the order taker thought it was hilarious to say “so, you want chili meat on the side” because I asked for fresh meat and fresh Fries. I asked for bottle water, he said we have a cup of water. I said nobody is going to pay for faucet water. He said “ well, you have water at home” .. AND? What if I do? I didn’t come here to pay for faucet water in a city that has lead in its water and it’s clearly stated on the water bill given out to its citizens!! Who are you employing? The audacity to think these responses are customer friendly! The owner needs to get this store together!

2022-05-21The drip on the hood Wendys, literally the grease dripping down the drive through window is a 10. Food quality, 0. Customer service is nice if you have time to wait around. I wont be wasting my time here. This place needs to do Inkster, garden city and Dearborn heights a favor and CLOSE.

There are only a few drive through people that Ive ran into that are great and Im glad they are there.guy and lady at Mc Donalds on telegraph before warren Rd. Lady at burger King telegraph and van born and Wendys on inkster Rd and cherry Hill. Smiles and happy. Makes my day . Keep it up to the ones with heart and kindness.

2022-07-03We ordered a simple meal that included 2 medium fries and 1 diet coke. My family member is diabetic, and he was instead given a regular coke, and we didnt taste it before hand because we want to learn to TRUST people. My family member immediately drank the drink, and then their sugar skyrocketed to dangerous numbers and we had to go to the hospital. Oh, and they forgot our fries too, but thats the least important part. Dont order from these lowlife workers at this Wendys. You would be better off at McDonalds.

2022-02-08I cant believe this location is still open. Ive been in the restaurant business for almost 24 years. This is the saddest restaurant Ive ever seen. For starters, they take one order at a time and you wait in line for 45 minutes to an hour with 4 cars ahead of you just to get horrible food and pop that tastes like the machine and lines have never been serviced. The health department must not know that they exist. The premises outside are horrible. A parking lot shouldnt feel like a shady dark alley. Terrible.

2020-06-29I understand minimum wage minimum effort... But come on. 36 dollars on food. They burnt all the burger patties, charged us extra for mayo and didnt add it. When we returned to complain we got the rolling eyes and huffing and puffing from the lady in the window. I paid for it you can at least make it correct. Had to return a 3rd time for the mayo they didnt give us the first and second time.
