Comment: This company was super easy to contact, very polite on the phone, and supplied us with easy access to a van which carried my mother and her wheelchair to an important family event. The contactless entry was amazing and easy. I highly recommend Wheeler’s with all my heart. The price was better than most of the other companies that we called. I will be using them again if I need to transport my mom to another event. By the way, they even accommodated us when we accidentally left our garage door opener in the van. We went back, called the company, and they opened the van remotely while we retrieved the garage opener.

Comment: ZERO STARS!I booked this van 2 weeks in advance.The day before my scheduled pick-up, I was told my pick-up had to be pushed back 1 hr. I got there at my new scheduled pick-up time and was on the phone ON HOLD for 45mins (for them to unlock the van so I can get in and get my day going), delaying me ANOTHER hour. My client missed his important doctors appt- the ONLY reason I rented this van. We were locked in the contract, because it was the day OF, so we drove the van around for absolutely no reason- such a waste of money. The van had a dirty mask, coffee, and other trash inside it upon my pick-up. I had to pay the parking structure fee for the van being parked, without reimbursement. I received no discount for the horrible service. It was a huge let down, the entire experience.

Comment: I was so nervous renting & picking up at a Wi-Fi remote type location. It went very smoothly & I learned what owning an accessible van would be like. Only negative at this location is I could not get Uber to pick me up & had to use yellow cab to get home which cost $55 with tip. Get dropped off & picked up by friend if possible. No place to leave your own car for more than a day

Comment: Customer service is amazing. The prices of reserving, checking out and checking in is seamless and effortless. The first time you rent the van you may feel apprehensive of the entire process being done virtually. However, we have now rented a van for the 4th time and it is nothing short of a great customer experience in addition to providing a product that delivers on the practical mobility needs of the customer. All agents are great but I have had the opportunity to interact with Bree more times and I have to say her caring, accommodating, patience and understanding really elevates the wheelers customer experience. Thank you to all Wheelers staff at all levels for making accessible vans available to all of us who need a van sporadically based on the needs of our loved ones - the end user.

Comment: Everything was great...reservation, customer service, van, lift, etc...except outlet. The van, Dodge Caravan, I rented had no outlet to charge my phone. Its weird. A car without no outlet? Although I am not sure whether there were hidden outlets somewhere, I searched out thoroughly but could not find any single outlet.
