Comment: Just moved to Whittier had my paperwork ...And did not have Picture ID From the government yet,because I had to get a new one in mail...I had new rental agreement Gas bill Post officeTransferMail..insurance card for vehicle...I even called the day before and they told me to come right upWhen I get here the next dayI was denied. What a first experience..

Comment: When driving through to talk to the worker, with derogatory tone told us to leave because we didn’t read the sign. Instead of explaining why it was closed he got upset despite having entrance open and seeing trailers come in and out.
