Rude, RUDE, VERY RUDE employees!!!!Went there last week to get scolded by a young man for walking in the door, I was told to stay outside.Sat there waiting for help, finally a girl came to the door asked what I wanted, I told her I wasnt sure and I asked why I had to stay outside, she explained that people were not allowed inside stores governors rules and that all wild bills are that way. In the meantime the young man who scolded me let another man in the store to look at glass pipes because he didnt know what he wanted either.Walked away, drove to another wild Bills and guess what, they had customers in the store and were very friendly. Found my new store to shop at and I will NEVER walk into the Romeo wild bills again!
I will pass every wild bills just to come to this one. every worker there is inviting and makes you leave with a smile on your face. If I ever have complications with a vape they are quick to fix it without giving a hard time :)
The cashier messed up my order, he charged me fully, when it was buy one get one for $1, for both items. I go back the next day and the same cashier is there and I tell him the issue, and he tells me theres nothing he can do, ridiculous! Taking my business elsewhere in the future.EDIT: went back the next day and talked to a manager, he sorted everything out for me, still plan on going elsewhere in the future.
Fantastic staff, Service and pricing. They remember who I am and what I come in for and Im not a tobacco user. I go an extra mile and a half out of my way just to go here instead.
Fadi and Ronnie are the best. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a New device and it stopped working a few days after I bought it. Went back to the store and Fadi and Ronnie took care of the problem right away. I didnt have to spend a penny out of my pocket. They gained a customer for life!!
All sales final no warranty or standing behind products rude people no help only want a sale returns with receipt denied because battery was used....um yeah I tried it how else would I know it dont work. ..other smoke shops stand by their products not wild bills if I could give negative stars I would beware of them ripping you off just go somewhere else that has a staff thats cares...I spend hundreds here but they cant replace a 6 day old battery ...unamerican
I have always enjoyed going to this shop. Great selection on cigars as well as fair prices. The employees are always willing to help answer any questions you have. I would recommend to a friend!
Im 21 years old inbetween getting new IDs and was denied a sale because i did not have valid identification. Im sorry, but i didnt know the temp license given by the government that states your age and birthdate wasnt a valid piece of ID to purchase a product that i used to buy underage from this store. Never going here again in my life. Its an adult store, lets all act like it.
The manager Fadi is the man! He always takes care of me like he knows me for years and the store is always stocked up clean and organized! Respect always will be shopping there

My go to vape shop. They have just about every E-Liqiud you could want as well as a large selection of mods, tanks, batteries and all the necessary vaping supplies. The staff at this particular Wild Bills is very nice and helpful.

No warranty on any vape supplies. My Eleaf 40wTC went bad after 3 weeks of use. Was out of town and had to buy a new one. Manager/Owner said there is nothing he could do,offered me 25% off a purchase of a bottle of juice. I took it but dont know if Ill will go back

If youre looking to buy cigars dont go to this location. The people running it dont have a clue what cigars are and how to care for them. Hell I had a guy try to sell me a moldy Padron while telling me that the white spots were PLUME!They should have their cigar license revoked before someone gets a mold related illness from their cigars.
Went in asking for a minty e-liquid and a worker proceeded to show me snowpocalypse from nillionaire.. Been hooked ever since! Great flavors and great service, nillionaire FTW

2022-05-20Constantly get bad vapes there. Taste nasty and old when I’ve gone to other stores I never had an issue so it’s not the manufacture. My daughter has issues also with this store Never again wasting money there again.

2022-04-23WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THEY SOLD ME A PRODUCT I COULDNT USE AND TOLD ME TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER! The manager wouldnt honor an exchange even when I showed them the withdrawal from my bank account from their location. Extremely bad customer service.

2020-01-01Ive been to this location three times recently and every time I am there the staff is super friendly and very helpful. They are knowledgeable about their products and very patient while you decide on what to buy. Store is well organized, clean and inviting. I have a store right near my house but find myself driving just a little further to go here because of the positive experiences I have been having. Keep up the good work and thanks for putting an emphasis on the customer. 👍

2020-11-05I went into Wild Bills for my first time a few months ago and was greeted the second I walked in the door! The manager Fadi was super knowledgeable and helpful during my entire experience. I would highly recommend coming here. I always look forward to making the trip out from Novi! Great service and staff! :)

2021-03-02Smaller than the ones Im used to seeing, yet so quaint and the staff extremely helpful. They had everything I was looking for and more!! Ill certainly return to this location in the near future! Masks were worn by staff and patrons with zero issues. I felt safe.

2020-11-04Found this location a few months ago. Good selection of cigars at good prices. However, today all 4 staff members *not wearing masks*. Not funny, not acceptable ... in the middle of a pandemic. Im done with this place.

2020-06-25I know I am a pain to handle in the store. I had Suorins for a while and picking out juices was the worst for me, but the folks here are really kind, chatty and patient. This location was one of the first to open back up through quarantine and definitely became my fav store even though I have one a bit closer.

2019-11-12Two days ago I bought some merchandise and when I got home and examined it more, I found the quality was not exactly what I wanted. Yesterday I went back to the store to exchange it for a better quality piece, just to be told NO REFUNDS, NO MATTER WHAT REASON. I did not use the product and it was still new in box. I have spend hundreds of dollars at this store and I find it unacceptable to not return a low quality piece of merchandise, for exchange for a more expensive, better quality product. Good thing this was only 20 bucks. But it will be the last 20 bucks I ever spend there. Word of advise, if youre looking for a quality product, this may not be the store to go to. Local resident.
