Comment: I am impressed by the service I received at Will’s Auto Body, Inc! My trunk was having issues closing, the bolts on the top were cracked and it was leaning more to the right. When I brought in the car, the service was broken down for me so I knew exactly what to expect and what could possibly take place. Thankfully it wasn’t a deeper issue and was a quick fix! I didn’t have a car for only a few days. They were detailed, quick and professional! If I ever have an issue again I will be back.

Comment: These guys are absolutely fantastic. They were able to see me before other shops in my area (Reno/Tahoe), they did great work, and theyre great guys. They even went the extra mile when they could have told me to get bent. My rental car coverage through Geico was 30 days or $1,500, which ever was exhausted first. The job took a bit longer than anticipated due to parts and labor shortage, so the fine people at Wills Auto Body picked up the difference over my $1,500 max, which was incredibly kind. So much so that I felt absolutely compelled to write them a stellar review. They were referred to me by my brother, who has a similarly wonderful experience with them. If I ever need a repair shop for collision again, theyll be the first people I call! Thank you Wills Auto Body!!

Comment: Will and Michael are TOP NOTCH!!! My F150 was hit by a teenage driver who had a painful insurance agency to track down, but Michael was on top of them and handled getting us a quote to them and asking for the additional needed (because they didnt send enough initially!). Not only that, but Michael had so much patience with Ford and their lack of parts (we needed a whole new body panel on our truck) and he explained the process to me fully. It took his due diligence for almost a year to get that body panel! I felt like I had a person that was completely in my corner at all times, and I appreciated EVERYTHING he did for me! Not only that, but the work was impeccable. The car was fully detailed when we picked it up and we were so happy. Thank you Wills Auto Body!

Comment: If you need repair done on an expensive sports car, I would recommend Wills Auto Body! Service was excellent and the staff are the BEST in the Bay Area at what they do. My car came back to me looking immaculate as if nothing had happened, and despite having a hard to match paint color, they were able to get what looked like an exact match to me!

The entire process was completely transparent and they made sure I knew exactly what was going on. Secondly, my car came back better than when I gave it to them. Will and his team went above and beyond just fixing the damage to the car. They also detailed the car and were able to answer questions non-related to the collision. When you go to Wills Auto Body one thing you can expect above all is to be treated and respected as a person. Youll get efficient, quality and most importantly ethical work. I drove an hour to come to Wills Auto Body and Id do it again.

I didn’t have to go back and forth with the insurance company, Will’s staff worked it all out! I just dropped of the vehicle, agreeded to the work when they got approval from the insurance company and then went back to pick up my vehicle! No pain, no hassle, no fuss! If you’ve ever had to have work on your vehicle done and insurance was involved you know how difficult and how stressful it is. After witnessing one of the employees not knowing how to change my car from reverse to the drive gear, it raised some concerns with me. Im the type of person that is very particular about my car and who works on it. After doing more research about the shop my insurance sent me to, I decided to do some searching of my own to find a shop that I can trust.I found Wills Auto Body after reading numerous reviews and as a recommendation from an enthusiast forum that I am a part of. I decided to give them a shot as I read nothing but positive remarks. I emailed them from their contact information on the website and Micheal responded promptly. The length and detail that Micheal went into answering my questions already gave me a good feeling and gave me enough confidence to make an appointment to bring my car by to have it inspected.When I brought my car to the facility, I met with Will and he was kind and patient enough to explain the entire process to me, from how they will be dealing with the insurance company themselves, to stressing the importance of using original equipment manufactured products (exactly what I was looking for), to how they take pride in their work and care for clients vehicles as if it were their own. I left the shop with great confidence and decided to place my trust into Will and the rest of the team. I want to also add that communication with the shop has been amazing. Phone is always answered and questions are addressed with professionalism and courtesy.Fast forward to the pick up date (about a week later), I get a call from Micheal informing me that my car is ready to be picked up. With excitement, I head on over and see my car parked outside. It was washed and vacuumed and ready to go, as Micheal said he would do prior to me picking up the vehicle. I did an inspection before signing the documents and I was ecstatic about the quality of work. It was at that point that I knew I made the right choice going with Wills Auto Body. I cant thank them enough for treating my car with such care and exceeding my expectations. Ive said it before and Ill say it again, theyve earned my trust and will be my go to body shop for any future body work. Comment: Professional staff, quality work, high integrity. I scraped my side door and rear fender panel. The office staff was very kind and informative. Their work was seamless, my van returned like nothing had happened. Will, the owner stands behind his work. I actually had to go back because my sensors were saying that the door that they had replaced was not latching correctly. Turned out that was not the case and that after some trouble shooting they found that another door of mine wasnt closing correctly because of another incident. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Comment: Sort of flabbergasted. Asked for a quote to paint my car. The guy seemed very nice and got right back to me but if a paint job is what youre looking for be warned. I was quoted $15,000-20,000. After getting quoted from several other shops the highest other quote I got was $3,000. Not sure why the exorbitant leap in price? I am thinking this review will save someone time on asking for a quote... unless $15,000-20,000 is in your budget to get your car painted. 2 stars are for the quick reply
