People just throw trash everywhere and wonder why the suburbs dont wont yall (us) at their parks.
Nice fishing place and historical with a Lighthouse
It is a little ugly lighthouse, a lot of people shore fishing over there next to the river walk. Parking and trash maybe a problem on the weekend
Park has potential but greatly needs some cleaning up. If you can get past the amount of trash...this park is definitely a hidden gem

I love to go fishing there on the bank you can set your rodes up there and enjoy the view aint nothing like it!

Was at this spot to fish. Not sure why it is called the Windmill Point Lighthouse. It was a little scary in that corner. Was hoping nothing ran out of it while I was casting my rod!

2022-06-29Tiny lighthouse- The lighthouse and Park both need upkeep bad. There were lots of people fishing and it looked like they were doing well and having a good time. Considering the lack of upkeep, I wouldnt consider this a safe place to visit.

2017-04-18Windmill Point Lighthouse is very small but it sits next to a nice river view and walkway along a seawall. It sits on a spot that the Bob-Lo boats used for docking years ago.
