Good quality wings, I was very happy with the flavor! Tried about half the menu so far, everything met or exceeded expectations. Food was well priced. Inside is modern and service is friendly. I would not have minded the wings being a bit spicier.
Great wings but priceyId give the wings 5 stars but downgraded the rating to 4 due to the price. $16 for 10 wings is higher than most places. Add in $4 for fries and a dollar extra for all drums and tax and dinner for 2 was almost $50.
Tried to place an order for wings for the super bowl. The lady (see said she was the manager) made this very hard. I wanted twenty wings and a traditional sauce on the side. How are is that! then she told me Im not making sense????????? never, ever again!!!!!! Dont waste your time with a company that cant even take an order.
Best Wings Ever!! Way better than any wing joint in the area!! The lady that took our order was very pleasant and courteous, we tipped because of her. Will be back soon.👍
Ordered food and was supposed to have curbside pickup, which I found out doesn’t exist. Then we called to let them know we were here but never got the text to say our food was ready. After several minutes of waiting, we called and all we were told was that our order has been ready and we have to come in. No communication!!!! Very frustrating and bad customer service at this point. We love this place, but there needs to be better communication and don’t promise customers curbside when it’s not true and you don’t have it!!!
First time here. Excellent experience. Clean store. Friendly people. great customer service. Covid strict. We went in, ordered, and waited. Done in 15. The wings were delicious. We had dry rub and snobby que. Highly recommend.
Just got my food and the beautiful lady in the front Ze was amazing she got my order quick, the kitchen was quick, but Ze talked to me the entire time she made me want to come back 10/10 service she 100% needs a raise everybody in there was a vibe!!

Food was incredibly fresh!!! Chicken was fried perfectly as well as the fries! I also tried the cornbread and loved it (highly recommend). The meal is also very affordable. Definitely coming back! My favorite flavor is the Sweet Chili!
Food was hot and made quick. The boneless wings were fantastic. They were soft, large, and crispy on the outside. Traditional were ok, kind of dry but better than bdubs. Fries were crispy and flavorful. The worker there had a poor attitude on the phone and in person ( maybe was a bad day). Would come again
Love the wings here! Huge chunks of meat with light breading. So far Ive tried buffalo (my favorite), chicken and waffles (hint of syrup), sweet chili (had more heat than sweet for me), Jamaican jerk (good balance, not overly hot but heats up), garlic parmesan(this had too much going on for me), and awesome (so good! Sweet with hint of smoky- not hot). I do think wings should just come with a side of ranch or carrots. The garlic parmesan fries were good but I couldnt eat too many, they had A LOT of flavor. I could eat 10 at Bdubs but only 6-8 here.
1st time here, heard some good things so I decided to try it. Staff was friendly and food was ready super fast. The Cajun fries were great and the awesome sauce is really an “awesome” sauce! The garlic Parmesan flavor was terrible though. I mean like the worst I’ve ever had terrible. The boneless wings themselves were also kind of stringy with a weird texture. The awesome sauce is really what saved them. I think I’d try this place one more time to see if the wings were just a one off.
Great food and friendly staff.Had chicken sliders with buffalo and they were juicy and very filling. A 4 pack is definitely enough food on its own, you don’t even need sides since they don’t skimp on the chicken!Lemon pepper fries were seasoned well and delicious- on the oily side but mine were still crispy and full of flavor.Cornbread was so moist and sweet🤯Impressed with food, service, and so happy they are open late. Much needed in the area

The service was amazing! People were polite and the food was pretty good. Had the garlic Parmesan wings and Buffalo wings boneless with a side of cheese fries. Fries were crispy not soggy and the wings were hot and fresh. First time in and I can’t wait to go back again soon.

This store has terrible customer service I had to go here for a DoorDash, when I walked in one person acknowledged me and told it would be about 5 mins then I ended up waiting 40 minutes no one said anything to but asked everyone around me the name on their order and make eye contact with me and still say nothing to me at all. They all acted as if I wasn’t even sitting there completely disrespectful thanks for costing me money and wasting my time.
Arguably the best boneless wings around. The garlic parm flavor is stupid good. Service was quick and the employees were very friendly.
We used wingsnob to cater my sons first birthday and received positive feedback from the entire party. We taste tested their boneless awesome sauce wings a week prior and loved them. The wings were super tender and the sauce was unique. For the catering service they were on time and I priced out buffalo wild wings, chicken shack and North shack and they were the second best value in price. Would certainly order from them again
This place is now (without a doubt) my favorite chicken place in Rochester! I order the chicken tenders and I must say... they are well-seasoned tasty and crispy! Driving home with it in the car smells amazing! The staff is super friendly and seem to really care about making it a great experience! Keeping up the great work!
First time there. The service was fast and friendly. The seasoned fries were great. The boneless wings not so good. While very meaty, they were not crispy and were tough and chewy with not much flavor. The Mango Habanero sauce had no zip at all.

I wanted to like this restaurant as a new go to option near me, but I didnt. The wings were ok, not great, but the fries, which were an extra charge for the flavor without telling me cost extra, were disgusting. I dont know what they do to try to make the fries flavored but the end result left them soaked in oil? Butter? Who knows, but they were soggy and awful to eat. Not crispy at all. On top of that, dinner for 2 was close to $30, a price point I could get a proper, real silverware meal for. Not impressed.
My wife and I tried this place on a whim since we go to the planet fitness right behind it. Omg lol the wings here are sooo good. They are pricey about $1 per wing but they are a really great size and the quality of meat and breading is awesome. The sauce choices are good and my wife loves the buffalo and awesome sauce (like a honey bourbon mustard kinda taste)100% recommend trying they are way better than buffalo wild wings.The staff can be a little slow but they are still new the place just opened that will change overtime.Go try it!
I would give them ten stars and a standing ovation if I could. The ranch tho. The only bad part is having to pick just one sauce cause they’re all so good. Very friendly employees as well.
Came in 1.5 hours before close with one other guest and was denied seating on 1/14/22... On top of that, the wings were undercooked. Won’t be coming back.
Avid wing lover here. Ordered last night online and did curbisde pickup. Called the number and was told to come in too busy for them to go outside. No issue there but if you advertise curbisde, then you should probably follow through. As for the wings I did boneless and you definitely get bigger portions than BWW or Wingstop. Less breading and more flavor 😋. I got the 8oz of ranch and it was soo delicious very homemade. I wish they had more spicy flavors as I do not enjoy sweet flavor. Like spicy garlic, 3 levels of Buffalo sauce and spicy lemon pepper. The fries as basic so dont spend the money in adding a flavor. Overall I really appreciated the aluminum foil that kept the food warm all they way home. Will come back and try other flavors and might do some catering in the future.
Really like this place! Ive only tried their Buffalo and jerk sauces, but Ill be back to try the other ones. LOVE their cheesecake! Saw the guy who makes it on the local news the other day. Good idea to get area restaurants to carry it.
This place is amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, the food is excellent with real chicken and not processed like chicken nuggets, they have vegetarian options like cauliflower wings, the sauce choices are great and they have a nice selection of desserts too! The place is VERY clean and well kept, I highly recommend if you’re In the mood for wings.

Placed an on-line order for the office. Nine People. When i showed up for pick-up I was handed a stack of cups, apparently they dont fill the drinks up for on-line orders. Okay, Ill spend the time doing your job. Heres the kicker though, When i asked if they marked the boxes, I was told we dont do that unless you ask for it.. Nine orders.. we had to open every single one to determine who it belonged to. Nine orders and it never occurred to any one of those idiots to mark the orders.

Placed an order online with Toasttab today. It did not give me the option to order sauce on the side. I ordered 6 sliders. When I picked up the order, I explained the toasttab issue with the cashier. She said she could only sell me the sauce and that toasttab was complicated.When you place a $25 order and they won’t let you have sauce on the side it’s time to move on.UPDATE: The owner called me to apologize. The cashier was not following store policy. Thumbs up for customer service.
I was not impressed at all. I gotboth buffalo and hot AF sauces. They out the wings in the same container so there was no distinguishing which one was which. Also about half the wings were rubbery. Along with the wings I got garlic parmesan fries. They were uneditable because they were soggy from oil. This was at noon and if I had to guess the oil wasnt fully heated up which is why wings were rubbery and fries soaked up the oil.

The wings we received were barely edible. They were way too overcooked and hard to even cut. The fries were really good but the coleslaw wasn’t for us. Not impressed by a wings place that the worst part of the meal was the wings.
Customer service is always fantastic. Polite, friendly, efficient. Visit 1-3x per month in the late evenings. Awesome job to the crew here.

Dont bother placing an order for a pick-up time. They wont even start making until you call them meaning you will wait almost a half hour before they will have your food ready. Going to go back to Buffalo Wild Wings across the street.

2022-05-07First time visiting and it was lovely. I ordered traditional buffalo wings with garlic parm fries. They were heavy handed with the garlic parm sauce but that didnt bother me. I also got a pink lemonade from the drink fountain which hit the spot. The staff was super friendly and accommodating as this was my first visit. The inside was super clean so I felt comfortable taking off my mask. Parking was a breeze, there was plenty of it. Bathroom was clean and I appreciate the hook for my purse. I will return to try different sauce flavors.

2022-04-22I 100% recommend this place. The consistency throughout the restaurant is amazing and if you get your wings here you can actually taste the chicken. It absolutely blows all their competitors out of the water and there is no comparison in the area that I have found! The ranch is fantastic as are the cheese cakes!

2022-04-04So Ive been dying to have some good wings and dealt with the usual lack luster and occasionally my own off the smoker. Finally Ive found a place for them where I will be a regular. Top quality with a wide variety per your flavor profile. The awesome sauce is exactly as its named. Phenomenal cornbread with tender large wings both traditional and boneless. Definitely a must try if youre into wings.

2022-07-22I mistakenly ordered the 50/50 meal thinking that I would get 2 flavors of my desired boneless chicken, but the 50/50 meant half traditional and half boneless. I called the store to see if anything could be done about it. I was quickly put on the phone with the owner and she kindly cleared up where we went wrong in our online order. Not only did we receive great service, but she gave us a $5 credit for our next purchase. Great food and even better service! I 100% recommend!!

2022-08-12Top tier fast food, the cheese fries were the perfect amount of mild spicy. I’d just recommend to ask for your wings with extra sauce because they were a little bit dry. The corn bread and the cheesecake were amazing.

2022-08-05I had it a year ago but don’t remember. I was going to get wingstop but settled on wingsnob to remember the taste. I got to order the wings with sauce on the side. The wings were perfectly cooked! Decent sized, def bigger than BWW. Cornbread was good. We got the pretzel bites but decided it wasn’t too good. Cheese sauce was obviously can cheese. I would come back for wings solely!
