They split the wood in many areas when installing and damaged other areas. Came out to assess stated they would fix as they admitted fault and never did. Owner Mark tried to tell me they fixed things in December. Really in winter?? Said they would fix in spring and now we get no response at all. Avoiding email and calls. Lots of money to have such poor service go elsewhere.

We are so happy with the playset we ordered from Wooden Playscapes. Customer service was great. Matthew was so helpful in the ordering process and answered all of our questions. The installers were polite and unbelievable fast at building the playset. The swing set looks great and the kids have already been playing for hours! I would highly recommend!

Ordered and shipped promptly. They even contacted me about a slide that was back ordered to see if I wanted it added because it made the shipment from the factory. A slight mishap of a wrong box was corrected by the owner himself on the weekend. Very happy with ordering from here. I can imagine that their installation service is just as good, however I choose to build mine with my kids.

Purchased a play set in summer 2019 and the guy was extremely helpful! He helped us design the exact play set that fit our families needs. They even came out to deliver AND professionally install!!What won me over (and the main reason why I am writing this review) is that when we purchased in 2019 he said that it was a lifetime warranty on the wood. Some of the wood was cracking and the guy promptly came out and changed out the pieces that needed to be changed. He also did a full inspection and made sure it’s secure.He was so nice and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this place for all of your playset needs!!

Wooden PlayScapes did a fantastic job installing our Gorilla Playscape in our backyard. The installation crew was friendly, extremely efficient, and installed the entire playset in about 3 hours! The entire process was great and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a playscape!

Went in trying to finance a shed. Succeeded in doing so. Friendly helpful service. Plus they have cool little woodcraft stuff.
