Super honest trustworthy guys. They stock everything youd need from basic homeowner equipment all the way through high end commercial grade. So this is the story all about how my experience with Woodland went so well...ok no more jingle. But seriously dont hesitate to do business with these guys! I drive an hour and a half to get here because they are that good! Every time I have had to call or message these folks they are always happy and willing to help and answer all of my questions. I had made an order and stopped by to pick it up. While there I figured Id buy some 2 stroke oil also; so I did, but because of my brain I completely forgot to grab the oil off the desk as I left. Fast forward to later that day when I realized MY mistake I called them to ask if there were any way they could send it to me so I didnt have to make the trip again. WITHOUT hesitation they said no problem and didnt even charge me for the shipping! Its because of this kind of service that they have won me and my company over as a regular customer from here on out! Thank you so much fellas!

Just a great place to deal with! Old school service, and appreciation for me being a customer. Wish I knew about them 5 years ago! Very fair pricing, and they dont just throw parts at the problem. Fixed my muffler, because it would be better than an expensive replacement.Keep up the great work!
Sent an e-mail on Sunday and within minutes received an answer. Went in Monday looking for a walk behind mower for my residential property and was treated with the best customer service, we were given the VIP treatment and were shown what was available and were helped to pick out the one that would work out best for us. Thought they only carried commercial mowers but were pleasantly surprised to see I was wrong. If you are looking for the best, go there. You won’t be unhappy that you did.
I highly recommend Woodland! Very knowledgeable, great customer service, and the price was so good that it was cheaper for me to buy my mower from Woodland in Grand Rapids and have it shipped 4.5 hours away to Indianapolis, than it was to buy local. I purchased a demo without seeing it in person and was not disappointed at all. It was exactly as stated over the phone. I’m sure I will be a repeat customer.
I have had equipment serviced and I have purchased parts from these guys. Both times they were friendly, courteous and honest. I actually had to ask them if they made money on the parts as they were the best prices around. Great group of guys and will continue to use them!

Hello, I purchased a new Cub Cadet 26HP snowthrower today and I am impressed with the great customer service. They actually care about your concerns.I called at 8:30 a.m. and talked to Paul and then I called back about 9:15 made my purchase over the phone with Bobby And they delivered my Shiny, assembled and serviced CubCadet FREE at 11:30 a.m. in a raging Blizzard!And it cut through a foot or more Snow like it was warm butter!They have the Best Customer Service

The rear wheel on my Cub Cadet Tractor broke off. They came, picked it up, replaced the rear axle (Warranty) put new tires on for me, and had it back in my driveway ready to mow in less than 3 days. Very nice and all for $75. Taking my snow blower for service there now too. Excellent place to do business.

This place is terrible. I inquired about them after getting terrible treatment from Brian Winkler their owner. They are not a Pro-Gold Standard Scag Dealer, actually far from it. Brian Winkler is looking at bad Better Business reviews and such for not warranting a deck on a Scag Mower that has less than 100 hours on it. The Deck broke and Brian added washers to fix it . Brian , was all this really worth it

Horrible experience with Brian Winkler the owner. Constantly LIED during the process of getting a Scag deck warranted, first said Scag would cover it, then $150 now $1200 for a new deck. Brian is currently being SUED over this deal. Went to pick up the mower it was in pieces , they wouldnt help load it. Terrible place. Theyve been in business 2 years and are financially insolvent

2022-04-08These guys at woodland are awesome! We bought a Exmark this season and a couple snowplows last season. Brian (our sales guy) was great! He gave us a good price and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs any outdoor equipment! Service department is awesome as well! Had some plow work (warranty) done in past, fixed it fast and haven’t had a issue since.

2022-06-29I just had my first experience with Woodland Equipment- working on my Cub Cadet 54 lawn tractor. It was leaking hydro fluid, had a bad belt and a bad battery.They picked up and dropped off, which was huge for me! Given the time of year (busy!) I was very happy with the turnaround time. Pricing was very fair, communication from Paul was excellent, and I was totally pleased with everything about the encounter. These are the people to use!These
