Ed, Kailyn, and Lindsey were very helpful and understanding with my care. Ed, ever the jokester, was meticulous in making sure that I was fitted correctly and satisfied with my results. I will definitely keep this office in mind if I ever need additional services.
Kailyn Got me ant appointment very quick and got me checked in fast as well which was amazing. Ed made me feel so comfortable and confident with my new back brace. Everybody was very friendly and very welcoming. I had a wonderful first experience thanks to Ed, Kailyn, and Lindsay

Five stars I would give them 10 if I could. I got my leg brace from here and Ed, Kailyn and Lindsey are so professional and yet kind. Matthew was superb in measuring my leg and answered all my questions! Lindsey registered me in a very professional manner and answered any question I had . I visited this location earlier today. The customer service at this location is outstanding. Lindsey and Edward Ching are professional, helpful, kind. I was able to get fitted for my night splint and back to work in no time flat. I recommend this location to anyone looking for professionalism, friendliness and great customer service.

Hello went in one day to get a brace for my back while speaking with the manager he let me know that no one was there at the time to measure and fit me and asked me if I could return tomorrow I told him yes so he took my information and gave me my appointment the next day I returned and met Ed in which he explained everything to me and he measured me then fitted me and sent me on my way he was very polite and considered and very professionalThanks so muchKimberly Foster

Each employee who interfaced with me during my most recent purchase, fitting and consultation visit were shining examples of professional. Miss Lindsey assissted so the Dr WOULD give Wright and Filippis the script. Then I was escorted by friendly personnel to be fitted by Mr. Ed, a very personable gentleman. Thank God for this Wright and Filippis that customer satisfaction is the main goal.
My experience there on 11/12/2020 was great Justin was very polite and really fast with getting my insurance verified and when I made it to the back Ed was also very polite with measuring my wrist and going above and beyond to give me information on how and when to use my wrist brace over all it was a great experience 😊
This placing is amazing....they are fast, attentive and accurate!!! They even quickly came to Childrens hospital to fit my son for his boot and his ankle braces. Highly recommend this location for all your needs!!!!!!

The manager Justin is very knowledgeable and helpful! We were trying to locate an orthotic for our infant and tried an local independent company. That company held our daughters prescription for a month and made no progress locating the item. I decided to contact Wright & Filippis to see if they had heard of the orthotic, and Justin was very familiar. Due to my daughter being in-patient with pneumonia, they sent a technician to measure her for the device bedside at the beginning of January, and the item came in before the end of January. Thank you Justin for your excellent customer service, professionalism and ensuring our daughter got the item that she needed!

On May 14th 2019 I Made A Visited to Wright& Filippis to get my foot brace and a special insole made for my foot,When I got there I was welcome by Kailyn,Mark She got me all checked in and she was really fast to get me all set up and everything she got me all set up to be seen in less than 10 minutes I was really happy about that all the other staff was very nice also and they office space and everything was very clean and very neat everyone had a very good attitude and smiles on there faces so this is why I am giving five stars keep up the good work.

Awful customer service! ... The staff gives a funky oh well attitude and is not knowledgeable of their own processes and availability . How does the staff not know if a fitter is available, out of the office or on lunch?!? At 2 different locations!!... A total waste of time!

2021-07-26I was greeted with a smile and “May I help you”. I was told in a friendly way with a smile that my insurance will covered the cost of the brace with No co-pay.😊. Ed may me feel comfortable about getting the brace by explaining 1. Why I was having the discomfort and why this brace will be best for me. 2. He explained why I should keep my brace clean as well how to clean it. 3. He walked me through how to put brace on. Once brace was on he had me to walk around to make sure I was comfortable with it. I am glad I chose Wright and Filippis

2020-01-24Well now...my very first visit at this location inside the University Health Center was many years ago for my daughter she was 9 then and will be 32 in March/2020. My experience then was very comfortable and informative for my kid. Dont remember names of the people who registered my daughter, but I do remember the politeness.Ok jump to todays visit 1/24/20. The reception area overall was nice even with a little music. The 2 receptionists were AWESOME! Courteous, very professional even a little humor we shared. After being registered in for myself, I was escorted to my room for my ankle brace (what a great difference in alleviating soreness and heal pain) and impressions for my custom inserts...who knew Id need their services. Mark youre the man. Thank you all for your services. Stay Happy guys!

2020-09-28Due to multiple hip replacements and a right leg that’s a little longer than my left. That extra length has cause serious damage to my posture, balance and the way I stand. My doctor recommended that I get a shoe lift to try to redeem my balance and posture. If I came in with any apprehension I truly left with none. Ed took one look at me and could tell instantly what I size lift I needed. He took his time and listened to me and made sure that I was comfortable with the lift he created for me. If you want quality work along with kindness and patience this is the place for you. Thanks Ed

2020-08-22The professionalism and positive energy that you get from Wright & Flippis at Detroit Medical Center on 4201 Antoine St in Detroit, Mi was well appreciated. I was already discouraged because I waited until the last minute to fill my prescriptions for my crutches and a leg brace. When I called Kailyn answered, she was so very nice and willing to help me out. She told me to come right on in, that my last minute notice wouldn’t be a problem at all. I walked right in and Kailyn took my information and told me to have a seat. There was probably a 5 minute wait and then Ed called me to the back. He was so kind, caring and very thorough, he definitely knew his job. He adjusted my crutches to fit perfectly under my arms and adjusted my brace to my leg. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I was comfortable and had knowledge of the items I was about to receive.It has been a very long time since I’ve had such caring, kind, professional and understanding people help me. I truly want to Thank both Kailyn & Ed for the great experience at Wright & Filppis in Detroit. I will be recommending this company to all my friends and family. Good Service is hard to find but Well Appreciated. Thanks Again Guy!!
