I went in because I needed a new screw for my walker. They fit a new screw, inserted it, tightened it and were so incredibly nice.These are wonderful people and an amazing store

2020-03-07I absolutely love this store. Its very spacious and has large space for more products. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Their manager in charge is very personable. He is very hospitable, competent and knowledgeable of all the products within the store. I got all the hardware Items that I needed for some plumbing repairs and Im very grateful. Recommended!!

2018-07-01Very sad with the experience I just had with this store. My family has taken small motors to this shop before and has not had this problem in the past. I took my lawn mower up to get an estimate on how much it would cost to fix, and they told me I would be getting a call in the next couple of days. I called a week after I took the mower up and the man I talked to said I was next and would get a call the next day. Another week went by and heard nothing. Now 2 and a half weeks later I call and they tell me there are now 4 people ahead of me!!! So basically my estimate got skipped over. Very displeased and will not be recommending. 😡

2018-06-26Just recently brought 2 of our lawnmowers to Wrights for repairs. Both of then were completed ahead of the proposed schedule and both run like new! I highly reccomend using them for all your small machine repair needs! They also have an excellent selection of tools and other hardware available with expert staff who are ready and willing to help you search the aisles for what you need.

2018-03-21Can’t say enough great things about these guys. My company had 2 very unconventional tools that needed sharpened, and I got lucky enough to find Wright’s searching online. They not only sharpened them within a few hours of each drop off, but they oiled then and re-fastened a loose bolt, no extra charge. AND... customer service was OUTSTANDING! They actually care... and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Thanks, guys - even though you’re a 20 minute drive from home for me, I will most definitely be back!

2016-10-09Dropped off our mower for a tune up. Customer service was outstanding! Mower runs just like it did the day we bought it. Very reasonable price and we had our mower back the next day.

2016-03-02My husband and I moved into the area around 6 months ago and had quite a few home repairs to do before our home could be livable. I wanted to support an independent business rather than a big chain like Home Depot or Menards so I tried out Wrights Hardware. They helped me with a number of projects from replacing the glass in my windows to rescreening all of our windows, picking out the paint that would work best for my different projects and most recently helping me fix a problem with my furnace. I would highly recommend that you bring your business to Wrights.

2017-04-24Took lawnmower in for tune up saturday call this morning they said it will be two weeks! WHAT! Why? Then they said if i camt wait. Come pick it up and fix it myself. No more will i shop at wrights hardware.not happy al all with them. They could treat customers with more respect.
