Comment: This was my first time using Turo and I had some apprehension about cancelling my reservation with Hertz to go with this new rental company. But they knocked it out of the park. The car was in excellent condition, easy to find at the airport, and the whole process went extremely well. I was very pleased and of course the savings was the icing on the cake. Great job at XERENTAL. I would highly recommend them for your car rental needs. Thanks for a great experience!

Comment: I would definitely recommend this company to anyone flying into Santa Ana airport. These guys were quick to respond. My flight was canceled and luckily these guys were able to rent me the van for one more day. These guys are way good at what they do. I will be renting from them when I visit California again

Comment: Rented a very clean and nice 2022 Nissan Rogue - Great service and more than prompt on delivery and pickup. No waiting in those airport check out lines. Truthfully much easier than the hassle of rental cards at the John Wayne airport., Will definitely use again.

Comment: Services is really friendly and great. They made sure that you have/known everything before take a car out, so you will not feel FOMO when booking/pickup the rental cars. The cars are also good too! they are all new (from 2020-2022 versions). They have lots of cars (Hybrid, luxury, and sport cars), lots of lots of cars to pick to fit your style. Cars always clean and smell good whenever you come to pick up the car. Highly recommended.

Comment: Our family has constantly had horrid experiences with other corporate car rental companies, so we decided to try out Xerental.After the long flight from Detroit, Xerental greeted our family warmly with our booked vehicle sparkling & spotless at their main office in Garden Grove. Everything was clean and run smoothly for our trip to Vegas and Oregon. Drop off was also very easy as well. The staff are the highlights, very accommodating and actually care for the customers.Wed definitely return for our next trip!
