Comment: I highly recommend a visit to this store if you need help with Xfinity services. I was helped today by the nicest gentleman to resolve issues started by miscommunications with Xfinity’s online customer service. I didn’t wait at all at 6:30 pm on a weeknight, was done in 5 minutes, and got a full refund for the services given to me by mistake.

Comment: Oscar who is the manager was so loud and so rude. This person should NOT be in any management position. He spent a good 10 minutes on his phone conducting a personal call which could be heard through the entire store. We as customers dont care about his upcoming trip with friends and this call could have been made in a in a break room or outside of the store. I have reported this to corporate and am looking forward to a report of the outcome of this situation

Comment: WiFi was going in and out for months. We figured it was the boxes issue. We went in and got helped immediately upon entering. No waiting needed. We gave back the router we first got for free when we signed up for their WiFi. And they gave us a new router and stuff all for FREE!(: They gave us the best and most expensive one they had completely free of charge. Todd helped us! Thanks Todd!(: Very helpful and informing. I was told that they can help with my account issue and in fact they can not and they do not care. Overall, the product and service quality of Xfinity is pretty consistently bad. I deeply regret ever becoming one of their customers.

Comment: I came in frustrated with my cell phone acting up but the person who helped me found issues with it and took measures to fix it. He explained what he was doing and was very attentive to my needs. I also discussed how my cable box was pixelating. He immediately gave me updated boxes along with new HDMI cables too. I feel very comfortable and confident with the staff here. I highly recomend coming here rather than calling customer service.

Comment: Theyve raised my monthly payment every year without fail the past four (4) years. My monthly bill has gone up 80% over the past four (4) years. Unmitigated corporate greed. I would recommend finding another vendor for internet service. I returned my equipment over a week ago. They would not provide me with a receipt that they received the equipment at the time, and told me I would receive an e-mail within 24 hours confirming receipt of said equipment. As of today, almost two weeks later, I still have heard nothing from them. If you turn in your equipment, insist on speaking to a manager if they will not provide a receipt, and if they still will not provide a receipt, insist on taking pictures. Very unprofessional.

Comment: If you want smiling friendly people who tell you stories of how other customers somehow got mad at them but they are so nice and supposedly honest, get suspicious, very suspicious! I experienced first hand why those other customers had a reason to be upset, and theres nothing like being taken advantage of and being ripped off. They say they are just doing what you asked but in reality they are doing what is best for Comcast and in such a way that whatever you were told to expect, is not quite what you are going to get. In my case I wanted to remove one very expensive service but I specifically wanted to keep the Internet plan I had for a long time and was at a set price that I wanted to keep, and the VOIP service. Instead what I got was all my services and plans cancelled and new service plans for the 2 services I was keeping, but that are now subject to frequent price increases! What I was told so I would accept but when I got back to my car and checked I realized what was really done and when I went back and complained and asked for my old plans for those services to be restored, I was told it couldnt be done!!! Gotcha!Comcast unfortunately is a monopoly in our area. Most people dont even know that Comcast OWNS AT&Ts broadband services so that AT&T cannot offer TV services ever again! Comcast is nothing more than a price gouger managed by corporate greed. Comcast makes it darn near impossible to contact them except for driving miles to one of 2 stores where you may not be robbed or have your car broken into. The only human beings you can talk to after chatting with their AI bot or very long waits are in Indi or the Philippines. Comcast will make you pay for service you are not even getting and not actually refund you or take forever to refund you only a fraction of what they actually owe you! And Comcast has an actual department dedicated to preventing you from getting a service truck to your residence or cancelling any residential service appointments that are not new service being installed! Who fought the government law that forces utility companies to tell you what your services actually cost? That would be Comcast! Comcast via bundling and promotions charges every customer different prices for the same service or products or plans!

Comment: Xfinity has been charging me approx $10/mo. for equipment I returned in May 2022. That is nearly $200 of charges to date, which they only have refunded me $40 so far. Additionally, their service went up 67% in November from $72 to $120/mo. I have been a customer for close to 20 years, now moving to Sonic for $59.99 (10 GB speed, month to month, including equipment). Called but offered me 75 Mbps for $72/mo with 1 year contract. That is 133 times slower than Sonic for $12 more a month and tied to a contract. I guess Xfinity just takes customers for granted... Good riddance!

Comment: Went to store on Dec 7 and greeted by Perry S. who was super helpful and friendly.He helped me and my wife to exchange our old set top box to the new 4K set top box.He also provided us a new cable to connect the box to the wall mount.We were in the store for 5-10 minutes and we received the best service we have never had before.I had to returned to the store again on Dec 11 due to the faulty 4K set top box.This is expected due to the fact that they were all refurbished units.The office was extremely busy this time and I had 10 people ahead of me.Again, I was lucky to work with Perry who provided me with exceptional support.I’ve worked with many Comcast representatives in different locations over the past 22 years as a Comcast customer.Perry is the best, the most knowledgeable and friendly person.

No attempts to satisfy or answer simple questions, only deflections and negative responses. Christian and his co-worker told me to go online and make an appointment or go to a UPS store. When I voiced the concern that I didn’t want to be charged for another billing cycle that I wasn’t going to be using these pieces of equipment for he basically said that’s how it goes and blew me off to do the same thing to the next guy in line. Comment: On 9/30/2023, I called to add cable and become a wireless customer. My plan was to purchase two cell phones, for my daughter and son also. This is know as a bundle.Already being a Xfinity customer, receiving internet service, the sales representative I worked with on 9/30/2023, was having difficulty with pushing the deal through for the promotion, due to a balance that was due for services I never received. This sales representative pushed me through to a department to get that matter resolved, which I did, then connecting back to the sales representative for the bundle deal.I advised the sales representative the matter is resolved but I was advised it would take 5 days for the matter to not reflect my account, I asked if we could move forward with adding cable for now and I would add mobile data service at a later time.The sales representative, told me he could push it through and said he would turn my internet service off for 10 minutes and resume it afterwards.Unbeknownst to me the sells rep, canceled my account entirely, I spent hours on the phone with this person while running my daily errands.Finally the sales rep advised he would not be able to add the cell phones, I would have to wait five days like the lady from another department informed me.I arrived home at a later time and found I had no internet. My user name would not populate. I was at a lost. I spent hours on the phone from approximately 2pm-7pm that day trying to get this figured out.Finally I realize, my account was cancelled and I received a new account number. I was furious, the sales rep also scheduled me an appointment unbeknownst to me for 10/2/23 I would find out.I worked tirelessly with tech support over the course of the weekend trying to get someone to come out and resolve my issue. No one came. On 10/02/23 my appointment was scheduled for 2-4pm. Xfinity cancelled this appointment. I only realized this after I’ve taken off work early, using PTO be home for this repair. Again I was furious.Once again I’m on the phone with support. Advising them I am a single parent with a trip coming up for work. My kids would be home, our home depends on Wi-Fi to operate All things.I felt as if my needs were dismissed, I was connected with dispatch who was rude and not understanding.Hours out of my day at least 10 hours, using 3hrs of personal time off work. My bills are paid and I’m without Wi-Fi because a sells rep wanted commission or to meet his quota.Xfinity you have let a hard working single father of two teenagers Down.Make this right or I will surely be looking for a more suitable network.

Comment: We were unaware that we had exceeded our data for the month so we reached out to online customer service and the representative said that there was a mistake and that they were going to correct the issue. My wife wanted to confirm that everything was ok so she visited this location to inquire. They told her that there was no record of that online conversation that we had for 30mins and that was told “It’s your fault, it’s your doing”. This rep then got a manager which has basically no customer service skills and proceeded to also tell her that it was her the same thing in a demeaning and confrontational manner. Why is comcast ok with their employees treating customers this way? Anyway, we asked them to cancel all service and loved to a wireless 5g network. Zero stars would best describe this experience because of the treatment and management style.

This is not a simple process. The wait to return equipment is over 40 minutes. What a waste of time. The business model is atrocious and their service is non-existent. The CPUC needs to regulate them as a utility and local government need to stop special contracts and open the market. Not to mention getting rid of the “fees” for supporting other businesses- it’s absolutely ridiculous!

Comment: Make sure you get written verification of their phone offers, regardless of what the sales people offer before you switch your phone service to Xfinity. Classic bate-n-switch. I was lured in by their offer to switch my four family phones, each for a $200.00 from a different carrier. Two weeks later after I switched, they told me it had taken AT&T too long for them to unlock my phone, which was 100% handled by Xfinity. Their manager Christian later laughed at me and told me, “I sell phones, I do not do customer service.” I was able to force them to honor some of their initial offer through their corporate office after months and months, only after they found a text from a junior salesman to me telling me the phone was unlocked by AT&T within the two week period. Get everything in writing first! Total sleaze bags. I would rate -10 if I could.

I just spent 15 minutes on the phone listening and playing with the central answering system and was not even able to talk to anyone. Instead I was referred to texting employees. Since when? First they leave the office and answer call from the comfort of their home. Then, they dont bother with picking the phone up and wish to answer with people with text perhaps while they’re in the bed or in shower or maybe even t..seat. What is next? What a horrible experience. After 25 minutes they answered “no” to my question. No or yes, it could have been done in the first minute. Xfinity, have some respect for people. Typical wait times are 15mins but in my case it took more than 40 mins because someone else cut in my spot when they called my name. Either I was not able to articulate my name correctly to check in or the person who cut in didn’t hear the name properly. I would request more staff and seating for people waiting. I noticed people getting confused when they enter the location because people were waiting and not sure who is in line or needing for help. A signage to checkin at the desk as soon as they enter would help!!!

The tech support guy set up some second name for the wifi, claimed it was faster. It is not, still have the same problems, my wife gets on the wifi with her phone, the tv goes out. The cell phone service is a joke, it NEVER hits 5G, its always on LTE, or some other garbage. They say unlimited but they shut you down at 20G. Were switching over to Verizon and theyre refusing to unlock my phone, which I paid for. We called on Friday to get the phone unlocked, was on the line 24 minutes and I agent said it would 48 business hours but usually 24 regular hours. Its Wednesday, its still not unlocked. Now the company is saying the unlock never took place and I have to wait another 24 hours to get it unlocked. AND the agent refused to give me to a supervisor when I wanted escalated. Theres a reason theyre called Comcrap.

The sales person assumed my son was local and shut his phone down. Now I have pay for UPS to send the SIM card to my son. My phone number never changed. If you took my name then you already know the account it’s linked to and you have the equipment that is also linked to the account so why make people wait that extra 45+ minutes? When I was finally called they knew my account and address right away when they scanned the receipt because it’s all linked to the equipment! Also there’s hardly enough room to stand around and wait. So it’s good to know they treat a 7 month pregnant woman with respect! The manager checked me in, asked what I was there for, and told me, contrary to the agent I spoke with oh the phone, that I should not be returning my modem. I told him that I thought the same, as the installing technician said to leave the modem upon leaving, but the agent on the phone assured me that the modem should be returned. The manager said that was wrong, and I should keep the modem. I insisted that the modem be returned, and he put me on the schedule. While waiting, the manager kept pressing the issue, asking me if I could still access my apartment to return the modem. I told him I most certainly can get into the apartment, but I was not leaving without returning the modem. After 10 minutes, the modem was accepted and a receipt given.Horrible customer service to be harassed and questioned by the manager, who apparently does not know what he is talking about. In order for my grandma to watch and subscribe for her Filipino channels (TFC, GMA Pinoy TV & GMA LifeTV), I had to replace the old box since TFC is now in HD.I arrived promptly for my appointment at 4PM. I was welcomed professionally as I returned my grandmas old box and remote. Then, I was given a barcode to proceed to a waiting area until my name was called.Approximately 10 minutes after arriving, I was called over and assisted by an Xfinity agent named Norma. Norma was not so friendly as I began and explained the purpose of todays visit. My main intention was to replace the old box, swap it with a new and upgraded version and add her Filipino channels. However, it took me several obstacles due to the fact that my name was still not added to my grandmas account as an authorized user. What do you expect? Do you expect my grandma to add my name to her online portal while she is still learning these technology upgrades from me? Thankfully, I was allowed to call and talk to my aunt on the spot to verify the account details. After todays visit, I was very sure that my aunt added me as a manager to my grandmas account.When it came to finalizing the order, Norma encountered trouble upon adding the Filipino 3 package (TFC, GMA Pinoy TV & GMA LifeTV,) and I overheard her asking her colleague if this package can be added to my grandmas existing plan. Her coworker said oh no, they can only add TFC. Excuse me, GMA Pinoy TV & GMA LifeTV channels can be added without an X1 Triple play Plan. It also works with existing double play plans (like what my other relatives have in own home.)When Norma kept running into this error for about 20 minutes, she tried selling me into getting the X1 Triple play plan with only 300 mbps on top of my grandmas existing plan for about $200.00 per month. Woah, thats way too expensive! No thanks! In my own account, I currently have an X1 triple play plan that is only $150.00 per month! As a result of this scamming offer, I refused to sign my grandma up for a skyrocketed price per month. I kept insisting to keep my grandmas original plan and just add DVR and the Filipino 3 pack. In the end, I slightly won over Normas offer by having the upgraded bill at $20 cheaper compared to the first offer. One of the reasons why it became only $20 cheaper is due to DVR and HD fees. I wasnt happy about those charges because my plan at home doesnt not charge me for it (due to my loyalty with Xfinity). Norma wasnt really having it when I made her repeat the calculation process and quotes for a monthly. I also couldnt hear her well due to background noise at the store. However, as an Xfinity store, I insisted in having her become more transparent about the quote for my grandmas monthly subscription. Norma can do better to be more patient, transparent and more accommodating and friendly to xfinity customers like me. She has to work on that in order to prevent an unpleasant experience that I had today.Now that my grandmas new plan is not under a contract, Ill just find another way to negotiate her xfinity plan to make it cheaper over the phone instead of going to an Xfinity store. I am smart enough to say no deal, walk away with a decent plan and speak with an xfinity agent on the phone to find a better and cheaper monthly price. If I made it work for my own plan, then I can make it right for my grandma to help her continue watching Filipino channels on Xfinity for a lower price. I will only go to an Xfinity store to return and/or pick up new equipment.

One agent misplaced the equipment I was returning within the 15 minutes I was waiting to talk to the other agent who would process the return. This caused confusion and panic and their fix was to cancel unrelated service on my account to make it seem like they were actually doing something. Now I have to try to get in touch with someone to straighten that out, which is a hassle in and of itself because their automated phone system is really customer-unfriendly (hangs up on you and requires you to do unrelated things like cycle your modem for no reason before you can talk to an agent). Save yourself the trouble and avoid Comcast altogether if its an option, but it you must use them, definitely dont visit this location

The manager said we will have go to Apple for this problem. I said why should we have to go to Apple when we purchase the phone from the Xfinity store for a phone less then 60 days old. After going to the apple store and having the the phone wiped. The problem still persisted. So I scheduled another appointment at the apple store, however I thought it may be the SIM card causing the problem. So I went back to the Xfinity store to swap out the SIM card. The service attendant said “The SIM card has nothing to do with the problem” I said “I wanted a new SIM card away” After installing the new SIM card the excessive date problem stopped eating to much data.

We reworked her account and got her bill back to where it was. They were supposed to apply a $38 credit to my moms account. And they were supposed to waive the service fee for the technician coming to her house. They did credit the $38 however but charged my mom $70 for a service visit.The account was supposed to stay unchanged and she lost some channels. I recently purchased a brand new construction home and the only option I had for my internet & tv services was Xfinity. I was hesitant and had spoken to an associate on the phone for 2 hours about a month ago who wasn’t from this store and had setup a bundle with 4 services, unfortunately this associate made a lot of claims and promises about the services I was being offered and sold. Today was installation day for all those services and let’s just say it went horrible with the first tech, the 2nd tech made things better and was fully transparent and honest but I still wasn’t happy or satisfied especially with how important internet is being that I’ve been work from home for over a year now and rely on these services. I came into this xfinity store about an hour ago and these two gentleman I’ve named above went above and beyond to correct and rectify everything. It brought so much peace and clarity to my mind and as a loyal customer of so many companies and brands... I have to say a big thank you for turning around this negative experience into a positive one!

Comment: Once inside the service was efficient and polite, but the inbound processing could use some improvement. There are two doors - the open doors under the store sign is intended to be used as exit only and there is a second door for queuing into the store. For people that have never been to the store its not obvious that there is another entrance with a line (or even that the line was going to the same store). My entrance through the wrong door set off a long chain of go here stand there oh you have an appointment then wait here instead. My suggestion is to place one sign under the door you want to be used for an exit pointing to the other door with the line and a second queue for people with appointments rather than having one employee attempting to intercept and redirect everyone individually. One sign is worth a thousand redirects in this case. In these (COVID) days I think most people are understanding and want to help retailers manage their social distancing policies.. help us help you.

They advertise speeds they do NOT deliver on (my 1G of service was coming in at 1/5th the speed it should have been) the WiFi crashes regularly, even after I’ve instructed everyone to turn the WiFi off on their phones so I can stream Hulu or Netflix, even basic tasks are too much for this service providers abilities. This company fails daily on its customer satisfaction radar, but they don’t care as long as they have your billing information, your just another customer paying for them to be in business while they treat us like garbage and rip off the paying clients with horrible internet at top dollar prices. At 1 pm I called to cancel installation and void the contract. Horrible service and I was a new customer. Imagine how they treat you once they have you signed to a 2 year contract.

Comment: Comcast is the most over priced service provider out there. Its a good thing they are not the only ones out there. I canceled my cable over 2 years ago and today I am canceling my internet with them...so happy to be done with them. If anyone is thinking of joining any of there services dont, save your money because they will rip you off.
