Very friendly experience my associate Aprial was very helpful in helping me select my package and explained everything to me. The greeter who greeted me at the door was very pleasant as he directed each customer basically still showing social distancing. Thank you for still creating a safe and healthy environment.

Super rude employees. My Fiance asked when they would have the Samsung Z-flip/the fold and was told store restock would be October 22nd. Came in today to ask about it and the man he asked was awful. He rudely said that it was warehouse stock and online only. Never had this poor customer service when we were with Verizon.
If I could give zero I would. I spoke to Comcast this morning whom informed I had to go to this store personally to pick up equipment for my moms account that I set up last night. Drove all the way there to be told that no, she had to.This store ALWAYS denies responsibility and is a disgrace to customer service.
The young woman here is absolutely horrible. Second time dealing with her. She needs to be fired. She is so rude & says she can’t help me because I don’t live in town. Well, you are the closest Comcast to me and the agent on the phone I am dealing with sent me in. DO YOUR JOB.
I brought a product return issue to a staff member and Manager John. I was disappointed with their concern over rules and system limitations. They could do “nothing” to help me. After leaving the store I called customer service and was promptly offered a credit to my account. Why isn’t the store empowered to take care of their customer? Staff was rude and not helpful.
I have to give Troy r. Props. He saved me so much monthly on my cellphone bill that I bought another phone I replaced from straight talk. I think management needs to make sure they keep him around. He answered all my questions and pointed out ways to save me money. I dealt with alot of staff from xfinity before. Troy is my top pick. I felt good after leaving the store like he really looked out for us. Thanks again Troy.
Went there to return a phone and the Ignorant staff refused to take it because its reset to factory settings. The thief employees only take them if you leave all of your info on the phone so they can steal your life and money. They are rude, Ignorant and useless. And they dont have any Caucasians working there so you get nothing but attitude and ignorance. Xfinity is the worst company with the worst employees ever.
Getting to the store was quite difficult, had it not been for another reviewers input on location. Google definitely dropped the ball for directions on this one. Luckily it lets you suggest edits and change where the pins should be.... done, youre quite welcome!As for the store itself, heres the reason for the 5🌟 rating: exceptional, quick, and friendly service!!! Very knowledgeable reps to assist immediately upon entry!!!
I rarely post reviews but I felt the need to for my experience I had at Comcast. I have to give the Benton Harbor branch of Comcast a 5 star rating. My visits to Comcast in the past have been like going to the Secretary of State (which is terrible at best). This time was quite different. The store was clean and impressive. The most pleasant part though was the courteous personnel that work there. They were great. They tried to up sell some products but not overkill (which I hate).Overall, a wonderfully surprising experience.
We visited the store to make changes to our internet/cable package. We were greeted right away and the folks that work there were all friendly and helpful. After spending an hour on the phone with a completely unhelpful service representative, we were pleasantly surprised at the great level of care and service we received in the store. Thanks, guys!
I would rate at zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service, argumentative, and belittling if you don’t “understand” their unwillingness to help. Employees are more interested in not completing work and collecting a paycheck than bring in new business. I time and again have tried to give Xfinity opportunities to redeem themselves, but they continue to fall flat.
Storm damaged our router. The visit was less than 5 minutes, no cost beyond the time/gas to get there and I now have a new modem-router.We showed up 30 minutes to close, no issue like one of the other reviews mentioned.Exactly what we needed. Comcast as a corp is still pretty much the devil but at least the local store is good.
Not a good experience by any means.Went in to simply start up a basic internet service and left with a substantially high bill with add ons we did not need.We had xfinity a few months ago and our bill was not that high. We were “helped” by Lisa, who was very rude, she was just rattling off numbers and prices rather than describing the options. We asked for internet and the basic channels and instead she said she was giving us more channels and phone number “for free”. We tried canceling that whole package all together and she was not let us. So I called customer service and canceled it myself.Overall very unhappy and did not appreciate Lisa and her rudeness and unwillingness to understand and listen to what we were wanting.
Horrible service and I cant believe that it was that horrible compared to normal. Dont want into use the kious then the next wk refuses your money n wants u to only use the kious while theyre visiting with their friends or family members and yelling across the store laughing and carrying on acting VERY unprofessional period! I drive 20+mins 1 way n get not 1 manager there n when I go in with manager there, its a whole nother environment and attitudes with the staff. Called corporate about it and reported and video recorded n emailed to them. I was discussed with the way they were no help not even for elderly women trying to use her Walker and take in boxes n they were too busy to even hold a door and their friends/family parked rt n front blocking the handicap lil ramp spot n offered no help! Huge disgusting staff and environment Friday 7/6/18.
Store representative was less than helpful. We do most shopping online, and we were excited to go in to the store. We made an appt. when we arrived he seemed like we were a disruption for him. We have been xfinity customers for over 14 years...home phone, 2 internet accounts, cable and three mobile phones. Everytime we asked him a question, he basically said he couldnt do anything we would have to call and do that online. Needless to say...not happy customers...going home to use our xfinity internet to order what we want after researching all options ourselves...
I was in the Comcast store in Benton Harbor but the TJ Max and was, what I feel, racially profiled. The tall salt/pepper caucasian male was rude and condescending. His words to me were Im not going to discuss your bill with you because I dont want my car keyed. I was completely stunned that he would make that remark to me. I am a 50+ year old professional and yes I am also Hispanic. I have never in my 50+ years have ever said, I didnt get the job because Im Mexican, or they dont like me because of the color of my skin. I just have always thought, maybe I wasnt qualified, or maybe they just dont like me and thats ok, I can live with that, what ever. But this guy did not know me from Adam, he just saw my color not who I am.
I don’t know why I’m not being called back but have put in several calls to this service provider for internet who happens to be the only cable game in town. Across the span of several months I keep getting promised a call back that never came. I ended up buying a satiate service that cost more and loads slower but answered my calls. 🤷♀️
Visited to get internet set up. Vic made sure we had everything we need, and the best suited internet speed for us (we stream video games). He also informed us that we could pay less than we pay now for internet service through Comcast, which we will definitely be looking into. Got all of the equipment and information needed in the one visit, and he let us know we could call if we had any issues or questions. **As an added bonus, they were playing the Lego Movie on a TV in the lobby. It kept our 6yr old entertained and not bored and standing around the whole time!
They said they submitted a ticket to see if I could get service at their house and it would take 3-5 days. Then when I asked again they said 1-2 weeks. Well it’s been 3 weeks now and I haven’t heard anything. I called the 1-800 number and found out no one ever submitted a ticket. Glad I wasted my time with this stupid company!!!

2022-02-24I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Then after finding out what I was there for, the gentleman said I could have a seat and the next person available would help. I got to sit for a minute. The Marcella came over to see how she could help. She spent a lot of time with me to make sure I was getting the services I wanted. We had a very pleasent coversation and I left happy.

2022-04-19They arent your friends, keep that in mind. Ignore the smiles and seemingly friendly service. You will be scammed or told 1 monthly price and receive another. It isnt personal its just how they do business.

2022-04-21I couldnt pick up my equipment because i didnt get out of work till 7pm so I put my boyfriend on my account to pick it up and they told him he couldnt pick it up the 1st time .. Its the 1st & Last time any equipment will be picked up..Whats the point of putting someone on the account if they cant pick it up?

2022-01-04I was honestly expecting a dingy room with bullet proof windows like previous Comcast stores Ive visited. Its not as it looks closer to a Verizon store. The staff was nice and attentive and after the months long fight with their corporate office this was a nice change of pace.
