I had an excellent experience today as I was assisted by Mr. Eric Burns. He was both very professional and beyond pleasant to deal with. He assisted me with my Xfinity cable, internet and also helped me switch to a better mobile plan. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met.
I am simply trying to learn if I can bring the modem that was upgraded to this store. The 800 number is a JOKE!! You get an endless, mindless algorithm that offers none of the relevant choices. Supposedly, Comcast was going to ship packing and prepaid labels with which it could be returned -- ok they didnt. So, closest, most accessible store / office whichever in their complicated lexicon it should be, whatever! Im willing to drive it there, but unwilling to sit in the store for hours as I had to on earlier TV upgrades. Comcast/Xfinity - whatever needs to get its act together. Otherwise, I can hardly wait for WOW to come to my area!
Apparently Xfinitys new Routers are very prone to just quietly break, making you lose all connection and sit wondering if there was another outage before you call Xfinity and find out they sent you faulty equipment.The store itself is lovely. The company is the worst ever.
Switched from Verizon... Omg my bill is 1/4 what it was, AMAZING 🤯. Store was exceptionally clean, I MEAN HOSPITAL GRADE CLEAN. It was a fantastic experience! I am loving my new free pH as well as 2 other family members. No issues with service.All of the staff was fantastic!I have had the Beta wifi w xfinity for 5 yrs. Best prices when you sign up but only new customers get the deals thats disheartening because your bill will double. But they still are the cheapest wifi. Yes it sucks that everything is through the phone in a series of many buttons pushed to get to a live person but that is the world we now live in. With that said: The cell service plans are the best n the WiFi best priced n they always try to be helpful on the ph even tho you may be on the ph for an hour.The technicians are always very curtious and never grumble if you want to exchange your equipment. Nothing is perfect, but I do like their prices. I too get frustrated. I was on the pH once for 1.15 hrs and was transferred to 3 different people. I told the person on the ph very calmly, Im sorry if its going to sound like Im talking at you and not to you. But Ive been on the ph a longgg time and spoke with 3 people.. I feel like Ive had too much coffee on an empty stomach an no sleep! I think my head is going to explode and if you cant help me Im going to go insane and take you with me! We both busted out laughing! My humorous rant, actually made both of us feel better.Im the customer, they are going to try to make me happy and the calmer I am the more enjoyable it is for them to help me, the customer. Besides, who wants to be responsible for making someones job miserable. We just want to be heard but who can hear us the customer if we are running in a circle pulling our hair and screaming 🤦So rant away, but do it with humor, I promise you will feel better. I hope whoever is reading this, it makes you giggle 🤭
Not helpful. Have to drive to a store to get what you need so cable will work. Store not opened when arrived 1 hour of time wasted on driving . Being challenged with how things connect and connection being hard to reach had to have neighbors disconnect and once I get new equipment they will have to reconnect. No numbers to reach store directlyWe only can use Comcast in the complex I live in. Always had been att customer and had rapid service even in this pandemic.I have only had this box since Nov and already having problems1st call tried to fix three time over phone was told a technician would call and set up a time2nd call even when told them not fixable by phone they insisted to try again then told to take to store did that store not openedVery unhappy customer but stuck with comcast
My boy Denzel so cold. He hooked the Pontiac Jack up with something lite but it means the world to some to see good service. Ya not paying him enough... he didnt tell me to say that I swere 😂. Ps Xfinity make stuff conveniently complicated but I feel secure. Im excited about the switch.
Had an xfi pod that was defective. Because I had done an exchange at the Rochester store, they refused to return my money for their defective merchandise. I left it there and have taken it up with my credit card company to get my money back.I went through two of the xfi-pods and neither one work. I went to best buy and bought a broadcast router which is working and providing service to my bedroom unlike the equipment here.

2022-07-01I was trying to do a transfer of services to my new address that was completed over the phone prior to arrival. I was instructed by the representative on the phone to drop off my old equipment because I was no longer using TV services and was told to keep my Internet modem. So I’m going to the store explain the situation the manager passes me onto a representative to help get me set up. And what they did was cancel the service that was registered for over the phone and re-sign me up so they can get the sale. That later caused an issue with my Internet modem because the active services were shut off by canceling the previous service at the same time. The last thing you want to deal with when going into your new home especially your first one is issues with your providers. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. SCAMMERS.

2022-05-17This is where I learned there is a BIG difference between corporate-owned Xfinity stores and franchise Xfinity stores. This one is corporate owned and, FORTUNATELY, they were able to correct the mess that one of the franchise stores created on my account.MANY THANKS to the crew here for their great service.

2022-05-16Staff and management was rude and unfriendly, on top of that I just wanted to look around and see what they had in the way of android phones and tablets. The Staff was constantly following you and asking questions. Very pushy. I walked out and thinking about changing my home service to another service provider. Very disappointing.

2021-12-31As much as my experiences with Comcast have been hit or miss over the years, I have to be fair to the service center, which was in no way part of the problem.I ended up at this particular service center because the one closest to my home has been shut down (theres no indication as to why). I must say that the wait to be helped by a representative was fairly short and the representative was very cordial. I canceled my service without being badgered as to why and given offer after offer that should be extended to long-time customers; not just those who threaten to cancel service. Im very happy with the way I was treated and how quickly the process went.

2022-04-12Not impressed. Maybe it is just me but it feels like a fake Apple store. Xfinity always has some excuse to as to why stuff rarely works the way you think it should. The store is clean and neat.

2022-01-03The Bloomfield Hills location has prompt appointments and very knowledgeable associates! They understand the frustration and Xfinity customers are facing with the online and on the phone experiences. Let me say the extreme LACK of customer service from the online and phone representatives. If it were not for the overwhelming help I have received at this location every time, I would have dumped our four phone lines, cable and internet from Xfinity.I would recommend Denzel wholeheartedly, he is the best for knowledge and giving great service!
