Comment: The team went above and beyond to get me and my 7 other family members to Las Vegas for my nephews first bday. Enterprise in Downey screwed us and gave our rental away as my boyfriend and I went to pick it up on time. I also went to Marathon in Downey and boy did he want so much money for an older vehicle 6 seater van. I called desperate to other locations and Xpress Auto came through!! They had one cancellation and I was able to get a sprinter for the same price I was gonna get a 6 seater older van from Marathon. I can’t thank Xpress Auto Rental enough for helping. The sprinter was my families favorite they were all so happy together in one vehicle not having to be in 2 or bunched up. Had alot of nappers on the ride it was that comfortable!! Super clean sprinter with many areas to hold drinks and items so the floor was kept clean. I will be coming to Xpress Auto Rental for the future events I will not go anywhere else when I need a large capacity vehicle. Thank you again!!!

Comment: Be very careful with this rental company, Hyundai dealership uses this place when your vehicles is being serviced. I have reported in the past their vehicles smelling like smoke once i turned on the AC to minor dents. Now they’re trying to pull a scam to a loyal Hyundai customer, I have reported their wrong doing to the Hyundai Corporation and dealerships + filed a report with the BBB and the consumer affairs to investigate with their shady business practices. They are very unprofessional, BE VERY CAREFUL!! WARNING ⚠️

Comment: The RV was horrible. The RV wasnt cleaned good and it smelt like fish, when I checked the storage there was a piece of fish inside. Then we had no hose for the water tank and the refrigerator didnt work. When I informed their front office he passed it as nothing and made a comment that if I bought a house they would reimburse me....really Im camping, no store. I was very very disappointed and will never use them again!!!!

Comment: Hired a car from these guys to tour around the LA area for a week. Found them to be very straightforward and easy to deal with.Toyota Corolla was fairly new and nice and clean.All in all a good service. Thumbs up from me.

Comment: I have utilized Xpress Auto rental previously and their service hands down is awesome. They are a family owed company with great cars and vans for rent. Easy rental process you are in and out in 10 mins. I have had my current for going on 4 weeks and my extensions were an easy phone call and done. You need a car rental you cant beat them.

Comment: Looks like Im not the only one that had this experience. They give you dirty vehicles then charge you if the vehicle is not spotless when you return it. The vehicle was also broken when we got it and some of the appliances didnt work. Terrible way to do business, just looking for a way to swindle more money out of out you. Take your money elsewhere!

Comment: I wouldnt even give this place one star to be honest. I went here to rent a car and received a dirty car which I was fine with because I was in a hurry and needed to rent a car ASAP. However, when I went to return the car, an employee named Lucas accused me of smoking cigarettes in the car and leaving ashes everywhere. For one, I dont even smoke cigarettes, and two, I received the car when it was dirty, so thats exactly how I returned it to him. He said I had to take the car to get cleaned or pay a $100 fee. I payed $35 to have the car cleaned and returned it in a nicer condition than when I received it. Lucas had a very rude demeanor, therefore I would not recommend renting a car from Xpress Auto Rental. They are also overpriced; they charged me $239 every week. Save your money and rent elsewhere.

Comment: Becareful Shady location when I originally did my booking online I didnt request for zero liability insurance the place tacked it on anyways and when youre signing all they do is highlight where you need to sign didnt explain any of the extra charges when it called to let management know all they did was hang up this is partially my fault for not completely reading the contract but thats why Im posting keep your eyes open dont let them add any extra charges but you didnt request

Comment: Called to get a quote on a vehicle I needed that day and though they didn’t have it available they directed me to a nearby Uhaul location that would have what I need. This is doing business right. Just because they didn’t have the vehicle I needed they could have easily tried to schedule me on another day or talk me into another car but instead directed me to the right solution that fit my needs. Will definitely come here for any auto rental needs in the future.

Comment: I highly recommend using this company for your auto rentals. Lucas is so awesome. We had hiccups getting our first rental when we flew into LAX. Needless to say we thought we would be using uber everywhere. Not really a good way to spend a vacation. I called Lucas to see if he could help and a short uber ride and some quick paperwork and we had a car. Thank you so much Lucas and the Xpress team. Comment: Worst service, they arbitrarily debited me from my full price bank account for gasoline when they gave me the car a quarter less tank, and I returned it with half, I spoke and a poorly educated lady with a South American accent answered and She told me that she was the owner and that a woman named Graciela was not going to return anything. Very despotic, unpleasant way of serving... there are many places here in Los Angeles that rent cars and are professional.
