$17 a roll to develop and scan 35mm c41 color negative film. I received my scans a day later than projected, covered in lint and dust, weird color corrections, reversed and upside down, and at roughly 800x600px. They obliged my request to rescan at a higher DPI and I got them back the next day. Again, covered in lint, some photos missing or oddly cropped. Overall just a mess and many of my photos were unusable because of it. I requested a refund for the scans and was denied. I took my negatives and will not be returning. If youve put any amount of care into your photos, I recommend not bringing them here to be developed. Attached unedited scans from the SECOND scan.

Like most of us now a days, I order a lot of items online.From shoes to home supplies. I kind of dread going shopping at a brick and mortar store, where I am left with not the right thing I was looking for and the Help at the stores are too busy or not informed on the product I am looking at. I have ordered Prints from about five different online print places.The prints come out ok at best and as long as youre not concerned about quality. Yellow Door Photography & Imaging is a place I look forward to ordering my Prints and going into the store for pick up . It is nice to have High Quality Prints made from here and Professionally answered questions when needed about print imaging and sizing .

I was very pleased with the services I received. I was able to bring in a seasoned picture with required restoring & brought back to life & turned it into a canvas picture. Needless to say, the work was soo amazing that the outcome brought tears to my eyes. The quality of the work along with the customer service is well worth the service. I would highly recommend this business for your photo & custom apparel needs.

I stopped in to have some photos resized for framing purposes. The owner was both welcoming and professional. The photos were ready the next day and I was given a discount. I could not be more pleased and plan to use them in the future for other projects.

We walked in to drop off three rolls of 35mm film. Fuji superia x-tra 400. Nothing complicated. Nothing any other photo developer couldn’t handle with ease. Straight forward c41 processing. No prints just scans...To start the experience the guy working was on the phone. He barely manages to greet us. We tell him to go ahead with his phone call thinking he’d get to us in a minute or two. Instead we wait 15 minutes until we finally say something. He takes the film and we tell him what we want. Tells us we’d have our scans by Monday. We dropped it off on Friday.Monday rolls around and we receive nothing. Tuesday he finally gets our scans out... if you could really call them scans. Nothings orientation has been corrected. Every scan is covered in dust like a cat is roaming the dark room. Oh and the “scans” were an astounding 800x600 resolution... and all at the low low price of 17$ A roll.... Legitimately insulting.My brother asks for rescans given the laughable quality and insane price for what was received. They oblige the request... now we have the same awful quality in 1680x1036.... still covered in dust and miscanned. Nothing has been cleaned up or anything.A third rescan was offered this morning but a refund was denied. Not even just for the scanning portion. Rescan was declined by us as we are better off just taking them elsewhere.Now I understand some dust on a scan... but to the point that they are unusable is insane to me. This is the lowest quality processing and scanning I have ever seen and at higher cost than any other processor in southeast Michigan. For anyone wanting to just save old family photos who doesn’t have the ability to clean up this mess I feel bad.If you want quality or you are doing this for the love of the art, save your self the headache and lost photos. Make the drive to woodward or express. You’ll spend less money and receive properly processed film with higher quality scans.

I was referred to them by CVS. I wanted film developed and was lead to believe they could do the job. There was 13 pictures that my Grandpa took pictures before he died on a old disposable camera. I also took a few pictures recently oct 2019. After many days of waiting for the film the owner Andres tells me there is nothing on the film. After I took pictures recently. So he basically lied and destroyed my film!!! Worst company ever! Do not take your film to this company they will destroy it, now I m left without the pictures my grandpa took. Memories lost because of this company. They Suck!!
