Comment: Zeeba Vans doesn’t maintain their vehicles properly. This is because they have terrible relations with auto repair shops in the area because they always have a cash flow problem. The owners frequently spend money the company does not have. They have their vans serviced at a shop many miles away because no nearby shops will deal with this company. They don’t pay their employees on time and it’s a revolving door as workers quit from being treated badly. They also have terrible customer service because they employ just anybody they can find.

Comment: Avoid at all costs!!! We booked a van through Zeeba 2 months before our event & paid the deposit to confirm the van rental. Now that we are two weeks out from our event, we just got an email that they have decided to arbitrarily cancel our reservation. Whats the point of making a reservation if they can just arbitrarily cancel it whenever they feel like it?We have bookings for other activities that are dependent on renting a van and now we have no means of transportation and our entire trip is now in jeopardy. And because they cancelled our reservation so close to our event (what a courtesy of them!), there are no backup options at this point.I contacted customer service and they provided no options to address their mistake even though I was open to alternatives (arrange alternative transportation for us, secure a van from another company, etc.). Worst of all, the customer service agent decided they had enough of the conversation and just hung up on me! What an awesome customer experience (sarcasm!)!Moral of the story here, dont waste your time with Zeeba - they are just going to screw you over. Try finding somewhere else more reputable if you actually want to book a van. Hopefully there are other companies that actually honor reservations, especially when you pay a deposit.Do your research - look at other reviews for Zeeba. Youll see tons of reviews that tell the same story as mine.Crooked company, terrible customer service, should not exist as a business.

Comment: I made a reservation a week ago and today is my day to pickup to drive 10 people to TX in a couple of hours. I am now sitting in their parking lot with no one to help and their offices are closed. They are telling me there is no one that can come and help me and theyre unable to reach a branch manager. To say this was the most stressful experience renting a vehicle is an understatement. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!

Comment: I had a great experience renting from Zeeba. I mostly worked with Rachel, who managed my entire renting experience over a weekend. She was really helpful, friendly, and delightful. The van was in good shape, and Rachel and I effectively marked all the superficial dents before I left so I wouldnt be held responsible for anything that wasnt my fault. I would definitely rent from Zeeba again.

Comment: They cancelled my 15 passenger van rental 6 hrs before I was supposed to pick it up. Said they over booked and it was a computer glitch. I have had to call and speak with a few people because they keep saying they’d call me back as they need to call their locations and I’ve yet to hear from them. I finally was able to speak with someone and he was pretty much, sorry we don’t have a van for you. The computer glitch messed thing up. Left me and my group hanging pretty good.They have already charged my card and they said I’d get a refund immediately as well as a confirmation email immediately of the refund. I’m still waiting on that as well as the refund.After doing a little internet sleuthing, it looks like they cancel bookings last minute pretty regularly. I’ve yet to hear from a manager with any help, kind words, future discount etc.; their customer service is pretty bad.Rent at your own risk.

I have never heard of an establishment that would charge your card for canceling a reservation one week prior to arrival, in addition a voice mail message to confirm your credit card as the location is unable to process your information at time of arrive, 13 emails confirming your reservations. Comment: My family needed a van to travel over the holidays and none of the offerings from the regular commercial car rental agencies were able to guarantee what type of van I would get or what price. Furthermore, it seemed that I would have to get to the airport to pick up a van from the rental agencies. I googled around and found Zeeba. I was weary of the recent reviews but the price was great and I knew Id be getting something other than a Dodge Caravan, which has a lower safety rating than the average van.Our Zeeba experience was great from start to finish. The van was top of the line and in tip top shape. The communication with the agents was excellent. Lauren and Niko were clear with their instructions and accommodating to our late night pick up and return schedules. I look forward to renting with them again.

Comment: The Van Cargo service that cancels on you 13hours before your move with a voicemail. We reserved and prepaid for 9 foot cargo van from Zeeba Vans to give this company a try and their 100miles per day was pretty attractive for our 150 mile move; it was not only disappointing but surprising that the company would care less if you have to cancel your move, your scheduled restricted loading dock, your last minute stress because of their incompetence and on top of that, sending an email stating fraudulently that you had requested the cancellation: ( per your request we have cancelled your reservation, that we wont be charging you). I had to take a deep breath and go call so many locations and there was no cargo van available anywhere from any rental in San Francisco given the last minute search, we settled with a truck which cost us more than double but at least we were able to move on the only day that we could. As if moving needed something more to be more challenging. Good luck!

Comment: If you didnt know, this car rental is not at the SFO airport car rental location. You will need to reserve a shuttle to pick up your group. Unfortunately, the shuttle was down so my husband had to Uber there (reimbursed) and pick up the rest of the group at the airport. It was definitely cheaper than other car rental places, but very inconvenient. Not sure if it was worth it.

Comment: First time coming to San Francisco with 15 people for a huge family reunion. I could have not asked for anything better, ARUN is AMAZING! The process was mind blowing EASY! Super convenient. I recommend speaking to Arun. He went out of his way to be extra helpful and was very kind. Excellent service. Fast, easy, and convenient. I had no issues. Comment: Never Again! I rented a van for an event with a youth program. I Arrived at the Oakland office at 9AM, no one was in the office. I Called the corporate office and was placed on hold for 5 minutes. After arriving late, the agent couldn’t access my account, so there was no paperwork. Went to inspect the van and it was dirty and appears to have not been washed in weeks. Against my better judgment, I took the van, picked up the kids and drove to Santa Clara, which is approximately 48 Miles from Oakland, only to be pulled over and told that the left rear signal and brake-light were out! I returned the van to the Oakland office, only to find that there was no one there to exchange the van or take my complaint. I again call the corporate office and was told to to file my complaint via email. I filed the complaint on Saturday, May 25, the same day of the incident and have yet to receive a response!Very disappointed customer!K. McCullum

Comment: Horrible EXPERIENCE ! Rented 4/29/2017 . Van was jumping out of gear . No customer service after hours no roadside assistance zero customer service ability. Not to mention the GENERAL MANAGER has no idea how to treat customers nor does he know how to communicate . He hangs up when you dont agree with him and he is in charge of ALL THE MANGERS . So unorganized and unprofessional I would never recommend them to anyone in fact I am lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on Kevin the General manager . He should not be left to run a company. Hope no one has to deal with him.
