Our family has been doing business with Will at Zeigler Ford for years. As for most, the short supply of vehicles over the past two years has made it difficult to find what we want, but Will has always come through for us. He has always updated us on his progress and has never misled us about the availability of a vehicle. If Will said he could get the vehicle of our choice, we had confidence he would come through, and he did. I will do business with no one else but Zeigler Ford and Will is the reason.
The employees of Ziegler Ford in Lowell are some of the most professional and thorough car salesmen I’ve ever come across. I personally worked with Tim Geney to get a Fusion and he worked every day to make sure the car was good to go before I came to get it. I’ll be getting my next car from them in the future.

As someone with extremely limited automotive knowledge I was apprehensive when it came to buying my car. I had looked at multiple options from facebook market and couldnt find one I was comfortable with. Someone referred me to Tim which completely turned my luck around! He took the time to answer my questions and went out of his way to communicate with me. I ended up with a better car for less money than any I had seen other places. Hes definitely not your stereotypical car dealer (you know, the sketchy ones). Its obvious he genuinely cares about getting people something safe and reliable.I highly encourage people (especially someone who doesnt know much about cars and normally feels taken advantage of when it comes to them) to hit Tim up for your next vehicle!
Had an amazing experience here. Called them about my car stuttering on acceleration, they gave me a date to drop it off. I dropped it off a day early and they did the inspection, called me, told me the problem and gave me an incredible price, and the car was ready for pickup the next day. Great customer service.
I leased a 2021 Ford F-150 last fall from Tim Geney. Tim went above expectations to make the deal happen, he didn’t give up until we found the right deal. Fast forward 6 months, had a couple issues and he again went above expectations. Brought a loaner to me at work so he could take mine and get it worked on. Then brought my truck back to me in his way home in the evening. Literally 1 phone call to him and zero worries for me. If you are looking for someone who will put 150% into helping then stop and see Tim Geney at the Lowell location.
We called for an appointment for 3 days, left messages and text, no one returned our call. Wife went in after that and was met by very unprofessional and arrogant attitudes from employees. Also, the said they could not get our vehicle in for 2 months. Seems they dont want our business there. Will go out of our way to never give them our business.
How did Salesman Miles Garn know exactly what we needed? He listened!! We came in to look at a used Lincoln MKX but as I shared about my travels for my property management company and the amount of miles I put on my car per year, he said we might want to look at the Ford Escape Hybrid. No way I thought...I dont like Escapes but he explained to me and my husband how the Escape was different from when I rode in one several years ago. We were truly amazed at how comfortable the ride was and how big it was inside. We were still not convinced and continued to look at more MKXs and also tried a few other Escape Hybrids at different car dealerships. We just couldnt find a MKX we liked and kept trying the Escape Hybrid. After about a week, we were sold on the Hybrid. There wasnt one available in the color we wanted so we ordered one. Within a month, even with the Covid debacle, it came in. I have been using it since the beginning of July and LOVE IT!!! My average gas mileage per gallon is NOT 40 mpg, it is 45.8 mpg. I have never had such great gas mileage with a SUV. A big shout-out to Miles Garn for listening and directing us to the car we really needed and now love!! Thank you, Miles Garn.
I had wanted an Escape for years and when I finally went to buy, they were everywhere. I ended up going to Ziegler Ford in Lowell due to them having the color I wanted. An hour away but worth it! Found my car, tried another one just to compare and sat down to do the paperwork. Kirk Weiss was my salesman and he was very friendly, helpful and thorough. He communicated with me every step of the way. I had a small service needed for my window and he brought a loaner to my house and took my Escape to the dealer. They came back with it when done and he checked on my to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend!!
I have never had such a great experience in buying a car. The last place held us hostage( old take your drivers license from you) trick for more than 8 hours. We couldnt even go get food. This dealership went above and beyond in every way and I have told everyone I know to go there for their next auto. I am disabled and they really kept that in mind. We had the car by the next day. All I can say is they really have the right stuff when it comes to an auto buying experience!!!

Less then 2 years after purchasing my Terrain here, I have had to put $7,6k to fix my vehicle and keep it running. They seem to have patched up the issues to sell the car and now Im stuck paying the prices. Everything from tie rods, wheel bearing, break pads, sensor, the emergency brakes split in half and fell off went to work on the wheels. Now its the transfer case, which makes me doubt they ever flushed and replaced the fluids on the vehicle prior to selling it, like they should have. $7,6k for a vehicle that I paid $14k for. The issues all started within the first year. I bought this car to get rid of my problems with my last vehicle. Not only did I feel incredibly pressured by my sales rep in the first place, but now Im stuck in the same boat I was less than 2 years ago.Edit: The dealership is fixing the issues, and lending me a vehicle. Thank you!

Our experience at Zeigler Ford of Lowell was hands down the best experience weve had while purchasing a car. Miles Garn was great, and was not pushy in the sale of my car. He allowed for space for me to decide, and was accommodating with a longer test drive, as I was looking for a car with comfort on longer trips. After the sale, they had drivers drop off my old car (nearly 20 miles away). Cant say enough about how great the customer service was!

Late last year my wife and I were looking for a new vehicle to replace my car and so the search began. We checked several dealerships, knowing we wanted an SUV, but nothing felt quite right... until we stopped at Zeigler Ford in Lowell and started working with Zach Cardis. Throughout our day shopping around different SUVs, we knew exactly what we were looking for and Zach did an awesome job locating a few Ford Explorers that fit our wants and needs.Zach made us feel like he truly wanted us to get what we wanted, never pushing us to break beyond our price range or to steer us to buy a new vehicle instead. He showed us our options and let us decide. After test driving the Explorer, we decided to sleep on it before making the decision to purchase. 2021 Update: I purchased my second truck at Zeigler Lowell and once again had a 5 star experience. Really great sales experience with salesman Kirk and sales manager Will - they once again listened to me for the deal I wanted to make and they made it happen. I recently purchased my first F150 from this dealership. They have a great selection of well optioned vehicles at reasonable prices. Sales people are friendly, easy to work with, and not pushy. I worked with Steve, and he was great to work with. I typically hate vehicle shopping, but Steve made it an easy painless experience. After I got my truck home I found there were two small spots on the roof where the paint was damaged, which looked like they most likely came from getting scraped on a car carrier semi trailer. I let them know about it as I was upset when I found it. They took the truck in, gave me a loaner to drive, and they did a great job of fixing the paint at no cost to me. I typically dont write reviews online, however, I felt compelled to in this case due to the good experience and great service I had. People are always quick to write something online when they have a bad experience, but far too often good experiences arent recognized as they should be. Its great to find a dealership willing to make things right if there is a problem. Overall, I would highly recommend shopping at this dealership if you want a good deal and great service.
My daughter was looking to buy her first car and we had been to a few other dealerships in the area. All of other places seemed to care less about whether she bought from them or not. Then we took a drive to Lowell. Immediately a different experience with Evan and rest of staff at Zeigler! Horrible experience. Called them about a lease I was in, gave them all the information and was asking if there was ways to get out of it. They took all my vehicle information including vin numbers and model. They told me they were short on inventory and would love to buy the vehicle from me at a even wash, even if I didn’t buy a car from them. I drive the 2hours up to them. Ended up test driving a vehicle that they had on the lot. The used vehicle was not even detailed and smelled like smoke. The. I took a Test drive a new f-150 that I had interest in, when they came back with payments I said that it was to high. They sat in the office and said they would honor the wash on the lease, I had a week to decide. Fast forward 3 days later, I called and said that I wanted to go ahead and wash the lease since it’s a brand new explorer. So I could get serious about buying a vehicle. They said they never said such a thing. Lie straight to me and say they never said such a thing and they thought I had a different vehicle. Absolutely ridiculous liars. Even if they had a vehicle I wanted to buy I would never buy from them.Thanks for the reply… you shook my hand and said I had a week to do the deal not a day more. Definitely not till Tuesday. I was there until 5pm Saturday. Funny how when you called me back on Thursday you’re salesman said the deal was only good till Monday and then you write it was good till Tuesday lol… it’s funny how you can’t even get you’re lie right. But that’s what you guys are liars. Also Monday was a holiday and your salesman even said he wasn’t gonna be in because he scheduled it off, that it was good for one week not to rush lol. Place is a joke

Id been playing with the idea of buying a new car for a year when I connected with William Walton at Harold Zeigler of Lowell. I bought a Subaru Impreza from Zeigler back in September, and I was impressed with how much the salesmen (Miles Garn was the one I worked with) work to find everything you want for your car within your budget. I think the salesman was the most impressive part of my experienceat Zeigler. Considering he is pretty young (OK, Im old) Miles Garn wasknowledgeable, patient and as it turns out very honest in his dealings with us.At the beginning of the sale, when asked if there were two keys to the vehicle.he said he only saw one. However he took some extra time to find the originalfolder and paperwork and secured that second key! Probably saved us $75!I would not hesitate to recommend him in the future!

I went right over to test drive the car and it was sitting at the front door waiting when I got there. I loved it and after the test drive, I signed the paperwork and drove it home. From the very beginning stages of our new car purchase Harold Ziegler Ford of Lowell rose to the top. I emailed from their website at 11:30pm on a Thursday and within 15 minutes I received a response from a real person letting me know that they would reach out with the requested information as soon as the dealership opened the next day. They definitely kept their word, but managed to do so in a low pressure way. I had not provided my phone number, and preferred that they email me. They never asked for a phone number and responded to 6 or 7 emails without hesitation. I had also emailed a different dealership about the exact same type of vehicle and they would not give me any information without providing them with a phone number to reach me at. We were set up with a sales rep and a test drive at 9:30am on a Saturday. When we arrived our vehicle was out front and ready to go! My husband and I had wanted to test drive a few different vehicles, but hadn’t told them that in any of our conversations I I was nervous that it would be a problem. Chris Cisler was our sales rep and he was more than happy to make that happen. We never felt rushed, and felt like we could have driven 10 different cars if we wanted to. He encouraged us to take our time on the test drive and to enjoy it! We didn’t end of liking the vehicle that we had set up initially (no fault of the dealership) but fell in love with the second one that we tried. Chris was very knowledgeable on the Jeep that we had chosen and put all the steps into place to process our trade in, check on the recall that was listed (which had already been fixed prior to them listing it for sale) and began the financing process. Everything was very smooth and extremely simple. The finance manager Skip was quick and efficient and didn’t try to over sell. We brought the Jeep home that same day and already received a personal phone call from Chris making sure we were enjoying our new purchase, and to make sure that we didn’t have any questions or concerns. It’s definitely worth going through their dealership for you next car purchase!
My last two vehicle purchases have been through HZ Lowell and Chris Cisler. Chris has been so helpful in fulfilling my needs and wants and making sure all have been done in a quick time frame. I have felt comfortable with both purchases and felt like my needs were considered more than the dealership just trying to make a sale. His quick responses and fast deliveries have made me feel like a priority customer every time. I have loved the no-fuss, straight to the point type of service I have received from him. Even though I purchased my vehicle from here (Kirk Weiss was great to work with), I will no longer return to get it serviced at this location.They overcharge, try to coerce you into buying products that are not needed or overdue (tires), and implied that a labor fee for a lighting issue would be added onto my bill. It took another dealership literally 45 seconds to fix.Keller Ford did an outstanding job in half of the time, for a cheaper price, with no “up-selling” by their service managers. I highly recommend going there (or any dealership other than Zeigler Lowell) for routine service.
Thank you Chris Cisler for getting us our dream car! We couldnt love our 2016 Explorer anymore. He went above and beyond to find us the one vehicle in existence that had everything we wanted. He was endlessly patient, and very flexible. My wife and I decided we wanted to trade in our 2013 Chrysler 200 Hardtop Convertible. We had settled on looking for a low mileage 2019 Mustang EcoBoost Premium. After several weeks of searching the internet, a Black 2019 Mustang showed up at Ziegler Ford of Lowell that seemed to fit our checklist. We first reached out to the dealership via their website one evening. We received an e-mail response within ten minutes. After a series of e-mails back and forth, we sent insurance and registration information, and began some preliminary loan application information. We set a date to go to the dealership to meet with Chris Cisler. Chris greeted us and gave us a tour of the Mustang. We took a test drive and were sold. The entire staff with whom we met were very professional and helpful. Chris made this new purchase a quick and very enjoyable experience.
After looking for new tires for my F150 at several dedicated tire shops I called Ziegler as I needed and oil change anyway. They beat the price of others and were able to schedule it at a convenient time. They had everything done as promised and George helped me with a rebate as well. Ziegler has been excellent to work with every time. I highly recommend the team at Ziegler Ford!

Will Walton is the best car sale person that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He went out of his way to make sure my experience was outstanding. I saw the car I eventually bought on-line. I contacted the dealership and within 15 minutes I got a call from Will. Will set-up a test drive for later that day. Thirty minutes after the ride I walked out of the dealership with a new car. Will had my car new car detailed and delivered to my house forty miles away the very next day with a full tank of gas. He is awesome!
I had one of the best car buying experiences of my life this past week at Zeigler Ford in Lowell, MI. I had just been to a different dealer for a test drive and was throughally unimpressed. I remembered seeing a 2012 Ford Focus online. I called Zeigler Ford to see if it was still available. They transferred my call to Will Walton. He assured me the car was on the lot and he instantly had a working knowledge of the car. I asked to come for a test drive and told him I was about 30 minutes away. When I arrived Will had already warmed up the car and had it parked right in front of the dealership so I would not have to walk around in the cold looking for it. The test drive went great. I knew this was the car I wanted, great mileage, in great shape, and an amazing price. Over the next few days Will and I stayed in contact as they made sure the car was cleaned, filled with gas, had new wiper plades, and that everything was in working order. When I arrived at the dealership to sign papers and pick up the car he had it parked in the garage, cleaned and ready for my life’s adventure. It was truly an amazing experience and well worth the two hour drive from home. It felt great to buy a car from such a great person. I cant stand most car dealerships. Typically you get no transparency, have to play games to get pricing, and have to waste hours upon hours to finalize everything. My experience with Miles and the entire staff at Zeigler Ford was different. Friendly, patient, honest. They didnt play games and I was in and out in no time! These are good people. Will Walton was my salesperson and he kept working until he found a way to make the deal work on a used vehicle I had my eye on. My situation was a bit unique as Im a 100% disabled veteran that stopped working 9 months ago. Needless to say, my credit was decimated while I was waiting for the VA and Social Security to begin disability payments. I was very skeptical that I would be able to get financed for anything. I really needed a different vehicle as my van was about to die. I started my vehicle search through USAA car buying service who recommended Harold Ziegler Lowell. Steve Gilbert was the sales associate who contacted me from the dealership. I had already looked through their inventory online and had a truck picked out that I wanted to test drive. Long story short, I fell in love with the truck but was still very skeptical about financing. Jason from their Finance department and Steve both worked some serious magic and were able to find me and my wife a lender who would work with us despite our negative credit. We even got a very reasonable interest rate! The whole buying process took about a week as finding a lender took a bit, but through out the whole process, Steve and Jason kept us in the loop and informed. I couldnt ask for better service and quality of customer care. I made an hour drive to work with these guys and it was totally worth it. No pressure, 100% up front and honest, high integrity, and overall awesome are only a few ways to describe HZ Lowell. There are not enough positive adjectives in the English language to adequately describe how awesome this dealership and their staff are! I will definitely be buying another vehicle from Steve Gilbert again in the future. I recommend anyone reading this to please give them a call! You wont be disappointed! I drove a couple hours to come here for a Fusion, decent experience purchasing the car. Sales staff we dealt with was friendly enough. They however did not have a second key. They would send it in the mail when they found it Obviously I knew this wasnt going to happen, due to the nature of car salesmen. I followed up a couple times in the two weeks after, just in case they actually did have it. Lots of let me check and other expected things and unreturned calls. Now theres just no response. Not unexpected, as used car salesmen are obviously the bottom of the barrel as far as sales goes, so following up seems a struggle for most. My wifes lease is up here shortly and will definitely buying the next car elsewhere.

Wow! Hands down THE BEST car buying experience Ive ever had, and we owe it all to Steve Gilbert. From the moment we pulled on the lot, Steve was up-front with us, never- ever pushy, and we never felt like he was trying to take advantage of us or our situation. I even thanked him for not being the typical sales guy... seriously guys, you would have never guessed he works on commission! We felt as if we had known him forever, and should have been sitting there having a beer with him!We drove 100 miles to check out a specific truck, not really thinking we would be leaving the same day with it, but they were quick and made it work for us! (I dont recall the guys name who did our paper work but he was equally great, and very efficient!) For being a small town dealer, they are very competitive which really benefits the customer. They blew our large city dealership we had looked at before out of the water with pricing and trade in values.Our next vehicle, without a doubt, will be coming from Steve Gilbert at Harold Zeigler Ford of Lowell!
Tim Geney, a salesperson I believe went up and beyond his call of duty. On Wednesday April 7th at 7:55 pm, five minutes before closing he took a call from me. I had issues with my 2019 Ford Fusion, he listened, made calls to his service manager and kept calls going even as he was driving home ! He has made follow up phone calls to check up also. That in my book is a 10 out of 10 !

I went to a few Ford dealerships in the GR area before I went to HZ of Lowell - HZLowell was by far the best. Will Walton did not make me feel like I was being scammed, which is the way I felt at the other dealerships. Will was straightforward and made my first car purchase a great experience. Last year, I learned that Harold Zeigler Ford was only going to be allocated one (1) 2016 GT350 Mustang. Having purchased a 2014 Ford Edge from Will Walton, I asked him to help me buy that one car. He worked miracles and I ended up receiving delivery of the car on November 20, 2015. It was like a dream come true for me, as I have wanted a high performance Mustang for many, many years. The GT350 is an incredible car!The day I took delivery convinced me, once again, that dealing with a dealership like Harold Zeigler Ford in Lowell is definitely the way to go. They treated me like family (unlike the treatment Ive received at mega dealers elsewhere). From start to finish, Will Walton was great to deal with, and kept me informed along the way. I checked with a few dealerships looking for a Ford Fusion when I finally talked to Timmy Geney at Harold Zeigler in October 2014. Within a week he had me set with my dream car for the best price I could find. He was awesome with me then and has continued to be to this day by helping me with a number of issues ranging from my extended warranty to my keyless access code! I was a little nervous since it was my first time buying a new car but they made it an easy process and I could not be happier with the service or my car. I will definitely be coming back for future purchases.
Maybe don’t show a vehicle for sale online if you’re not able to sell it for another 4 months or 4,000 miles. Waste of time.Edit- While I understand it’s part of that program. It would just be nice if you had that disclaimer on your site noting that the vehicle that is for sale is not actually for sale until a certain point.
I had a great experience at Zeigler Ford of Lowell, mostly due to the fact that I dealt with Matt Flanagan. He found the 2016 Edge I was looking for at a great price along with a great trade in value for my 2011 Edge. I drove away knowing I had gotten a very good value---and it was easy and fast!

I bought a used 2013 Ford Focus from this dealership and had multiple problems dealing with their customer service. They sold me an extended warranty and a Zurich Shield plan claiming it included a yearly interior/exterior detailing for two years, then backtracked on this claim when I requested the service six months later.I also had a warranty repair on my transmission they refused to work on. Customer service repeatedly cancelled my appointment, forcing me reschedule multiple times. When they finally saw my car I was told there was nothing wrong and there was nothing they could do.It just so happens that Ford issued a recall a few months later for my exact issue. I took my car to Fox Ford in Grand Rapids and it was fixed in a few days. Whatever confidence I had left in Harold Zeigler was completely gone.We have since bought two more cars from Fox in Grand Rapids with zero issues.

Will Walton and the financial staff at Zeigler ford in Lowell were amazing! They answered all my questions and concerns! They didnt pressure me or continue to ask if I was gonna buy it or what. Will return for further purchases even though we live 3 hours away!
The only place you need to go if you are looking for a vehicle! I was pleasantly surprised by how great they are. Mike was very helpful and honest. Patient and understanding to what I was needing. My experience with Zeigler Ford started off really good, got a little shakey and then finished with an fantastic experience. My salesperson Steve Gilbert responded to my email and questions quickly and honestly. It was VERY refreshing to have a salesperson give you an off the lot quote with no hassle and no pressure on their end. I really felt like Steve respected me and my time.We made arrangements to test drive the car prior to purchasing. My husband and I started driving the 97 miles to the lot and we were half way there then Steve called to tell us that the vehicle we were interested in was sold without his knowledge by another salesperson. Needless to say I was very disappointed and very upset. While Steve apologized profusely and remained professional - even though I probably wasnt very cordial with him during that call! - it didnt fix the fact that the vehicle we wanted was gone.However, two days later I got a voicemail from Steve who again apologized for what happened at the beginning of the week. He had good news for us this time though - the buyer from Tuesday afternoon had flaked out over the monthly payments and wasnt taking possession of the vehicle! This meant it was available and he wanted to us to have first crack at it and that he was holding the keys in his desk until I called back. In all honesty, I was still upset at the miscommunication and the initial selling of the vehicle so I almost didnt call him back.I am glad I did though. Steve and his team were able to turn a dissatisfied customer into a highly satisfied customer. When we pulled into the lot shortly after 7pm Steve was waiting with the vehicle freshly washed and air conditioning running. He gave us the keys and said see you in a little while. I absolutely love it when the salespeople let you take the vehicle without them riding in the back seat - it makes it a much more comfortable test drive experience! The car rode great and Steve waited patiently while my husband and I checked out every little detail of the vehicle. During our inspection, Steve was very personable and super no pressure - not only was it nice to encounter a no pressure salesman, but he was a fellow CMU grad as well - Fire Up Chips!My husband and I decided to buy the Ford Escape and Steve and Jason Cordis in financing made the paperwork portion easy and seamless - they understood that our coming down Thursday evening was spur of the moment and allowed me to mail in my down payment! Not only did they give us the price we negotiated earlier in the week, but they honored their $100 online coupon and fulfilled my request of driving off the lot with a full tank of gas to help make up for the no so great experience earlier in the week. They were also able to find financing that beat my preapprove PNC check ready loan interest rate by a quarter percent helping me save a little bit more money and lowering my monthly payments. There were also a few, very minor, detailing items they fixed prior to use driving off the lot which were handled by Brad in the detailing department with ease and professionalism.Overall, Steve, Jason and Brad all made the car buying experience a great one. Ive been in contact with many, many dealerships over the last two months and by far, Zeigler Ford has been not only the best priced and least pressuring, but I felt like they were very honest and I appreciate that they detail and check out their cars prior to putting them on the car lot. Ive looked at dozens of car faxes from various dealerships across MI in the past two months and Zeigler Ford has been the ONLY one who has listed any repairs and work done to the cars prior to sales - from replacing brakes to changing filters and oil - I feel confident in my purchase from them. Especially since they back their purchases with a free 1 month/1000 mile warranty.Quite honestly, this should really be a Five Star review since they really turned it around!
My complaint with this dealership has more to do with the Service and maintenance department rather than the sales department. Recently, my girlfriends 2014 Ford Focus had an issue where nothing electrical would work in the car, including the key fob to lock and unlock the car. After we jump started the battery, the car did start, but the battery wasnt getting enough of a charge from the engine alone, so we added a battery charger. After running the engine, I went to turn off the car and it began idling very roughly. After some trial and error. along with check engine messages on the console, it seemed to run ok, but we knew of a recall for Focus that described symptoms similar. to what was happening I suggested she take the car to Zeigler to have it looked at before driving it to work. My girlfriend spoke with a mechanic named Joe, who was dismissive to the point of being rude. He insited it was a problem with the battery and wouldnt even consider the issue mentioned in the recall. Joe then told my girlfriend that the earliest she could bring the car in was 3 weeks from that day and the dealership would not provide a courtesy vehicle while her Focus was there. He then told her that he was too busy to talk and so she made the appointment. She called Fox Ford the next day and they said they would take a look at it two days later. I guess Zeigler lost our business.
What can I say about Will Walton that hasnt already been said. What a salesman! He is a young man that any parent would be proud to claim as a son. In 2014 my husband and I purchase a new Ford F150. So far we love it. Will is such an awesome salesperson that last week I had my truck in for routine service and left buying a car. I was just looking as we were in the market for a 2nd vehicle. My husband still is trying to figure out how I went for service and came home having bought a car. I have given his name to others

Went to HZ for an 08 fusion I saw online. It was in the exact condition described except for a crank in the windshield caused by an overzealous detail job. My salesman Will Walton was great and worked with me to have the car picked up and the windshield replaced after I bought it the next week free of charge. Would definitely go there again.
When I was looking for my first F150 to replace my 1997 Suburban, Will was the guy who make it happen. Friendly, informative, answered all questions up front. He went above and beyond to make the deal happen. Even when we ran into a little hitch in the process, Will was committed to do the right thing and make it right immediately. A stand up guy who does the right thing, now thats a car sales man I can trust. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a fair deal. Awesome customer service all the way around.
I get all my service done here. The service department has two guys that really do go out of there way to make sure you have a wonderful experience. Everyone is pretty friendly too and they actually can carry on a conversation. That being said, I feel like I wanna do business here, I dont feel like Im just another number! I feel like family!

His effort, dedication, and concentration was able to guide me through the car buying process. He was there every step of the way, weighing my options with me, never against me. All while carefully considering what I was able to afford; he found me the perfect car and I couldn’t be happier. At Zeigler Ford of Lowell (if the rest of the team is anything like Tim; and I’m sure they are from consulting to finance) you’re in great hands. I will only buy my Ford vehicle from Zeigler Lowell and I surely hope that it’s from Tim Geney.

2022-03-05Found a car here online, went and drove it, and it was what we wanted. Sat down to do the paperwork, and they wanted to add $1500 to the listed price to pay for repairs and maintenance they did while it was at the dealership (it was called prep on the invoice). I feel that if they want to recoup their investments into a vehicle, they should add that to the listed price of the car, not add it in afterwards, as if they are trying to sneak it in. Seems way too dishonest, and will just go to another dealership.

He was funny, smart, honest and seemed like a very hard worker. He was super knowledgeable and had answers for all of my questIons. There is always a little anxiety with the whole process, but Will over saw the entire sale making for a great experience. He runs a great business, very professional with a family feel. Tim actually made the paper work not feel like work We will make the drive from Grand Rapids for our next purchase.
