Brys (this is the sales person on the invoice) is a liar and cannot be trusted.He did not clean the underside of my truck off before undercoating it.He did not do a good job on the interior either.

Minus 10 Stars !!! Last month, I took my parents minivan in to get it detailed as I was going to be selling it and I wanted it to look nice! Only after paying $241, is when I found out what a terrible job they did. They were only able to do three tires. Told me the last tire was full of brake dust and they couldnt get it cleaned. Further, the inside was terrible, they said the scratches and dirt were stained into the plastic. They told me they could not clean the headliner because it would shrink. Unreal !! I called them after really looking the van over and about how disappointed I was and Greg even said and I quote what he said: it does look like we didnt do anything. All they did was offer to clean the carpeting again! I sure wish I knew what an awful job they were going to do and for the money I paid out I am very pizzed off !!! Then I recently found out my Aunt takes her vehicle to them once a year and she knows these people very well. All I can say is my experience was horrible! Definitely Would NOT recommend this place! The guy at the counter was very friendly and helpful. He was willing to answer questions I had. We dropped our truck off the day before our appointment and it was ready by afternoon the next day. They kept the truck clean and the work looks good.
Ziebart Utica has been servicing my car for the better part of 10 years. Good people and good service. Car still looks brand new inside and out! :)
I have been bringing my Jeep Commander to this location since 2009. I ALWAYS have nothing but a positive experience when i go in and drop off my Jeep. When it’s ready to pick it up i have never had any issues or complaints. The manager Greg makes sure i am taken care of and my car is treated with the utmost care. I get my undercarriage refreshed every year and my car has not one spot of rust and it’s a 2009. Now we bring our new truck in for the same thing and just as always we have great service. Thanks Greg!
Took my Jeep in to get rust eliminator sprayed as well as undercoating! All i can say wow amazing job! They treat you like family! Definitely will be back thanks guys!
I am very satisfied with the services I received. I called and spoke with Greg and he give me a price for what I asked for so I booked. I had a employee drop off my truck, once it was finished I went to pick my truck up and noticed one of the packages for more cleaning and protecting inside and out. Since I didnt drop off my truck I didnt know about this deal. So I asked Greg if the other services could still be done if I left my truck. This was a Wednesday and it was during their busy season. Greg looked to see if they could schedule me in. He said yes if I left my truck they could do the extra services and I could still pick my truck up by Friday so I could have it back before the weekend. On Friday afternoon I received a call from Eric he inform me my truck was ready. This was convenient for me because I was working in the area so I could shoot over and pick it up. When I arrived my truck looked great. I went in to settle up and did. Once I was finished I noticed I dint receive a warranty. I asked about it and for some reason I met the criteria but it would not let them print it out. After a couple of minutes Eric found that for some reason my truck was listed as a 2011 instead of a 2017. He changed the age of my truck and everything was all set. I have only driven my truck home but everything seems great so far. Only time will tell on the protection of the vehicle but the services was great. Thank you and I have already told a few buddies with trucks abut your service and I am pretty sure they will be calling. I plan on having some of my other trucks in my fleet have some of the protection services done for sure, having the rust protection done on all my fleet hopefully before the end of 2019.
Brought my new Challenger in to get it Rust Proofed and Greg took real good care of me. He was meticulous with the prep work, receptive to my questions, and explained all the warranty info to me. Definitely worth the drive to get the extra customer satisfaction. Ive trusted Ziebarts Rust Proofing for 3 prior vehicles before this one, and I will continue to bank on them to perform an exceptional job! Greg continues to exceed my expectations. He listens to my questions and responds honestly. I still frequent this Ziebart because of the QUALITY OF SERVICE I receive each time I set foot in this store. You continue to keep me coming back. Terrible job, I admit I brought my truck in dirty but that is why I took it to professionals to have it thoroughly cleaned and detailed inside and out. Dust still on dashboard, seats not shampoo’d the exterior was a rush job. Paint was left streaky and even windows still were not clean on the outside. They left dirt between the wipers and didn’t even wipe down the back glass on outside. Drove to work this morning in the dark and all windows were streaky. Definitely not what you would expect from professionals detailers. Went to O’Riellys and bought $30 in cleaners and had to finish the job myself. If you are looking for a professional car detail, this place will not provide that service.
They do a good job. Never had a problem with their work before but this last time they didnt do as great of a job. They did rectify the situation. We will continue to use their services.
Got 5 windows, the two front windows, the two back windows, and the rear window tinted here for $200. None of the windows came out perfect. Within a month, 3 of the windows the tint peeled off on along the bottom, and the driver’s window ended up coming up so much the window could no longer be rolled down, so I immediately took it back for removal of all the tint off all 5 windows, and a refund of my money. When I took my car in to get the tint removed, I specifically made sure to ask that the rear window tint be steamed off and not scraped off, to protect the defroster which before this was in perfect condition. There is evidence that they used a razor to scrape off the glue from the rear window, and my defroster grid was scratched also. It no longer works at all. DO NOT GO HERE IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.
Pull up a chair n have a sit while you read my review...... 😀We took our 2016 Acadia here ( after talkin to Greg on the phone) to get it as fully protected from the weather as possible since we dont have a garage n salt eats right thru metal.We dropped the vehicle off first thing in the morning at our scheduled appointment n it was ready the next mid afternoon.It was well worth the $1650. spent.We can reurn yearly for re-spray maintainencefor $60.This vehicle was a very big purchase for us as we approach retirement and we want this vehicle to outlast the loan, which is very difficult these days!Ziebart will help us lengthen the life of the vehicles metal n paint just like a warrantyprotects the engine n drivetrain.Here is what we chose.......Diamond gloss vs. Z-Gloss paint protection:Diamond gloss paint protector only lasts 12 months max...it was about $400 if i remember right.....lolZ gloss was $1000 n lasts bout 5 years and doesnt require yearly resprays..,We got the Z-gloss paint protector... it has the vehicle shining like glass....it has been washed a couple times n it has rained, and the water just rolls right off....amazing stuff!Well worth the extra money up front!The few inherited scratches on the vehicle are very faint now also, due to the Z gloss. 👍The rustproofing and sound deadener has left a faint smell, which is fading daily and its non-evasive. Added vehicle weight was minimal.The vehicle was pretty quiet to start off with so....Outside noise with the windows up is very faint and the ride is quiet, and application sites are not visible...😋We bought window guards and a bug shield on line and they installed them for us for free!We were very satisfied and impressed at the professionalism and courtesy Greg and his team provided....They even wiped down the interior and put Armorall on the tires after it was washed at no charge.Greg n Ziebart will have us as return customers, and trust me, ...I am very particular n precise in what is chosen to spend that hard earned money on!We dont blink an eye at referring Greg n Ziebart to all we can....It was a pleasure doin business with them.

UPDATE: Ziebart HQ in Troy reached out to me and gave me a more comprehensive paint protection film installation at no cost to make up for the damage caused by the original installation. It isnt perfect- there are a few contaminants here and there, and the edges are a little crooked in spots, but its minor. Im very pleased with it. The installer from the Utica location is being retrained so that this should not happen again - I have since discovered more razor lines in the paint that I believe are from the first installation. A real hack job that was. Although I wish this had never been necessary, the customer service Ziebart gave me is fantastic.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Chose their deluxe paint protection film service for my new 2018 car, ended up with dirt under the film in multiple spots and three separate razor lines (1.5, 3 and 9-10 long) cut into my paint on the bumper where they trimmed the film, completely defeating the purpose of this service. Had the film removed and received a full refund, but now have damaged paint on brand new car with under 700 miles on it. Not recommended, at all. Ridiculous.
Not sure about other locations, but the one on Van Dyke near Hall road has always treated me good. They do what they say their going to do and in the timeframe they tell you, what else could you ask for. But remember every location is independently owned and prices are are negotiable so dont feel bad asking for a lower price, but remember you get what you pay for it so dont shortchange yourself on quality to save a $.
We had horrible service at this location. I would not ever recommend to take your vehicle there. They messed up my brand new Ford Raptor. They are trying to place the blame onto another company when I have never taken it any where else because I had just gotten it.the tail lights were improperly removed which led to scratching the paint and the seal. I had to replace both tail lights. The tech also left a 1 inch long scratch on the trucks door jam amongst a few other disturbing things. Good luck if you go there. We had a horrific experience.
These guys always do a great job. They took care of my previous 2002 Mountaineer and now they did an excellent job on my 2017 Explorer.
Good experience last year, it was first time for re-spray. This year had a date scheduled on a Saturday but had to postpone, they gave us the next Saturday, when we showed up they had no record of the change! They did take care of it. Left it there for the day and was done mid afternoon. Thanks guys for handling it!

Not a good place for rust proofing.They drill holes so they can rust proofBut only holes nothing sprayed insidesill protection waste of moneyAll bubbly real cheap work.They sprayed doors jam with something that was all melt looks and feels like grease
Undercoat lasts about 5 months before flakes and I have to touch it up myself. I usually get it done before every winter. But when it goes in for the work I feel they just lightly go over what was done previously. Id prefer them to take out and redo problem areas instead of covering it up...
If youre looking for a professional ziebart dealership that does an excellent job on your vehicle this is a place to go.My f350 2018 looks great.

Friendly staff if they dont have a product on the floor you asked for it and maybe Ill get it for you their supplier has it as for tonneau cover they didnt have on the floor and their supplier has so they got it for me I was happy how they installed it show you do a great job my dads been going there for 8 years and my dad complain about them

Under body coating done here on an 03 blazer with light under body rust, used rust inhibitor followed by undercoat looks very professional, missed one small spot so ill be going in for a touch up but hands down best undercoat for the money, nice staff that explains what theyre going to do

2022-06-04Gave this place my Hellcat for tints. Terrible job. Had them taken off a week later. The parking lot will have you playing Mario cart with the potholes. When they were bringing my car up they drove right over the pot hole 🕳. Will never see a penny from me again.

2020-11-21Updated review:Had our 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited undercoated and rustproofed today (at Ziebart - Utica, MI). Another great job by the team! They even covered the Fox shocks so they were not coated. Very happy with the Ziebart team and their work.Previous comments: Had my Ram 2500 Rhino lined today at Ziebart Utica (Michigan) and am ecstatic with the results! Great job and amazing product! 2018-05-03Tint was thrown on and not lined up correctly even though they had 8 hours to do it. The person that did the work was obviously not careful. The tint was 15% and I liked the color but it had air bubbles and the driver side is peeling after only 7 days. I called and I was put on hold twice...I recieved a refund. Also I paid cash and they have to submit the refund of cash to corporate and you have to wait 7-10 business days for a check to be issued...such an experience. I dont think I will ever do business at Ziebart again. I definitely will NOT come back to this location.

2021-07-30Ive been going to Ziebart annually for the past 5 years but was my first time using this Ziebart location and they were wonderful! The wait time was shorter than what I was expecting and my vehicle looked brand new when they were done! I will be coming back to this location going forward.

2021-04-19Took my truck in for undercoating and rust proofing. Before I could get the truck home the undercoating had started to peel back from the wind on the highway, the roads were completely dry so I’m assuming it did not cure/harden long enough. Took it back to get the spots where it had peeled fixed and everything seemed fine when I got it back. Upon further inspection I realized there was overspray everywhere; tailgate, quarter panels on the bed, even on my Fuel wheels. I would recommend finding a more professional shop to take care of you undercoating and rustproofing needs.

2019-09-18I retain ownership of my cars until they reach at least 200,000 miles. To insure that they do reach that mileage, I have their undersides and interiors treated with with Ziebart applications. I have had this work done on my cars for almost 40 years. I have been taking my cars to the Van Dyke service center since they opened this location. Greg and his staff know me and have taken care of my cars for all of these years. Their work is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone as I demand quality service for my cars.
