Talking with Nathan didnt have that typical salesy vibe. Im pretty stoked to have Zoek work their magic and get my business website up and running.

Comment: This company is a scam! I paid for three months and then agreed to continue if I saw the work being done. Not only did I get more backlinks on my own but all the work they were supposed to implement on my website, I ended up having to do the work myself! When I tried to cancel because I didnt see the action items being completed as we had discussed they told me I was in a one year contract and owed them the balance. I again asked them to cancel and they proceeded to pull money from my account!!!!! DO NOT use this company!!!!!!

Comment: I hired Zoek at the end of 2023 to build a website for my business using Wix. They told me the whole project would take about 14 days, when we finally got to the end of the project almost 4 months had past. When they presented me with the finished site I pointed out the them that one of the forms I requested had not been completed, and the folder I requested that was to be hidden from search engines was also not in place. They assured me that they would complete these right away. They had me sign off on the site with the assurance that they would complete my requests. Stupid me I trusted them. As of today these items still have no been completed.

Comment: Honestly would go with somewhere else if I could go back. They were listed as the #1 Wix provider so I had high hopes, I dont know too much about websites so I needed help making one for my business. I paid around $1,100 for the website, which I will say they finished really fast which was nice.The pros;Launch coordinator was very nice and helpfulThey are quick with responding and the website was finished pretty quicklyThe cons;For $1,110 I expected more, I was highly disappointed. They have you pick from a small selection of templates (I could only find one or two that would even make sense for my business) and then have you fill out a survey. What you fill in that survey is most if not all of the communication that you will have with the designer, and I didnt really end up truly getting what I wanted. It felt like a rushed job that I couldve done myself with the same template that I would pay maybe $500 for. So them finishing that fast really showed as far as effort into the website. It wasnt all bad, but I was hoping to talk more as it was almost finished to point some things that I wouldve liked to either change or add. So the website itself was at best a 3/5, but for the amount of work that I still need to put into it Id honestly give it closer to a 2/5.They clearly like money, because basically any other feature is an add on. The guy who called me about the one-time SEO optimization was obnoxiously rude, and I really didnt care about what he was trying to sell because of his attitude. Which for an $1,100 website, I expected some level of initial SEO optimization, but of course thats extra, and there was pretty much none. So they basically quickly edited a template and want to charge extra to do really anything else with it. If it was done well then I wouldnt mind, but I really wasnt a fan of how lazy the website felt for that much money.Conclusion;Even if it costs you a little extra, Id go with someone else. I put aside around $2,000 for a website and thought I found a good deal, but instead got what I paid for.

Comment: I originally left 5 stars because that’s part of getting set up and they ask for it before starting. I can say that the first week or two there was some contact from their company. After the initial consultation there was absolutely nothing done with my page and listings. Most of the time I couldn’t log in to their portal, I asked for a password reset no less than 5 times and never got a response. I was also able to see that the last time anyone from them logged in to my account had been 4 months. I will say when I decided I was not making my last payment to them someone was nice enough to contact me via email and phone at least once a week. Had I have had that kind of service from them with everything else I would probably still be a customer.

I requested to cancel the contract because I deactivated the website they claim they are working on and called them to do same which they did. I deactivated the website with wix and also cancelled their contract which they did and sent a cancelation email. For the past two years, this company keep harassing me with threats to pay them for no work done. The company do not have permanent staff and the new staff continue revisiting old resolved issues with threats of extortion. I repeat, DO NOT ENGAGE THIS COMPANY FOR THEIR SERVICES!!! Comment: I would be very leery of this company especially after having to work with Jason O. This crooked experience all started when I inquired about ONE initial website start up session that found myself paying for months on end without my approval. I mean it was months before I was even aware that they where charge me monthly. Then after noticing the reoccurring charges, they made it a major hassle getting the charges to stop. I had to call in at lease a few different occasions to get the subscription to finally end. Not to mention I still ended up constructing my entire website on my own so Im not sure what the monthly subscription was for in the first place. Apparently I was paying them a monthly fee to host my website which do not make sense because Wix offers hosting at a much cheaper rate, not to mention hosting is included in my SEO package with BrandRep. Then to top it all off, Jason O. had the nerve to hijack my google my business profile to write himself a positive review without my consent. Not a pleasant experience what so ever to have encounter upon embarking on my entrepreneurship journey.

Comment: UPDATE (one month left on the 1yr contract, SEO Starter Bundle):Zoeks sales team is slick but the communication drops after the 3rd month, and you have to personally be involved in staying on top of them, monitoring your own web traffic to refresh your keywords if they are not performing. This should be Zoeks job, not mine... what are we paying you guys for??I have spent over $2k in the past year with Zoek but my traffic has not increased, even after multiple keyword refreshers. At one point, Google Search Console was disconnected without my knowing, and I had to be the one to do all of the investigative work to reconnect it. This shouldve been brought to my attention when it happened, but it wasnt until I made Zoek aware weeks later that I wasnt receiving *any* traffic did they let me know. Even after reconnecting GSC and updating my keywords, I have not seen an increase in traffic.For as much as I am spending, I feel that Zoek needs to be more on top of things like this since theyre supposed to be the experts and not wait until customers reach out about the lack of activity on their websites.My contract states that I would see an increase in traffic by the 90th day of service but that never happened. I would have been in better shape financially had I passed on using this service. Now, I am in WORSE shape because not only am I not seeing *any* traffic, I am also in a financial hole with ZERO results.Small businesses should STAY AWAY and SAVE YOUR MONEY!At this point, I just want my money back. What a waste of a year.______________________________I am new to SEO and decided to go with the pros. I am about a month into the 90-day guarantee, but so far I am happy with the updates being made. I look forward to updating my review after the 90-days.I appreciate how respectful the team is with adding content to my website and not publishing anything without my permission.I understand the client portal is being updated currently, making it hard to see updates that are being made on a daily/ weekly basis. It would have been nice to have had more communication about this update...I got none until I reached out and asked. We tried to explain it to them multiple times but they claimed they “couldn’t see the charges on their end”. After waiting on hold and explaining the situation multiple times along with confirmation numbers that were emailed to us BY THEM they finally understood, we paid off the rest of our contract and signed the cessation agreement to terminate our relationship with this company.We still have not received our refund for the 4 months of charges after ending our contract. Dealing with this company has been an absolute pain and I would not recommend it to anyone or any business. After our initial 12 month contract, we were fed up because it didn’t seem like they were doing anything to improve our site, we tried to cancel but dealing with them over the phone proved difficult. When we reached them over the phone, there was loud background noise including children playing and what sounded like an unusually loud dishwasher, it was all very unprofessional. What feels like over 2 years of total disrespect and absolutely no improvements in our site, we are running far away from this company and suggest you do the same.

I paid a significant amount of money for their services, and what I received was subpar and disappointing.I even paid for their blog services and found them to be of very poor quality, with grammatical errors and incoherent sentences. I had to unpublish the six blog myself.After the billing period ended, ZOEK sent an email asking if I wanted to continue with their services. I declined, but they continued to try and bill me, even threatening to send collection managers after me, which (according to them) could affect my credit rating. Since them I sent them three emails to remind them of my email to discontinue. I still continue to receive the threats.I strongly anyone avoid doing business with ZOEK and instead, do your research and find a better alternative.

Our account person disappeared. And our website was delivered nearly a month later, with all our copy, content, and graphics lazily plonked onto the screen. We paid way too much money for a lazy template job, and then they charged us double what they had promised.We silly need our refund for the other website that we decided not to go through with.
