My ENT referred me to Dr. Zuliani yrs ago had stents put in my nose, best referral ever he did wonderful job! I had my nose done 30yrs ago by different Dr as yrs went on the sides of my nose would collapse every time I would inhale…(Maria Diaz)

These people ruined my life. I’m 20 years old, and have systematic issues due to a bad treatment done with them . My eyes are completely sunk in now, and I have DOUBLE vision. This was done by an injector by the name of Nicole. Dr Zuliani mentioned that this is a 1 in 20,000 and there’s nothing he can do. They didn’t even offer a refund I had to beg for one in exchange to take my review down. Just shows how they care MORE about their business looking good, than their patient who is suffering.
I just had my second visit at Zuliani Spa.My first visit was with Shalene doing the fractional laser treatment. She is a real professional and assured me all the way through it. Three weeks later after healing I saw Nicole for some JuvedermLip filler and a little Botox. Turned out great, Nicole is very experienced at what she does. Going back in 5 weeks for a little tweak.I highly recommend Zuliani Spa, the girls are all very experienced in what they each do and the spa is a beautiful place.
I am 6 weeks healed from my rhinoplasty with Dr. Zuliani, and I am beyond thrilled. My results are incredible, and I felt very cared for and supported by Dr. Zuliani and his staff during the entire process from consult to present. Kim was a gem. My journey began 25 years ago when I had my first sinus/septum surgery. This lead to my nose collapsing and making it difficult to breath. I had two other failed rhinoplasties with different plastic surgeons. My nose was an embarrassment to say the least. I decided to consult with Dr. Zuliani and am currently one week post-op. It is no exaggeration when I say Dr. Zuliani is a master like no other. Not only is he a brilliant surgeon but also an excellent human being. His entire staff is wonderfully welcoming and a joy to be around. Needless to say I am in tears as I go through the before and after pictures. I got my face back and I will forever be great full to Dr. Zuliani and his whole team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart♥️
I have been going to Zuliani for almost two years now after trying several other places to treat my acne scars and skin discoloration from sun damage. I can honestly say their customer service is impeccable! Shailene is the best skin care technician I have ever seen! She’s honest, caring and gives the best recommendations for each skin type. I have never received so many compliments on my skin in my entire life. I have recommended several of my friends and family and they have all had amazing results. I highly recommend them.
I love coming to this office.It is worth the 45 minute drive. I was seeing Nicole at a different location, which was only 1 mile from my home. Nicole is so trustworthy. She is extremely professional, precise, and compassionate. Nicole will NOT talk you into anything you don’t want either. She takes her time and listens.All the girls in the office are amazing, so sweet and full of fun energy.

Dr. Zuliani is wonderful, Karen not so much and is the reason for turn over. I believe turnover is a sign on how people are treated. Im very willing to share my experience.Patient beware!!!!
I went here for my first facial ever and couldnt be more pleased with the experience! Everyone was professional, courteous and very informative. Haley explained everything from start to finish, additional options and procedures available, and she made me feel right at home as soon as we met. I LOVE Zuliani! Nicole is amazing and always makes me look awesome when I leave! I would trust no one else with Filler or Botox besides her! I also love that Nicole is honest about how much filler she thinks will look good on my petite face.
I had a great experience at Zuliani Facial Aesthetics. I had my lips filled by Nicole who was awesome! As well as a consultation with Dr. Zuliani for a rhino revision who was informative and realistic with what my expectations should be. Both apts went great. The whole staff is friendly and easy to work with. They make you feel comfortable during your visit. I would definitely recommend them!!
I went in for a consultation and met with Nicole, NP. I also met her assistant, both so very kind and informative. Nicole gave me some valuable information and options during the consultation on a part of my body I do not like. She was honest on options too - which I really liked. Some places will say do this just to make money even knowing it’s not a good fit or option but she let me know honestly what would work and what wouldn’t. I look forward to going back to this place in the future.
I received my first laser treatment from the amazing Shalene at Zuliani and it was an incredible experience. I was nervous I would feel too much pain but she made me feel so calm and I actually had fun doing it! She seriously knows what she’s talking about & was so knowledgeable about everything that would happen to my face after seeing her. 10/10 recommend her to anyone! GO SEE HER!
I had my first ever surgical procedure with Dr. Zuliani and the process could not have gone more smoothly. I flew in from Northern California and had a lot of logistics to work out. Patient Care Coordinator, Laura Pankow was the absolute best. From the virtual consult, every email, to phone call to making sure all my documents were aligned made the whole process less stressful. So appreciative of her work ethic and kindness!Dr. Z was kind and professional and has such a keen eye and vision for what fits best for you and your needs. I’m only a few weeks out and I couldn’t be happier with my results. Would definitely recommend!

Ive lived in 3 states and tried maybe 10+(or20:)) surgeons/dermatologists to treat acne scars on my Asian type 4 skin. Probably have done all treatments on the market, fraxel(10+)/profactional(5-ish)/co2(maybe 3)/micro needling(countless)/RF needling(3)/tca peel(dont remember)... I could say that the improvement I got from one package here, a package of laser+subcision+micro needling+ prp+sculptra, that was done in a year, could probably defeat the combined improvement from 50% of all the treatments Ive had in the past 10 years. I feel Dr Z and Shalene are very confident in treating Asian skin, they customize the treatments to really work for my scars without causing pigmentation, instead of do some baby treatments that barely make a noticeable diff just to be safe like the places I went to before. And Shalene does the best micro needling+ prp Ive had！

Worst experience ever . A big NO NO to Halo laser technology for open pores. Don’t get sold out on Halo for resurfacing the skin and get rid off open pores . This won’t work out . It’s just a trick people use to rip your pocket off out here.
Consultation with Nicole was great. She and her assistant, Lexi, were super nice. Everyone at the front desk was nice too. What I liked most about Nicole was that she was very honest about what various procedures would do or not do for me. She was clear about limitations.
I scheduled a consultation for rhinoplasty about seven months ago, it took about a month out from there to have the consultation. Dr. Zuliani had images prepared at that time, and they were exactly what I wanted, without me having to give any instruction at all. He also recommended a small chin implant to add balance to my profile, and offered a discount if it was completed at the same time as the rhinoplasty surgery. After considering the images he prepared, I decided to move forward with both procedures. I needed the surgery to occur rather quickly, because I am getting married in about six months. They did not have any appointments available for 12 months out, but they put me on a cancellation list and ended up calling me back the same day with an appointment six months before my wedding - perfect timing!The pre-op, operation, and post-op all went perfectly. Dr. Zuliani is knowledgable, experienced, charming, and talented. His entire staff, from the girls at the front desk, the medical assistants, and the estheticians are friendly, kind, and reassuring, and helped me feel confident from start to finish. The hospital staff were absolutely amazing as well. The surgery came included with three hydra facial treatments, and I especially appreciated the second one a week after the surgery. My skin was super dry from the operation and I felt gross going in to have the cast / bandages taken off, however by the time I left I felt amazing and my skin was glowing and healthy. Six days after the surgery my bruising had all but vanished (it was barely there to begin with) and most of the swelling had subsided. I could already breathe easily out of my nose and speak normally, although my smile and facial movements are still restricted.I am so excited to have the cast come off and see the start of the results. I am already super happy with them, and I know they will continue to improve as time goes on. Choosing Dr. Zuliani for my surgery was the best decision I possibly could have made!I am absolutely thrilled with my experience with Dr. Zuliani and his entire support staff. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about facial plastic surgery. It feels so amazing to finally love my profile! Thank you! :)
This was my first experience ever with fillers. Nicole and her assistant were informative, took their time to make me feel comfortable. I love that they have a less is more approach. They did not push me to overdo or to do too much on my first visit which I appreciated very much. The procedure was painless and I immediately saw incredible results. I can’t wait to go back for my next appointment.
Dr. Zuliani and his team are by far the best around. The front desk ladies are so nice and welcoming. Laura the patient care coordinator made scheduling my procedure a breeze! Dr. Z is patient, confident in his abilities, and overall is a perfectionist when it comes to his work. I very recently had a revision rhinoplasty done with an added bonus of a chin implant and WOW let me tell you the results so far have completely changed my life already! Let’s not forget to mention how easy the recovery process has been with the guidance of his nurse Kim. She is so amazing!! Shalene is also amazing she performed some before and after procedure facial treatments for me and was so helpful with any information on how to keep my skin looking beautiful during the healing time. Dr. Zuliani performed my rhinoplasty in September 2020. The process before the surgery was so straight forward and left me prepared and comfortable for surgery! The whole team at ZFA is so kind!! My surgery went with zero complications and I just had a successful 6-month check-up. I am so happy with my new nose!! It turned out amazing. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Zuliani!!
I drive 2.5 hours every time I have an appointment with Dr. Z and its ALWAYS worth it. He does amazing work and has the best staff. I feel so comfortable when Im there and love how friendly everyone is. Its such a fun environment from the minute you walk through the door. Today when I visited, most of the staff was dressed up for Halloween. Dr. Z was wearing an orange tuxedo dressed up as Lloyd Christmas from Dumb and Dumber. It was hilarious and an absolute treat. Nurse Kim and Shalene are 2 of my faves but his entire staff is wonderful. So many talented people working in such a great place. Dr. Z does beautiful work. You will not be disappointed!
Today I have met the best doctor ever. He is a very genuine man, he cares so much about his patients. He is very honest and straightforward with his patients. I asked him if I need certain things done for my face and he said No! Some doctors will tell you yes about everything so they can charge you more money 💰 but dr.Zuliani is not like that at all. He took his time and explained to me the things I need to get done and the things I dont need.Thank you dr Zuliani for being such an awesome person 🥰🥰🥰💕💕💕💕 he is my doctor from now on... ❤💙♥😀
Dr.Zuliani and his entire staff are absolutely amazing! Everyone is so kind and professional. I had a procedure done as a revision by Dr.Z after a previously failed procedure by another doctor. He fixed my problem after years of issues with my breathing. The staff made it so easy for me. Everyone was so helpful! Nurse Kim was also there with me every step explaining everything and being so kind to me. I had 2 facials with Shalene (aesthetician) and she did such an amazing job! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone! My only regret is not coming here the first time!

I have seen Dr. Zuliani and was impressed with him and his staff. Since I wanted to get rid of fine lines the staff recommended I see Shalene. We decided on the Halo procedure. Since I heard so many stories about the pain I was a little concerned. She will explain everything to you and answer all of your questions. After my procedure (which was no where near as painful, of course anytime you have a burn it hurts) not only did she explain everything i would experience in the next few days, how to take care of my face. She also gives you her email address if you have any problems or questions. I was so pleased with the job she did I have gone back for other procedures. Shalene is someone who is passionate and caring. You can tell this is more than a job to her, this is something she loves.For anyone wanting to feel beautiful go no where else except this office.
This office and staff will not let you down! I have received many treatments here and have always left more pleased than I could’ve expected. From the welcoming receptionists, the peaceful ambiance and the knowledgeable and friendly providers, this place truly has it all! I have had a number of treatments done with the incredible medical laser technician Shalene who will truly give you a 5 star experience every time. She took the time to get to know me, my skin and what I was wanting out of the treatments. She thoroughly explained all of the treatment options and is very knowledgeable on how to get the results you are looking for. She is also very personable and made me very comfortable the entire time! I’ve been to a few other good aesthetic offices but I’ve never been as impressed as I’ve been with Shalene and Dr. Z and I’m constantly receiving compliments on my skin!! Hands down the only place I trust my skin with after the incredible results I’ve had!!

I got a nonsurgical rhinoplasty done today by Nicole. I had the best experience here. I have never had any kind of cosmetic procedures done and she made my experience super comfortable and calming. I will recommend Zuliani Esthetics to all of my friends and family.
I had a chin implant a few years back with Dr. Zuliani. Before the implant I was super self conscious about my slightly receding chin and I felt I needed a medium sized implant to correct the imbalance. Dr. Zuliani insisted that a small was more appropriate even though I was sure I needed a medium. He used his professional and expert opinion rather than cave to my emotions and insecurities. He was of course right, and I couldn’t be happier with my chin. Now that I am no longer insecure with my chin and profile, I realize that a size up would have been inappropriate for my face and that it’s so important to find a doctor that will tell you no when they know better. Thank you Dr. Z!
My experience has been exceptional with Dr. Zuliani and his entire staff! In being African-American and a doctor, I was extremely selective in who I chose for an ethnic rhinoplasty. I wanted a surgeon that 1) was trustworthy; 2) double board certified; 3) knew how to manipulate African-American skin/cartilage resulting in a natural looking nose. Not only is Dr. Zuliani all of those, but he was straight forward and honest about my expectations vs. the actual results. I had my rhinoplasty about 2 months ago and couldnt be any happier with the results. I also had NO pain after the surgery. I probably took 1 extra strength Tylenol. The entire staff (Estheticians, Nurse, Medical Assistants, front office staff, and Office/Patient Manager: Laura) are INCREDIBLE!! I highly recommend Zuliani Facial Asthetics to everyone and anyone!
I have been seeing Dr. Zulliani for almost 6 years now, even before he opened his own practice. He is absolutely the best at was he does! He is caring, compassionate and always honest and that is so hard to find with doctors with his specialty. Over the years he has become more of a friend than just at doctor and that comes from his excellent bedside manner! I have and referred all my friends and family to him with confidence that him and his team will take care of them as they have me. Shallene, is the medical esthetician there, she is amazing, knowledgeable and always answers all my questions. My mom and I came to get Botox and lips for her. It was our first time with any procedure. The office was very clean, pretty and smelled good. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Very informative, Nicole did an awesome job with both of us, we’ll definitely be back. We drove over an hour to come here and we’re both very happy. Everyone was knowledgeable and offered products and other procedures but didn’t put pressure, just let you know options of what was offered.
Shalene is amazing with lasers! So skilled and will customize for what you need. Ive had great results from her. Danielle is super sweet and knowledgeable about the treatments. She even handled a problem I was having with Brilliant Distinctions rewards and spoke with them on the phone to save me a bunch of $$. Dr. Zuliani has a very artful eye and will spend a lot of time with you deciding what the best approach is to address your concerns.

Recently had microneedling with Shalene for the second time. Have enjoyed each session with her as she’s extremely professional, knowledgeable and just a sweetheart. I had a large nose that was crooked and had big dorsal hump. On top of that, I had a horrible deviated septum that constantly gave me issues. I was in desperate need of a rhinoplasty/septoplasty surgery.I played around with the idea of having something done about it for a long time and finally decided to see someone about it last year. I started off by seeing different doctor, who told me that I could schedule a surgery with him. I thought about doing it until I read his horrible online reviews. Bullet dodged. This made me search for doctors with lots of positive reviews, which brought me to Doctor Zuliani.Everything about Doctor Zuliani and his staff made me feel comfortable and confident in their ability to help me. They were all so nice, helpful and knowledgeable when I had questions, which really means a lot to someone who’s considering a surgery. After a some consideration, I decided to move forward with them and schedule a surgery.Doctor Zuliani did such a great job on my nose! It’s now proportional to my face, it’s now straight, and my septum is no longer deviated. My nose looks great! I’m so happy that I decided to work with Zuliani Facial Aesthetics!

She made me feel very comfortable with each service and every question I asked; from the technicalities of how the laser works to skin care product and after care. She was extremely knowledgeable of every facet in the industry. Shalene, was also very gentle and calming during every service I’ve ever had with her. She comes highly recommended from myself and everyone who has been a client of hers. I had a wonderful experience here. Its a big deal when you decide who works on your face and Im SO happy I chose Dr. Z. His staff is awesome and his office is beautiful. They will answer every question you have and make you feel really comfortable. I researched for a year before I decided on Dr. Z. My favorite part is that he focuses on the individual and does not recommend the same treatment for every patient. I felt he was honest and I definitely trusted his opinions. I would absolutely recommend him to family & friends and will continue to use this office if I decide to have any smaller treatments in the future.

Dr. Zuliani is worth every penny. I had my nose done by him in August 2017 and my nose looks amazing 6 months later. He corrected my asymmetry, droopy nasal tip and my bump on my nose. I feel so much more confident, and everyone has said my nose looks amazing. His new office is super gorgeous and clean as well. My experience with Doctor Zuliani was beyond amazing and I am extremely grateful for choosing him to be the surgeon for my rhinoplasty. I had been debating one for years but was too afraid to trust any surgeon because of my fear of bad results. I had been referred to him by a few friends of mine who have gotten their nose done by him, so I decided to schedule a consultation considering their results looked amazing. Best decision EVER! Him and his colleagues are the sweetest people ever. He was the first doctor I ever consulted with but because my experience with him was so great, I knew right away I would go to him for my procedure! It has been about three months since my rhinoplasty and I am exceedingly pleased with my results. Even with my slight swelling (totally normal after a rhinoplasty), his work looks amazing. My biggest insecurity is gone because of Dr. Zuliani. He is truly an artist and I am so thankful for going to him for my procedure. I loved my experience at Dr. Z’s office. I was treated so professionally and kindly the entitled time. From check-in to check-out... the experience was perfect and more than I expected. I am the biggest baby when it comes to anything uncomfortable and Shalene went over and above what she had to do to make me comfortable and calm. I had a BBL done, and I love my results! This is my first google review for a surgeon. Ive had six other cosmetic procedures by other surgeons, and while Im mostly satisfied with my results from those other procedures, Im not happy enough to give them a good review.Thats the thing, you never get 100% with any surgery. All my other surgeries have left me with little things I would like fixed, but with Dr. Zuliani my results are nearly close to perfect. I have ZERO regrets and would highly recommend him to anyone.Dont trust just any cosmetic surgeon with your face. Go to someone who has a passion for it and focuses on just that. This is not an area of your body that you want to save a dollar either!You will not regret trusting Dr. Zuliani. He isnt just talented, but also has a great personality. You would think he would have a bigger ego with his talent, but he is very down-to-earth and comforting while being upfront.
Everyone at Zuliani Facial Aesthetics is kind and professional. They have experienced, well trained experts in their area of expertise and provide much support pre and post treatments! I have had a BBL, and Arctic peal with Shalene and saw wonderful results I did not expect to see! I have received botox from Dr. Z himself (amaze) and his new injection specialist Amy who is also amaze. They dont mess with what doesnt need to be messed with, they do not pressure you into any sort of treatments. They listen to your needs/wants and suggest/recommend what they can do for you. The facial was amazing. Staff and office awesome.My only complaint is the amount of confirmation texts and emails requesting for ID, insurance information and the paperwork. I sent and filled out all paperwork on the first ask but continued to receive follow up texts and emails which lead me to believe your office didn’t have it. The last complaint you asked for my feedback via text and email at 12:52 AM. I’m a mother of 2 toddlers. Luckily the text did not wake me as I so happen to be awake. In my opinion the timing of asking for feedback is highly inappropriate. I’m also concerned the requests for feedback will be similar to the requests for my information even though I already submitted it. Again the facial itself was amazing and your staff and office all great.
I recently had a laser treatment with Shalene and have nothing to say but good things about this experience. She was very professional and patient with me, addressing all my questions and concerns as I had never done this before. Everyone at this office was kind and upbeat which made it a great atmosphere that put you at ease the moment you stepped in the door. Although I dont live close, it is certainly worth the distance and know I will be back for further treatments.
I had a rhinoplasty consultation with Dr. Z and Laura and it was nothing short of a great experience! They answered any questions I had and explained the entire process in detail. I am thrilled with the morphed photos that Dr. Z provided and cannot wait for the procedure. I waited about 7 months for the consultation appointment and it was well worth the wait. My rhinoplasty experience with Dr. Zuiliani was amazing from the beginning! He is a doctor that listens to your wants and also looks out for your best interest. I have had other consultations with doctors, yet they were nothing but dismissive.From the first phone call I made to Dr. Zulianis office, I knew I would be happy because of how welcoming and kind his staff was. Danielle, his front office coordinator, was very patient and friendly. Laura, his patient care coordinator, explained the process and answered any questions I had before meeting Dr. Zuliani. Kim, his nurse, was also excellent at answering any questions I had and was very gentle.Last but not least, Dr. Zuliani has made my experience incredible. Not only did he listen, but he gave me his opinions as well. He asked me what I wanted and didnt just tell me what he was going to do. He was very kind and always put a smile on my face! Its been almost 4 months since my rhinoplasty and I am already in love with the results! Dr. Zuliani is truly an artist. I have been wanting a rhinoplasty for years, and I am glad I waited to find Dr. Zuliani. I dont think any other doctor would have given me the nose I wanted while making me feel as comfortable as he did with the whole process. If anyone is thinking about getting a rhinoplasty but isnt sure about who to go to, I would definitely recommend Dr. Zuliani.
Even though I was a little nervous for my very first laser procedure at Zuliani Facial Aesthetics, as soon as I spoke with Shalene and made my treatment plan, I was totally put at ease. She took extra time to make me feel so comfortable from the Visia picture consultation to my follow up appointment to compare my before and afters. Let me tell you, they were AMAZING. The age of my skin was showing younger! So much of my sun damage has disappeared since my first treatment and I’m just getting ready for another ZBRYTE! I love the way this laser treatment makes my skin have an even complexion and how tight and smooth it lasts. There is a little recovery period, but Shalene is pretty upfront and it and it is totally worth it! Can’t wait to laser again! Thank you!
I’ve been Dr. Zuliani’s patient for over 3 years and have referred family and friends from West Michigan and Chicago. Not only is he a brilliant surgeon, but he’s kind, beyond accommodating, and goes above and beyond to ensure you’re satisfied. I had two consecutive reconstructive nose surgeries with him after a nasty accident, and when the first surgery didn’t produce the best results, he did the second without charging me a penny. Following both surgeries, he lasered my incisions and under eyes for bruising, administered steroid injections for swelling AND filler for unevenness during healing- all at no cost! Before finding him, I’d been to at least four other facial surgeons, none of which impressed me like Dr. Zuliani with his vast knowledge and precision.Additionally, he has the sweetest office staff in the world...I look forward to seeing Danielle and Nicki every visit. I can’t recommend him enough- def. worth driving multiple hours for every appointment (he’s even stayed beyond work hours when I got stuck in a horrible traffic jam coming from Chicago and was several hours late). I won’t go anywhere else!

Since I took my first step into the ZFA office I have never been disappointed. The staff is all so kind and helpful. My first facial with Shalene was the hydrafacial and I absolutely looved it!! I went to the mall right after and got stopped for skin compliments from strangers. Ive gotten a hydrafacial once before from another place and it did not compare to the results I got with Shalene. What has made my facial experiences at ZFA even better than the AMAZING results is Shalene is so knowledgeable in what she does, she walks you through everything making sure you are 100% comfortable. My second facial with Shalene was the nano laser peel. I was nervous about pain during the procedure but was reassured it would be quick and painless, and I can confirm after numbing I did NOT feel a thing! My results showed SIGNIFICANT pore size reduction, super excited about that considering I had giant pores on the inner cheeks and couldnt get rid of them no matter what I tried. Overall I got a glow to my skin and a smoother complexion with the nano laser (they have a special for the month of Oct.!)I tried to cut this review short and to the point but I couldnt hold back, love Shalene and the ZFA staff!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Zuliani for over three years now. Receive Botox treatment for synkinesis. Great at what he does, but an even better person. Down to earth and easy to talk to.His office staff is wonderful. Shelby is great with finding days/times that works with your schedule. His nurse, Kim, is a sweetheart and always puts you at ease before the appointment, and Nikki is always on top of working with your insurance provider to ensure that treatment is covered.

I had a really amazing experience at Zuliani Facial Aesthetics. I was hesitant to have anything done because I had not educated myself too much on any procedures and was only looking for a refresh and rejuvenate from sun damage. I have had expensive facials looking for the same results which have NEVER delivered the effect I received after a BBL treatment with Shalene. Any damage from the sun or aging that I had began to see have totally disappeared. I am definitely a believer. Shalene is so helpful and informative about everything and made me feel super comfortable. She knows what my skin needs and when it needs it. I even went home with a few new skin products for sun protecting etc and LOVE THEM! I definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Two thumbs up!! 👍 👍
Very professional and attentive staff from the moment I walked in the door. Today I went in for my consultation with Dr Zuliani and everyone was wonderful. I didnt feel rushed or pressured to do anything more than necessary. Dr Zuliani took his time in explaining the procedure all the way through the healing process. He also made suggestions to help enhance the results I am looking for. He answered all of my questions, although I didnt have many. And his consultation assistant, Laura, was fantastic!! Dr Zuliani has made a huge difference in my life. When I was 18 , I had silicone in my lips. About 10 years went by before I started trying to figure out what Dr can help me. 3 years ago I had silicone removed from my lips by another Dr, and that Dr barely removed any. I saw no difference in my lips after. And then when I asked if it was possible to attempt again he had told me that he didn’t recommend I ever approach that again and that I should just leave my lips as it is , so that I can avoid any further complications. I was devastated and just continued on feeling depressed about the whole situation. For a long time i felt helpless and so self conscious about my lips. It kept me from wanting to be around people and I even skipped out on certain events with my kids because I felt like other moms would just stare at my lips. I can honestly say that my lip situation stole soo many years of happiness from my life. When I started researching again Just praying to God that I would come across a legit honest sincere Dr , I found Dr Zuliani and he has seriously made a huge difference in how i now feel about my lips. He was able to remove sooo much from my lips that it exceeded my expectations. It’s been a month now since my procedure and I can see my teeth when i smile , something I never imagined I’d be able to do again. If you are not sure if you should go with Dr Zuliani , I am telling you that you will not regret it. Him and his staff genuinely care about all their patients. I am so blessed to have found them.

If I could give this place 6 starts I would. From the second I walked in the door I felt very comfortable and welcomed. The staff was very friendly, the place was clean and I was taken back for my appointment on time. I had the Halo treatment done and was very nervous since I have never had anything like this done. Shalene was wonderful. She explained exactly what they were going to do and what to expect during the procedure. While I was having it done she talked me through what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. After the procedure was done she explained exactly what I needed to do for my at home after care. She even went above and beyond and gave me her email in case I had questions over the weekend since they are closed. I did have a question, emailed her, and got a response back within minutes. Now that is customer service. I would recommend this place a million times over. I will be back. I actually scheduled my next procedure for a few weeks from now and cant wait to go back.

The worse Office I put 100 dolors for concertation to see him to do my lips and when I decide to reschedule 1 weeks before my app but to do only botex not my lips she’s like to me we can’t use these 100 dolors deposit for botex which I only want to reschedule for diff day why would they take my deposit I’m still gana see the doctor . I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Zuliani and his team! I had significant problems breathing and finally was referred to an ENT who instantly noted my collapsed nasal valves like it was the most obvious case ever. I had suffered for years! Dr. Adam Folbe referred me to Dr. Zuliani for surgery.Look, even when I saw the name of the practice included aesthetic and then walked in and the staff was out of a fashion magazine, I hit the breaks fast. I was awful my first time there. I didnt want to do paperwork, I didnt want to be photographed, etc. Because I just wanted to breathe, and it seemed to be more of a place to meet a mythic physical ideal.The second Dr. Zuliani entered the room, we hit it off. He has a great sense of humor. Well, because he appreciates even my worst jokes. And...Long story short. I just had my 6 month post surgery appointment. And I can breathe!!!My shotgun seat has been reserved for a box of kleenex for at least half a decade. I would walk out of my car hands full of used tissue, because of the state of affairs of my nose. Now, the box is still there, but I go days without needing to use a tissue. And if I use one, it is just one.I highly recommend Zuliani Facial Aesthetics for any type of plastic surgery procedure and other services offered. Office charges $100 consult for appointment 6 months out and then cancels the appointment if you don’t fill out the paperwork within time. Total racket to scam $100. They will not transfer it to other services, only another surgery booked ANOTHER 6 months out. Obvious chop shop that doesn’t care about their patients.

Very Disappointed, I scheduled a consultation with Zuliani months ago regarding revision surgery, you have to pay just to make the appointment (no other doctor in the area seems to do this, you usually pay once you get there). The consult went pretty well, he told me the surgery would be about four hours and after researching him for months I decided to book another consultation since this is a big decision.After they have me waiting on the phone, one of the women I was transferred to refuses to book another consultation and the reasoning was that supposedly another family member had written a negative review based on their own separate experience (which isnt even true) and now he refuses to see me. I was shocked, not only is this completely callous, uncaring, unethical behavior its very revealing. They dont seem to care at all about the patients or helping people its all about ego and money. It also made me realize how allegedly heavily manipulated his reviews are, I dont think you can trust somebody like this, this is the last kind of behavior you want to deal with if something goes wrong with your surgery.Even though the relationship was destroyed I tried calling back to see if there was a resolution, they just put me to voice mail now. I never did a single thing wrong to these people, I am completely innocent, shame on them for treating others like this, but thanks for making it easy to check you off my list. I also advise people to dig really deep when it comes to his reviews, theres a number of users on Realself who were less than happy with their rhino results but mysteriously those reviews dont show on his front page.They removed my honest and real review, so here it is again.
In 2017 I had my nose done, but I am not completely satisfied with the results. I still have a complex. My nostrils are very uneven and noticeable. Dr. Zuliani is a very nice, professional and have good bedside manners.
This is a new and very beautiful medical spa near downtown Birmingham with exceptional staff. From the moment you walk in the door, the staff is exceptionally friendly, personable and accommodating. The waiting room is spacious and welcoming and the room I was in was clean and organized. The aesthetician, Shalene, was absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable and skilled. I will definitely be back for more facial treatments!!!
Shalene did the halo laser on my face and it’s absolutely magical! My brown spots from the sun are gone and my skin feels so refreshed. I highly recommend this treatment. It not only helps with sun damage but also fine lines, pore size, scars and it stimulates collagen production!!!
At 50 years of age, Dr Zuliani performed a revision rhinoplasty on my nose that was originally operated on in 1986. My nasal skin was thin, cartilage sparse, and subluxation was occurring. At his first visual and tactile study of my nose, he knew a challenge was ahead, but imagined the beautiful outcome of his revision skills, as any artist would. His confidence was so apparent and sold me at the initial consultation. Best decision I could have made. My trust for him put me in the OR a few months later, and now a year post op I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. He is a perfectionist, and I was a very challenging case. A few tweaks were performed in his office within the first year, which is normal for a case like mine, but he never showed worry or concern. It was expected, and again my trust towards him left me with no anxiety. I am thrilled with the outcome. He is an artist. He is a perfectionist. He is a realist. I had a great experience here! Wonderful staff and beautiful office. Danielle at the desk was so sweet and helpful, it was my first time there and she helped me make my appointment and was so helpful over the phone. At the office she helped with all my paper work and made sure i understood everything and felt at home.
Nicole Stapp does an amazing job, I highly recommend her for Botox and filler. Lexi my Medical Assistant was very sweet and the front desk staff was extremely helpful with finding my info that I needed!

Dr. Zuliani is literally the only person that I would trust with my face. He basically reconstructed my nose using cartilage from another area, fixing a horrible non-elective surgery that I had done by a different surgeon. I never thought it would be able to look so good again. I have also been getting botox from him for years now. He is the best there is, I would never go to anyone else!

Dr. Z did my PRP injection for my increasing baldness, and it has been amazing! At first I was very skeptical, as I had heard that PRP doesnt always do the job or it might look unnatural. I underwent 5 injection sessions with Dr. Z. and his staff 10 months ago and Im still getting compliments on how much better my hair looks! Looking more into the science and literature behind it, it actually is evidence-based and not voodoo. After seeing family members get these same injections done by other people, it is clear they were dipping into the koolaid without even knowing the flavor. The person you go to really makes a difference! Dr. Z took the time to go over the risks alternatives and benefits with me, discussed exactly what I would experience and how it would make me feel. I know nothing in life is 100%, but what he has done to my previously barren looking scalp is nothing short of a miracle!
Very unhappy with the practiceI was charged for the consultation that was scheduled more than 3 months ago for next week.Yesterday they leave me a VM that the consult is cancelled because of missing pictures !When I called to reschedule they told me the dr is very busy and he isn’t available for a consultation virtually until JULY of 2021 !Will go elsewhere thx

Ive attached photos to show how amazing her transformation of my lips has been from start to finish. I was hooked on Zuliani Facial Aesthetics from the first skin consultation with Sachlene. I started with the HALO/BBL facial resurfacing laser treatment. I was never pressured into signing up for an expensive treatment. I choose it because they explained all the treatments they provided, what my wants where, my expectations, the time i had for recover and budget. After all the information i choose what was the best for me after all their amazing help. After that I booked for my big life changing surgery. I was looking tired and worn down. Dr. Z preformed and an amazing job with my Bleph, brow lift chin implant and lipo and skin fighting of my chin and jaw. The staff is always amazing! It’s always sparkling clean. I never wait for my appointment. I’m always taken to a room and within mins Dr. Z is in. I can not thank Dr.Z and his staff for what they have done for me. I was so insecure about my aging face and now i feel like I’m back in the game! If you have any doubts or insecurity book a consultation and you will not regret it!

2022-02-16Absolutely love this place! Haley has been doing my skin care for years now, and I have now followed her to Dr.Zuliani’s facility, and I couldn’t be more impressed! It is beautifully kept, and the staff is very helpful and professional. I have received multiple hydro facials & micro needling from Haley, and I have never gotten more compliments on my skin in my life! As well and I have noticed extreme improvements on the overall texture and glow of my skin. I have an upcoming laser peel that she recommended for me and I cannot wait to see the results. I also use their line of products that Haley recommended for my skin type and I am obsessed with the quality & scent. I always look forward to my appointments here!

2022-07-15I just have to say that whenever I walk into the office I am treated like a gem. The whole staff, from the front desk to the nurses, and Dr. Z always make me feel at ease and provide top notch care. The best part about coming to the office (on top of the care of course) is that everyone remembers you and treats you like a friend!I have had a few different experiences with plastic surgeons and my experience with Dr. Z has by far been the best. I highly recommend!

2022-01-16After researching about getting a nose job, I came to the conclusion that Dr Zuliani was one of the best here in Michigan which all the great reviews I saw. I went for a consultation and was impressed with the process of taking photos and getting to see a real life mock up of what a new nose would look like. I had my surgery done in July 2020 and it’s been a year a half later and I could not be more happy with the results. I had a septoplasty and rhinoplasty done by Dr Z and don’t know if I would have trusted anyone else. Office staff is great and the surgery went as good as possible. Recovery is not a walk in the park but I felt like I was educated on the healing process and if I ever needed something they are always available to answer questions. If you ever want a rhinoplasty, you won’t be disappointed with Dr Z and his staff. 5 out of 5 stars !!

2022-04-24Laura is absolutely amazing and the backbone to this office! Very patient with me . Made this appointment may 2020 and have an appointment April 2022 so yes it was a wait.So my surgery was April 21-22 I’m currently 3rd day post op! Going through w this experience with dr Zullani team was the most easy and joyful experience. Before going in they allowed me to ask 1000 questions with no hesitation. I seen the Dr before surgery got to ask him as well. Overall so far I’m very happy I can’t wait 3 days till I remove my cast.
